Name: Hitomi Murasaki Shiruku Nickname: Red Haired Harpy Age: 16 Gender: Female Appearance: Bright auburn hair cut to her shoulder length and flips out at the end length with bright blue eyes that shine with life. Tiny in all aspects and almost looks to young for her age, even her face retains her baby fat cheeks making her rounded face seem childish in all ways and fairly inoccent. Her pale skin is still healthy enough to retain a pink tone of life to it rather than be paper white. She almost looks like a doll if she were to sit still and hardly looks anything of her age. She is grown in the breast area but only to a B meaning she can be tell apart from other children but she's still not a teenager look by any means. Her outfits tend to be free flowing and light colors of blue and purple. It's also obvious her height and weight are lacking, she's very short for her age with barely at 5"2. Not to mention her weight is light enough to wind herself off the ground quite easily being only at 100lbs. It's fairly easy to spot her in a crowd with her hair peaking out among others however she's not as easily approachable. Forehead Protector: Not on forhead, on her upper left arm *Konoha Symbol* Personality:Calm, Quiet, usually to herself. She tends to avoid others not because she doesn't like them but just fearful of them. She tends to be very timid and is easy pickings for bullying. When she practices her jutsu along with her father or even alone. However if she feels a connection to someone, a sort of trust she'll open up to them very quickly and show her true colors of care. She likes many things which include, the sound and feel of a good passing breeze, birds of all kinds and especially when in flight, anything to deal with the idea of flight interests her entirely. However she does have an interest within the medical field, not so much the idea of death but the idea of securing a life or help aiding others. Now concerning the fact of her dislikes is pretty tied together, she doesn't trust other people nearly at all. Infact just randomly coming up to her would scare her off more than anything. She also can't stand those overly prideful of themselves or worse those who put others down, let alone harm others, not that she wants to beat them down, but she keeps note of their actions and since she is within the medical field she could easily remember who did what and to a point ignore their wounds all together. It seems cruel however she believes in an eye for an eye treatment. She also has a striking fear of storms due to her past experiences with them being with horrific outcomes. Though it's only attained to storms, not lightning jutsu or other sorts just natural figments. Clan: None Nindō: "The wind goes in all directions. Keeping all enemies at bay at all costs and in general keeping off to the sides. Being that she's more acquainted with medical jutsu, she'll probably hang around victims of a fight rather than be in one. Enemies that attempt to get closed in on her will be swiftly pushed back by her wind jutsu, or she will push herself away using the same method. Because of her healing methods probably being sought out to be elimiated immediatly she will not heal out in the open of the battle field. In general she'll look and act the part of a weak shinobi who hides and cowards however just off away from on lookers she'll heal her comrades to be of use once more. in her eyes attacking at all wouldn't serve use, however if she has no choice or desicion to act otherwise she will use long distance as her advantage, and especially the air above, pushing herself above others reach distance in order to attack from above. Name: Improved Perception Rank: C Type: Mental Based Physical Requirements: N/A Training Requirements: A 600 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: The ninja trains their skill in perception and analyzing their environment to more distinct levels. Most physical motions are identified and picked up by the ninja whether its a movement in a leaf or a change in temperature. This skill is handy when faced with Genjutsu as it allows the user to identify the fact they are in an illusion in less time and with less clues than one would otherwise need. However although they can sense the Genjutsu they must rely on other methods of breaking the spell. The ninja also becomes extremely perceptive and observant when it comes to people, being able to pick out mood changes or better understand character. In addition, this skill becomes useful in combat, where the Ninja grows to understand the patterns, habits and the 'rhythm' of the opponent over periods of time.

