Appearance:
Because he hails from the famous Yamanaka clan, Aneko has many of the clans remarkable features. The most obvious characteristic that Akeno has that distincts him as a Yamanaka is his smooth, shoulder-length blonde hair. Described as a head of hair woven from beautiful fabric, Akeno's hair glistens brightly in the sun, appearing not greasy and gross, but rather sleek and lovely. Akeno also has bright blue eyes. His eyes are so bright and reflective that they separate him from other people, even those of the Yamanaka clan. Other facial features, while not as defining as that of his hair and eyes, dwell upon Akeno. He harbors big round ears that he keeps tucked away behind his luscious hair, a sharp nose and smile that some would consider a little devilish, and thin, narrowed eyebrows. While these features would determine that Akeno is in fact a male, he does have some feminine features. His smooth, pure white-toned skin appears as though he was made of snow. This is another one of his most distinctive features, as it is rather rare for someone to be born with skin as light as his. While he is not albino, a person whom does not know him well would believe that he is. His skin is free of any blemishes and scars, minus a tattoo that he got drawn onto his right shoulder. The tattoo is of his clan symbol, and shows his loyalty to his family, and is meant for nothing other than show. Akeno stands at five foot and seven inches (5'7") and weighs in at 145 lbs. (65.7709 kg).
As far as outfits go, Akeno wears many different outfits, depending on the occasion. When Akeno is roaming around Konoha whenever he is not on duty, Akeno wears simple black shirts (whether it be T-shirts, tank tops, long sleeved shirts, etc.), black jeans with multiple pockets, purple jackets and coats, plain white sneakers, a chain necklace that carries the symbol for the devil, an inverted star, a multitude of bracelets on either of his wrists, and a single silver stud earning on his right ear. He also wears a set of circular goggles around his neck (just for show), and he mainly resembles that of a member of the scene crowd. While Akeno is on duty, he switches his style of clothing drastically. While he still wears simple black T-shirts, he will wear shirts that are a size or two bigger for him to allow him to move around more freely. He also wears loose fitting black shorts or sweat pants that allow easier movement, blue open-toed ninja sandals, a red forehead protector around his neck, his defining goggles (although he chooses to wear them not around his neck, but around his forehead or on his eyes. He still incorporates the single silver stud earring that he wears on his right ear into his outfit.
Forehead Protector: A forehead protector made from red cloth that Aneko wears around his neck, behind a pair of goggles (when he is not wearing his goggles around his forehead or on his face). His forehead protector has a metallic plate with the Konohagakure symbol engraved onto it.
Personality:
Yamanaka, Aneko can be described as two separate people based on his personality. In most cases, Aneko is kind, relaxed, well mannered and graceful. This is the Aneko that many people know and love. On the other hand, there is the other Aneko. This Aneko is brash, cruel, sadistic, and bloodthirsty. Not many people know of this Aneko, as it only shows itself in dire situations. When people first meet Aneko, they think of him as a sadistic jerk and as an over-confident, disrespectful brat. This is because his appearance matches that of his well hidden, cruel personality. While these people are theoretically correct, they are also wrong, as these personality traits do not match those of his main personality. The Aneko that people first meet is kind, well mannered and lovable. When he has this mindset, he is not hard to bond with, and he has many good willed intentions. His main goals when he is in this mindset is to be loved by other people and to be respected by other human beings, and to purge his older brother Ryuga and to bring his torn family back together. Aneko is a well rounded individual. He is knowledgeable in many aspects, and can deceive plans rather well. His fighting style is rather intellectual. He prefers to analyze situations before heading into battle, and is not above using his ninjutsu and/or genjutsu if the situation calls for it. In this mindset, Aneko likes being with other people, drinking tea as he watches the river water flow by, and studying and training. He dislikes betrayal, killing, and harming others.
While Aneko's main personality is kind, relaxed, well mannered and graceful, there is the other Aneko that many people do not know about, hidden deep within his heart. This Aneko is brash, cruel, sadistic, and bloodthirsty, willing to do anything to accomplish his goals and to get what he wants. This personality matches that of the one that many people think of when they first meet Aneko because of his appearance, but in fact this is wrong (even though they are theoretically correct). While it only shows itself when the situation calls for it, this Aneko is not shown much, and thus only few people (if any) know of him. In this mindset, Aneko's main goals are to kill those who put him or his family down and to kill his older brother, Ryuga, for making his childhood harsh on him. This Aneko does not care for bonding with others, but is above killing people and other beings without reason. While Aneko's main personality works really well with others, this Aneko tends to work alone and in a harsher manner than the other Aneko. This Aneko rushes into battle, not caring for his own life or (to an extent) the lives of his comrades, although if he does know that his friends, family or comrades will die because of him he will act more wise and thoughtful. In this mindset, Aneko likes being alone and plotting the demise of his older brother, and his dislikes consist of working with others and big crowds of human beings.

