Special Abilities: The god of transferal is a very valuable tool for a shinobi who specializes in fuuinjutsu to possess. The rotating middle comes equiped with an inate ability that efficently suplements the ninja's sealing techniques. The side, considered to be the back, is actually a seal designed to seal with in it, other seals. Within the range of 2.5 meters it is able to siphon the chakra from the seal into itself. The regular seal will remain but will be inert and otherwise useless. This seal will also only work if the chakra used to activate it and the chakra with in the seal it is siphoning from are one and the same. In other words the user of the pendant must have created the seal in question for it to work. Upon flipping it, to the black stone side, the user can release this chakra through the conductive stone which acts as a guidance to project it in a beacon like fashion up to 20 meters away. Once striking a surface, the chakra will reform into the seal it originally was. It takes 3 CP to seal away the target seal, and 3 CP to project and reform it for a total of 6CP. Only one seal may be sealed at a time. It is common practice for ninja who use this tool to have a seal on reserve and carried with them.
