Satsuki is slender and tall with an angular face that gives her a very pretty face by beauty standards. She has dark blue hair that is almost as black, a result of a recessive gene from her mother that disallowed her the normal black hair of an Uchiha. Even though her hair is really dark blue, it appears to be black unless one has a closer inspection. Her eyes are also blue as well due to the recessive gene, which of course is more notable among her family members. She has rather thick eyebrows for a girl her age, but these are usually covered up by her bangs. Even though they're thick, they're trimmed well and are presentable so they do not draw away from her natural beauty. Also for a thirteen year old girl she has a moderate bust size, a bit bigger than normal girls her age. Unfortunately for most men this doesn't sexualize her at all, it does the opposite. She appears more mature, sometimes giving off the appearance that she's much older than she actually is. Combined with her attitude it's easy to assume she may be almost eighteen.
Standing at about 5'7, 132 pounds Satsuki wears a high class school uniform that separates her from the rest. She wears a white and blue sailor uniform, a modified version of her old school one. It has a high collar and shoulder epaulets with gilded adornments on the side. Her uniform also has a rather short skirt, but this is masked by long boots she wears which only leave a few inches of skin showing, due to the fact that they come up to the thigh with blue trim as well. Though she wears heels in combat, they come with a secret mechanism that allow them to turn into normal shoes. It is said when she turns her heels into normal shoes she may take her opponent seriously. She also has matching pale white hair clips which keep her vision clear.

Forehead Protector: Satsuki doesn't wear a forehead protector or associate herself as a common Leaf Ninja by wearing it. Neither does she wear any sort of Uchiha emblem. Personality: Pride, intelligence, patience and unwavering resolve all adorn her like the marvelous clothes she wears. Because of these sturdy and iron-fisted convictions she has natural charisma and the ability to lead others. Even though she has a ton of pride, Satsuki is also pragmatic and very determined, willing to cast aside her emotions and use anything to secure victory if her life is on the line. In school, Satsuki was described by her enemies as a cold heartless bitch and by those who feared her as a Goddess among them. Though she doesn't tolerate failure from her immediate clique, she is not heartless. She cares a great deal for anyone serving under her and is very protective of her Konoha allies. When she feels like her feelings are getting in the way, she's known to relax and enjoy a cup of tea to calm her nerves and restrengthen her indomitable resolve.
Even as a genin, Satsuki's only goal is to become the Hokage. She wishes to change what it means to be a ninja and a commoner and bring the two inline together. Essentially, her goal is to create more peace between the nations of the ninja world and lead by example. This is why her pride and resolve are so strong, and by others may be confused for arrogance. Satsuki wants a revolution of the ninja world and wants it to achieve true peace. She wants barriers broken and walls torn down and a host of other things that will allow people to truly live as one.... As all humans were intended to do. Though she keeps these goals hidden her main tenet is order. There must be order and structure in life and she currently shoves her long-term goals away to lead by example in her battles. There are very few words which can describe her combat style, but one remains true. Elite. Satsuki doesn't seek to humiliate her opponents with fancy words or beat them to a bloody pulp. She takes battle seriously as she puts her life on the line. Even in her Academy days she had her teachers reeling at her talent, but never went so far as to cause them to separate her battle. When life or death is a matter Satsuki isn't afraid to kill. Though she never voices the fact that she would rather not kill someone, she understands what it means to kill an enemy, especially if her allies are involved and are at risk. Her combat style is one that can also be describe as majestic. Though she doesn't possess a frame for close combat, she uses her Uchiha bloodline to display an elite level of accuracy with weapons and bladed items. She uses the sword and other close combat weapons with deadly precision, one that may make opponents fearful of her skill. Even though she is calm and collected in most fights, when she loses Satsuki isn't sore bout it. She sees them as learning experiences and learns ways in which she can use that to her advantage. The one notable thing that Satsuki does apart from the rest is that she doesn't fight like a ninja. She uses her wits and knows how to remain stealthy, but she doesn't pride in the fact that she's a ninja at all. She sees herself as an elite warrior of the Leaf and will 'shine' in no matter where she is... in battle or in blood. Special Characteristics:

Description: After training relentlessly in cardiovascular and high speed movement, shinobi are able to greatly increase their overall stamina and movement speed. Those talented with this speed are capable of running with speed half a man greater than their peers and even last a bit longer during extraneous activities without becoming exhausted. This boost in speed is usually enough to quickly catch escaping targets or outrun most regular citizens.

