Shukutsu, Utsu.THE INFO.
Name: Haretsu, Kubutsu - Forgotten Nickname: Age: 18 Gender: Male Appearance: Nowadays looks can be what defines a person even at first sight. If that was the case Utsu might be one of the most interesting person's to watch even at a distance. Being quite the interesting person, another might find it hard to not look at him. His appearance is rather intimidating, cold and self centered for his own good. At the age of 18 Utsu is usually more fit than the average shinobi of his own rank. Standing at 6 feet and 1 inch tall and weighing about 165 lbs, Utsu can appear to be a very tall person. Especially considering his thin, but very muscular body. His body mainly trained for speed, rather than strength is quite toned and slim. The young man has deep black eyes, and a loose spiky short black hair that is usually covered by his hood. Yet without his shirt off, he possesses the perfect abs and "V" shaped formed just above his private parts on his waist. Standing at such height, long legs and long arms most would think the boy is rather slow in the battlefield in combat. Though that's really not an issue at all. His body is well in perfect fit and allows him to move freely and agile in combat. When training, or taking part of a fight he tends to keep himself as simple as he can. Often wearing a black fishnet protector, a black T-shirt and some long light-weight black pants so he can move easily. He usually prefers to wear his former clothing from Iwagakure which consisted of a tight black fishnet protector covered by the usual Iwagakure flap jacket, and to finish off some long black pants with a couple of pockets to adorn it. He does not like to look outstanding but definitely does not like to look lower than anyone in the room. For that very reason he likes to dress differently, more concerned about the situation. Like almost every shinobi coming from the Rock village, Utsu is slightly tanned, black brows and a deep look to his face. His eyes are always wide open, and a black outline surrounds them. Due to his clan's heritage the young and former Haretsu usually carries two medium sized pouches where he keeps his clay equipment for whenever needed. His eyes simply give him an appearance that seems like death is haunting his very soul. Being a weaponry user his body is well toned as well as scarred for life, though this is usually covered by his own clothing. Some accessories the young man carries would be his 'snake bite' piercing right below his lips. As well as his necklace that carries his own clan symbol. Though he tends to keep this hidden below his own shirt. His lips are thin, as well as his eyebrows. And his teeth are well aligned. Another thing that Utsu tends to usually wear would be his earrings in which he wears about 3 in each ear. Forehead Protector: Utsu does not usually wears a headband, though when he does he usually clips it right to his chest against his flap jacket/shirt. Personality: Utsu is very passionate to what he has achieved, and pretty much likes to boast about it. Coming down from the Haretsu clan, the young man was trained since the very early age, allowing him to become a genin at the age of only 13. Because of this his confidence as a shinobi has exceeded than the normal limits. And though only a child the young Haretsu tends to be cruel at some point in times offending people in a way that people themselves can’t even tell whether he is making an insult or a compliment. The young man is always keeping a straight face even when feeling amused, which often scare off potential friends he could get. Though very friendly, the young man often abuses his friendship with others. But is he truly looking for friends? Of course not, for that very reason he tries to keep away from everyone. Anyone who has loved ones is weak and it would be his way of thinking like this that has gotten him where he is at now. The young Haretsu is very well talented in every aspect of Ninjutsu and Weaponry, because of that he only train with those whom he thinks would be able to teach him what he doesn’t know already. Often challenging bigger opponents to a match, the Haretsu has still to suffer from a major injury which is what got his ego to the point where it is now. Being specialized in weaponry he has a fund for weapons such as umbrella, arrows and bows and the liking. Allowing him to attack from different directions, as well as control the sky with his clan abilities, or control the ground with his weaponry abilities and speed. In battle his personality slightly changes, always calculating and watching his opponent’s move before he himself would begin his own attack. Specializing in weapons the young man tends to make his way around and set traps for his opponent to fall on. As a weaponry user the young man act quick, as well as loves to destroy things with his clan capabilities. In combat the young man tends to get a personality that most have not seen, as he only shows it when confronting someone personally where he is not seen. His abilities is something he does not show much, but when he makes them shine, always on the offensive his explosives are nothing to take lightly. Clan: Haretsu Nindō: None for the moment. Origin: Tsuchi no Kuni Affiliation: Ex-Kumogakure no Sato Rank: C rank Nukenin Specialities: * Ninjutsu * Weaponry [Main:Long-Range | Sub: Mid-range] Elemental Affinities: Doton [Earth Release] | Suiton [Water Release] Combat Style:Utsu has many ways of approaching a situation. He is always calmed, and collected so trying to get him out of focus is usually a hard thing to do when combating against the young black haired man. The man is smart, so he knows when to keep his distance as well as when he needs to get up on an opponent's face with any of his techniques. Often the attacker and rarely the defensive person Utsu likes to keep collected and not let any disturbance influence his fighting style. Emotions are always kept aside in the heat of combat, something thought since the very early age so its hard for him to be taken out of focus. Being a weaponry user that practices with weapons of mid-long ranges the young man try to keep his distance from his opponent. His Ninjutsu allow him to confront farther out enemies, using his Doton to disrupt