| I'm really bored so I decided to make an NPC, feel free to deny it, Ima use it anyway...
Name: Uki, Kyuketsu

Combat Style: Uki loves physical contact. He adores to see his opponents suffer as much as they do when fighting him so he makes it as slow and as painful for them as possible sometimes making fights drag on for days with both Uki and his opponent being sustained by his opponent’s stamina. The leech loves to allow his opponents hit him, to give them hope and then crush it when he does not even flinch. Uki is a fan of highly visual fights so he will have buildings crash and explosions go off when he is having fun, when his opponent is something more than a boring prey. The predator loves to sometimes disappear out of his victim’s sight, to let them regain their breath and rest only to resume a fight next day or even next year, whenever he feels it is for the best. The leech is a true fan of a great fight so he may leave his opponent alive for some more time and spare them just to get to beat them senseless later.
Uki’s style of combat depends on what his opponent is, what is his/her skill level, how much enjoyment Uki gains from fighting them. If the man is merely hunting for survival, feeding off the everyday casual civilian he will just lure them into a dark corner and drain them dry of chakra leaving no traces of what killed them, Uki will not risk getting into too much trouble for just an ordinary person. The predator will only reveal his true personality for someone of greater chakra levels or with chakra that has a certain “taste”, one would be right to claim that those that are killed faster are without a doubt more lucky. Uki is not the one to care too much about the collateral damage or civilian casualties, he may often start killing people in a middle of a battle just for the kicks of it. There is nothing that this predator loves more than an opponent with a unique feeling chakra the man will truly drop his cover that he may have built up over time just to confront such an opponent and suck them dry of their essence.
Uki is rather arrogant of his skill, he often taunts his opponents and tells them that their struggle is pointless, he will only speak to those that he deems worth killing. If an incredibly powerful opponent with very different chakra appears Uki will resort to a unique fighting style unlike any other – he will just attack his opponent, beat them down and drain them to the critical levels of chakra and then leave, only to resurface again when his opponent recovers to feed on their chakra again. In reality Uki’s greatest weakness is that he wishes to be stopped, he desires death because over many years spent undercover feeding on boring tastes of chakra he believes there is no point to his existence anymore, that he tried everything there is and he wishes to stop living. Uki hates the urge to feed to survive and wants for it all to end, every time he kills a useless weak civilian and leaves them to rot in the alley he despises himself for it but only because he descended to a level where he needs to resort to sucking common people dry instead of chosen ones with amazing chakra levels and tastes.
The predator is not very talkative in battle beyond his usual taunting and those only come if he deems someone worthy. He does not like speaking about his family or history or brag about his achievements, he is a fan of stating the obvious fact – according to him he cannot be beaten. Uki believes he is a natural predator to ninja, that ninja are just humans that became too powerful to answer to natural order and that his purpose is to become a perfect “Ninja Hunter” feeding off their source of power – chakra. That is why he despises feeding on ordinary people – they are not his ideal prey, they are just the appetizers and the man longs for a worthy main course.
Uki uses a very dominating and slow fighting style using grapples, slams, choke-holds and so on utilizing his overwhelming body build. He does not have any training in fighting skills, all of his victories come from finishing off his exhausted opponents. His preferred method of fighting is letting his enemy attack him with all they have and after taking it all head on countering them chipping at their frail bodies slowly and painfully until they themselves give up to the inevitable fate of becoming his prey. The leech does not take any kind of trophies or feels the need of it, he considers himself a rather refined gentleman who does not descend onto a level of unnecessary brutalities like taking trophies, all he needs and cares about is absorbing the essence of his prey.
Special Characteristics:
Note: The tier of his SCs increases with physical contact with his prey as he absorbs chakra through skin contact, if a skin contact is made with an enemy or a jutsu touches his skin the tier of his SC is upgraded by one, if no chakra is absorbed for a post in a combat scenario the tier of his SC degrades by one. If his SC cannot be downgraded any further the SC simply disappears until he absorbs more chakra.

Restrictions: Amongst the Speed, Endurance, Strength, and Evasion SCs, members may only possess two of them, unless they possess both Weaponry and Taijutsu as their Primary and Secondary Specialties. If one possess Weaponry or Taijutsu as a Primary specialty, with one other specialty, and acquire Weaponry or Taijutsu as a Sub-Specialty, they may possess up to any three of them.
Description: Countless hours, days, weeks and even months of lifting weights, muscle stretching, exercise and pure raw-power training has built the shinobi’s strength to something comparable to an animal. These ninja are so talented in strength, they can lift objects of equal weight to the themselves, and strike with the ferocity of one and half of their peers. This boost is usually enough to cause serious damage to an enemy with a mere punch or kick; sometimes even fracturing or breaking a bone if struck in the right spot.

