THE INFO. Name: Kamaza, Tatsuo Nickname: Tatsu: Short for his first name, Tatsu is how most friends or commonly known people around the village call him. Though not really a big deal, Tatsuo prefers if only those whom he trust and consider a friend would call him by Tatsu. If not, then he would have the tendency to correct those with his complete name. Age: 17 Gender: [M]ale Appearance: Tatsuo has left the childish image behind and after mentally growing up the young man have actually changed his whole appearance to a point that it does not look like him. Unlike before the young man actually have black long hair now, taking a much more different look on his appearance. That anyone that have not seem him since before his arm incident will not be able to recognize him. After long days, weeks, and months of harsh training the young man had forgotten about his appearance instead focusing on his physical strength now that he has one arm rather than focusing on his appearance. His hair has now grown down to shoulder level, and while he did not like the usual green hair color the young man had finally decided to look a bit more natural ending up with a black hair color rather than his usual green.
After loosing his right arm the young man took it to a much more extreme workout, enhancing the muscle son his body to a point that they were not all bulk, but instead were completely ripped to a point that if he wore a tight shirt the lean muscles would easily show. Aside from enhancing his whole body structure the young man now wears a long white robe, allowing him to hide the fact that he no longer possess a right arm to the public. He is still as tall as he could be standing at a 6'7 inches tall, but this has actually not bothered him anymore. He was no longer a kid, and the comments and criticism made about his height were no longer affecting him. Along with his white robes, underneath them he wears back shorts, while his two ninja kits are hanging from his belt.
New appearance came with new accessories, as the young adult now has several bottom lip piercings to go along with his rebel look. His heart is no longer abused by innocence as a symbol of a chameleon is tattooed on his right side of his chest. The young man also wears a black necklace, and his Kirigakure headband is proudly worn around his waist, stitched to a thick, long red rope that is strapped around his waist while the residual hangs from his back. Whatever inch that is visible to the public is of course hidden from the public, this is because of the sometimes visible scaly skin the young man possess. His sandals are just a little below the calf and are colored brown. His right hand is casually covered by a black gloves, which he casually uses.
Forehead Protector: Tatsu wears his Kirigakure head band around his waist sowed to part of his clothing that hangs around his waist. The headband is easily visible to others around the village, and there is almost to no time when he is not carrying it.
Personality: In a little amount of time Tatsuo or Tatsu for short has been able to see what really being a shinobi is about. It means he would have to risk his life for the ones he care about as well as remain loyal and still sticking to his own beliefs. In such a small amount of time the young man has grown out of his serious, and anti-social personality. Now that he has exposed himself to others his life aside from having some upset turn of events after loosing his right arm he has been able to grip the upside of life a little more. The young man actually laughs and enjoy life even more now after witnessing the things that a person of his age were not supposed to experience. His former 'trying to be mature' has actually evolved into something that is actually mature. He no longer sees every one as people not to be trusted but has still not opened quite completely just yet as this would only make him vulnerable.
His easy going yet full attention on things attitude has changed him completely. Though a more friendly person and now living inside the village, the young man has the mind of a young adult. His shyness had completely faded out of his body and his sights are always at the task in hand. He is not afraid to show what he got, especially now after loosing an arm and having to change his whole way of fighting. His mind is always focused on getting stronger, so training every day almost 8 hours a day is a must upon his regime.
Responsibility has become very common sight from the young adult as he never jokes about his life and his career. It has already cost him a life, he is damn sure to not let it happen again in his life. He takes everything very seriously, and often in mission his mind is always set on the goal, and the full safety of everyone. He rarely speaks when taking on such a task, just so that he never looses focus simply because he does not like surprises.
After killing two, and having his hands stained with the crimson color of blood the young man is not afraid to kill or even decapitate an enemy. Failure once has taught him quite a lot, even as a young man and he is not ready to face it again just yet. He is quite, preserved and above all sincere towards all villagers. He is willing to protect only those that deserve to get protected and sometimes he even seems like his loyalty is without a doubt questionable simply because he sets himself apart from others when it comes to political affairs.