Combat Style:
His fighting style is rather intellectual. He prefers to analyze situations before heading into battle, and is not above using his ninjutsu and/or genjutsu if the situation calls for it. He prefers to hide himself out of the line of sight of his enemies, tactfully watching and observing them to find their weak and strong points before he anything rash. Years of training and studying this type of combat has lead to Akeno having enhanced evasiveness, a good skill that a shinobi should have. Because he uses both Ninjutsu and Genjutsu, Aneko is a pretty good medium-range and long-range fighter, although he will combat his enemies close range if necessary. He is not proficient in Taijutsu to any extent, so he avoids hand-to-hand situations as much as he can. He will use any weapon and/or natural object (ex: rocks, tree branches, etc.) at his disposal. When he senses that any of his family, friends or comrades are in any form of danger, he is willing to risk his life to protect them and guarantee their safety. When Aneko is affected by his well hidden other personality, his combat style changes drastically. Instead of observing and analyzing a situation, Aneko will charge in without thinking. He will use anything at his disposal, even hand-to-hand combat (even though he is not good at it at all). Ankeo (in this form) prefers to not work with other people, but if he recognizes that he needs them then he will. This Aneko is not a fraid to kill his enemy, and has little to no fear in combat. His only fear is losing in battle.

The suitability of the ninja increases as they are now capable of executing quicker flips, twists or dodges than their peers.

