Appearance: Masamori is a youth of fifteen summers. Standing at five feet, seven inches and weighing a nominal one hundred and eight pounds, the genin is neither outstanding nor abnormal. He seems dutifully average, as any shinobi boy of his age may be, sporting a merely athletic body and a straight, though often relaxed posture. A poster child of the Yuki Clan, Masamori sports a pale and cold complexion, with un-fascinating, distant grey eyes to match and long dark-brown, black hair to hide them. The locks sprawl freely over his face as well as the greater part of his head, reaching, at times, even his shoulders. Masamori could be attributed a sense of handsomeness, one found in his soft, snow-pale skin and sharp features, though his apparent aloofness tends to warn others off. Similarly, there is an element of grace about him that marks him out to be of a higher breed, which seems to many, to be suggestive of arrogance and thus unpleasantness. Masamori smiles very rarely, which makes this image so the more true.
The genin wears an assortment of different garments, though by large, he favours light and loose articles that allow for an ease of movement. Due to his Clan's heritage, the young man is not fazed by the cold and so has no need for many layers or thick threads, and so his clothes are often made of fabrics that make no definite attempt at stealing and storing heat. Masamori's favourite colours are those of his elemental affinities, with a particular fondness for lighter greens and snow-white. He also appreciates violet and the darker shades of blue, azure in particular.

Personality: Masamori does not only look like a member of the Yuki Clan, but he is in many ways the very personification of snow and ice. The youth was never raised in any particularly strict manner, and certainly, he had neither a lavish high-class upbringing nor was he forced to live like his clan-less and thus unprivileged peers to achieve some educational purpose teaching him about social inequality. In the end, Masamori became a largely quiet and antisocial character regardless of how his parents sought to mould his personality. Ever polite and almost always at a lack of words, the youth speaks softly, his voice likened to the whispers of the wind and its tone and sound, to the melody of un-stilled yet harmonious waves. His face rarely expresses emotions and remains at most times impassive, alike it was crafted from ice itself. It has often been remarked that it is impossible to know what Masamori is thinking; no one can tell when he is sincere and if, if ever, he is lying.
Masamori is, firstly, a highly intelligent individual, his quietness often reflecting his internal musings and his willingness to listen and assess before setting on any particular course, verbal or otherwise. He is gifted with infinite calm and patience and a highly analytical and impersonal mind, which he uses to survey the world around him, whilst retaining a reserved, gentle and otherwise humble persona on the outside. Though he shies away from conversation, the youth is capable of holding (and defending his) strong opinions, though at most times and when the topic does not concern him, he is resigned to agreeing with others for the simple sake of keeping peace and avoiding strenuous and pointless arguments. When it comes to friends and allies, Masamori is an individual of great loyalty, cultivating a select few brilliant relationships rather than spreading himself thin by trying to know everyone and anyone; any secrets entrusted to him are kept forever sealed. Though he is awkward and largely incapable of comforting others, he has a surprising talent for leadership which shows itself in the most unexpected moments, having himself few fears and a strong desire to live, and is unusually easy to talk to, should one need to get something off their chest or elsewise confide in him. Unfortunately, it takes a long time for Masamori to warm to and befriend new individuals.

Combat Style: Masamori is a calm and patient individual, with no apparent desire or talent for combat; most opponents are fooled by his gentle demeanour, and those who know him, may be further fooled by his politeness and shyness. However when the situation calls for his fangs to be shown, the youth does so, suddenly a lion, aptly ready to pose a threat to any target. Capable of high level strategizing, employing tricks (mind tricks, or otherwise) and waiting out his opponent, whoever he may be, Masamori can be one of the most annoying individuals to fight against. He is highly infamous for never taking the first step, instead, always watching and waiting, ready to react to threats and to expertly return said any threat, tenfold, at his opponent. He is highly capable with weaponry, in particular favouring polearms with the purpose of keeping his opponents at bay and harming them, should they make the mistake of coming within reach; his speed allows him to lash out much faster than one would imagine. However at the same time, the Genin is well prepared to fight outside of his weapon's range, capably wielding three elements to defend against chakra-based threats and produce ones of his own. At the same time, he is skilful with longer range weaponry and has a quick hand and a deadly eye, when it comes to throwing or firing projectiles. His namesake, the Ice Element, belongs to one of his more deadly skills and serves as his means of ending most fights.

Those talented with this speed are capable of running with speed half a man greater than their peers and even last a bit longer during extraneous activities without becoming exhausted. This boost in speed is usually enough to quickly catch escaping targets or outrun most regular citizens.

Restrictions: This cannot be used as a way to perform two jutsu at the same time. Description: the ninja discovers a unique talent which allows them to mix chakra by performing seals with only one hand. With an ability such as this the ninja can fight while also performing jutsu, delivering surprise attacks to their enemies. Since those who can perform one-handed seals are naturally good at what their talents, they are even capable of performing hand seals behind themselves, leaving the enemy oblivious to the ninja's next attack.

