Saisei, Fenikkusu.THE INFO. Name: Saisei, Fenikkusu Nickname: Fireboy Age: 14 Gender: Male Appearance:Standing at 5'11 and weighing in at 150 pounds Fenikkusu is about the average size for a kid of 14 years. His hair is a deep red earning him the childhood nick name of "fire boy." His eyes are a deep shade of green, the contrast between his eyes and hair makes his eyes seem to pop out of his head. He starts his outfit with a dark red sleeveless shirt. Over that he throws on a white and brown waist-coat. The coat may not appear to have pockets but that is misleading, there are actually two pockets located on the front of the vest. Another item of clothing he might wear is his red hood. The hood is large enough for him to keep his face hidden but light enough to not cause a major problem with mobility. Fenikkusu wears two gloves that only cover the pinky finger and the index finger. This style serves no real combat purpose he just likes how the gloves look. On the back of each of the gloves the symbol for Konohagakure have been imbedded. He made sure the gloves were like this so whenever he struggles with a fight or objective he would just have to look down at his hands to remember what he was fighting for. Fenikkusu wears a three layered belt, the top layer bares the headband he received when becoming a genin. The other two layers act as actual belts holding up his pants. The reason behind this is that a majority of his equipment he stores in his pockets on are his pants. His pants are a dark red, similair to his shirt except they have yellow streaks going down the sides. Fenikusu chooses this outfit because of his love of the fire element and fire is best associated with tropical warm colors. Forehead Protector: Fenikkusu wears the Konoha headband as a belt. Personality:Fenikkusu looks at every problem with ration and logic. He tries his best to keep his emotions out of a situation, especially if it is intense. He believes that if a problem can be tackled with a cool head it can be over come. Fenikkusu is a quiet and reserved individual who is interested in the well being and safety of his village and villagers. He carries around a strong sense of duty, even though he in only a genin, to be ready to face any threat to the leaf village. He believes in doing everything "by the book." this belief came to him by his upbringing. He respects all laws and traditions that his home has to offer. He is a loyal and trustworthy guy who will never purposely break a promise he made. To him the mission objective is the primary concern. Fenikkusu will put his heart and all of his energy into competing any task that he is given, especially by someone of higher rank. He isn't big into giving emotional support to others nor is he any good at receiving it. Being such a serious person his ability to make friends as lacked almost his entire life. Fenikkusu isn't one to boast and if teamed up with someone else he will be modest about his own skills and contribution to the mission. He can take charge of any situation but does prefer to follow. He has a weakness for the opposite sex. Fenikkusu is in no way perverted how ever gets weak kneed when talking to a pretty face.
For the most Fenikkusu is a quiet and reserved guy except when it comes to two things, battle strategies and politics. Every where there are certain politics that run it. Like how a man gets a promotion because he's married to the boss' daughter or how someone who is more deserving for a job promotion gets denied because of personal history that has nothing to do with the job. If he witnesses this happening he can not keep his mouth shut. Another thing that Fenikkusu hates is when someone from a nobility clan has a sense of entitlement just because of their last name. Fenikkusu firmly believes that it is the action of yourself that should be judged and not the actions of your forefathers. One thing that he loves to talk about is the strategy that comes with a good battle. Not every battle can be won by brute strength or superior jutsus alone. It takes knowledge to learn how be the best at fighting. This is something Fenikkusu wants to achieve. He doesn't really care for the fighting itself but that feeling someone gets when they win or lose. He loves the rush that comes with dodging attacks and countering so smoothly that his opponent would never see it coming.
One thing that he likes to talk about is battle strategies, he loves to plan out fights and learn new counters. He choose the Katon and Doton element based on how offensive fire is and how defensive earth is. In his mind this gives him a greater margin to train with. Clan: N/A Nindō: "It's best to have failure happen early in life. It wakes up the Phoenix bird in you so you rise from the ashes."
