Born around the border of Konohagakure and the Land of Bears, he is used to rugged landscape. Not much is known about his parents except that they were noted assassins and were killed during one of their contracts. Due to his clans inherent trait of assassination techniques, he is able to use some assassination ninja arts with ease. Although the more complicated techniques are beyond him. He was nicknamed Shinigami by his clan members because of his love of death.
His early childhood was spent learning how to be a proper assassin, quick, quiet, clean, and efficient. Though during training he failed his efficient test several times. Until the time of his parents deaths,he spent most of his time with them, learning how to play the flute from his mother, and learning how to be a proper assassin from his father. After his parents had passed on, he left home and tried to survive in the wild, after many trial and error attempts and a run in with a bear, he managed to become self reliant.

Even though he is deemed a beginner assassin by most, he still has a lot to learn, and is a long ways from professional. He has yet to become part of a village or strike out as a rouge ninja. His chakra became a dark black color early in life due to his isolation and often misguided attempts to be recognized. He enjoys the suffering of others but only when it is convenient to him. Most of the others shunned him because of this very reason. Along with his clans nefarious nature, he found himself at a loss in the social scope of things and developed a chakra that ninja close to him describe as, malevolent. As for his training regiment, as he traveled across the land he became very good at intimidation and stealing. He would run kilometers from town to town and climb steep mountains. Even over rooftops to escape the local police force once or twice. He never has really used his Hijutsu yet as he has not had a reason to do so. But he always keeps the skills in reserve, hidden and as sharp as razors.

Since his parents untimely death he left his homeland searching for a purpose in this confusing world. He has since traveled to the Land of Lightning to search for Kumogakure, but his search is turning out harder than he thought, maybe he can find a helpful Samaritan on the road who can point him in the right direction..

Since becoming a Kumogakure Genin he has yet to be assigned to a team. Even though he dreads working with others he knows it is necessary in order to survive. He hopes his new teacher will be more understanding of his personality than the other ninja around him, but he seriously doubts this. He is most looking forward to taking a mission and proving how much better he is than his fellow students.

Oddly thick soles, at that. The secret of these boots however, lies within theses soles. Buried within them is a mechanism which, with the proper manipulation of the toes while in the boot, cause a short, 3 inch long blade to pop out at the toe-end of the shoe, parallel with the sole. While not particularly dangerous, it can add a nasty surprise to what at first appeared to be only a glancing blow.

Description: The technique begins with Him slashing repeatedly at the opponent with his weapon. Rather than focus on a single strike, the movement of the weapon and Raido; he advances towards their target, lashing out repeatedly and unceasingly, as if in some intricate dance. With each consecutive slash Raido and his weapons gain momentum and consequently, this causes the power of the slashes to increase. Once the he finds an opening, a finishing thrust will be performed to end the dance and accumulate all that momentum and power into a single attack.

Description: This technique transforms the user’s appearance to that of another object or person. However, it is not a permanent transformation and a mental image of what they are transformed into. Certain aspects of a ninja will not change merely by transformation, these things may include injuries, tool pocket placements etc. The jutsu will dispel should the user be injured. The user does not gain the properties of their transformation (ie. horse like strength), and may only transform into something ranging between 1/2 of their regular size, to 2x their regular size. Thus one cannot transform into large creatures.

Description: A simple jutsu that allows a ninja to seal or unseal any item, mostly weapons, from scrolls or from their body. After forming the necessary handsigns, the ninja will seal the item into a scroll etc. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. The items themselves are unaffected by time. Ninjutsu can also be stored in scrolls, to be released when the scroll is opened, but require another person to cast said Ninjutsu; else it cannot be sealed.