Name: High IQ Rank: C Type: Social Based Prerequisites: - Training: A 600 word training is required to gain this special characteristic. Restrictions: - Description: The ninja innately possesses a high IQ which gives them a great deal of practical and analytically prowess. Whilst some might confuse a High IQ with a wealth of knowledge, that is not the case. More often than not possessing a High IQ equates more so to your ability to analyze and work your way through or around problems. To some degree many Shinobi who possess this Special Characteristic can be viewed as quick learners or even prodigies in their chosen areas of study. Like the obvious benefits of being very smart, the ninja may be well regarded for their great mathematical and thinking abilities. THE BACKGROUND.History:During her Baby or toddler years she was within a safe haven of her family. Her father being a retired shinobi known as Heizu, whom though had no clan or outstanding potential did his work without qualm and thus was given some pride. Her mother, being her name is Kūki sews and seems dresses and other outfits of sorts to sell to market. Her mother was from a dying clan however Hitomi herself didn't gain the potential from her, rather her younger brother Toppū is the carrier to the clan's last lineage and thus brings the stress off her shoulders. As she grew into a child and joined the Academy things were different. Rather than be open with others she seemed self secluded and away. This was due to this time line having her family attacked by a family member that was very well trusted whom betrayed them, this attack happened around the age of 8 during a storming night. For some odd reason the family member was after her mother and brother, leaving the scene of the crime with a nearly dead mother and toddler for this poor girl. However she was lucky enough to have had the aid of her father and multiple medical professionals to heal them. Because of the healing methods used and the worry of another attack, this drove her to learn Ijutsu and although it was difficult she seemed to at least have some chakra control that helped aid her in her young years. However because of such betrayal Hitomi doesn't feel trust in the rest of the village and thus would sit idly by and just watch others from a distance. This wasn't helped later on by other incidents but had started here. As she begun her early years of Genin she was once assigned a team however in a saddened experience her sensei ended up killed and her teammate vanishing, leaving her alone. She now seeks a new team, however seems reluctant towards meeting others. Bringing up the topic of her old team would definitely drop her emotions due to the fact that her old sensei was similar to a second father figure towards herself, and had just nearly cracked her out of her shell of trust. With that she has grown a bit and is nearing her end year of being a genin, hopeful of herself becoming chuunin soon enough. Roleplay Sample:The young girl passed by many sites throughout the village similar to the one explained. She even admitted to herself that something should be done about it. Trouble is she didn't want other people watching or even praising her, even the thought of it scared her a little. With a quick shiver down her spine she was alerted when she was given a message by the Hokage them self explaining about this unsightly dirty look the village gives off while covered in irresponsibly placed garbage. It wasn't so much a personal message but a mission document that a teacher just handed her. At first she didn't want to accept it at all but was eventually persuaded to at least try the task so her grades could pick up. She knew her grades were falling off because of her timidness and quiet nature to the point of even avoiding some tests that require one to talk in front of others or show off jutsu. With that she frowned a sigh giving in and taking up upon the offer. She at least hoped no one would notice her during this. THE ARSENAL.- Jutsu:

Name: Bunshin no Jutsu • Clone Technique Rank: E Type: Genjutsu Range: N/A Medium: Optical Element: N/A Description: This technique creates identical clones of the user. However, they hold no actual substance and will disperse upon impact of an attack or contact with an opponent. They cannot disrupt the area around themselves with their movements; won’t kick up dust, crush grass, etc. They are simply optical illusions used to momentarily fool others. Chakra Cost: 1CP per 5 clones
Name: Henge no Jutsu • Transformation Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique transforms the user’s appearance to that of another object or person. However, it is not a permanent transformation and a mental image of what they are transformed into. Certain aspects of a ninja will not change merely by transformation, these things may include injuries, tool pocket placements etc. The jutsu will dispel should the user be injured. The user does not gain the properties of their transformation (ie. horse like strength), and may only transform into something ranging between 1/2 of their regular size, to 2x their regular size. Thus one cannot transform into large creatures. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu • Body Replacement Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: 10 meters Element: N/A Description: After performing a tiger seal, this technique allows the user to alter places in a speedy manner with another nearby object. This is done mere seconds before an attack lands, thus making the attacker believe his or her attack was a success. Whatever object was used to alter places will receive the brunt of the enemy’s attack instead. The object that the user switches with must be preset somewhere else in the thread, meaning that the object must have received specific mention previously in the thread. Chakra Cost: 2
Name: Explosive Tag: Activate Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to activate an explosive tag they have planted somewhere. Preferably they should be within close to mid range and visible to the user. You cannot activate another persons explosive tags unless your chakra has been channeled into them beforehand. Chakra Cost: 1 (per 3 explosive notes)
Name: Kai • Release Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: By stopping the flow of chakra in their body, and then applying an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra; the user may dispel the effects of a genjutsu. This can also be used on another individual that is stuck in a genjutsu by preforming the necessary hand seal and then touching them, although it consumes half the chakra cost of the Genjutsu. Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu • Escaping Skill Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to free themselves should they be tied up. It is extremely basic. Using their physical training, the user will twist and contort their body to loosen their bindings, effectively relieving themselves of the tightness of their bindings and slipping through the restraints. This technique can only be used if the user is of equal or higher rank than their captor. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Chozou no Jutsu • Storage Technique Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu, Supplementary Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A simple jutsu that allows a ninja to seal or unseal any item, mostly weapons, from scrolls or from their body. After forming the necessary handsigns, the ninja will seal the item into a scroll etc. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. The items themselves are unaffected by time. Ninjutsu can also be stored in scrolls, to be released when the scroll is opened, but require another person to cast said Ninjutsu; else it cannot be sealed. Chakra Cost: 1 to seal; 1 to unseal.
Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza • Act of Water Surface Walking Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: NA Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on water by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet or hands. Because of water’s nature, this requires the user to be quick to adjust the amount of chakra they must emit to their feet in order to maintain a constant balance. Users may also walk, run and “skate” across the water when using this technique. Chakra Cost: 1 (1 per post)
Name: Kinobori no Waza • Act of Tree Climbing Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on trees and vertical walls by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet. Gravity can easy be defined if this technique is mastered, allowing people to even stand upside down. If too much chakra is exerted the user will be pushed away; bark breaking and causing the user to then fall. If not enough chakra is exerted the user will lose their footing and fall. Chakra Cost: 1 (1 per post)

