Please note that this is how Takeru looks the majority of the time to maintain his Akimichi features.
Takeru stands at an average height for a fifteen year old, somewhere between five foot ten and five foot eleven inches tall. Being an Akimichi though, his weight is much more prevalent and visible than his height. He weighs around two hundred to two hundred and fifty pounds, which, for a fifteen year old, is quite a bit.
Unlike most Akimichi that have spiked hair, Takeru's lays flat on his head, like a normal person's hair style which actually ends up causing more problems than necessary. If he had regular spiked hair, then it would be extremely difficult to determine whether his hair was styled a specific way, or whether it was merely misshapen due to sleeping in his bed wrong.
His eyes are also just off the generic brown that most shinobi and people have in general, instead having hazel spread through out the eyes causing them to glow weirdly when the light hits them in a certain angle. This has freaked Takeru out himself half the time, especially when passing by mirrors.
His headband is tied around his forehead, as he can not place it any where else due to the Akimichi jutsu; if he had it on his bicep for example, the cloth would break and he would end up completely losing the headband.
As for clothes, Takeru is quite comfortable wearing about anything in public. There have been occasions where he has shown up to the Academy in one piece footie pajamas that had sausage and hamburgers printed on them. The person that ended up laughing at him was sent to the hospital after being dug up through a few holes in the Academy floors.
That being said, he tends to wear a pair of loose fitting jeans, mostly to prevent ball to thigh sticking, and a random T-shirt. That is topped with a military style jacket, which is normally black, and a pair of steel toe boots. This is normally for staying inside the village and non combat events.
His combat uniform is a basically a pair of steel toe boots, a pair of shin length shorts that are extremely flexible, and a T-Shirt of some sort. His ninja pouch at this point in strapped along his waist so as to not lose it during his clan jutsu.

Personality:Takeru is a type of person that one could call fluffy. He is not the point of being extremely obese, and by nature of loving food and enjoying the culinary aspects of life, he is a teddy bear. He is extremely out going and cheerful, and enjoys giving hugs to people, especially those who do not like being hugged.
He is mostly quiet, but during the process of learning to know people and becoming friends with them, he becomes boisterous and loud, and extremely out going. He has been known to start having TOO good of a time, and use a clan jutsu to increase the size of his stomach and bounce one of his friends into the air.
He loves food. Being an Akimichi that should not really need to be said, but Takeru really loves food. He would willingly sell his body out to someone who gave him amazing food for just that, if the need came down to it. Not many people would take him up on that offer (unless his calorie intake was low enough for the fat to disappear), but the fact still stands.
He has also been known to loiter outside buildings that have a really good smell of food, mostly from home cooked meals, and unintentionally follow people who have food that smells delicious. Half the time he isnt paying attention and just follows his noise, which more often than not gets him in trouble by randomly showing up at the wrong persons house. He had actually almost become part of the Yakuza multiple times due to this facet, and they now welcome him with open arms in their meeting restaurants, mostly because he makes people laugh.
Takeru also is prone to cracking jokes and attempting to make people laugh, no matter how dry or stupid the joke really is. That being said, he also gets into some jokes too much, and after that line has been past it is hard to tell whether he is being serious, joking, or harrassing someone.
Takeru happens to extremely dislike littering, as most of the littering around the ocean ends up affecting the quality of the seafood that Kirigakure prepares for its inhabitants, and Takeru absolutely loves seafood. He also has a strange phobia of the red light district, but when asked why he attempts to change the subject immediately as to keep the scenes of whatever terrifies him blocked from his memory.
Beyond eating though, he has a natural tendency to be found in librarys where he can enjoy the quiet and be anti social, because everyone needs a little anti social time for themselves before they go ape shit and kill someone.

