Description: A raiton(lightning style) technique where, after doing the series of hand seals, the user focuses lightning chakra around their body like a shroud of static. Static electricity will cover the user; as the user focuses more chakra into the shroud, the user will compress the shroud so that it's focused in the area around their eyes. Finally, a blast of chakra is shot out of cornea of the user's eyes. The blast is shot through the shroud turning into a beam of lightning. It's effect will leave an opponent shock; and can vary from power from knocking back the opponent to turning the target into ashes.

Any bolt of sufficient strength to do actual damage is going to fry your eyeballs inside your skull if you try channeling it through them.