Description: Although all Ninja to some degree are renown for their evasive and slippery nature a possessor of this SC has trained to the point where they have begun to master not only the basic forms of evasive maneuvering, but they have also developed a small degree of Kinesthesiology (Bodily Knoweldge) increasing their natural mobility and flexibility. The suitability of the ninja increases as they are now capable of executing quicker flips, twists or dodges than their peers.
Name: Enhanced Accuracy Rank: C Type: Skill Based Prerequisites: The Character must have Weaponry as one of their Specialties. Training: A 600 word training is required to gain this special characteristic. Restrictions: - Description: A skill gained by ninja who have begun to specialize in throwing weapons. From a combination of practice and natural talent the ninja starts to acquire an enhanced accuracy which allows them to hit multiple targets in precise locations along with hurling multiple weapons at once with greater speed. On top of this, they are able to analyse and roughly predict the trajectory of a weapon targeted towards them and from there interrupt its path by accurately hurling a similar weapon at the intended threat.

Description: The ninja gains near infinite Ryo from either inheritance or a unknown circumstance which makes them filthy rich and now highly respected in their village. They can now live in large mansions in their villages and possess the latest technology and training equipment. They can purchase anything without fear of running out of money which makes them both popular and feared for their power.

Name: Sharingan Activated: One Tomoe Rank: - Type: Bloodline - Doujutsu Accessible To: C-Ranked Uchiha Description: The One-Tomoe version of the Sharigan is accessible to young Uchiha who skills have deemed them C-Ranked in power and skill. Like all versions of the Sharingan, the user is able to see the flow of chakra whether it be internal or external. Such skills derived from his ability include being able to identify illusionary and C-Rank elemental clones, detecting chakra barriers and genjutsu, and even telling if someone is placed under a genjutsu by detecting chakra irregularities. Being the beginner form of the Sharingan, the One-Tomoe form grants the user the basic skill of the Sharingan which is being able to grant its wielders incredible levels of perception and clarity. In a more simplistic explanation, the user's vision is now able to see perceive things in slow motion. From flying weapons, to enemy movements, everything is slowed to a speed readable of that of the user. THE BACKGROUND. History: History? Satsuki makes history. Being an Uchiha in the Leaf Village she was already apart of a unique clan that hailed her as a prodigy among ninja. Satsuki's upbringing starts humble, just as any normal child's would. However her parents, instead of being shinobi were top-tier business individuals making her extremely rich. At a young age, Satsuki saw what money and fame could do to people so she decided to take her talents to the ninja world to gain enough power to master it. In the Academy, Satsuki remained top of the class at all times, never receiving a failing mark or missing a single question. She was elite among the elite, and passed all exams, physical and mental with flying colors. Due to this, she was able to sway the top elite Academy students to her will and create a student body organization within the Academy, something that had never been done before. She used this organization to control and bring order to all the children in the school, forcing them to bow down to her whim whenever someone tried to challenge her. Though the ninja tutors thought this was cute, it gave way to her path into a genin. On graduation day, Satsuki was formally recognized as Konoha's brightest student for achieving such high pass rates in her class year. Going above and beyond on her test only fortified these claims as she spent her first few weeks as a genin doing the impossible, gaining her one-tomoe Sharingan through an intense battle against her peers. A battle she almost faltered in granted her the amazing power of the Sharingan at such a young age. Her intelligence and overall popularity garnered her a following even outside of school. However, they hold no actual substance and will disperse upon impact of an attack or contact with an opponent. They cannot disrupt the area around themselves with their movements; won’t kick up dust, crush grass, etc. They are simply optical illusions used to momentarily fool others. Name: Henge no Jutsu • Transformation Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique transforms the user’s appearance to that of another object or person. However, it is not a permanent transformation and a mental image of what they are transformed into. Certain aspects of a ninja will not change merely by transformation, these things may include injuries, tool pocket placements etc. The jutsu will dispel should the user be injured. The user does not gain the properties of their transformation (ie. horse like strength), and may only transform into something ranging between 1/2 of their regular size, to 2x their regular size. Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu • Body Replacement Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: 10 meters Element: N/A Description: After performing a tiger seal, this technique allows the user to alter places in a speedy manner with another nearby object. This is done mere seconds before an attack lands, thus making the attacker believe his or her attack was a success. Whatever object was used to alter places will receive the brunt of the enemy’s attack instead. The object that the user switches with must be preset somewhere else in the thread, meaning that the object must have received specific mention previously in the thread. Chakra Cost: 2
Name: Explosive Tag: Activate Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to activate an explosive tag they have planted somewhere. Preferably they should be within close to mid range and visible to the user. You cannot activate another persons explosive tags unless your chakra has been channeled into them beforehand. Name: Kai • Release Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: By stopping the flow of chakra in their body, and then applying an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra; the user may dispel the effects of a genjutsu. This can also be used on another individual that is stuck in a genjutsu by preforming the necessary hand seal and then touching them, although it consumes half the chakra cost of the Genjutsu. Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu • Escaping Skill Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to free themselves should they be tied up. It is extremely basic. Using their physical training, the user will twist and contort their body to loosen their bindings, effectively relieving themselves of the tightness of their bindings and slipping through the restraints. This technique can only be used if the user is of equal or higher rank than their captor. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Chozou no Jutsu • Storage Technique Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu, Supplementary Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A simple jutsu that allows a ninja to seal or unseal any item, mostly weapons, from scrolls or from their body. After forming the necessary handsigns, the ninja will seal the item into a scroll etc. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. The items themselves are unaffected by time. Ninjutsu can also be stored in scrolls, to be released when the scroll is opened, but require another person to cast said Ninjutsu; else it cannot be sealed. Chakra Cost: 1 to seal; 1 to unseal.
Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza • Act of Water Surface Walking Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: NA Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on water by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet or hands. Because of water’s nature, this requires the user to be quick to adjust the amount of chakra they must emit to their feet in order to maintain a constant balance. Users may also walk, run and “skate” across the water when using this technique. Chakra Cost: 1 (1 per post)
Name: Kinobori no Waza • Act of Tree Climbing Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on trees and vertical walls by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet. Gravity can easy be defined if this technique is mastered, allowing people to even stand upside down. If too much chakra is exerted the user will be pushed away; bark breaking and causing the user to then fall. If not enough chakra is exerted the user will lose their footing and fall. Name: Ridairekuto Kunai | Redirecting Kunai Rank: D Type: Weaponry Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Requires: At least One-Tomoe Element: - Description: Ridairekuto Kunai is a technique performed by members of the Uchiha clan. This technique is commonly used amongst weapon experts, but those who possess the Sharingan are able to utilize it with equal proficiency. This ability simply allows the user to redirect a kunai's direction by ricocheting them off one another in either one or successive throws. From this the user is able to attack opponent(s) from nearly all angles and provide a series of surprise attacks. Chakra Cost: 3CP
Name: Sōfūshasan no Tachi | Sharingan Windmill Triple Attack Rank: C Type: Weaponry Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Requires: At least One-Tomoe Element: - Description: Sōfūshasan no Tachi is a technique performed by members of the Uchiha clan. Using their Sharingan, the user hurls three Windmill Shuriken all of which have wire attached to them. While in the air the user can navigate shuriken to make the blades circle the target, which results in the attached wire binding them. Chakra Cost: 5CP