the movement of anyone on the ground. His combination makes it harder for almost every opponent he confronts; whether they are close or long range fighters. Many styles and adaptation to any situation allow him to convert from a defensive position, right quick to an offensive. While his clan abilities allows him to buy time as well, often taking a battle from the air cutting the range of his opponent by a bunch. Airborne, he loves to play tricks on his opponent often making various C1 explosives and bombing his opponent from above. When using his Weaponry skills he likes to mix them with his own clan, creating a more bombastic weapon to the enemy, and a way of fighting he created on his own. A passion with weapons allowed the young man to specialize in various kind of weapons, often being able to take in any distance and adjust to it without a problem. His Suiton element unlike the others is barely used. Utsu will most likely rely on his weaponry abilities when using his "Bombarial" attacks a word coming from his aerial attacks using bombs. Description: A rare characteristic that one develops which allows them to understand and communicate with animals. Verbal exchange is common amongst those with this ability as the user will literally alter their voice to mimic the animal their speaking to as a way of communicating. More advanced people are even capable of feeling the emotions and pain of animals as well, although that requires physical contact. Animal Speaking is a very useful skill because they can manipulate animals to accomplish tasks, such as acting as scouts or gathering information they have already witnessed. Animals that serve as familiars to specific clans or people such as Kakichu Bugs, Inuzuka dogs or summons, cannot be controlled due to their loyalty to their owners.
THE BACKGROUND. History:* Utsu was born among one of the most elite clans in Tsuchi no Kuni. Being part of one of the most elite clans there was always a strict rule in the house. * By the age of 5 the young Utsu was already beginning his training for a ninja. Like any other his dream was to become the best of the village and even the best of the clan. His dream to become one allowed him to continue on his training, hoping soon he would reach his goals. Even at the very age, even after he just started to walk his father had begun to show him a few tricks, allowing him to play with shuriken to his desire. Though letting the clan abilities for later in the future. Considered to possess one of the most destructive arts as they call it it was wise if only the bigger kids learned about it. * By the age of 7 the young man began his academy years but overall was not happy. He had no kind of life, no childhood and especially no friends due to his family strict rules. Utsu would soon grow tired of the way of life he had. Always by the book, everything so constricting that he felt like he could not have some space and enjoy life. * At the age of 9, the young boy slowly began to learn about his own clan abilities. Still not able to be tought such dangerous tactics the young man infiltrated into the family book's slowly taking as many books as he can to begin reading about the law of chakra. As well as some secret clan books that allowed him to learn the secret techniques with the use of clay. * Soon after learning how to create his own clay bombs the young man created one. Not really knowing the capabilities of his own clan abilities the young man began to play in the house. Taking this ability and using it as art, creating tiny animals to run around the house. All from dogs, bats that flew around the house. This to the young boy was simple child's play as he left the house, and after some time there was still some clay bombs aorund there. After some time the clay bombs exploded, incinerating the house completely. Catching all (his parents) inside the house inside the fire and horribly burned to death in their usual day's nap. * Utsu not knowing what had happened rank back to his house and tried to do something. But the young man was at risk of getting caught in the fire as well. The special forces of the village did their best but only managed to turn the fire off though it was too late. According to them, the cause was their own clay bombs. As fragments still remained around most of the area. Utsu could not stand being alone, and the pain fromloosing both of his parents scared him off to another village. Hoping to start fresh, a long with a new lines of friends, and at some point moved to the Cloud village in the lightning country. * Utsu entered the academy in the Cloud village hoping to forget his past. As well as to make a career out of what he loved most, and that was creating art with his own clay. After some time in the village the young man did not feel at home. His patience was being tested, and he was clearly too weak to leave the village. He was part of the village now and not being abe to perform his clan art to its best capabilities restrained him quite a lot. * After year in the academy the young Utsu graduated the academy now becoming an almost full shinobi. He was now a genin, the lowest of the ranks when it came t completing missions. As a genin the young Haretsu was one that strived to become the best by training as hard as possible. Often training from sunrise all the way till sunset. The boy was known for his physical combat skills, though his clan was clearly hidden for personal purpose. * By now the young man had already develop his own creations with his clan. Becoming now a full grown man, able to with stand his own responsibilities and problems. The man took missions by himself easily completing them, and as a Haretsu the young man tended to finish off his opponents. Not being one that would succumb to mercy the young man had little remorse after each kill. His explosions the cause to most of his fine kills outside the village while a mission. The young man was stubborn and while he was paired with other genin and a Jounin he would end up wandering off and completing the mission without his comrades. Some were harder than the last one but the important thing was that he always came back alive. * After a few years as a genin in the village the young man managed to get a mission out of the Lightning