Appearance: The first thing one will see when they spot Reikan is the fact that his entire body seems to be one smooth piece of green skin, though looks can be quite deceiving. In fact, his skin is made up from thousands of minuscule scales that make it seem like it is one singular piece. His bright blue eyes seem to shine during the night, something that makes Reikan even more unique. Unlike his older brother Shakreido, Reikan looks a lot more smooth, adding to it's kind personality. Being 50ft in length, Reikan is quite a lot smaller than his brother, though he is also a few years younger. Like Gurikan, Reikan shares almost every single characteristic of his brother with him. Unlike his twin brother, Reikan is as smooth as it gets, not having a single missing scale or wound on him.
Personality:
Smart: Even though it does not need any explanation, Reikan is a very smart individual, trying to learn whatever it can. That said, he is the kind of creature that indulges itself in information when and wherever it can find it. Preferring to take a supportive role over actual combat, it is not afraid to kill when it has to. Because of it's smart nature, he is able to quickly figure out the basics of his opponent and their attacks, giving him an edge in battle. Reikan is so smart that every one of his minuscule scales contains enough knowledge to last a lifetime, though this is just a myth.
Understanding: In terms of understanding other people and their pain, Reikan is among the few serpentine relatives of Shakreido that has this ability. It is because of it's kind nature that Reikan is one of the best summons for those who are just started out with the Kuchiyose, at least that is what Shakreido believes. Further aiding its battle prowess is his understanding of it's users techniques, allowing it to figure out a way in which he can strengthen attacks or defenses performed. Out of the three, Reikan is most likely the most useful in terms of collaboration when paired with his brother Gurikan.
Sloth: As is to be expected of someone who spends his time studying rather then training, Reikan can be quite slow in terms of preparing himself for combat, often complaining how he was just summoned and given very little time to prepare himself. Despite him being like this, he will still give it his all when required to do something for his contractor.

Description: After running chakra through the body and therefore the scales, Gurikan will start spinning and launch itself towards a target like a green tornado. Lacerating that which the scales hit, some scales will be shed and replaced with new ones, sending them flying across the battlefield like small shuriken. Though the technique in itself does not reach that far, the shed scales that are roughly the size of a small shuriken are not as easy to avoid as the beast itself might be and are often forgotten or missed entirely when the large snake comes dashing into it's target.

Description: If the user comes under attack, she or he can use this technique to cover her or his escape. After forming the needed hand seals, the user's body will disperse into a shower of thin scales. These shed scales will confuse and distract her or his opponent while she or he escapes or hides. This technique works very similarly to substitution, but can also be used to delude the enemy with more shed scale based Genjutsu.

Description: After a scale based technique has been used, this genjutsu will use those scales as a medium to cast the genjutsu on those who see it. Making the shed scales hover in the air, they will spin and shoot towards their opponent, intending to rip into their flesh. Upon contact, they will feel a stinging pain as they would when hit with a shuriken. Dodging the scales can make it hard to focus on releasing the technique.

Description: If the user becomes trapped in a Mental Genjutsu or wants to appear to be trapped she or he can disperse into a shower of shed scales. In order to do so, the user must first realize that they are in fact inside of a Genjutsu. With this technique these scales will fly around and consume her or his targets, dissolving their bodies away. This jutsu may only be used as a counter to Mental Genjutsu or base other shed scale jutsu on throughout the battle.

Description: Using his glimmering, brilliant scales, Reikan will use chakra to make his body glow for a moment, mimicking the reflection of the sun. When this glimmer is seen, a wave of scales will burst from his body and fall around the target, completely obscuring their vision, making them believe they are in a vision decreasing ninjutsu like mist and smoke based techniques, though this is in fact the Genjutsu. This jutsu lasts for four posts if it is not kai'd out of. Due to the genjutsu's lingering effect, the cloud will keep hanging around the target and make it hard to see further than their own nose.

Being 10ft in length, Gurikan is a bit smaller than his brother, though he is also a few years younger. What makes Gurikan stand out from his brother is the fact that his body is scarred and seems like it has seen a lot of battle, though most of of it was inflicted during his frequent fights with Murasakou.
Personality:
Battle Smarts: Where his brother is just naturally smart, Gurikan has a lot of battle smarts, being able to figure out how to counter attacks, set up strategies that will allow him and his brother to defeat their opponent and work together with their summoner. Through this understanding, he can time his attacks whenever his brother lands an illusion for precise and well executed attacks that can overtake most adversaries in a matter of seconds.
To the Point: An exact opposite of his brother, Gurikan hates being late and is always ready for battle whenever he gets summoned out into the field. Often scolding his brother for being a slowpoke, Gurikan takes readiness to a new level. Thanks to the training he puts himself through every day as opposed to his brother who tends to spend his days reading books and scrolls, he fights through the use of quick taijutsu mixed with the lightning element that usually allow him to strike first, using both his size, body mass and speed to deliver a devastating attack under the cover of whatever techniques his brother can come up with.
Blunt: Gurikan does not make any attempts to mask his intentions, being up front and as blunt as he can be. Though it is often considered cold, Gurikan just chooses to be entirely honest with people, whether they are enemies or allies, he won't shield them from what is on his mind. As such, he never waits long before he goes into battle, considering humans to be less than snakes in most ways, something he is not afraid of bringing into words when around his summoner and at the same time his superior.

Description: Making use of his weight and length, Gurikan will lash his tail at someone with quite a bit of force, aiming to knock someone off of his feet. When their guard is broken and footing is lost, it’s purpose is served. His scales are quite sharp, and might add small wounds and minuscule gashes.

This can be potentially fatal if one is crushed beneath the large snake while the electricity slows them down.
