Due to the odd number of participants, the first fight will be singled out and will determine who moves on to the rest of the bracket, as follows (the "blank" looking space near the bottom is just another censored name, but the rectangle turned grey for some reason):

Thus, we need volunteers that will be fine with being placed in that first spot as it requires them to have one extra fight (assuming they win). While we only need 2, the more volunteers we have the better as we can then randomize it rather than pre-determine the combatants.