Description: After many travels, the ninja has gained s scattering of allies that wish to ensure safety to the user through either kinship or a repaying favor. Having these types of connections in the villages means the user always has some sort of home and can easily take refuge. Restrictions:
- Each country must be visited at least once IC to merit having a friend in such a place.
- Each contact must strictly be a civilian NPC, who has no particular knowledge about ninja activities, or any particular ninja. The only services they can offer are a safe haven to rest one's head.
THE BACKGROUND. History:
- Born within the Yuki Clan residence in Konohagakure no Sato, Masamori was raised amid comfort and relative splendour, even if his family was not as affluent as the more prominent Senju and Uchiha of the village. His father, Masamune, was a skilled Yuki Chuunin at the time (though now serves as a Jounin) and the boy was a spitting image of him, and has, over time, grown to resemble him mentally also. His mother Mikekashiya, originally a kunoichi from a branch of the Uzumakai Clan, joined the Hospital as a nurse and has remained in that position till this day, albeit, she now serves as a senior member of staff.
- Masamori was admitted to the Academy at the usual age, and spent much of his childhood there. He had an equal amount of contact with the young prodigies of clans and the aspiring clanless, though he found isolation more favourable and befriended neither 'class' truly. Thus, he was stuck in the awkward social position of having no high-born friends and being unable to quite fit in with anyone else. As he grew older, this became a more painfully clear distinction. Where Uchiha walked around in groups, the Yamanaka befriended the Nara and the Inuzuka contended with the Aburame, the lonesome Yuki youth was all by himself.
- His only notable friend throughout his Academy career was a boy named Kurogami, Suzaku. Though the two weren't friends in the usual sense - both were too quiet and antisocial to really reap the benefits of such a potential relationship - Masamori found the other's company enjoyable enough. Unfortunately Suzaku had horrible habits which Masamori disapproved of. These habits would eventually drive a wedge between them, and their friendship would end shortly after Masamori's graduation.
- Two other noteworthy individuals were met during his academy years. One of them was an odd, effeminate boy in his class who went by the name of Kiretsu, Kazuo. He stood out as one of the most intelligent of his peers, often contending with Masamori for the best grades in class, though Kazuo wasn't aware of the existence of such a rivalry. In truth it wasn't one, but the Yuki youth enjoyed a challenge and imagined Kazuo to be his intellectual rival. Masamori took no part in Kazuo's bullying but made no effort to help either. In his defence, the Yuki youth was unaware of said bullying, being himself a loner and spending little time with anyone. When he found out about it much later, he felt guilty for not reaching out.
- The other 'acquaintance' was a girl of the name of Satsune. Of her, he saw as little as he could, as her brash and rough personality scared him off rather all too easily. Still, she was one of the few people he could identify the face of, and that in itself was a feat. Similarly, she was one of the few people to genuinely scare him.
- Masamori graduated at the customary age of thirteen, though, which was rather unusual, rather than become a genin and start working for Konohagakure the youth instead embarked on a two-year journey with his family across the Fire Country and elsewhere, in particular, Mizu No Kuni where his clan's home once was. In that time, a change of leadership occurred in the village so when the boy returned, now a teenager with some worldly experience behind his belt, he found himself a genin under the employ of a young, female Hokage; she broke two records upon her 'coronation', one of being the youngest Kage ever and the other of being the first female to take the title. That was certainly a little shock. His team assignment was thus in part equally dreaded and anticipated.

Name: Henge no Jutsu • Transformation Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique transforms the user’s appearance to that of another object or person. However, it is not a permanent transformation and a mental image of what they are transformed into. Certain aspects of a ninja will not change merely by transformation, these things may include injuries, tool pocket placements etc. The jutsu will dispel should the user be injured. The user does not gain the properties of their transformation (ie. horse like strength), and may only transform into something ranging between 1/2 of their regular size, to 2x their regular size. Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu • Body Replacement Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: 10 meters Element: N/A Description: After performing a tiger seal, this technique allows the user to alter places in a speedy manner with another nearby object. This is done mere seconds before an attack lands, thus making the attacker believe his or her attack was a success. Whatever object was used to alter places will receive the brunt of the enemy’s attack instead. The object that the user switches with must be preset somewhere else in the thread, meaning that the object must have received specific mention previously in the thread. Chakra Cost: 2