Description: Further training in the art of killing and brute force has lead the ninja down a road full of power. They can now lift objects up to two times heavier than they are, and their physical strength has also improved to about twice as great compared to ninja of equal rank. By now the shinobi can punch a log in half, and even crack stone with their bare hands. The increase in strength has also blessed them with the ability to jump significantly higher than their peers, though this not exactly a useful benefit.

Description: By now, the shinobi has trained more than vigorously in strength; spending several long years in this incredibly tasking feat. Very few have ever passed this point, and for good reasons. With thrice the physical strength of ninja equal in rank, those with this talent in strength have been known the shatter rocks with a mere punch, and destroy walls without even expending a drop of chakra. The strength is so great, weaponry users can cut iron and steel in half with enough focus; and most are able to lift upwards of five times more than they weigh.

Training: A 2000 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic.
Restrictions: The Character must have either Taijutsu or Weaponry as one of their specialties. Character may not have the “Lightning Speed”, "Titan Endurance", or “Elite Evasion” special characteristics.
Description: Decades of physical training have lead the shinobi down the fortunate path of destruction. With strength that is said to rival Gods, those with this talent can wrap metal with their bare hands and even punch a hole through sheets of steel. Arbitrary defenses such as shields become useless to someone with twice the strength than the average shinobi of their rank, and by now they can lift objects ten times heavier than them; boulders becoming nothing but a training mechanism at this point.
Trade-Off: While those of such indomitable strength may be able to rend steel with their bare hands, their bare hands are still mere flesh and bone. As such, users as easily capable of hurting themselves if they make full use of their strength. Broken bones, torn muscles, are all equally likely.

Description: Conditioning ones body in the art of pain has allowed for the ninja to have a heightened physical endurance. These ninja are so talented in dealing with pain that they seem to only feel a quarter of the pain that their peers would. This boost is usually enough to prevent serious damage to the person from a mere punch or kick; sometimes even preventing fracturing or breaking of bones.

Description: Further training in the discipline of dealing with injury has allowed for the shinobi The possessor of this talent has an increased endurance of double that of their peers which makes them considerably tougher. They are near immune to the sensation of pain which allows them to fight under harsh circumstances with normal efficiency.

Description: The second last level in the art of endurance, having being only accessible to those who have undergone intensive training in increasing their raw power. The possessor of this talent has an increased strength of thrice that of their peers which makes them remarkably tougher and harder to down. At this stage their endurance has transcended so high that they are now immune to the sensation of pain, even at a point where others would have passed out.

Restrictions: The Character must have either Taijutsu or Weaponry as one of their specialties. Character may not have the “Lightning Speed”, "Herculean Strength, or “Elite Evasion” special characteristics.
Description: The last level in the art of endurance, having being only accessible to those who have undergone decades of training in the face of pain, has led the shinobi to have endurance like that of a titan. The possessor of this talent has a phenomenal pain tolerance, amounting to five times that of their peers which makes them supremely tough to keep down. At this stage, their endurance boasts that of superhuman levels with shinobi able to withstand life-threatening injury for a heightened amount of time that other shinobi would be dead in their tracks.
Trade Off: While users of this characteristic are exceptionally durable, it comes at the price that they are never fully aware of just how much damage they have taken. Their leg bones may be pulverized to dust, and they would not notice until the leg stopped worked, or the bone jutted out. It is not unheard of for such people to drop dead on their feet, unaware of their own organs failing them.