Combat Style: Loosing a hand has changed a lot about Tatsu, especially the way he approaches a battle. Unlike before the young man actually thinks before he acts as he tends to always keep his distance from the target unless he knows for sure he could penetrate the opponent's defenses. He always remains collected and calmed, as he has learned that going over the top can lead to disastrous events. Still specialized in the art of weapons the young man has been able to use close range more effectively than his long range due to having only one arm. Tatsu actually had to leave the bow and arrow behind, and actually get some weapons that would actually partake in up close and personal frontal attacks. With that said he tends to enhance his weapon attacks with his own elements, only using Ninjutsu when needed or when he is not in range to use a hand to hand assault. His Ninjutsu usually covers what other ranges his weaponry skills cannot cover. Being a deadly asset up close even with one hand, while pulling the opponent closer if needed with the use of Ninjutsu. It is not all upset after the young Tatsu lost his hands, as he has actually managed to learn one handed seals and he is able to use his tail, and tongue as new weapons in his arsenal. A person seeing him fight would only think that the guy is perfectly fine, even without the lost limb. His weapon of choice would be the normal sized katana, and even the rarely seen long range weapon dart blower.

Name: Chakra Sensory Rank: B Type: Chakra Based Physical Requirements: N/A Training Requirements: An 1200 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: The ninja awakens a dormant talent they've possessed and develops a new type of sensory. Now being classified as a "Sensor Ninja" the ninja is capable of detecting the presence of other people through a unique application their chakra. This sensory ability has two main facets of function. With the first the user must remaining focused and stationary and as a result the sensor will be able detect their targets from a great distance which can extend to a maximum of 100 meters. In this state they are capable of differentiating a character by their signature chakra alone to such an extent they can pin-point any individual within their sensory limit even if they are surrounded in a crowd. In the midst of combat, this ability is far less refined as the user is unable to maintain the proper focus. Without the proper time and effort a Sensor is only capable of utilizing their inherent sensory at a maximum of 20 meters and the details they gain are far less specific. They are only able to recognize those of a familiar chakra signature with ease and beyond that their abilities are limited to a sense of vague location with no clues in regard to the actions or abilities of their opponents.

Name: Blurred Hand Movement Rank: B Type: Physical Prerequisites: The Character must possess One-Handed Seals. Training: A 1200 word training is required to gain this special characteristic. Restrictions: - Description: A skillful and convenient characteristic that is learned to those who have practiced in the art of hand speed movement in nearly all forms. There are many uses for this characteristic as it can enhance nearly all forms of specializations. It is essentially the practice of moving and manipulating your hands with expert efficiency to the point where they become a blur. With this special characteristic a ninja can perform any number of hand seals within seconds or instantly depending on the amount of seals necessary. This allows them to execute techniques faster than the opponent can perceive, providing no Perception-based Special Characteristics are present. The C - Rank Perception Based SC can allow the user to vaguely detect the hand signs, whilst the A - Rank Upgrade will allow them to see the hand seals entirely, however this does not remove the added speed bonus.
- Tier II Speed:
Name: [Tier II] Advanced Speed Rank: B Type: Physical Prerequisites: Character must have the “Enhanced Speed” Special Characteristic. Training: A 1200 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Restrictions: The Character must have either Taijutsu or Weaponry as one of their specialties. Description: Further training in high speed movement has given the shinobi valiant speed that can perform olympic sprinters with no effort. By now, the ninja can run twice as fast as their untalented peers, and can usually run for miles on end without breaking a sweat.
- Advanced Stealth.:
Name: Advanced Stealth Rank: C Type: Physical Physical Requirements: N/A Training Requirements: A 600 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Restriction: - Description: A skill gained by ninja who have begun to specialize in the art of stealth. The ninja becomes very light and quick on their feet. Their movements no longer create sound and they now gain a natural skill for hiding and camouflage.

Name: Friends in All Places Rank: C Type: Social Based Prerequisites: - Training Requirements: A 600 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: After many travels, the ninja has gained s scattering of allies that wish to ensure safety to the user through either kinship or a repaying favor. Having these types of connections in the villages means the user always has some sort of home and can easily take refuge. Restrictions:
- Each country must be visited at least once IC to merit having a friend in such a place.
- Each contact must strictly be a civilian NPC, who has no particular knowledge about ninja activities, or any particular ninja. The only services they can offer are a safe haven to rest one's head.