To some degree many Shinobi who possess this Special Characteristic can be viewed as quick learners or even prodigies in their chosen areas of study. Like the obvious benefits of being very smart, the ninja may be well regarded for their great mathematical and thinking abilities.
THE BACKGROUND.
History:
- Birth and Childhood ARC:
On January 16th, Yamanaka, Aneko was born into the world. He was born to Shinji and Asuka Yamanaka, two Jounin-level shinobi of Konohagakure no Sato. Shinji was proficient in the use of Ninjutsu, and Asuka was well experienced in Genjutsu and the Yamanaka clan's mind techniques. Aneko was their second child, their first child Ryuga having been born thirteen years before Aneko. Ryuga was a Genin of Konohagakure, but fled the village after becoming influenced by a group of bandits. He had fled far from the village, to Cha no Kuni, The Tea Country. This left Shinji and Asuka devastated, and vowed that if they would have another child they would raise it well so that it would not be influenced by the evils of the Shinobi World. To do this, Asuka retired from the shinobi life, deciding to run the families' flower shop full time to make some extra cash to raise Aneko, and so she could raise and take care of Aneko. Shinji, however, did not retire. He stayed a shinobi, and even became an Anbu Black-Op, so that he could search and and bring back his first son...
Five years had passed. Aneko had so far lived an amazing life. He had parents who loved him dearly, he had amazing friends, he was smart (in both the sense of book smarts and street smarts),and he was perfectly healthy. He had never heard of Ryuga, who by this time had made himself known as an international criminal after seeking the death of the Fire Damiyo and fifty innocent people during a raid on the Damiyo's palace on the border of Hi no Kuni and Ame no Kuni, and thus Aneko did not know of their family ties. Shinji had become stressed, having numerous break downs and even two heart attacks and a stroke. He did his best to hide this from his son, but over the months started unleashing his rage upon both Aneko and Asuka. After two years of abuse and distress, Asuka and Aneko left Shinji, who by recognition by the officials of the village, was being administered into a mental hospital just outside of Hi no Kuni's boundaries. Akeno was not particularly affected by this, but it did make him want to find out what made his father turn from a kind and gentle man into a brutal and cruel individual. As a direct result of the events over the past two years, Asuka began training Aneko in becoming a shinobi as a means for his protection. For four long years Asuka trained Aneko brutally. She bashed information and techniques into his head. He learned many basic-level ninjutsu and even the Yamanaka clan's signature technique, Shinranshin no Jutsu, also known as the Mind Transfer Jutsu. After his four years of basic training, Aneko enrolled into the Shinobi Academy to begin the adventure of his life.
During the events where his mother and him left his father, Aneko had developed a whole other personality besides his. This personality is cruel, sadistic, and bloodthirsty. Born from the hate that he held for his father and older brother, Ryuga, and the ill emotions that Aneko held deep within himself, this personality developed dramatically and began to surface around the time Aneko was ten years-old. While it only surfaces when Aneko or anyone that he cares about are in serious danger, this side of Aneko is well hidden, and Aneko himself knows little about his other half. This Aneko does not care for bonding with others, but is above killing people and other beings without reason.
- Shinobi Academy ARC:
During the later half of the year that Aneko was 12 years-old, he declared that his dream was to become a shinobi. Asuka, while she had trained him and had much confidence within her young son, was weary about him becoming a shinobi. She attempted to confront him about deciding against this, finally telling him the story of Ryuga, Aneko's older brother-turned-international criminal, and that it was because of Ryuga that Aneko's father Shinji was shipped away to a mental institution. This helped Ryuga make a resolve, that resolve being that he would find Ryuga and save him from the depths of the darkness and bring him back to the light. Coming to the conclusion that she could not stop her precious son from fulfilling his dream, she came to support him in any way that she could.
For the first couple of weeks in the Academy, Aneko was a slacker. He believed that because he had had lots of prior experience through training with his mother, that he knew everything that there was to know. This was, however, proven wrong to him when he received his first report card. He had multiple bad grades and only one good grade in teamwork. This made Aneko change his ways for the better, and he began training physically and he began studying hard. By the end of his first year in the Academy, he had stepped up from being one of the worst students in class academic wise to being one of the best students in the class. By the time of his second year of school, Aneko had a really high IQ and was really smart in both combat and evasiveness, something that he began training in to help perfect his Shinranshin no Jutsu, as opponents in combat would have a harder time avoiding a technique that they did not know was coming their way. Becasue of his hard work and dedication, Aneko graduated from the Shinobi Academy at the age of fourteen years-old at the top of his class.
- Genin ARC:
Because of his hard work and dedication during his time at the Shinobi Academy, Yamanaka, Aneko graduated at the top of his class at the age of fourteen years-old. His mother was proud of him, and even gave him a day job at her flower shop when days that he was not busy with his shinobi duties (to Aneko it was more like punishment, however). Aneko trained day and night for weeks before taking on any missions and applying for any teams, as he wanted to be at the top of the mental and physical ability that he could achieve at the time. On one pretty normal day, however, Aneko received a package. He made his way to his bedroom to open his package, and narly passed out from shock. In the package was a headband and a letter addressed to him.
Dear Aneko,
I have heard of your graduation from the Ninja Academy last month. I am so proud of you, Son. I can not be there to congradulate you personally, but I hope that the headband that I have sent you will help you along your way as a shinobi. I appologize for the way that I treated you and your mother, I had a lot of things on my mind. I have caught wind that you have heard of Ryuga as well, and that you plan on going after him and bringing him back. Please, Son, dont. He is too far gone now. He killed the Fire Damiyo four years ago. The Ryuga that I know would never have done that. To me, Ryuga's soul is dead, but his body is posessed. Please, Aneko, I know that I have no right to ask this of you, but do not go after him. If you can't do it for me, do it for your mother.

Aneko could not fullfill his father's wishes of stopping his pursuit of Ryuga, but he treasured the forehead protector that was sent to him. The forehead protector was handmade from red cloth and a metalic plate was slapped onto it. Aneko could tell from memory that this was the forehead protector that Shinji had worn before the later was thrown into the mental-ward. Switching out the headband that he had received at his graduation ceremony for the one that his father had sent him, Aneko raided the storage closet in the main hall of his home, where his father's belongings were stored. He searched for his father old pair of goggles, ones that the later had worn since childhood on every mission he was sent on. Aneko took possession of them, showing his loyalty for father and his family. Aneko also got his clan's crest tattooed onto his right shoulder.

