Name: Seiichi (Seiichi no Orochi ショせのきチ) Title: King of the Ryuchi Caverns Nickname: Great White Terror (Daishiseru れる か) Rank: S rank Appearance: Seiichi is the oldest of the Hakuja Sennin's sons and daughters, meaning he was the one that has gained control as acting leader over the Ryuchi caverns, leading beside the Hakuja Sennin, who acts as it's spiritual leader. Being white in appearance, he looks completely different from his two youngest brothers, Murasakou and Reikan, having more in common with Shakreido. His massive white scales are as close as they get to armor, being as hard as steel while they also weigh a lot. The sheer size of the protruding scales along his back allow him to cut through the earth when it burrows, easily plowing through trees and buildings in the process. Beneath the protruding scales are small glands that can emit Seiichi's deadly poison. The tip of his tail appears to be like a barbed spear or whip, which are also two of the ways in which he can use it. The thick bony scales on it's head prove just how dense they are, having completely merged with it's skeletal structure and achieving a great density and durability because of it. Having several horn like protrusions on the side of his head that are shaped like some sort of jagged crown, his teeth are also part of his skeletal structure. Inside his mouth, he still has several retractable fangs that can be used to poison larger targets, but are otherwise not used and remain hidden inside his jaws. Finally, he has a blue marking on his forehead that stands as his personal symbol, something all other animals in the Shinobi world know of. With a length of 30.48 meters (100ft), Seiichi is the biggest and most powerful of all the inhabitants of the Ryuchi caverns.
Personality: Leader: As the leader of the Ryuchi caverns, Seiichi knows every single thing that goes on within his territory. It is through these means that he originally came into contact with Yoroi, the newest Sage disciple. Having full control over everything that goes on within the caverns, the only person who can overrule him is his father, the great white snake sage. Through his many years of leadership, he has learned the importance of obedience to orders from one's superiors. As such, he does not question the orders given to him by Yoroi when the two are in combat. Despite that, he may still try to give Yoroi orders when he deems it to be required, for if there is one thing he truly hates, it is losing a fight. Headstrong: Whether this is a result of being the oldest son and brother in the family or because he is the designated leader of the caverns and other serpents, Seiichi is an incredibly headstrong creature that does not look kindly on losing or people giving up. Being what would could call a Fearless Leader, the large creature is not afraid of heading a fight that some might believe to be hopeless. Whether the enemy is a single target, an army or just one massive beast, Seiichi is not afraid of any man or beast, facing them all down with the exact same attitude, the attitude of a winner. His impressive attitude and physical strength make him into a highly dangerous adversary and ally in battle. Calculating: When in battle, the great white serpent is always watching his enemies, as well as his allies, constantly taking mental notes of the things he sees. He uses these to figure out someone's attack pattern, trying to figure out their strengths and weaknesses and working with that information. Allowing him to better work alongside his allies and make it easier to lay some pain on his enemies, this quality is something Yoroi values greatly. Knowing that two minds are capable of figuring out more than just the one, it is always useful to have Seiichi in a combat situation.