Combat Style:Takeru's combat style is pretty straight forward, being an Akimichi and a weaponry user. Most of his attacks are at close range, mixing his maul into the basic taijutsu barrages, or his dagger for that matter. The Ninjato is basically used for the same reason, but it is more of a defense oriented weapon for Takeru as it is short enough to unsheath quickly to block kunai or other random projectiles.
Being an Akimichi, one would not expect long range attacks either, which is precisely the point that Takeru picked up and mastered the short bow and the throwing chakrams. He is also quite proficient at the long bow, but not yet to the point where he feels that he could use it in actual combat. It is also much larger than the short bow, obviously, and thus would require more room to carry. With the rest of the weaponry he has, it is impractical for the moment.
Despite being overweight as well, Takeru is decently quick on his feet, and extremely agile when using his taijutsu or weaponry techniques. This normally throws off his opponents because whenever he is sparred against, they see an overweight ninja, and thus he must be slow. The first blow is normally the most important, so because of the under estimations, Takeru's opponents end up giving that away. Alot.
Another favorite tactic of Takeru's is to utilize his clan jutsu when it is least expect. Therefore a random kick could turn into a giant Akimichi knee to the entire body, or a punch could level a forest. This does not happen often, but it is a skill in practice due to the requirement of preforming the hand seals mid melee combat.

THE BACKGROUND.
History:
- Takeru was born to a branch of the Akimichi clan in Kirigakure.
- Upon turning 5 years old, Takeru began training in Akimichi jutsu and weapon techniques.
- At age of 6 Takeru went to his first BBQ restuarant. The restuarant promptly closed the next day for almost a week while they restocked, as an Akimich birthday party was not something that normal happened outside the home.
- Beginning the Academy at 8, Takeru had to deal with being picked on due to weight, but excelled at the physical exercises.
- Second year of Academy, was nominated top weaponry user of the class.
- Right after being nominated top weapon user, Takeru was bought a set of chakram by his parents as a reward. Promptly proceeded to slide his palm open practicing with them and required stiches and a hospital visit the next day.
- At age 10, Takeru attended a wedding in Konoha for the main family. Was thereby removed from the banquet for gorging oneself in an unslightly manner in front of the Hokage.
- Punched a hole through his Academy classroom floor, putting one of the annoying classmates at the bottom of the hole because he was being picked on about wearing pajamas to school.
- Began learning long range weapons upon entering the third year of Academy.
- End of third year, Takeru began physically conditioning himself for Taijutsu combat, and began reading more manuals to expand his styles.
- Last year of Academy. Top marks for Weaponry and Taijutsu, mediocre for Ninjutsu, and lowest score for Genjutsu. Graduated the Academy in the middle range, average for his scores.

"I wonder why he told you I was here. He must like you, you're the first person whose ever been brought here while I was here, he knows how much I enjoy my peace and quiet. Quite peculiar, I'm still wondering why you."Ryuu sat back at that statement, knowing exactly why the sailor had told him Ranmaru was here. Having been born and raised in Kumogakure, he knew exactly who Ryuu was and what clan he came from, which automatically implied a certain amount of awe and respect for the young Genin, even though it was forbidden for a civilian to let out any breath of a word on who Ryuu actually was. That and he had been bribed with a certain amount of gold on his trip over by Ryuu, easily enough to start his own trading fleet and empire should he so want. That in itself, let alone the minimal knowledge that the Joushi clan had other clan members working under them for whatever reason, were the main factors in Ryuu finding out Ranmaru was down here. The sailor was probably assuming that Ryuu was a normal part of the Joushi clan, and most likely had not heard about the expulsion. Well, it was undoubtable that the sailor had not heard about the explusion, but he had no idea it was Ryuu. Turning back around towards Ranmaru, Ryuu did happen to raise his eyebrow, the young Genin across from him extending his hand and giving out his name. Mildly amused at the gesture, and keeping such an expression off his face, Ryuu clasped the other Genin's hand and shook it, feeling the callouses that were on his hand. That was not a bad sign, just proving to Ryuu that what Ranmaru had said earlier about normally being all for a fight. He probably practiced his kata's and swinging his swords every night, and day, and in his free time too if he had a chance, which all in all wasn't bad. Turning around, Ryuu really could not tell what the outside looked like, nor the height of the sun, but his internal clock was starting to act a little out of whack. And that was probably because it was getting darker outside, leaning more toward the dusk side, and Ryuu really did not want to swim the small length of water between the two islands back, especially not in the mist that was swirling the island more vigorously that it would have been when he came over. Letting go of Ranmaru's hand, Ryuu fished into his pocket and flipped a coin at Ranmaru. In the depths of the cave, it would be extremely difficult, even with the torches and lighting, to see how rare and expensive the piece Ryuu had tossed over was, but later, when someone appraised it, Ranmaru would understand. "That right there, when you take it to the correct person, will pretty much explain why I knew you were down here. There is more to the story, but as we just met, I do not know whether or not to trust you with the whole thing, so let us use that coin as a symbol of us meeting. If you want to know more then rise up and meet me near the top. Given your aptitude and personality, I figure you would be doing that anyway, so here is extra incentive."With that, Ryuu bowed his head and left the cave, leaving Ranmaru to do whatever he wanted. With the blade measuring no more than one and a half feet, and a square guard on top, this weapon has been popularized by many ninja, especially the ANBU, hence the name.

