[b]Description:[/b] One of the most basic forms of killing intent, the ninja send a "bad vibe" that can be picked up by those in the immediate area that are looking in the ninja's immediate vicinity (will not work if the ninja is hidden but will work if disguised). While unable to alter others actions it can simultaneously drawing the affect groups attention towards the user while making them more intimidating. Thus its most common uses are A) scaring the daylights out of unruly brats, B) making crowds of untrained civilians have second thoughts about any aggressive actions directed at the ninja they might have been planning, and C) fixating the attention of others onto the ninja while said ninja's buddies are doing something nefarious nearby.

[b]Description:[/b] By shifting the amount of KI applied to victims to match their responses to planted questions the ninja can instill a fear of telling a direct lie into a victim. While this can effectively compel the truth out of a subject when combined with the right questions, the jutsu in no way assures that the information is accurate. Like any coercive measure there is a chance that the victim say what they think the questioner wants to hear to stop the application of fear, speak in half-truths, or simply refuse to talk at all.

[b]Description:[/b] By combining non-verbal cues and the application of chakra to heighten instinctual fears, the ninja can instill into victims an overwhelming sense of dread that weakens resolve and hinders focus.
-3 ranks or lower: Overwhelmed, the victim will either be rigid with fear or collapse in a gibbering wreck, completely unable to defend themselves unless broken out of their panic by someone else. If the victim is a non-ninja NPC they can go into cardiac arrest.
-2 ranks lower: Paralyzed by terror until the technique ends. May not take action except to defend themselves or break the effect.
-1 rank: Fear causes severe shaking resulting in the victim dropping anything they are holding, interrupts active abilities (ie those costing CP/ post), and will be unable to take any offensive actions.
0: Uncertainty hinders movement and saps confidence - reducing accuracy of ranged attacks by a small margin and increasing CP costs for all jutsu by 2.

In the process of doing so it disrupts genjutsu up to 1 rank below the users on up to 5 individuals but leaves those affected shaken (+1 CP cost for all jutsu) for their next post.
