Ikaku's Reaper Garb. Ec5e507b-9d0f-483f-8a3f-b65303d91174_zpsf1db3ccf

Name: Ikaku's Special Equipment: Reaper Agent Garb.
Rank: D.
Type: Clothing.
Usuage: Ikaku Missions and Assignments.
Appearance: An exclusive garb for members of the Ikaku with tremendous ability and promise. It is a full body skin tight black suit, equipped with a horned skeleton mask. The mask has no mouth, and only two thin slits as its nose. The eyes are intimidatingly large and hallow appearing. The most noticeable and defining feature of the costume, is its mangled-appearing crimson scarf. It forms some sort of hood over the head and mask, and shrouds over the users back and shoulders. It can fully extend down to the hamstrings from the neck, or, it can be wrapped around the wearer's waist to form some sort of short tail when tucked. This voids the mask and gives it a more sinister appearance, as if an angry skeleton is looking at you from the darkness
Quantity: 1.
Storage: Five Slots.
Special Abilities:

  • Perfect Anonymity - The garb perfectly protects the anonymity of its wearer from any external clues. In many ways, it is similar to the design of Konoha's ANBU. The mask clouds the user voice to a more foggier tone. The suit is scentless, it leaves no fingerprints, nor does it rustle when in motion. It is impossible to tell the true identity of the user when this outfit is worn. Other methods, such as advanced sensory, specialized forms of perception, or forced removal of the outfit, can affirm the real identity. Unless, however, the wearer has personal skills to counteract such forms of discernment. However, more advanced versions of this garb, such as the Ikaku's Shadow Reaper, or Grim Reaper suits, could nullify such sensory with ease.

  • Incarnated Shinigamis -The Reaper Costumes were reknowned in the past as being great instruments for destruction and fear within the village. Their presences usually indicated the sign of a rising drug war within Konoha and it's neighboring nations. Moreover, those who wore them, were rumored for being great shinobi's that could rival the ANBU or any other Special Forces of the main countries. Due to this, and their deadly past, many people of age, or those familiar with the tales of the Reapers, are petrified by them upon site. Public display of a Reaper can cause great fear and riots within a crowd, while also alerting the military force. Making them constantly have to work in secret, and not be seen by anyone unless wanting to.

  • Secret Drug Corrupting Properties - Unaware to the user, and nearly all members of the Ikaku besides their corrupted elites, the mask of the uniform is laced with a potent depression drug and very slowly corrupts the user with dark emotion.  The more the costume is worn, the more corrupt the wearer's personality becomes, until the outfit isn't worn for an extensive period of time and the drug leaves the system. The name, "Reaper", doesn't come from their skill in killing, but rather how those who wear the attire slowly lose their soul. If the mask is continued to be worn, for approximately a few months depending on the persons immune system, the depressant would permanently alter their bodies chemical activity, making them mentally unstable and malevolent.

Since no one else seems to be looking at it...

Just nit-picking, but is this saying the outfit takes up 5 slots in a scroll, or provided five extra slots? If the former, just clarify with "Stored in scroll when not worn. Take sup 5 slots."

Bolded the relevant part. It sounds like you're saying it makes you pretty quiet. Which sounds like your cribbing off the Stealth SC. Which also sounds like you're cribbing off the Black-Ops uniform. Either remove it, or simplify. "Tight and form fitting, so as to reduce rustling." As for the underlined part, I'm not really seeing how a suit that can be constantly rubbing against your skin, getting soaked in your sweat, can be scentless. And just nit-picky, but the "no finger prints" bit? Nothing special about wearing gloves.

This entire paragraph just seems unnecessary. It just feels like you're trying to insert the history of this organization into the the site canon, and pretty much gives anyone an excuse to look at you and metagame "Wow, a Reaper, some serious shit is going on." Overall, it just doesn't seem like it belongs here.

I'm a little iffy on this. While it certainly adds some flair, I'm hesitant to give what is effectively a poisonous piece of equipment to someone who has no specialty to support poison.

And also, I would not classify this equipment as D-rank. C-rank at the bare minimum, maybe even B-rank.