Name: Ayatsuito no Jutsu - String Reeling Technique Rank: D Type: Weaponry Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: Ayatsuito no Jutsu is a technique utilizing wire. This string can be used in rappeling, or as a method to tie down and restrict the movement of an opponent. The properties of the wire also allows the user to guide fire down it with any number of Katon Jutsu. Chakra Cost: 4
Name: Metal Mouth Rank: D Type: Weaponry Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: N/A Description: The user may hold a shuriken, kunai or senbon in their mouth. Using a small burst of chakra, the user can shoot the weapon at their oppnent to injure them. He/she can also spit it at incoming projectiles to knock them away. Chakra Cost: 4
Name: Kage Shuriken no Jutsu - Shadow Shuriken Technique Rank: D Type: Weaponry Range: Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: N/A Description: It's an extremely simple technique where two shuriken, like the Fūma Shuriken, are piled one onto another and thrown simultaneously. However, depending on the way it's used, it can prove its absolute efficiency. The trick is to somehow draw the enemy's attention towards the upper shuriken. Then, to deal with the path of the lower shuriken. If the enemy notices both shuriken, the technique ends up losing all of its efficiency. Chakra Cost: 3
Name: Gyorai Shin - Torpedo Needle Rank: C Type: Weaponry Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: Removing nails from his or her pocket, the user will throw them into the air and then plant them tip first into the earth. Using his or her chakra the nails will travel into the ground. Then at his or her discretion, he or she can fire the nails from the ground through the feet of his or her target to nail them in place. He or she can then fire the remaining nails from the ground to cut his target to pieces. Chakra Cost: 7
Name: Wind Flick Rank: D Type: Weaponry Range: N/A Element: Wind Description: The user simply creates wind in the palm and releases a burst of wind chakra. When holding a tools that are thrown from the hand -kunai/shuriken/senbon- the tool shoots from the burst of wind with enough velocity to mimic it being thrown normally. This allows the user to throw weapons from stand still positions, or in manners that would be hard to recognize. Kunai, being much heavier fly slower and even within 10m do not possess enough power to cause penetration of skin. Chakra Cost: 4