Name: Oshi Tezawari - Pressure Touch Rank: D Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: By emitting a pulse of chakra through the finger tips on the patient’s head pressure points, the user is able to relieve the headaches of any person, regardless of cause (stress, migraine, other ailments, alcohol consumption, etc.) The technique can have an offensive use as well, by altering the effects of the pressure exerted. The pressure will cause a severe headache at the target. Chakra Cost: 4
Name: Onnetsusei Nami - Thermal Wave Rank: D Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: The purpose of this technique is to return needed heat to the patient's body. The user sends a chakra wave to the patient’s chest to increase the blood flow, thus increasing the body temperature. The offensive use of this technique would be the heat wave causing the effects of a hot flash on the target. The sensation of heat usually begins in the face or chest, although it may appear elsewhere such as the back of the neck, and it can spread throughout the whole body. The heat can cause the target to feel light headed accompanied by a rapid heartbeat and sweating. The effect can last for 2-3 posts without interference. Chakra Cost: 4
Name: Seiryou Nami - Cool Wave Rank: D Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: The purpose of this technique is to cool down the temperature of an overheated body. The user sends a chakra pulse to the patient’s body, in order to open up the skin pores, pump up blood to the skin and widen the blood vessels nearest to the skin, or increase sweat production at the said area. All these effects cool down the body and make it return to normal temperatures. The offensive use of this technique would be of the similar origins, through contact the pulse emits a wave which cools the body where contacted. This effected area is no more than 40 cm in size and the affected area reacts much like any part of the body when cooled. Initial or brief contact merely cools the area, numbing it slightly to pain and reducing its speed of movement by 10%(in the case of limbs). If contact is maintained for more than one post, the limb or affected area will be further numbed and become slightly more brittle, making bones easier to break. The effects last for 2 posts after contact is broken. Chakra Cost: 4
Name: Neji Me - Screw-Eye Rank: D Type: Medical Range: Close (0M) Element: N/A Description: Using their medical know-how, the user concentrates medical chakra into their hand before giving their target a sharp slap in the side of the head. The chakra targets the muscles in control of the eye, causing it to go askew. Effectively, those hit with the jutsu go cross-eyed for several seconds. Chakra Cost: 3