Name: Chakram Rank: D-Rank Type: Long Range - Projectile Quantity: 10 Description: Something like a shuriken, a chakram is a circle throwing projectile. The blade is an inch in width and sharp. There are some chakram that have the ability to return to the user after being thrown due to the designs in the metal and the way they are forged, but these chakram do not have this ability. Once thrown they remain in position until the user picks them back up.
Name: Maul Rank: C Type: Close Range - Blunt Weapon Quantity: 1 Description: The maul is a powerful long-handled hammer with a heavy metal head, either of lead or iron. This weapon is very heavy and can only be wielded with two-hands. Though large and slow if the user is able to land a direct hit it can cause bone shattering force with only the most simple of strikes.

The ninja will first quickly appear below their opponent, then with a switch upper kick they will launch their target into the air. The ninja will then jump into the air to "shadow" the target with the target's back to their chest. This move is used before preforming "Omote Renge - Front Lotus" or "Shishi Rendan - Lion Combo". Name: Kaminari Tenohira - Thunder Palm Rank: D-B Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m) Element: Raiton Description: Concentrating lightning chakra into their hand, the user strikes their enemy with a strong, open-palmed strike. Depending on the level of chakra concentrated, the assault can act akin to a taser at D-rank, momentarily stunning the opponent, a more powerful shock at C-rank, momentarily stunning the opponent and numbing the area around the blow for one post, and an even more powerful shock at B-rank, inflicting partial paralysis if struck on a limb, the limb being paralyzed from the shock for one post. A full body strike would only greatly numb the opponent's torso for a single post, afflicting the area of the strike with first degree burns, and inflicting minor internal damage if struck directly over an organ. Name: Shishi Rendan - Lion Combo Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: The user first uses the "Konoha Kage Buyou - Leaf Shadow Dance" to manuever his/her opponent in a vulnerable aerial position. While shadowing his/her opponent, the user will attempt to strike them from a vulnerable angle. If he/she is unable to make a clean strike, he/she will strike anyway as a feint, to draw his/her target's attention and defense to one area. The user can then strike the undefended area and begin knocking them downwards towards the ground. As the enemy falls back to the earth, the user will deftly rotate his/her body around to deliver a full force kick to their chest. Chakra Cost: 7

Similar to a senbon, the user can spit the toothpick at his/her opponents to injure them. He/she can also spit it at incoming projectiles to knock them away. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Supin - Spin Rank: D Type: Weapons Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: Taking a throwing weapon, senbon and kunai generally working best, the user throws the weapon with a slight spin to it, akin to a bullet. The spin stabilizes the thrown weapon, increasing it's effective range and power. For example, a kunai thrown at long range would hold accuracy and damage close to that of being thrown at mid-range. Chakra Cost: 3
Name: Soto Nise - Fake Out Rank: D Type: Weaponry Range: Close (0-5M) Element: N/A Description: The user will draw their opponent's attention to their blade or blade-wielding handing, telegraphing an eminent attack with it. The user will begin to spin, as if building up momentum for the attack, before surging chakra through their feet to stick to the ground to arrest their momentum before swinging around to strike from the other direction. Alternatively, the user can simply release the original blade, letting it fly at the opponent, while quickly drawing forth another weapon and attacking with that. Chakra Cost: 3
Name: Dengen Shotto - Power Shot Rank: C Type: Weaponry Range: Long (10M+) Description: The user briefly overdraws their bow, giving the following arrow increased penetrating power and range, easily capable of crippling a target with proper aim. Because the technique requires the user pulling back further than they normally would, this can be straining to the muscles of their arm. As such, without the Endurance SCs, the average user cannot use this technique in rapid succession (ie, minimum of 1 post between uses). Chakra Cost: 6 CP
Name: Kyūsoku Shotto - Rapid Shot Rank: C Type: Weaponry Range: Mid-range (5M-10M) Description: Focusing on speed rather than power, the user rapid-fires arrows one after another, up to three arrows in quick succession. Because the user is aiming to fire more arrows faster, some power and accuracy is sacrificed in order to maintain the pace.

