Description: This a simple technique, that is mainly Ninjutsu being that it concentrates chakra into an outward expression, however it can be used in conjunction with Taijutsu techniques if they are available. The user, focuses their chakra to their hands or legs which envelops them in Raiton chakra, adding a kick to each of their attacks. At C rank it does little more then in addition to the speed and power of the attack also adds the shock of a C level raiton strength attack possibly causing numbness at the place on contact.. At it's most powerful, considering Lightning has an advantage towards Doton, an A or S rank punch or kick could destroy nearly any Doton Defense. And cause severe paralysis, nerve damage, or even burns.
Chakra Cost: C-5,1 per turn B-10, 2 per turn A-20, 3 per turn S-35 5 per turn.

(Not sure about the chakra costs, recommendations would be appreciated.)

Description: Rakurai is a ninjutsu and taijutsu mixture utilizing the lightning element. After gathering chakra to the fist, the user is able to create multiple sparks of electricity to form around the top of their hand for it then to alter into a source of lightning. This lightning is to enhance the pain when delivering a punch and also numbs the area of attack for an entire post.

Reads pretty much the same thing except you can put it in other limbs and intensify it, so to speak. On top of this, I am almost 100% sure Lightning presents no advantage over Doton. So I ask you to fix both of these points and not make it 1) So similar to another technique (regards of feet being involved) and 2) Saying it will do almost nothing against an Earthen defensive technique, except maybe A and S ranks.