Shinji awoke with a harsh jump, grabbing the left side of his chest with his hand. He was breathing heavily, sweat pouring down his face. He couldn’t collect himself. It was like he had no control over his emotions. He had just had that dream again; the dream where he was trapped within Evangelion Unit 01 during the midst of an Angel attack…
His synchronization level was a zero percent, his body mutilated. He couldn’t move at all. He was completely broken. All he could do was stare blankly at the Angel before him as it bent forward towards him, preparing to completely rip the Evangelion to shreds. Shinji tried to back up from the Angel, but he was immobile due to all four of his limbs being broken. He couldn’t even scream. He was too horrified to even breathe correctly. This was Hell. This was the Hell of being an Evangelion pilot. The Angel started with the Evangelion’s stomach. It ripped furiously at the mid-section of the Eva, digging through thick bone and armor before throwing its head into the cyborg, eating away furiously at the organs. All Shinji could do was fell as the Angel ripped him apart madly. He couldn’t scream out in pain, he couldn’t run away in fear. He couldn’t even thing straight. All he could do was watch helplessly as his life was starting to come to a brutal end. The Angel continued on to rip off both of the Eva’s arms and legs, and after doing so turned the limp machine upside down. It growled delightfully before ripping into the Evangelion’s back, tossing its spine aside like a piece of string. The entry-plug was now completely visible. Shinji knew this, and he braced himself the best that he could as the Angel grabbed the plug in its mouth and squeezing it in half, killing Shinji.
Shinji finally recollected himself after fifteen minutes of using breathing exercises that Kaji had taught him. ‘Thanks, Kaji.’ Shinji threw his blanket off to the side and lifted himself off of the bed, walking silently over to his closet. He threw on a plain green T-shirt and ripped blue jeans before walking off into the hallway. He slipped a glance into Misato’s bedroom, but there wasn’t a trace of her minus all of the bottles and cans of alcohol lying around. ‘Maybe she’s still out with Kaji.’ He thought, closing the door before walking into the kitchen to get a can of soda. “Couldn’t sleep, Stupid Shinji?” Shinji jumped back a few feet, looking hysterically at the black leather sectional in the center of the living room. Asuka was laying down on the far end on the couch, staring somewhat furiously at Shinji. She was wearing a red and white spaghetti-strapped tank top and simple light blue jean shorts. She was clearly not wearing a bra, as an erect nipple was poking its way through her shirt. There was a bowl of popcorn and two cans of cherry soda on the floor next to the couch, a gaping hole in the earlier. Shinji looked over at the television to see that Asuka was watching Beauty and The Beast.
“Yeah.” Shinji said simply. He was still staring at the movie playing on the TV, trying not to lock eye contact with Asuka. His cheeks were bright red, and his heart was pumping frantically. It was clear to everyone around him that he had feelings for her. He had liked her since the first time that they had met at NERV HQ after Asuka’s fight with the Seventh Angel, but because of his childhood he had no idea on how to propose his feelings to her. He was stuck because of his father.
“Well then come and watch the movie, Baka!” Asuka sat upright and waved one of the unopened cans of soda before her. Shinji look at her for a second, but hurriedly looked away. He was tempted to just run outside, go to the roof of the apartment building and listen to the SDAT music player that was his father’s. ‘I mustn’t run away!’ He looked at Asuka and smiled genuinely. “Thanks, Asuka.” Shinji sat down casually right next to Asuka, retrieving the soda from her and opening it with a pop. He could sense Asuka smiling at him, and he relaxed himself, looked at her, and smiled back brightly.

The user does not gain the properties of their transformation (ie. horse like strength), and may only transform into something ranging between 1/2 of their regular size, to 2x their regular size. Description: A simple jutsu that allows a ninja to seal or unseal any item, mostly weapons, from scrolls or from their body. After forming the necessary handsigns, the ninja will seal the item into a scroll etc. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. The items themselves are unaffected by time. Ninjutsu can also be stored in scrolls, to be released when the scroll is opened, but require another person to cast said Ninjutsu; else it cannot be sealed.

Starting at a moderate level of heat and a reach of up to 3m, at D rank, and increasing in temperature to an intense heat and up to a 10m reach, when performed at A rank. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it. | Looking good so far! There are a few things that I do need to touch on though before giving you a 1/2 approval.
- You are allowed 15 jutsu and you only have 14. If you want, you can still add one more jutsu. These jutsu are all free. After you app is approved you will have to buy jutsu with Available Funds (AF) that you earn through RPing. If you only want 14 though, that is fine too.
- For the jutsu that are multi-ranked [Ex. C-A]... Can you place the rank of that particular jutsu next to the rank? [Ex. C-A (C)]
The reason I ask you to do this is because you will need to purchase the rank ups later. Lets say you want to rank a multi-rank that is C-ranked to a B-rank, you will have to apply for the change in the jutsu creations section. It's discounted, so no worries there, but by labeling the rank of the multi-ranked jutsu... it helps the staff better evaluate your request at a quicker rate!
- Also, keep in mind that the C-ranked Evasiness sc cannot be upgraded to B-rank or higher. This is because you need to have Taijutsu, Weaponry, or Medical as a specialty. I am not telling you to change it but merely giving you a heads up; in case you want to change
