History:

It was once said that the Goddess of love herself, Benzaiten, fell in love with a human boy. This human boy was a handsome lad who had many admirers as well as a fiance. Benzaiten saw him from her kingdom on earth and even snuck away from her own husband to meet him. The boy and his fiance were a beautiful couple together and this enraged the goddess of beauty.

Benzaiten disguised herself as a human girl and charmed her way into the boy's life. Once she seduced him, she became pregnant with the boy's child. The boy was horrified after learning what he had done and killed himself afterwards.

Benzaiten was enraged and filled with grief. She was so depressed that it caused a snap in her womb. The child she had produced was half god and half human, taking her powers into itself. However a curse was created: the child could not love. Though it could create 'love' the child itself could not love.

Benzaiten tried all she could for the child to give her grandchildren. And it seemed to turn into only a need for children. All her descendants seemed to possess the ability, but turned human after they were born.