Name: Kai • Release Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: By stopping the flow of chakra in their body, and then applying an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra; the user may dispel the effects of a genjutsu. This can also be used on another individual that is stuck in a genjutsu by preforming the necessary hand seal and then touching them, although it consumes half the chakra cost of the Genjutsu. Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza • Act of Water Surface Walking Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: NA Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on water by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet or hands. Because of water’s nature, this requires the user to be quick to adjust the amount of chakra they must emit to their feet in order to maintain a constant balance. Name: Dig Rank: D Type: Taijutsu Range: Close Range Element: - Description: By making use of his physical build, he will plow his head into the earth, digging himself into the ground at a relatively fast pace. Even though he can not dig through solid rock and wood, he can dig his way through normal earth and sand. When digging, Seiichi is about as fast as when he is moving normally, though he can't gain speed equal to what he would when moving at top speeds underground. Chakra Cost: 3
Name: Headbutt Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Range: Close Range Element: - Description: Making use of his incredibly tough skull and scales, Seiichi will use his full weight and speed in order to bash his head against someone with the intent of inflicting as much blunt trauma as possible. Name: Wrap Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Range: Close Range Element: - Description: When within range of his tail or head, and no longer on guard, Seiichi will wrap his body around his victim, squeezing the air out of their lungs as he applies more pressure. Being a constrictor by nature, his weight and size makes it quite easy for him to wrap around a person. His scales are quite sharp, and might add small wounds and miniscule gashes. Chakra Cost: 4

Name: Dokusen (Venom Gland) Rank: D rank Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: N/a Element: N/a Description: A simple technique that allows Seiichi to send his poison out through special glands in his skin. Coming mostly from the skin on his back, there are some spots on his belly that also secrete the venom, if not in smaller amounts. Name: Dokuyari (Venom Spear) Rank: B rank Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: N/a Element: N/a Description: After his venom glands release his poison and coat his sword like tail-tip, he will use medical chakra to enhance the striking power of his tail and either slam down upon someone like a whip or shoot towards someone like a spear. Upon contact, the power behind the attack can be lethal in itself, though it is primarily used to introduce his poison to someone else's body and let the poison finish them off. Chakra Cost: 10cp
Name: Doku Bunshin (Venom Clone) Rank: B rank Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: N/a Element: N/a Description: After infusing his own venom with chakra, Seiichi will spit unto the floor, which will turn into an orange puddle before it turns into an exact copy of Yoroi or another summoner. This clone can perform Taijutsu based attacks up to B rank, though it cannot perform any Ninjutsu or other tricks. When the clone is killed, it will violently explode, spattering Seiichi's venom onto whatever gets within a 5m diameter of the explosion. Name: Tatsudoshi (Year of the Dragon) Rank: B rank Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: 15m Element: Katon Description: One of Seiichi's personal techniques, this technique spews a mixture of his gaseous poison mixed with fire chakra, sending a blanket of burning orange fire that is almost liquid. This mixture is so volatile that it can burn through stone, wood and corrode metals as well. When it comes into contact with a person, a mixture of burn wounds and contact with his poison is applied, making it a rather dangerous technique. The burning liquid can be washed off with water, but if it is not done fast, the poison will already have entered the bloodstream, making it rather futile. Chakra Cost: 13cp
Name: Hebikokuou Shinsei (Serpent King's Rebirth) Rank: A Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A technique created by the Ryuchi caverns and used by most of the stronger serpents, this technique infuses their body with a large amount of medical chakra. Creating a thick layer out of the user's skin, after which the user will burst out of it like how a serpent sheds their old skin, leaving behind their wounded body for one that is practically as good as new. While this can restore lost limbs, it does not have the power to heal damage done to organs, this being beyond what this technique can do. This technique can be used three times per topic. Name: Hebikokuou Kyuusei (Serpent King's Salvation) Rank: S rank Type: Ninjutsu Range: 20m (10m wide) Element: Katon Description: This technique can be recognized instantly, for when it is activated, the blue crest on Seiichi's forehead will start glowing in a bright blue color. Infusing the venom inside of his glands with large amounts of medical chakra, it will temporarily flow through his blood stream and his saliva, healing his entire body through a rather painful and burning process that, depending on the amount of damage done, will be able to heal everything ranging from a small gash to lacerations, lost limbs and even wrecked organs. Due to the special substance created out of Seiichi's chakra and poison, he can also pass it along to heal someone else. When in someone else's body, the healing effect will wear off after one post, leaving the chance that not all the damage will have been healed by the time the jutsu effects wear off. Name: Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Great Fireball Technique) Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Katon (Fire) Description: Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it. Chakra Cost: 5 (2 per post)