- Animal Speaking.:
Name: Animal Speaking. Rank: C. Type: Social Based Prerequisites: - Training: A 600 word training is required to gain this special characteristic. Restrictions: - Description: A rare characteristic that one develops which allows them to understand and communicate with animals. Verbal exchange is common amongst those with this ability as the user will literally alter their voice to mimic the animal their speaking to as a way of communicating. More advanced people are even capable of feeling the emotions and pain of animals as well, although that requires physical contact. Animal Speaking is a very useful skill because they can manipulate animals to accomplish tasks, such as acting as scouts or gathering information they have already witnessed. Animals that serve as familiars to specific clans or people such as Kakichu Bugs, Inuzuaka dogs or summons, cannot be controlled due to their loyalty to their owners.
History: - Tatsuo unlike the other clan members was born in the land of fire as a normal human being, and ever since he was born his body was being treated to different kind of experiments much like the rest of the clan. Numerous seals and medical procedures being performed on the body of the youngling. The experiments were quite successful as the ones that performed them had already been doing the same procedure for decades and now were masters of such medical procedures. - After perfecting the body of the young Kamaza clansmen in an attempt to spread the clan the elders of the clan managed to sneak the child as a baby towards a Kirigakure shipment now the boy left abandoned there was not much the Kirigakure troops could do with the case. Kiri ninja noticed the difference on the skin of the boy, using this to their advantage and hopefully raise the boy to extreme training methods. - Years passed and the young Tatsuo lived a life no one would ever think off. His father or at least the ones he calls father being part of the Kirigakure Black Ops had trained the boy since the very early age. Often performing his own medical advancement on the young boy without the concern of the village’s Kage. From learning more about his clan’s abilities to learning about the child’s roots. - At the age of 6 the young man was fully well known throughout the village. Taking in outstanding physical heights at only the age of six. By that age the young boy would already be measuring about 5 foot 2 inches unusual for his early age. This earned him quite a few nicknames by a few fellow ninjas from the village. But their ignorance mattered not. - The young boy had already begun training, because with such body at such an early age it was only the best thing to do. Trained by a former black ops the young boy was already starting to adapt to the life of being a kirigakure shinobi. - Though being the son of a former black ops often was a little hard. The father would usually disappear leaving Tatsuo by himself on his house often being watched by some of the most dangerous men in the village though well trusted by his father. - For years he trained, and for years he began to adapt to his clan’s abilities as well as taking a few personality tips from his own life. His personality often taking that of the ones that once took care of him for certain reasons. - After sometime of training on his own the young man decided to enter the academy though a hard task to do considering he is always bothered the young man did not cared and followed what he loved doing the most and that would be to protect his village. Ever since he got to Kiri, even as a kid he would love this place and promised to himself to protect it and even give his life for it had there be an occasion to do so. - He did not took too long in the academy, being one of the biggest and strongest shinobi of the academy the young man went through the academy easily. What was not that easily was getting friends. His skin was always scaly and always changing colors letting people know their true emotions when they felt in some kind of way. But after all the trouble of going through the academy missions and exams it only took him a few years of hard work to get through it. - The Kamaza clansmen was now a full grown shinobi and now standing at a towering 6 feet and 7 inches, towering even over the most skilled shinobi in heights. Though his height superiority did never harm his respect towards his elders. He now tends to keep himself away from society, though not completely against it. He loves his people, much like he love the place he lives at. Roleplay Sample: The sun rose as groups of genin and different ranks gathered into a single line. The third Hokage up front giving orders and informing others about their task in hand. According to what Shuhei was told, this mission required several teams, most which were chosen and thought to be the strongest and abled group of ninja Konoha could offer at the time. It was initiation day, as the gathered people discussed of upcoming travels and team planning. Shuhei was in fact though wasnt willing to team up with no one that would get in his way. He managed to keep himself from any unimportant talk with other groups of ninja. His planing was different, he wanted to go in and get out as fast as possible and with the prize in hand. He would look around, seeing as he noticed few familiar faces, much like Kemuri, and Yoru one of the genins he had an encounter with before. Shuhei sighed as he slipped out a small note from his pocket. Slowly gazing his eyes through the note on hand to remember his objective. In which appears to be a rumor that has been spreading over the countries. According