Preferably they should be within close to mid range and visible to the user. You cannot activate another persons explosive tags unless your chakra has been channeled into them beforehand. Name: Kai • Release Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: By stopping the flow of chakra in their body, and then applying an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra; the user may dispel the effects of a genjutsu. This can also be used on another individual that is stuck in a genjutsu by preforming the necessary hand seal and then touching them, although it consumes half the chakra cost of the Genjutsu. Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu • Escaping Skill Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to free themselves should they be tied up. It is extremely basic. Using their physical training, the user will twist and contort their body to loosen their bindings, effectively relieving themselves of the tightness of their bindings and slipping through the restraints. Name: Chozou no Jutsu • Storage Technique Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu, Supplementary Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A simple jutsu that allows a ninja to seal or unseal any item, mostly weapons, from scrolls or from their body. After forming the necessary handsigns, the ninja will seal the item into a scroll etc. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. The items themselves are unaffected by time. Ninjutsu can also be stored in scrolls, to be released when the scroll is opened, but require another person to cast said Ninjutsu; else it cannot be sealed. Chakra Cost: 1 to seal; 1 to unseal.
Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza • Act of Water Surface Walking Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: NA Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on water by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet or hands. Because of water’s nature, this requires the user to be quick to adjust the amount of chakra they must emit to their feet in order to maintain a constant balance. Users may also walk, run and “skate” across the water when using this technique. Chakra Cost: 1 (1 per post)
Name: Kinobori no Waza • Act of Tree Climbing Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on trees and vertical walls by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet. Gravity can easy be defined if this technique is mastered, allowing people to even stand upside down. If too much chakra is exerted the user will be pushed away; bark breaking and causing the user to then fall. If not enough chakra is exerted the user will lose their footing and fall. - Suiton Jutsu:
Name: Daibakuryuu no Jutsu - Great Exploding Current Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Suiton (Water) Description: In order to use this technique, the user must first be on top of water (lake, sea, etc). Then, after preforming the needed hand seals a vortex of water will form, sucking anything on the surface above it down to the depths below. This can possibly drown the opponent. Chakra Cost: 6 (1 per post) Name: Haran Banshou - Stormy Upheaval Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Suiton (Water) Description: This technique allows the user to summon a large volume of water; roughly the size of a waterfall, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in just an instant. Chakra Cost: 8 Name: Kokuun no Jutsu - Black Clouds Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Suiton (Water) Description: This jutsu creates a flammable black mist that forms a small cloud. The user can then move the cloud above their target and disperse it, covering the target in flammable oil. After forming the needed handseals, the user will expel a sticky liquid from his/her gullet. This liquid can cover approximately 20 square meters. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the ninja focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. This allows the user or a comrade to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well. Chakra Cost: 7 Name: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Clone Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: Suiton (Water) Description: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target, but none utilizing chakra. The range of the clone is limited however, it can travel no further than 10 meters from the original body. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like a normal blade. This sword can also go through most fire jutsu of equal rank and below. Chakra Cost: 8 (2 per post) Name: Suiben - Water Whip Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Suiton (Water) Description: The ninja will create a whip of water which can strike and bind an opponent. The user can also funnel lightning chakra to shock anyone wrapped in it. Can only affect one target at a time. Chakra Cost: 6 (2 per post) Name: Suirou no Jutsu - Water Prison Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Suiton (Water) Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a solid bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby. Name: Daitoppa - Great Breakthrough Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Fuuton (Wind) Description: This is a relatively simple technique that creates a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame. Chakra Cost: 9 Name: Reppushou - Gale Wind Palm Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: Fuuton (Wind) Description: Fuuton • Reppushou is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. After forming the needed hand seals, the user will send a strong gust of wind towards his/her target. When acting in conjunction with another thrown weapon, the wind can increase its power and deadliness. This jutsu turns the moisture particles in the air into an ice disk. They can be hurled with tremendous force at a target and are hard to dodge because of their transparency. They can also be strung together to spy on areas. They can also be used defensively by being used as a shield to deflect attacks below C-rank and basic thrown weapons. Chakra Cost: 5CP (per disk)
Name: Hyōton Tsubame Fubuki | Swallow Snow Storm Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: Hyōton (Ice Release) Description: Hyōton Tsubame Fubuki is a ninjutsu technique used by the members of the Yuki clan. This jutsu creates a cluster of ice needles in the shape of miniature swallows, which the user then throws at the opponent. These needles can change direction up to 3 times in midair and will maim the opponent with their sharp wings. Chakra Cost: 5CP (per 3 needles)
Name: Hyōton Enchou | Ice Dome Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Element: Hyōton (Ice Release) Description: Hyōton Enchou is a ninjutsu technique used by the members of the Yuki clan. The user can quickly create an ice dome around their allies and themselves to act as a defense. The ninja normally signs a blood contract with the animal species, which allows them to summon different size and skill levels of creature. Name: Steel-headed Spear Rank: C Type: Medium Range - Polearm Quantity: 1 Description: A spear is a pole weapon consisting of a shaft, usually of wood, with a pointed head. The head may be simply the sharpened end of the shaft itself, as is the case with bamboo spears, or it may be made of a more durable material fastened to the shaft. This particular spear has a head made out of steel, making it stronger than its iron-headed or wooden variants.
Name: Nodachi Rank: C Type: Medium Range - Greatsword Quantity: 1 Description: Known as a 'Field sword', the Nodachi is a large sword which can be wielded with either one or two hands. It is basically a larger version of a katana. Compared to the katana, the Nodachi is more difficult to wield due to its size and weight, but - like any weapon - could be extremely deadly if the warrior wielding it was skilled. The length of the nodachi's hilt varied between twelve to thirteen inches (30 to 33 centimeters). Its cutting capability and range exceeded that of a katana, due to its weight and size. Nodachi's length can reach the 1.50 meters.