Name: Shindan Shuhou - Diagnosis Technique Rank: C Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: After performing the needed handseals, the user releases a pulse of chakra through the patient’s body. The pulse then returns through their chakra network back into the user’s palms, giving them a mental image of where the chakra network seems to be flaring or lowering. This can give the user a better idea of the location and injury type that has been inflicted. For use in offense, this technique is capable to present a map of the opponent’s chakra network on contact which can be used to determine chakra natures and levels. Chakra Cost: 8
Name: Karada Kuchidashi - Body Interference Rank: C-B [C] Type: Medical Jutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Raiton Description: After the user charges their hand with Raiton chakra they strike the body part of the desired target. At B-rank once struck it causes a muscle spasm to where the target can't control that body part for one post and can't effectively use it for one more. At C-rank it causes the afflicted body part to be less responsive to the commands from the brain for one post. For the second post, the body part is number before turning back to normal. Chakra Cost: C: 8
Name: Kisoku Kuchidashi - Airway Interference Rank: C Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: The user will focus chakra to their hands and release it to either the throat, in order to loosen the air ways, or the chest, in order to help the lungs expand. This will help the user or the patient breathe easier. A bastardized use of this technique causes the airways to constrict making it much harder for the target to breath. This technique lasts one post without continuous contact. Chakra Cost: 6 [3CP for continuous use]
Name: Shousen no Jutsu - Mystical Hand Technique Rank: C-A [C] Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: Shousen Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by medical ninja. This technique allows the ninja to heal wounds by focusing their own chakra to their hands. If the higher the medical ninja's rank is the quicker they are able to heal more critical and serious injuries. Injuries of equal rank may be healed in 1 post, and completely restored in 2. If choosing to heal a wound higher than the rank of the Shousen used, it requires 2 extra posts per rank. Thus C-rank Shousen healing an A-rank wound would require 5 posts to fully heal, while a B-rank wound would require 3 posts for instance. If healing a lower-ranked wound with a higher-ranked Shousen, the wound is fully healed in one post as opposed to two. Chakra Cost: C: 8CP (2 per post)

Name: Daitoppa - Great Breakthrough Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Fuuton (Wind) Description: This is a relatively simple technique that creates a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame. Chakra Cost: 9 Name: Kami Oroshi - Godly Wind from the Mountains Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Fuuton (Wind) Description: The user will generate a whirling vortex of wind which he or she can send snaking towards his or her target. This wind can be used to help cause an explosive blaze when used with certain fire and earth techniques. Chakra Cost: 7 (2 per post) Name: Reppushou - Gale Wind Palm Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: Fuuton (Wind) Description: Fuuton • Reppushou is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. After forming the needed hand seals, the user will send a strong gust of wind towards his/her target. When acting in conjunction with another thrown weapon, the wind can increase its power and deadliness. Chakra Cost: 5 Name: Fuuton Bunshin no Jutsu - Wind Clone Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Fuuton Description: Fuuton Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes wind to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Fuuton Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target, but none utilizing chakra. The range of the clone is limited however, it can travel no further than 10 meters from the original body. If the Fuuton Bunshin is injured, the clone will disperse with a gust of wind. Chakra Cost: 7 (Per clone) Restrictions:
- No weapons, armor, or equipment can be replicated to have above C-rank quality.
- Replicated explosive notes, explosive kunai, explosive senbon, and exploding pouches are inert and cannot be set off.

When he or she touches his or her palm on his or her opponents body, the user can withdraw the physical and spiritual energy out of them. By reducing their chakra, it greatly increases the user’s advantage over his or her opponent. After that is done, the user may then launch a torrent of hardened hair in the form of needles towards his or her target. Chakra Cost: 8 Name: Kuchiyose no Jutsu - Summoning Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: A powerful jutsu, Ninpo Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon animals and objects to fight on their behalf. The ninja normally signs a blood contract with the animal species, which allows them to summon different size and skill levels of creature. - The Face Claim needs to be filled so that no one can take your art.
The Character Claim would be your character's name, the source would be you (It can be your real name or whatever pen name you use) and a site so we can reference back whether it be deviantart or whatever site you use to source. This is simply for us to put into our "database" so we have something to reference back to.
- You can have a second element if you wish. If not, then let me know.
- I would have to say to add more to the combat style. You are evasive, this is true. What happens when the enemy gets close or attempts to go to you? You are a medical shinobi, and there will be those who will see your value and try to eliminate you quickly. What would she do? It doesn't have to be extremely detailed, but these are a few things to keep in mind

As a C rank ninja, you only have access to C rank, but as you rank up you can later unlock the higher rankings of these jutsu. Besides this, everything seems fine.