THE NINJA. Origin: The Fire Country Affiliation: Konohagakure Rank: Genin Specialities: Ninjutsu, Taijutsu Elemental Affinities: Katon, Doton Combat Style: Fenikkusu does not believe in real violence unless he has no other choice. Do to his gentle nature and calm way of fighting he has developed his own way of dealing with fights. He first will attempt to analyze the situation by testing what his opponent can do. He normally does this by throwing kunai or maybe using some fire ninjutsu. Most capable fighters will easily dodge or block these attacks. If they do then Fenikkusu will begin to spar with them, however if they show difficulty with the first strikes then Fenikkusu loses all interest in the battle. He tried to stay affair with using fire ninjutsu and the basic shinobi weaponry. However he is more then prepared to fight hand to hand if need be. Using the Doton element and his own Taijutsu Fenikkusu has a strong close and mid range offensive as well as a strong defense in a general sense. However though his form is far from perfect. One way to beat his combat style would be to keep the fight long range. His source of ranged combat would be his tools and fire ninjutsu. If someone were to simply outlast him in a fire fight so to say there isn't much in terms of offense Fenikkusu could do. Another simple way to beat him is a flaw in his character more then is fighting style. Fenikkusu simply likes to use certain Jutsus more than others. If someone were to fight him and figure his set plan then they could easily counter his moves. Of course doing so would make him reluctant to continue using those jutsus, so it all come down to who waits for the time to strike. Special Characteristics: - Capacity:

THE BACKGROUND. History:- Spoiler:
Birth arc Fenikkusu was born within the Hidden Leaf Village, he was born to non-shinobi run of the mill merchant and a former female shinobi. His father could not use any type of jutsu and as far as the man knew neither did his wife. They traveled across the fire country before settling down in Konohagakure. As an infant Fenikkusu was born with his mother's red hair and father's green eyes. His father had no clan name being a nomadic merchant his father and forefather had dropped their name. Fenikkusu's father decided to adopt the name of Saisei, which means "rebirth." Young Child Arc As a young kid Fenikkusu didn't understand the difference on nobility and "common folk." He loved to play outside. One day at the park some kids were playing tag. At the time Fenikkusu was a social kid and asked if he could play with them. The kids stopped playing and kind of stared at him. One kid asked him what clan was apart of. The young red head replied that he was apart of the Seisai clan. The other kids began to laugh saying that it wasn't a real clan. Fenikkusu was confused so the kid, who seemed to be the leader at the time, told him that Fenikkusu's clan name meant nothing and that he could never be anything important unlike himself who would become a shinobi. At the time he didn't really know what a shinobi was. Pre-Academy Arc After that day at the park Fenikkusu started to withdraw more and more into his shell. He felt as if the kids were right about him being worth less. Being just a kid though he still didn't quite comprehend what a shinobi was. He asked his parents and their explanation was that a shinobi was a protector of a village and they fought anything that was threat to their home. Fenikkusu got wide eyed as he jump up and down shouting that he wanted to be a shinobi. Fenikkusu was only 7 at the time and his mother told him that she would help him prepare before she would decide if he even could become one. Later that day his mother took him to a spot in out in a field not to far from his house, Fenikkusu was so excited to find out what he had to do to get to go to the academy. His mother smiled softly and preceded to kick him the side of the stomach. Fenikkusu was thrown to the floor and held his stomach in pain. His mother told to get up, he had to be tough if he wanted to be a shinobi. He got and wanted to go home but he didn't say anything. Instead he rushed his mother tried to punch her. She laughed and stepped to the side causing Fenikkusu to run right into a tree. She softly spoke. "Don't rushed into combat, always wait for a moment to strike. That doesn't mean you should stand around or hide. You have to kind of dance with your opponent and then wait for the time to strike." Fenikkusu nodded his head and began to train with his mother. Academy Arc. When Fenikkusu was of age he was enrolled into the Ninja Academy. After class every day he would train his Taijutsu with his mother. She insisted that before they would continue training that he would practice his basic martial arts. The fundamentals were important as she would always say. It wasn't until a few months later that she discovered that he could use ninjutsu. She figured that she would also train her son how use fire ninjutsu, it was a great offensive element. Fenikkusu worked hard and trained every day that he was at the academy. He didn't spend much time with other kids in his class. He found a great interest in reading books about battles that shinobi of the past have fought. Since he didn't spend much in class talking to the other kids he never really made friends, so instead of friends the other kids picked on him, since he had such a focus on learning fire techniques he was called "Fire boy" on the playground. Fenikkusu never really minded the name. The day finally came that he took the shadow clone test and passed with flying colors, he had become a Genin. Genin Arc Since becoming a Genin Fenikkusu continued to train with his Taijutsu and ninjutsu. Only time will tell what he will achieve. Roleplay Sample:- Spoiler:
Fenikkusu rushed behind the tree in order to evade the kunai thrown at him. He only had counted five of them but he couldn't be sure. He had miscounted just earlier in the fight so he had to play it safe for now. The sun had already began to set and soon he would have another obstacle to overcome, lack of light. Sweat dripped down his face and wondered what he could do. His ninjutsu kept missing, his opponent obviously had an advantage over him in the speed department. He had a gut feeling that closing in with Taijutsu would be a bad idea. He had tried fire and tried to go on the defensive to wait for an opportunity but he was simply out matched. What could he possibly do that would give him the edge? Maybe a little bait and strike? It was a classic and old type of technique but he couldn't think of anything else to try so he would put everything into this.
His left leg was almost humming with pain. He had gotten hit pretty good earlier and didn't really realize it until now. But he knew he gave as good as he got. He caught a glimpsed of the man's arm before taking cover behind the tree. He quickly prepared a paper bomb tied to a kunai, he took a deep breath and blocked out the sounds that traveled on the wind. He heard his own heart beat and it started to pumped faster, a huge rush of adrenaline filled his body and he was ready to go, he darted out of behind the tree and rushed his target. The man was prepared for this and had thrown two more kunai at Fenikkusu. He was able to dodge the first but the second slide across his arm but he kept moving. Fenikkusu threw the kunai and activated the tag, he threw the tag between him and his opponent. The tag itself was not the attack, as soon as it went off Fenikkusu launched himself into the air and went to deliver a hard kick. If the kick would hit then he had a plan to continue the assault but if the attacked had failed he would to wait and see and make a decision on the spot.

However, they hold no actual substance and will disperse upon impact of an attack or contact with an opponent. They cannot disrupt the area around themselves with their movements; won’t kick up dust, crush grass, etc. They are simply optical illusions used to momentarily fool others. Name: Henge no Jutsu • Transformation Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique transforms the user’s appearance to that of another object or person. However, it is not a permanent transformation and a mental image of what they are transformed into. Certain aspects of a ninja will not change merely by transformation, these things may include injuries, tool pocket placements etc. The jutsu will dispel should the user be injured. The user does not gain the properties of their transformation (ie. horse like strength), and may only transform into something ranging between 1/2 of their regular size, to 2x their regular size. Thus one cannot transform into large creatures. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu • Body Replacement Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: 10 meters Element: N/A Description: After performing a tiger seal, this technique allows the user to alter places in a speedy manner with another nearby object. This is done mere seconds before an attack lands, thus making the attacker believe his or her attack was a success. Whatever object was used to alter places will receive the brunt of the enemy’s attack instead. The object that the user switches with must be preset somewhere else in the thread, meaning that the object must have received specific mention previously in the thread. Chakra Cost: 2
Name: Explosive Tag: Activate Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to activate an explosive tag they have planted somewhere. Preferably they should be within close to mid range and visible to the user. You cannot activate another persons explosive tags unless your chakra has been channeled into them beforehand. Chakra Cost: 1 (per 3 explosive notes)
Name: Kai • Release Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: By stopping the flow of chakra in their body, and then applying an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra; the user may dispel the effects of a genjutsu. This can also be used on another individual that is stuck in a genjutsu by preforming the necessary hand seal and then touching them, although it consumes half the chakra cost of the Genjutsu. Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu • Escaping Skill Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to free themselves should they be tied up. It is extremely basic. Using their physical training, the user will twist and contort their body to loosen their bindings, effectively relieving themselves of the tightness of their bindings and slipping through the restraints. This technique can only be used if the user is of equal or higher rank than their captor. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Chozou no Jutsu • Storage Technique Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu, Supplementary Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A simple jutsu that allows a ninja to seal or unseal any item, mostly weapons, from scrolls or from their body. After forming the necessary handsigns, the ninja will seal the item into a scroll etc. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. The items themselves are unaffected by time. Ninjutsu can also be stored in scrolls, to be released when the scroll is opened, but require another person to cast said Ninjutsu; else it cannot be sealed. Chakra Cost: 1 to seal; 1 to unseal.
Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza • Act of Water Surface Walking Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: NA Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on water by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet or hands. Because of water’s nature, this requires the user to be quick to adjust the amount of chakra they must emit to their feet in order to maintain a constant balance. Users may also walk, run and “skate” across the water when using this technique. Chakra Cost: 1 (1 per post)
Name: Kinobori no Waza • Act of Tree Climbing Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on trees and vertical walls by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet. Gravity can easy be defined if this technique is mastered, allowing people to even stand upside down. If too much chakra is exerted the user will be pushed away; bark breaking and causing the user to then fall. If not enough chakra is exerted the user will lose their footing and fall. Chakra Cost: 1 (1 per post)

Name: Kuchiyose no Jutsu - Summoning Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: A powerful jutsu, Ninpo Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon animals and objects to fight on their behalf. The ninja normally signs a blood contract with the animal species, which allows them to summon different size and skill levels of creature. Name: Housenka no Jutsu - Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Katon (Fire) Description: Katon • Housenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai. Chakra Cost: 5
Name: Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu - Mist Waltz Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Katon (Fire) Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, the user is able to create and blow a flammable gas from their lungs. Once it comes in contact with fire or sparks, the gas ignites into a large fireball. Chakra Cost: 8

Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Katon Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target, but none utilizing chakra. The range of the clone is limited however, it can travel no further than 10 meters from the original body. The ninja will first quickly appear below their opponent, then with a switch upper kick they will launch their target into the air. Name: Shishi Rendan - Lion Combo Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: The user first uses the "Konoha Kage Buyou - Leaf Shadow Dance" to manuever his/her opponent in a vulnerable aerial position. While shadowing his/her opponent, the user will attempt to strike them from a vulnerable angle. If he/she is unable to make a clean strike, he/she will strike anyway as a feint, to draw his/her target's attention and defense to one area. The user can then strike the undefended area and begin knocking them downwards towards the ground. As the enemy falls back to the earth, the user will deftly rotate his/her body around to deliver a full force kick to their chest. Chakra Cost: 7
Name: Chimei-teki Fera - Fatal Blow Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m) Element: - Description: Chimei-teki Fera is a taijutsu technique. After charging a small amount of chakra towards the dominant leg, the user will try to use their speed and strength so that they can perform a sideways kick to the opponents ribcage. In order for direct contact to be made the shin, where most of the chakra is stored, will hit the centre of the ribcage forcing a shock wave of pain to make it's way across the body. If the technique is performed correctly, they will be able to force their opponent to the ground and possibly even stop them from being able to stand back up. Chakra Cost: 7

Name: Bureijinguhitto - Blazing Hit Rank: D Type: Nin / Taijutsu Range: Close (0m) Element: Katon Description: Bureijinguhitto is a ninjutsu and taijutsu combination utilizing the fire element. By charging a small amount of chakra to the dominant fist, the user is able to ignite their hand so that it's enveloped in a glove of fire. By delivering a punch to their opponent, the user is able to add on a burning effect equivalent to that of a scalding tea kettle to the location that has been hit. The fire will only be visible on the top of the hand, covering the top of the fingers, knuckles and hand. Chakra Cost: 3

Name: Ninjato Rank: D Type: Close Range - Short Blade Quantity: 1 Description: Short and straight, this blade takes a similar form of a katana, but without the curvature in the blade.