to these said rumors, the Bag of Fuuijin, was located in the Wind Temple somewhere along the lines of the Wind country, so it would be a a long travel, considering there was some many people coming along. The description of the place said to be booby-trapped, and those who have entered has yet to come out to talk about their journey.This was a serious mission indeed, and could be the highest mission he will get in a long time. The Bag of Fuuijin, said to have the power to flatten lands with powerful winds, was the intended target of Konoha. And, according to what the former Hokage had stated the people on this journey would be at the risk of death. Shuhei nodded as Robin the third Hokage initiated the walk towards Kaze No Kuni. And while they spent about 6 days of walking it had began to show it had taken a lot of energy from the group of ninja. Shuhei was not really rushing himself to get to this place, for what? He didn’t exactly know what he would do once he reached the location, nonetheless what would happen in the insides of the temples if said things were to be real anyways. The artifact was awarded to the one who found it and managed to keep it with them. So Shuhei began to think of the problems this could cause. An ancient bag with the power of flattening lands was something that everyone would like to get their hands on. Would it have the power to break up friendship between Konoha ninja? This was all something Shuhei was willing to see as it breaks out. It would be perfect for him if all Konoha ninja turn against each other. He would keep his distance between them if anything, his own always trailing behind by a few 2 people in the back. He wanted to keep eyes on every single person on this journey. He didn’t wanted himself “disappearing” from the face of the Earth just yet. The long journey consisted of constant deserts, and constant rolls of sands. Which somewhat made it difficult to keep track of their location. He was being led by the infamous former Hokage as well but Shuhei just tried to learn as much as possible about this location. He was hoping to travel back here at some point, maybe for future convenience. At some point the group had begubn to speak, the Hokage himself introducing and somewhat letting others introduce themselves, much that seemed to be only at the genin rank, maybe two that were actually chuunin, and maybe a jounin. After said introductions the group covered a large number of areas, until they finally reached a place. A place much like an ancient temple down below a few kilometers down on a sand dune. The stories were true, and now their true journey would begin. Shuhei’s eye grew wide as he reached the Hokage’s side as he peeked down to the bottom right to the temple. "Well guys, it would appear that we've made it and those merchants weren't just lying, dishonest human beings. That'd be a first." The Hokage said congratulating the exhausted group of shinobi. "Everyone, take a mouthful of water and have a bite to eat, our energy is most needed now. After an hour's rest we will continue on and secure the artifact. Is that understood?" With that said the group of genin began to take a quick rest, drinking and eating anything they could before entering the temple. The true journey was just about to start and Shuhei was ready for it.

Name: Bunshin no Jutsu • Clone Technique Rank: E Type: Genjutsu Range: N/A Medium: Optical Element: N/A Description: This technique creates identical clones of the user. However, they hold no actual substance and will disperse upon impact of an attack or contact with an opponent. They cannot disrupt the area around themselves with their movements; won’t kick up dust, crush grass, etc. They are simply optical illusions used to momentarily fool others. Chakra Cost: 1CP per 5 clones Name: Henge no Jutsu • Transformation Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique transforms the user’s appearance to that of another object or person. However, it is not a permanent transformation and a mental image of what they are transformed into. Certain aspects of a ninja will not change merely by transformation, these things may include injuries, tool pocket placements etc. The jutsu will dispel should the user be injured. The user does not gain the properties of their transformation (ie. horse like strength), and may only transform into something ranging between 1/2 of their regular size, to 2x their regular size. Thus one cannot transform into large creatures. Chakra Cost: 1 Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu • Body Replacement Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: 10 meters Element: N/A Description: After performing a tiger seal, this technique allows the user to alter places in a speedy manner with another nearby object. This is done mere seconds before an attack lands, thus making the attacker believe his or her attack was a success. Whatever object was used to alter places will receive the brunt of the enemy’s attack instead. The object that the user switches with must be preset somewhere else in the thread, meaning that the object must have received specific mention previously in the thread. Chakra Cost: 2 Name: Explosive Tag: Activate Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to activate an explosive tag they have planted somewhere. Preferably they should be within close to mid range and visible to the user. You cannot activate another persons explosive tags unless your chakra has been channeled into them beforehand. Chakra Cost: 1 (per 3 explosive notes) Name: Kai • Release Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: By stopping the flow of