Description: Technique accessible only for the ninja that have contract with Ninja Rabbits. After being trained in the underground Usurega caves in the Forest of Death the user learns to transform their body into a combination of rabbit and human. After forming the [Rabbit – Dragon – Tiger] handseals the user grows ears and puffy rabbit tail, their lower body also becomes more muscular and tense. This technique increases the user’s agility and increases their lower body strength giving them power to jump higher and perform jump moves easier and stronger than humans can. The technique also strengthens the kicking power of the user which comes with the increased lower body strength of the technique. The technique also grants the user an increase in hearing and smell as long as it is active. The strength granted by the technique depends on the rank of the jutsu: C rank grants just increases agility but increase in kicking strength is barely noticeable, B rank grants slight increases in lower body strength to the point of kicks potentially cracking bones, A rank kicks are capable of breaking bones and S rank are capable of easily breaking bones and even sending shockwaves through the target’s body upon impact that may break bones in other parts of the body as well as cause heavy internal bleeding.

Description: The user forms [Bird – Tiger – Dog] handseals to initiate this jutsu. Upon forming the handseals the user channels a large amount of lightning chakra that forms small lightning balls outside the user’s body, they rotate around the user and cannot be targeted or directed, only cancelled in which case half of the jutsu cost is refunded. If a fast moving object moves in the range of the jutsu like a ninja tool or an enemy, the lightning balls are automatically directed in that direction being attracted by fluctuations in the air in the range which makes the technique prioritize speedy targets. The technique is also dangerous because if an ally moves into the range they could also be targeted and if the user tries to move without cancelling the technique they could also be shocked. One charge of the jutsu holds enough strength to inflict powerful shock and numb the affected person’s muscles for one post making their movements clumsy and out of sync as well as leaving burns in the affected areas and causing a lot of pain. The number of lightning balls can be manipulated with each ball costing more chakra, the technique can sustain up to five balls with five being the maximum amount. The balls are directed by the fluctuations in the air so they are moving at the same speed as the object that attracts them. Each additional ball reacts to the same fluctuations differently so they do not fly at the same pattern making dodging numerous charges of the technique increasingly difficult.

Description: Using this technique requires the “One Handed Seals” SC or having steel wire set up previously. User forms [Rabbit – Tiger – Dragon] handseals and channels great amount of lightning chakra through the wire. The front of the chakra as it passes through the wire resembles a head of a dragon. Upon touching the wire the entire charge is transferred even if the wire is cut with a tool that can conduct electricity making the technique into an effective trap. The jutsu can be sustained for multiple posts but only up to four maximum posts. The shock is incredibly powerful being able to stop one’s heart and leave scars and burns on random spots where the shock travels to one’s heart.

Name: Fuuton: Maho no Baburu Hogo / Wind Style: Magical Bubble Protection

Description: User forms [Rat] hand seal and places their hands sideways forcing a powerful gust of wind that forms a bubble around the user with varied range. C rank forms a bubble of wind of 2m radius with each increase in rank giving the bubble an additional meter of radius. The technique deflects any techniques of its rank or below except Fire Style techniques. The jutsu only protects from Fire Style techniques of two ranks lower than it. It also pushes any other people except for the user with varied force depending on the rank of the jutsu. On C rank the jutsu just pushes the affected targets away inflicting nothing but slight discomfort, on B rank the jutsu packs a punch equal to a casual punch but deals no real damage, on A rank the jutsu is able to crack bones and on S rank in breaks any bones of the spots in contact. The jutsu is also rather quick so it cannot protect from any attacks that can be continued for more than one post.

This technique would require a sort of genetic manipulation to work, as plain on old ninjutsu should not give you this level of physical stats. The concept at the moment would be considered detrimental to ninjutsu and the site.

How does the ball actually react to the fluctuations in the air? It is much easier to say that you control where the ball is going, but that may also add additional parameters to the jutsu and/or increase cost or difficulty.

You would need a chakra conductive wire for this to work, as the system currently recognizes that as weaponry.

The concept of this jutsu is better applied as a bubble of cutting winds (as wind is the element for cutting) instead of concussive force (which would be more akin to something water could do)