Description: The possessor is capable of sensing the chakra that they have come in contact with. The ability includes the ability to tell where exactly in the world the person is, also the possessor is capable of accurately judging the chakra levels being able to make exact predictions of chakra absence effects and body’s condition just by getting a sense of the chakra levels. The possessor’s knowledge of the chakra signature’s location is very inaccurate being able to provide only the village or country where the signature is, when the possessor comes within 100 km to the signature however they are able to accurately pinpoint the signature’s location as if they were a skilled sensor and it is almost impossible to hide from them while in-range.
Description: Uki’s history is a sad but also a terrifying one, it’s a tale of rejection and being an outcast to the point of the person believing that they no longer belong between humans. Born to a family of wanderers Uki never really had a very beautiful childhood. The child was born with a unique defect, something that would be called a bloodline as it is unique to his blood – he could absorb chakra through touch. Every time the child touched someone he also absorbed their life essence making him an outcast between outcasts. He became a black sheep even to the wanderers he was surrounded by as his birth killed his mother. When the child was young his father tried to strangle him only to die himself before the child runs out of air. Losing his family left the child having to learn everything about life with in his own ways. After some more people died through touching the boy for too long the boy was left behind by the tribe of wanderers.
Being left alone in the cruel world hit the child very hard, after killing many rogue ninja that tried to kill him the boy realized that killing them felt good, it gave him pleasure unlike anything other he experienced which made him re-define his place amongst men. Uki started treating himself as “Ninja Predator” traveling around the world feeding on ninja by sucking all of their chakra out of them, on occasion draining a civilian or two in between. The boy managed to evade attention of authorities by playing it quiet or just by nobody believing a wandering boy with no combat experience can kill so many ninja of such high rank. Even after being sighted in the midst of many of his chaotic long lasting battles the boy somehow still avoided any fingers to be pointed at him.
At one point Uki tried to become different, he killed a famous noble and took over his riches after having a scared for his life fellow forge the noble’s testament. The leech lived a luxurious and sophisticated life. That was when he acquired his gentleman-like qualities being much more primal and brutal before those days. Uki tried to leave all the killing and “Ninja Predator thing behind only to find out to his horror that he had to feed on chakra, that his body no longer craved food for sustenance but chakra instead. Uki’s body has gotten used to taking chakra for survival and now absorbing chakra was the only way Uki could sustain himself. Unfortunately the young Uki had to abandon his life as a noble and resume his hunt for the tastiest prey, to return to his old murderous ways.
After traveling for many years and becoming a man Uki started defining himself better, he gained the characteristics that he has now, he has gained some attention as the mystical “Chakra Leech” creature in stories that no one took too seriously, all those accidents of widespread destruction were much more easily credited to natural disasters or gas leaks or so on, no one could believe that there could be a predator who is traveling around the world killing ninja. Recently Uki moved into Kirigakure where he is waiting for a momentous chakra signature to feed on, killing ordinary people and leaving no trace of his existence – however the lack of any traces was what attracted the attention of Kirigakure authorities that asked Konoha to send people to help them with hunting a mysterious killer who kills with no traces or evidence left behind. A well known ninja-magician will soon arrive in Kirigakure hunting for the man, not knowing what kind of monster she is about to encounter…
Jutsu:
Name: Uki no Chakra Kyuuin Jutsu – Uki’s Chakra Absorption Technique

Description: This is a passive jutsu. Uki will absorb chakra from physical attacks and ninjutsu upon body contact with them. Every time he is hit or touches his opponent this jutsu absorbs chakra from their opponent sustaining Uki’s life and granting him an increase of his physical stats such as strength, speed, endurance. The intensity of absorption can be manipulated at will so the user will take as much chakra as they want. This jutsu can only be used by Uki or his offsprings and is a bloodline ability however due to the only user being unable to contact any other people for prolonged periods of time it is unlikely that this bloodline will ever be passed on. The effect of chakra absorption is instant upon touch, when the user lands a blow on their opponent the chakra is sapped from the area making the user believe that the hit was even stronger than it actually was, when the target hits the user the chakra is absorbed as well and the target will feel like the user hasn’t felt anything but in reality the force was simply sapped away before it did any damage. Ninjutsu does injure the user however it also buffs them before damaging them giving the chakra to the user and buffing his physical stats before any damage even is taken. If the user is hit with ninjutsu he/she will automatically absorb CP equal to half that jutsu’s chakra cost.

| I just really see no point, it probably requires a lot of nerfing to fit the site's standards and it just doesn't make sense. I'll probably just use him anyway whenever I decide to bring him back without him being approved  |

| | If an NPC is to be used for combat (mainly using jutsu and sc's) then it must be crafted and approved. Otherwise you're fine to use a civilian NPC without creating one via template and going through the approval process. |

| | It isn't an allied NPC, also I've used him multiple times already in my topics. Does that mean they have to be voided post factum of being graded? I only use him for personal plots anyways so I really see no point for the trouble of having him officially approved especially knowing how hard I'd have to slaughter his skillset. |