chakra in their body, and then applying an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra; the user may dispel the effects of a genjutsu. This can also be used on another individual that is stuck in a genjutsu by preforming the necessary hand seal and then touching them, although it consumes half the chakra cost of the Genjutsu. Chakra Cost: Cost of Genjutsu + 2CP Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu • Escaping Skill Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to free themselves should they be tied up. It is extremely basic. Using their physical training, the user will twist and contort their body to loosen their bindings, effectively relieving themselves of the tightness of their bindings and slipping through the restraints. This technique can only be used if the user is of equal or higher rank than their captor. Chakra Cost: 1 Name: Chozou no Jutsu • Storage Technique Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu, Supplementary Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A simple jutsu that allows a ninja to seal or unseal any item, mostly weapons, from scrolls or from their body. After forming the necessary handsigns, the ninja will seal the item into a scroll etc. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. The items themselves are unaffected by time. Ninjutsu can also be stored in scrolls, to be released when the scroll is opened, but require another person to cast said Ninjutsu; else it cannot be sealed. Chakra Cost: 1 to seal; 1 to unseal. Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza • Act of Water Surface Walking Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: NA Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on water by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet or hands. Because of water’s nature, this requires the user to be quick to adjust the amount of chakra they must emit to their feet in order to maintain a constant balance. Users may also walk, run and “skate” across the water when using this technique. Chakra Cost: 1 (1 per post) Name: Kinobori no Waza • Act of Tree Climbing Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on trees and vertical walls by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet. Gravity can easy be defined if this technique is mastered, allowing people to even stand upside down. If too much chakra is exerted the user will be pushed away; bark breaking and causing the user to then fall. If not enough chakra is exerted the user will lose their footing and fall. Name: Chakra Veil Rank: E Type:Ninjutsu Range: Close [0-2m] Element: N/A Description:After performing the necessary hand signs the user will focus chakra around himself creating a light blue aura that surrounds the head in particular. This is used in case there are sand storms or even rainstorms and allows the user to protect their eyes from sand or even rain falling in their eyes. Chakra Cost:1 Name: Kirigakure no Jutsu - Hidden Mist Technique Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0 - 5m), Med (5 - 10m) Element: - Village: Kirigakure Description: This jutsu is developed and trained within Kirigakure as a village specific jutsu. After forming the needed hand seal, the user will place their hand over their head and cause a large amount of mist to gather. This mist is extremely difficult to see through from someone not of Kirigakure, who are used to looking through heavy mists, and are more able to do combat while within said mist. The jutsu involves kneading chakra into the mist, allowing the user to create extremely thick or thin levels of mist. Those with doujutsu or chakra sensing techniques are also able to see through this thick mist but without any aid, then you'll be blind within the mist. A C-Rank Fuuton Jutsu can dispel the mists. Chakra Cost: 4 (2CP) Name: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Shadow Clone Technique Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. Because the chakra of each clone is evenly distributed, the user and each clone will contain the same amount of chakra after deducting the initial chakra cost. All remaining chakra on the clone after it is dispersed is refunded to the user. Clones automatically disperse if their chakra supply hits zero, but are not influenced by the 10 chakra minimum for survival. Chakra Cost: 15 (Per clone) Restrictions:
- No weapons, armor, or equipment can be replicated to have above C-rank quality.

Rank: D Type: Bukijutsu Range: Close[0-2] Element: N/A Description: By approaching the opponent and extending the users weapon most preferable a blade the user will make a quick movement to redirect the weapon of the opponent to the side when in contact causing the weapon to slide off out of their grip and sent flying a few feet away from them. This does not always work, but it does also provide for a small opening for the user to make a following attack as the opponent's hands will be spread to their side leaving the chest open. Chakra Cost: 3
Name: Knife Kick Rank: D Type: Bukijutsu Range: Close (0-5) Element: N/A Description: After learning to use his weapons and becoming a rather specialized weapon expert the user will wait until his opponent's defenses are dropped. The user will then drop his knife, and while in the air the user will kick the knife at high speeds to the opponent creating a simple yet powerful surprise attack. If done the right way the blade should end up wherever the user desires to kick it. Chakra Cost: 4