Name: Housenka no Jutsu (Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique) Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Katon (Fire) Description: Katon • Housenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai. Chakra Cost: 5
Name: Karyuu Endan (Fire Dragon Flame Projectile) Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Katon (Fire) Description: The user kneads chakra into flames, which are then manipulated into a genuine-looking dragon. Since the art of having the flames obey the user's will is outrageously difficult, its mastery is restricted to a limited number of skillful shinobi. Chakra Cost: 15 (4 per post)
Name: Zukokku (Head Mincing Pain) Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: Katon (Fire) Description: After the user spits out a small fireball that erupts into a giant firestorm after making contact with a surface, causing widespread destruction to the area. Since the flames travel along the ground, and cover such a wide area this is a difficult technique to evade. Chakra Cost: 23
Name: Goka Messhitsu (Great Fire Destruction) Rank: A rank Type: Ninjutsu Range: 30m Element: Katon Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the user's body is converted into fire, and then expelled from the mouth in a massive stream of intense flames that can set a vast area ablaze, engulfing the target in a veritable sea of flames. While similar to Goka Mekkyaku, Goka Messhitsu's flames are only four meters wide, allowing it to reach further than Goka Mekkyaku. If used upon dense, combustible terrain such as a forest, the confined area can greatly increase the possibility of the target's incineration. Chakra Cost: 20cp
Name: Goka Mekkyaku (Great Fire Annihilation) Rank: S rank Type: Ninjutsu Range: 20m (10m wide) Element: Katon Description: A technique where chakra is kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and then expelled from the mouth and shaped into a massive wall of intense flames, which covers a wide range as well. This makes the technique extremely difficult to either avoid or contain, with it requiring the combined efforts of several water release users or a large scale water technique in order to extinguish the flames. To be hit by this technique means instantaneous incineration followed by death. Chakra Cost: 35cp

Poison Name: The Death Sentence Rank: S rank Poison Description: The poison passing through the venom glands and fangs of the King of the Ryuchi caverns is known to be one of the most lethal and potent, as well as the most painful of poisons in the entire shinobi world. Having various glands that create the foul toxin that is known as the death sentence, he can make a nearly endless amount of it in very little time, secreting it from his mouth or through special glands in it's hardened skin. Because Seiichi has an entire row of venomous fangs hidden inside his jaws that can spring out in an instant, he can bite into large opponents and send this blood boiling poison into them, thus giving them his death sentence. Being able to both spit a larger portion of it as well, this poison can either be injected through his teeth, breathed out as a form of gas or seep in through one's skin.
Liquid State: This venom is highly potent, for simple contact with the skin can infect his targets with it. Being a bright orange in color, most won’t ever get to see it as it swims through their veins and shuts them down entirely. Because it only requires skin contact, this poison is very potent when used against large enemies, as well as smaller ones. When compressed into his spit, it's burning sensation that it lets of when moving through the blood will be so potent that it can even burn the skin in large doses, causing first, second and even third degree burns. When applied to other poisons and harmful liquids of lower rank, this poison will destroy that poison.
Gaseous state: When in it's liquid state, small amounts of the gaseous state form automatically, though it can be entirely gaseous when spat through special toxin glands in Seiichi's mouth. The gaseous state is highly flammable, aside from being really easy to breathe in and cause a burning sensation to the path it travels down all the way into the lungs where it is possibly the most lethal when in it's gaseous state. When breathed out, a small amount of fire can be enough to turn it into a raging inferno.
Poison Effect(s): [ Post 0 / When the poison enters the body, the target will feel a slight daze as it starts to rapidly move throughout their body. A slight burning sensation will be felt as the poison moves through the body.]
[ Post 1 / At this point, the burning pain will spread through the body as the venom destroys cells at a higher rate. This makes the body of the target a lot weaker, reducing their physical attributes with 20% each, making it all the more unlikely for them to get to safety and remove the poison from their system.]
[ Post 2 / At this point, the burning pain will spread through the entire body as the flesh of the target will blacken from the immense amount of cells being destroyed. At this point, full recovery is highly unlikely. This makes the body of the target very weak, decreasing physical attributes by 50% each, thus being entirely inferior to the king of snakes. ]
[ Post 3 / At the end of this poisons rapid spread, the poison will have seeped deep into the brain, muscles and other organs. By now, limbs may not move anymore as their physical attributes are now pushed down by over 80% while the physical pain makes moving even harder. Once the poison spread this far, full recovery is simply impossible as most bodily functions no longer work. Within this and the next post, the target will have died a painful death.]

| Before I dig deep into this, I want to name three little issues (also buying some time since my internet is being a cunt as per usual, and I don't want to start modding the jutsu hardcore when you gotta get rid of a few of them and change ranks anyway).
- You don't specify how big he is. - You have 19 jutsu but can only have 18. - You have 5 A rank jutsu but can have only 3. |