Country. Already tired of keeping himself tied to one place the young man made a run for it. Abandoning his friends and village behind hoping to find new things to learn that could improve his already perfect art. * After a year of traveling around the countries the young man ended up at the Fire Country where he has yet to leave. There he set camp hoping to meet new allies, though not friends. He always liked to keep himself away from relationships over all. Roleplay Sample:A long string of thoughts passed the young man as he sat calmedly staring at the river before him. The mist easily picking up thicker as time passed on causing the young man to loose every sense of thought until his eyes began to slowly drift away. His head began to fall forward and a small snap back when he would notice he was falling asleep. The Inuzuka was always alert though; even when falling asleep he would rely on his senses of smell occasionally. The boy knew best to not fall asleep here in the village borders as it was home of many criminal ninja that relied on the supplies that enter and exit the village. And lately things have not been good in that side note. Aside from the dangers that lurked around this area of the border the place was rather isolated and lonely only to be populated by the fishermen of the nearby housing. Today was different, no one was around, the place was quiet, and even a mysterious place to be at with the mist lurking heavy around the area. This place was just a place where danger was bound to arrive. The Inuzuka pressed tightly his wrist as he watched the old scars he had on them. Slowly pushing his back against the cold timber that was behind him. The tree towering tall above him and blossoming with vivid colors. " I wish I could of known what caused this. If only I knew who did this to me I would make them pay." The Inuzuka said as he wrapped his hand around his wrist tightly once more. Then with the other hand he stroked his neck slowly searching for a feel of his major scar on his neck. " Because of this one I can barely speak clearly without having some struggles." He whispered to himself as a stream of silence remained in the area. The wind somehow began to pick up for a moment howling in a eerie manner followed by the barks of a dog. And now; whether the barks were coming from the dog that followed him or not the animal seemed concerned. The boy's nose slowly began to pick something and whether it was an ally or an intruder he couldn't afford to keep himself in the open where he could be seen. His nose was something that could be easily deceived but this time the stank of dangers slowly creeped inside his nostrils and he knew it. But before he knew it the dog's bark faded as a shadow emerging from the mist made its presence. The canine boy's back pushed against the tree behind him hoping to jump standing on his feet in a quick motion as his left hand still hidden slowly against his back pouch as he remained seated seeing as he failed to get up from the sudden scare. A sudden rush quickly rushed through the young man's veins as he saw the individual lurk from the thick mist in which slowly began to fade and the person became visible. Noticing only a woman dressed in a long brown skirt with a grey and black bodice to go along with it. Though scare out of his mind he turned to face the other way as if he had not noticed her. Nothing too fancy though yet unique for someone from around these parts. Seeing as it was a women the boy somewhat took a small step back and lowered his guard as his hand came to a halt next to his tigh leveling with his other hand. "Young man - sir?" The woman said..her tone of voice slightly kind and gentle but for some reason had an eerie tone to herself. Though he did not want to turn he felt a small tap that caused him to jump on his feet instantly. Grasping a kunai from when he had his hand on his pouch he prepared for anything. "Was that your dog I just met? He's quite energetic!" Her personality somewhat brought Okashi's guard to a standstill. She seemed friendly enough he thought as his hand let loose some of the grip from the kunai and retrieved his hand to his side. "Only, I'm afraid he went bounding off into the mist - on the other side of the river, too." Okashi then gave a half hearted smile as he was still slightly on the alert note. "That's fine. It is not my dog by the way. The darn creature just keep following me around like if I was his owner." Okashi said with a smirk on his face. "Thought you ought to know." The girl then spoke again. "You probably managed to scare him away for some reason. Something I have not been able to do myself for awhile now. " Okashi said as he walked towards the woman. "My name is Okashi. Don't know if we have met before. I had a little incident so I can't really remember anything aside from me coming here half-dead..Haha."Okashi said with a smile on how face as he rubbed on the scars on his neck. WHO AM I?. Name: Doton Bunshin no Jutsu - Earth Clone Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Doton Description: Doton Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes the earth to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Doton Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target, but none utilizing chakra. The range of the clone is limited however, it can travel no further than 10 meters from the original body. From a single use of this technique only one wolf can be made, however this technique cannot be reused until the wolf is terminated. This jutsu consumes 2 units of clay.

| I never knew the clan spot needed approval. O.o Anyways I don't really see where it states it needs admin approval. Even still I don't see how I will get approval with the lack of response you get from Adam when you ask him something. Even if it is important, there is just no point in asking for permission. | Weaponry Specialization: You'll need to specify a dominant and secondary range within your weaponry usage as it impacts what rank of each type of weaponry you can utilize.
History: If you could either elaborate on some of your smaller bullet points in your history or add a few additional points to it as you are applying for a 'limited' clan it would be best to see more effort in the back story.