Name: Impalement Rank: C Type: Bukijutsu Range: Close [0-3m] Element: N/A Description: By creating various vertical and horizontal slashes continously at the opponent's chest or abdomen area the user will form some kind of pattern that the opponent would eventually catch. After the quick patter of slashes has been done the user will make a steady stop at his attempts to slash and instead will throw the sharp knife at the kneecap of the opponent or even thigh. Because the user will be attempting so much strikes with the knife the opponent will have a hard time noticing such unpredictable attack. Chakra Cost: 4
Name: Hilt Chop Rank: C Type: Bukijutsu Range: 0-3m Element: N/A Description: By approaching the opponent close with their swords sheathed the user will wait until their bodies are lower than the opponent's, and by pulling the katana from its sheath in a quick powerful motion the user will send the back of the hilt towards the bottom of the opponent's jaw. The impact will surely shut the jaw and even break it if performed perfectly. The hit will cause a small shock wave that will send the opponent stumbling backwards. Chakra Cost: 5
Name: Ninpou; Kiri Suramu - Mist Slam Rank: C Type: Weaponry Element: -- Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m~10m), Far (10m+) Village: Kirigakure Description: This jutsu is developed and trained within Kirigakure as a village specific jutsu. This jutsu requires no hand seals. After activation, the user will rush towards the target and make a giant swing with massive power in order to try and cleave them in half. This swing will be powerful enough to crush rock, depending on the size and momentum of the sword. Instead of using hand seals, the user will gather chakra within their arms before use. Chakra Cost: 6 Name: Dengen Shotto - Power Shot Rank: C Type: Weaponry Range: Long (10M+) Description: The user briefly overdraws their bow, giving the following arrow increased penetrating power and range, easily capable of crippling a target with proper aim. Because the technique requires the user pulling back further than they normally would, this can be straining to the muscles of their arm. As such, without the Endurance SCs, the average user cannot use this technique in rapid succession (ie, minimum of 1 post between uses). With a single properly thrown toss of the bladed weapon the user will send it flying at high rotating speeds using the fuuton enhanced blades to cut through pretty much anything that crosses its path. The fuuton enhanced blades are able to split through raiton techniques of similar rank and below. The fuuton enhanced blades are able to make deep sized wounds damaging muscle tissues. Name: Rotating Saw Current Rank: B Type: Bukijutsu Range: Close [0-5m] Element: Fuuton Description: By manipulating chakra on the hands and passing it towards the weapon in use in this case a Fuma Shuriken or anything of the sort, the user will grab the Fuma by the center hole which allows the user to carry it and grab it anytime. While the wind chakra will begin to create a rotating wind causing the Fuma to rotate at extreme speeds giving the almost appearance of the chainsaw's functions and sending sharp wind slices through the air cutting anything that is in front of the Fuma's blade or its cutting winds that will be sent forward about 5 meters before dispersing in the air. Because the jutsu is used when in close quarters the slicing vertical winds are able create deep sized gashing wounds and even quite possibly maim the entire limb making it almost useless if within the range of 1 meter of the Fuma's blade.

This jutsu is taught to the sword wielding shinobi of the mist. This can only be used in conjunction with a katana, or a sword that has similar qualities and size to a katana. This allows the user to draw their sword, turning it into a fierce, fast, and deadly slash, and then skillfully placing the katana back into the scabbard. The slash is known to be extremely fast, moving at three times the speed of a normal slash. By using the sweat or any water that the hands has been exposed the user will make a small flicking movement of the fingers sending a small droplet of water at high speeds towards the eyes of another person. The droplet can barely be seen as it is made out fo water and very small to be seen at the speed that is being flicked at. The drop of water will not harm the opponent whatsoever but it does cause minor irritation of the eye once the drop of sweat hits the eye. The unexpected irritation can of course blur the vision of the opponent. Leaving tiny small red spots wherever they come in contact. These senbon can be thrown as senbon, and share the exact same weight, and length to senbon, as well as sharpness. These senbon, however, are unable to withstand temperatures that normal metal could withstand, and thus are evaporated when struck by fire ninjutsu of the C rank or higher, due to the heat of flame. Any weapon attacks thrown by the mist clones will, although appearing real, only disperse into mist upon contact with their target; posing no physical threat. Chakra Cost: 3 Name: Ninpou; Hachi Shokushu - Four Tentacles Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Suiton Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Village: Kirigakure Description: This jutsu is developed and trained within Kirigakure as a village specific jutsu. After performing the necessary hand signs the user will manipulate water from a nearby source, causing it to surround their bodies with water and create four tentacles that range up to 3 meters in length. These tentacles are used to defend against small projectiles. Anything bigger than a shuriken/senbon/kunai will go through the tentacles when coming into contact, though their speed will be highly reduced to the point