Here's a link to the Character Creation Guide. But don't forget to look at the Systems we have here as well. Both should be useful to help you finish your application. Hope this helps you Wink

If you mean 'jutsu' limit, it's 15.

You may read the first section of this page (Character Creation). Should tell you all you need to know about making characters and stuff. It's really explanatory, but the topcats are still available if you're confused.
