Description: A very powerful sealing technique. The user will create the seal by spilling their blood on the ground. Their blood, along with their chakra will then create the seal and spread over a 10m area. Once active, any ninjutsu that enters this area will be redirected to the center of the area where it will be absorbed and sealed away. A jutsu becomes sealed when it is either activated or enters within the seal's range. Once these conditions are met, the jutsu is redirected by the seal and will take the shortest path to reach the center. During this time, anything in the path of the jutsu will still take the full damage. This only applies to ninjutsu that is expelled from the body. Techniques that augment or do not leave the user's body, such as many nin/tai techniques, remain unaffected. The jutsu will remain inside the seal until the user either dispels it, resulting in the stored jutsu simply fading away, or reverses it. In the latter case, all stored jutsu immediately activate and essentially explode from the center of the seal. This can result in a catastrophic explosion depending on the types of jutsu sealed.

The seal is capable of storing multiple jutsu, but it has a limit. This limit is represented by slots. The seal has 100 slots on creation and the number of slots occupied when absorbing a seal depends on the jutsu's rank. Once all slots are occupied, or if the jutsu in use would exceed the limit, the seal fails to activate. Slots can be freed up by absorbing the chakra from the seal.

Range reduced.

Once a ninjutsu enters the area of effect, the seal activates, drawing it into the center. I can produce an example of this if you need a visualization.

Storing chakra removed, changed to a possible explosion where the power is based on the jutsu absorbed.

The only difference would be the angle of approach. Since the seal is in the ground, once it entered the range it would be drawn downwards to the center. Hope this helps.

Again, my apologies for the delay on this.

Ultimately, the biggest issue with this is the slot mechanics. The technique itself should only be able to store one technique period and only up to an equal rank of this technique.

Beyond that, how fast does the blood/chakra create the seal?

Scrap this. It was meant to be an anti-jutsu zone but if I made that suggested change, I'm better off sticking with the Alter Seal. Oh well.