of dropping out of the other end. Keep in mind the tentacles can be used defensively as well as offensively as they can be used in close combat situations to grab the opponent. Though their density will not be able to stop an incoming punch/kick or even a close range weapon, it can be used to greatly decrease the attack's momentum and speed. Each tentacle is about 30 centimeters thick, or about one foot. A water based technique. By performing a single hand sign the user will manipulate a nearby water source to shoot up into a whip and grip to the opponents legs. If it connects successfully, the jutsu will remain in hold for a post making the opponent unable to move unless the opponent uses a technique to get him/herself out. Chakra Cost: 6 Name: Ninpou; Kaien Bunshin - Sea Salt Clone Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Suiton Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m~10m), Far (10m+) Village: Kirigakure Description: This jutsu is developed and trained within Kirigakure as a village specific jutsu. A clone jutsu with a much more specific purpose then most. After the formation of the needed hand seals, the user will cause a water clone to rise from a nearby water source, their chakra making it take on special qualities. The clone, for the most part, functions like a normal water clone. However, when this clone is destroyed, it bursts into a torrent of foamy water. This foamy water is very basic (as opposed to acidic), and thus causes great irritation to the skin should it make contact. Should the foamy water make contact with the target's skin, it'll start to itch and burn and send a rash over the target's body, slowly. This clone cannot use any jutsu. This rash is nothing more than annoying, and stings the eyes upon entering, should it enter. Overall, it is just a hindrance and annoyance, and one that can be distracting. This jutsu can only be used when the source of water is already salty, such as ocean water. The itchiness will fade after five posts of contact. This clone is only able to travel ten meters from the user at any point in time, due to the fact that it is based on the same principles as the basic water clone. Chakra Cost: 8 Name: Ninpou; Fugu Tate - Puffer Fish Shield Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Suiton Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Village: Kirigakure Description: This jutsu is developed and trained within Kirigakure as a village specific jutsu. After forming the needed hand seals, the user will cause a fast acting shield of water to be drawn and created from a nearby water source; if there is enough moisture in the air, they will be able to complete it with that alone. The shield can defend numerous people and is very durable. The shield takes the form of a sphere that wraps around those it is protecting. Because of the shield's form, it divvies the weight and force of incoming attacks along the whole surface, thus making it extremely durable. Piercing jutsu are strong against this jutsu, as long as they are of the same rank or higher than this defensive ninjutsu. More blunt forces are highly ineffective. Taijutsu attacks are rendered almost completely useless, unless they are used at a B rank level, and focus their attack to one area, like a piercing attack, such as a punch or kick. Earth ninjutsu are able to break through this shield at the D rank due to elemental weaknesses and strengths. Chakra Cost: 5 (1 per post) Name: Water Shield Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close [0-2m] Element: Suiton Description:This jutsu is similar to the water wall jutsu, except the shield formed can only extend about two feet away from the source in any direction.It can stop frontal attacks equal or lower rank than itself.The user would probably carry a water source on his/her arm (Such as a canteen lashed to the forearm) so he/she could summon the shield at a moment's notice. This shield is about 2 meters wide and 2 meters in height. Chakra Cost: 5 Name: Slip and Slide Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Self Element: Suiton Description: After performing a single hand signs the user will begin to use the sweat created upon his skin or even manipulating suiton chakra to come out of his spores to create a slimy slippery sweat liquid that will remain on the skin. This slippery substance will deflect any physical attack of the same rank or lower though not completely. This will only allow the user to shrug off the hits enough so that the user does not take the full impact of the fist, leg etc. Chakra Cost: 5(2) Name: Water Encasement Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close [0-5m] Element: Suiton Description: By performing the necessary hand signs the user will create a five meter radius dome made out of water around himself, the user being the center. This will serve to stop physical and fire jutsu attacks of the same rank and lower. Anything higher would be able to penetrate the dome. Aside form the protection ability when coming in contact with the opponent the solid walls of the dome of water will 'soften' up in that very specific area that was touched allowing for the punch/limb to 'phase' through the dome for less than a split second and then going back to its normal solid state trapping the limb that came in contact firm trapping the opponent immobile and open for attack. The only downside to this jutsu would be that the user while inside needs to keep last hand sign in tact. Releasing the hand signs will also release the jutsu.While performing this jutsu the user can move inside the water dome. Though the seal must be intact at all times. Note: The dome does not move with the user. Chakra Cost: 8(2) Name: Poseidon's Wrath Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Far 0-10m+ Element: Suiton Description: By performing the necessary hand signs the user will then slam their hand on any nearby water source sending chakra through the area. Anyone within/in top the water source will active what would seem like 5 large hands made out of water to produce up and grab/slam/ and even throw the opponent (whichever the user chooses to do) to wherever he desires. These attacks can easily cause heavy bruises and even head trauma due to the slamming of the compressed hands against the opponents body. While in this technique they cant be hit they will simply turn into water and move. Though a slight shadow can be seen as it is cast from the body itself on the floor. In this form the user can be hit with earth and lightning jutsu. While in this form the user cannot perform any jutsu that requires hand signs. Name: Air Mines Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Far (0-10m) Element: Fuuton Description: By manipulating the wind around the area, the user will create about 5 small volleyball sized air balls that will float around the area that the user desires. Because these balls are made out of compressed air and are nearly invisible they will act just like land mines. Once the opponent come in contact, the air mines will explode sending several cutting whirlwinds everywhere around the air mine, creating minor slicing wounds to the opponent if caught between the explosion of these air mines. Each will cover aver about 3 meter radius once exploded. Chakra Cost: 8 Name: Wind Snap Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Far (0-10m) Element: Fuuton Description:With the manipulation of fuuton chakra aorund the users hand the user will snap their fingers sending a fast cutting wind in an arc that covers about 3 feet wide. The wind travels at high speeds and can cause minor, yet effective cut on the opponent if hit directly. The user can use this technique about 3 times in succession. The difference between this jutsu and other fuuton jutsu is that the wind jutsu is nearly transparent and the wind blades are difficult to see. But they do create a high pitch sound that gets louder as the blade actually closes in towards the opponent pretty much giving away their location. Even still can be quite difficult to dodge all them in an easy manner. Name: Camouflage Technique Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: -- Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Description: A clan technique that does not necessarily needs any hand signs. The user using his clan traits will begin to camouflage with his surroundings. Seeing as this is a usual trait of the clan it does not take much effort to perform, though the person must pay 1 CP for every extra post used. This jutsu simply allows the user to blend in with their surroundings, as well as changing their skin pigments to adjust to them to appear as if they were ‘invisible’. (This jutsu does influence the clothing that is being worn.) A genin of course might take a bit longer to adjust to his surrounding while running so a distortion can actually be seen, it is preferred if a genin would walk so the technique would work to its perfection. A Jounin having the time to posses the technique for a longer period would of course be a master when it comes to the technique. Unlike the normal blow dart, the kamaza blow-dart's size can be adjusted to the range the user want to reach. This blowgun is made like an extendable baton allowing the user to retract and extract the tube to their desires. The tube can reach up to 6 foot in length and be retracted to a minimum size of 1 foot. The longer the blowgun is extended, the farther out the dart will reach. By placing one of the darts inside the blow gun the user will breath out releasing the dart at high speeds. The range of the dart depend son the amount of air being pushed through the blow gun. The darts can actually be used to hit his opponent's from far without being noticed. Though used normally the darts can only cause minimal damage, as if penetrated by a senbon. Their speed and damage can be tripled if use din conjunction with techniques.

These allow the user to perform minor cuts if the user ever shoves them in the skin of another. Seeing as the weapon is more an armor taking the shape of the user's hand all the way from his shoulder down to the tip of his finger nail. The armor is very well made out of a flexible cloths and very thing sheets of metal. While the fingers are merely very pointed and sharp, the armor does not protect the user from any sharp edged objects. Quantity: 1x Storage: Face Special Abilities: The mask has been set with different kind of lenses on its left side allowing the user to have the same functions of a binocular allowing the user to see to farther ranges and even adjusting the lens to a closer range or just normal. There are three lenses in total, the one to see to farther ranges, the one to see to close ranges and the normal one which has no effect on the user's eye. These lenses will switch or spin to meet the left eye whenever desired thus allowing the user to see no more abilities except to protect the face from casual flying things. Sharp objects will still pierce the thin metal.

| Only problem I see is the fact that you have a C rank weapon in the sub-range. You can only have weapons of your own rank within the range you pick as the dominant one.
Also the top image of the app seems to be stretching the site a bit for me, could you make it a bit smaller? |