Name: Goukakyuu no Jutsu - Great Fireball Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Katon (Fire) Description: Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it. Chakra Cost: 5 (2 per post)
Name: Housenka no Jutsu - Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Katon (Fire) Description: Katon • Housenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai. Chakra Cost: 5
Name: Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu - Mist Waltz Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Katon (Fire) Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, the user is able to create and blow a flammable gas from their lungs. Once it comes in contact with fire or sparks, the gas ignites into a large fireball. Chakra Cost: 8
Name: Daitoppa - Great Breakthrough Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Fuuton (Wind) Description: This is a relatively simple technique that creates a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame. Chakra Cost: 9
Name: Reppushou - Gale Wind Palm Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: Fuuton (Wind) Description: Fuuton • Reppushou is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. After forming the needed hand seals, the user will send a strong gust of wind towards his/her target. When acting in conjunction with another thrown weapon, the wind can increase its power and deadliness. Chakra Cost: 5
Name: Chakra Grip Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: No range Element: N/A Description: A simple technique that uses the gripping methods of chakra. For instance, by placing chakra to the feet, one can stand on upside down on a roof because the chakra is causing them to stick. Or if the user is falling and needs to grip on something to break the fall, chakra to the hands can be used to grip to break the fall. This is used in situations where the ninja cannot deflect a thrown tool with his hands, he can use chakra to his feet and counter properly and cause a weapon to stick to his feet/body part. This doesn't mean the user can stop throwing kunai that are pointed directly at them. This allows kunai or shuriken that graze on their FLAT surfaces to stick. If a kunai or shuriken is on the group this technique is used to pick it up with the foot by simply running over the top of it Chakra Cost: 4
Name: Wind Style: Wind Push Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close 0-5m Element: Fuuton Description: Wind Push is a simple jutsu which acts similar to the 'Daitoppa' techinque. However in this jutsu, the user conjures wind chakra within the body as normal and then forces it through their pores and hair follicles. This creates a burst of wind from the person capable of knocking back shuriken, kunai and weaker jutsu. The versatility of this jutsu is that it only needs a simple handsign to perform and can be done while moving. Chakra Cost: 8 (2CP per post)
Name: Shōmei Heirō - Illuminating Halo Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0 - 5m), Med (5 - 10m) Element: Katon Description: Shōmei Heirō is a ninjutsu technique utilizing the fire element. After performing the required handseals, the user is able to call forth a ring of fire above their head. This halo - like ring has the same circumference as the users head and is also able to light up a ten metre radius around the user. It's often called a golden ring, due to the perfect ring having golden - yellow flames occupying it. At the centre of the ring an oak tree leaf made of fire is found, it's used for a sequence attack. Name: Whip Rank: C Type: Medium Range (Can reach to 2m) - Exotic Weapon Quantity: 1 Description: A common leather whip designed by spinning very thin sections of hide around other sections of hide to produce an exceptionally long and very elastic material. Used with one hand, and has a variety of possible uses; such as disarming, whipping, binding and even wrapping ledges.
Name: Nodachi Rank: C Type: Medium Range - Greatsword Quantity: 1 Description: Known as a 'Field sword', the Nodachi is a large sword which can be wielded with either one or two hands. It is basically a larger version of a katana. Compared to the katana, the Nodachi is more difficult to wield due to its size and weight, but - like any weapon - could be extremely deadly if the warrior wielding it was skilled. The length of the nodachi's hilt varied between twelve to thirteen inches (30 to 33 centimeters). Its cutting capability and range exceeded that of a katana, due to its weight and size. Nodachi's length can reach the 1.50 meters.

A simple mechanism by twisting the toes allows the heels to collapse down so the feet are placed firmly. It can also be redone again to extend the heels out. Name: Ear-Piece Mic Radio Rank: C Type: Main -Primary/Accessory Quantity: 3 Description: The short range radio is capable of keeping ninja in contact up to 10 miles. The radio can accept multiple frequencies and is activated to talk by pushing a button on the neck attachment, making it simple to use even in the most dire of situations. With a durable carapace, it is designed to withstand water damage and even the pressure of extreme altitudes. Name: Breathing Apparatus Rank: C - A Rank (C) Type: Supplementary | Air Filter Quantity: One [1] Description: With this accessory, the Shinobi is able to breathe underwater for short periods of time. The apparatus appears as a very small silver tube with two small pieces attache. The first is a set of small tubes that go into the nostrils and the second is a small mouth piece. The rank of the item determines the amount of time a user can spend underwater before needing to resurface and recharge the device. It takes a whole set of turns in order for the apparatus to recharge after usage, the duration of recharge is equal to the duration of use, therefore 2 post recharge for C rank usage and so on. Additionally, the filter is designed to keep out aerial objects that may harm the user, such as airborne toxins and micro-fragments, equal to the rank of the apparatus.
