Appearance: Tomi is a fair-skinned boy with spiky, black hair that have a blue tint to it and is tied in a ponytail. His bangs parted down the centre of his face to frame both sides of it, he wears the standard Uchiha outfit which consists of a high-collared, blue shirt with the Uchiha crest on his upper back and blue pants, but his pants are wrapped up in bandages at the ends. On his waist, he has bandage belt that holds a sack which presumably holds ninja tools.

When alone and he wears the standard high-collared robes with the Uchiha crest on the back, this is worn by his family.

When it's cold Tomi Wears a simple short sleeved black shirt under he wears a tight black undershirt, on his fingers he wears black tape and on top he has a purple ring. He also wears a plain black scarf that is wrapped all around his neck. On his arms he wears black sleeves with bands on his elbow. He also has leather straps around his back and chest, and his is kept in a small holder out in the back. He also wears tight black pants that run down to his ankle and on his feet he wears black standard shinobi sandles.

Personality:[spoiler] Since his early childhood, Tomi was very independent and self-confident, at times even appearing arrogant and condescending. During his time at the Academy, Tomi loved to be alone, spending more time alone honing his skills than socialising with the other student, most of the time when he talked to other students it was to pick a fight, another exception of him socializing is to talk to girls, like his father he loves beautiful busty women and usually will try to get on their panties. Another trait he picked up from his father is to never harm a women as he thinks women should always be treated like queens.. He is largely hostile towards figures of authority and feels little incentive to follow orders with which he disagrees, earning him the distinction of being a loose cannon of sorts. Tomi is also rather quick-tempered, resorting more often to steel-fisted violence than calm negotiation to settle disputes. He has a reputation for being foul-mouthed and is an incurably sarcastic cynic. However, his ruthlessness and aptitude in killing shows the other side of him — deadly, violent, and bloodthirsty. Tomi had been trained as an assassin by his brother to be extremely cautious that he only engages in combat provided that victory is absolutely certain. [spoiler]

Combat Style:[spoiler] Tomi is a natural when it comes to stealth his small body and his speed seriously aid him when trying to be stealthy. Being born into a family of assassins he was taught to use stealth as his main thing and come out of hiding as his last resort, when hiding he will usually hide in tall trees as this provides cover for him plus he can see his opponent(s) more clearly.

When Tomi is forced to come out of hiding he will use ninjutsu. As his clans element is Katon he will use his clans weaker jutsu to evaluate his opponent(s) and if he or she survives he will up the pain, due to him being small he is quick and he uses this to his advantage as this helpes escape from enemies of chase them down fast.

When he uses taijutsu he usually tries to his enemie with quick blows using his speed. Due to his training he has learned a little bit about weak points in the human body but not enough to fight confidently attacking pressure points. [spoiler]

Because of this, the user's clan based attacks cost 20% (rounded up) less chakra to perform, as well as an increased power and size.
Special Effect: Possessors of this Special Characteristic can also grant their own spin to their clan techniques, setting them apart and identifying them as Prodigys. Given the diversity of clans and clan abilities, such distinguishing marks are left to the user's imagination. This effect is purely aesthetic.

[center]THE BACKGROUND.

History:[spoiler] Tomi was born in The Village Hidden In The Leaf. He had a brother Kingu and a sister Asashu. From the age of four he began to train to become a ninja day after day night after night he spent learning to kill people and learned to be stealthy as time passed he slowly became distant from his siblings slipping into his own world.

But before all that he was just a normal child, he knew nothing about his family his parents and his brother and sister just left him alone. But when his family weren't secretly going out to kill things they were like a normal family going out together, eating dinner ect…

At the age of six he began to spar with his older brother who was already a genin at the age of nine, of course he would lose the fights but over time he got used to him and was almost able to last thirty minutes fighting him on a good day, his father thought he should now fight his sister who was also a genin but a bit more experienced. As he switched sparring partner he could tell the difference.

When he was seven his home was attacked by some rouge nin his mother and siblings were killed in a robbery now him and his father left to live in this cruel world, they both didn't talk to each other for a while util they both got over it p, when they both realised they're assassins why should they care about death.

Now aged eight almost nine he was ready for the academy he was excited to learn about jutsu and his villages history as an aspiration of his is to learn about the history of all of the villages in the world.

While in the academy he mostly stayed away from people just focusing on his grades, if he got bad grades he would not only dishouner his family but the whole of the Uchiha clan. The only people he wanted to get along with were the interesting people in the academy but he didn't pay much attention to what other people did. It took him a year and a half to finish the academy before becoming a genin, now he waits to see who will be in his squad. [spoiler]
Roleplay Sample: As he walked into the arena with his robe on and hood up he could hear the crowd cheering his name ‘ Ren ‘ ‘ Ren’ ‘ Ren’ the atmosphere was amazing. He would smile and raise his hand in the air the cloud would yell more, he would slowly approach the ring he would see his opponent. A man named Ricky, he's never lost a fight, he's 6’6 that's four inches taller then Ren this excited him. He would go under the ropes and walk to his corner smiling the whole time, he would put his mouth guard in his mouth and put on his gloves then sit. He sat watching the other challenger the whole time everything was blocked out until he headed the bell.

He would get up from his seat before walking over to the center of the ring and shaking hands with ‘ Ricky’ he would walk to his corner and the bell would then go. Bouncing on his toes he would hop over gloves covering his face, he would look up to see ‘Ricky’ sluggishly coming over then Ren realised that he is faster and probably has more stamina he can tire him out by luring him in.

He would throw a few weak punches and ‘Ricky’ would try to hit Ren with a barrage of punches, but Ren would easily dodge them this had tired out his opponent a big he would continue to process for nine rounds. He hadn't thought about Ricky’s endurance this was the final round.

The bell would go and he would spit water into a bucket both of them untouched except Ricky was tired, Ren hopped over fists up he would punch his opponents stomach them arms then his shoulders and would would end with an uppercut. Ricky would fall back the bell went off, then the crowd went wild ‘Ren’ ‘Ren’ ‘The champion Ren’ he would put on his robe and leave the arena.

The items themselves are unaffected by time. Description: The One-Tomoe version of the Sharigan is accessible to young Uchiha who skills have deemed them C-Ranked in power and skill. Like all versions of the Sharingan, the user is able to see the flow of chakra whether it be internal or external. Such skills derived from his ability include being able to identify illusionary and C-Rank elemental clones, detecting chakra barriers and genjutsu, and even telling if someone is placed under a genjutsu by detecting chakra irregularities. Being the beginner form of the Sharingan, the One-Tomoe form grants the user the basic skill of the Sharingan which is being able to grant its wielders incredible levels of perception and clarity. In a more simplistic explanation, the user's vision is now able to see perceive things in slow motion. From flying weapons, to enemy movements, everything is slowed to a speed readable of that of the user. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not have time to react.