Name: Bunshin no Jutsu • Clone Technique Rank: E Type: Genjutsu Range: N/A Medium: Optical Element: N/A Description: This technique creates identical clones of the user. However, they hold no actual substance and will disperse upon impact of an attack or contact with an opponent. They cannot disrupt the area around themselves with their movements; won’t kick up dust, crush grass, etc. They are simply optical illusions used to momentarily fool others. Chakra Cost: 1CP per 5 clones
Name: Henge no Jutsu • Transformation Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique transforms the user’s appearance to that of another object or person. However, it is not a permanent transformation and a mental image of what they are transformed into. Certain aspects of a ninja will not change merely by transformation, these things may include injuries, tool pocket placements etc. The jutsu will dispel should the user be injured. The user does not gain the properties of their transformation (ie. horse like strength), and may only transform into something ranging between 1/2 of their regular size, to 2x their regular size. Thus one cannot transform into large creatures. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu • Body Replacement Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: 10 meters Element: N/A Description: After performing a tiger seal, this technique allows the user to alter places in a speedy manner with another nearby object. This is done mere seconds before an attack lands, thus making the attacker believe his or her attack was a success. Whatever object was used to alter places will receive the brunt of the enemy’s attack instead. The object that the user switches with must be preset somewhere else in the thread, meaning that the object must have received specific mention previously in the thread. Chakra Cost: 2
Name: Explosive Tag: Activate Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to activate an explosive tag they have planted somewhere. Preferably they should be within close to mid range and visible to the user. You cannot activate another persons explosive tags unless your chakra has been channeled into them beforehand. Name: Kai • Release Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: By stopping the flow of chakra in their body, and then applying an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra; the user may dispel the effects of a genjutsu. This can also be used on another individual that is stuck in a genjutsu by preforming the necessary hand seal and then touching them, although it consumes half the chakra cost of the Genjutsu. Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu • Escaping Skill Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to free themselves should they be tied up. It is extremely basic. Using their physical training, the user will twist and contort their body to loosen their bindings, effectively relieving themselves of the tightness of their bindings and slipping through the restraints. This technique can only be used if the user is of equal or higher rank than their captor. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Chozou no Jutsu • Storage Technique Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu, Supplementary Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A simple jutsu that allows a ninja to seal or unseal any item, mostly weapons, from scrolls or from their body. After forming the necessary handsigns, the ninja will seal the item into a scroll etc. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. The items themselves are unaffected by time. Ninjutsu can also be stored in scrolls, to be released when the scroll is opened, but require another person to cast said Ninjutsu; else it cannot be sealed. Chakra Cost: 1 to seal; 1 to unseal.
Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza • Act of Water Surface Walking Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: NA Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on water by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet or hands. Because of water’s nature, this requires the user to be quick to adjust the amount of chakra they must emit to their feet in order to maintain a constant balance. Users may also walk, run and “skate” across the water when using this technique. Chakra Cost: 1 (1 per post)
Name: Kinobori no Waza • Act of Tree Climbing Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on trees and vertical walls by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet. Gravity can easy be defined if this technique is mastered, allowing people to even stand upside down. If too much chakra is exerted the user will be pushed away; bark breaking and causing the user to then fall. If not enough chakra is exerted the user will lose their footing and fall.
