Description: After intense experimental procedures to bring back the arm of Tatsuo, the experiments proved to be successful but to an extent as the shinobi’s clan abilities interfered with the complete and perfect formation of the arm that was being applied the medical ninjutsu.  This meant that the arm of the member did not fully adapt to the jutsu thus not being able to give the arm of the user the physical appearance like any other normal arm. Instead the arm of the Kamaza clan member adapted to always having their ability activated like if it was a passive technique that the member has. To anyone that cannot see chakra will not be able to see the arm perfectly as the Kamaza’s ability is to camouflage their bodies to their surroundings. But because the member of the clan cannot truly become perfectly “invisible” the arm will sometimes have this distortion effect when moving but would require someone with the Improved/Keen perfection to be able to notice it as the arm’s ability to camouflage to its surrounding its extremely fast and nearly hard to notice by the average eye. Because of this arm always having their clan abilities always active 5CP are always subtracted from his overall chakra pool every times he enters a topic.
