APPEARANCE:
Ikira is the kind of person that differs from the rest when standing within a group of people. He stands out to be about 5 foot 6 inches and weighing about 120 pounds making him a rather built up prospect for his young age. His limbs are slim, yet very well toned though he keeps this away from the eyes of others. Most of the time confusing others by making them think he is as fragile as glass. The boy is very well trained, as well as disciplined.  At such a young age one would expect almost to nothing of experience in the field from a fourteen year old. But those that know Ikira, very well know that his timid appearance and flawless pale skin is simply a camouflage of his true self. Right with his white hair, signature trait of the Kousen clan the young man wears an all dark purple clothing, consisting of loose cloths that are fastened by a white bandage around his hips. His pants are black and reach down enough to cover most of his legs to show only the bottom where his shinobi sandals reside.  Along his forehands the young man wears long sleeves that are tightened or even loosened whenever he feels like by the use of some white strings.

Unusual for a person of the Kousen clan the young man has indigo colored eyes making him a rather intimidating person to look at. Ikira is more likely the average outcast of the group. His eyes are as if they were dimmed, as he appears to be almost asleep because of the effect of the pills he takes every day.  

When on a mission or at least set to do something, the blond kid tends to dress completely in black with an all white mask and take on a persona in which he tends to call "Whisper". He always carries his scrolls in which he hides his weapons on and summon in battle when needed.

FOREHEAD PROTECTOR: Ikira has the Kumo symbol carved on a white and purple wooden mask, though is has been long crossed out due to him not be living there no more.

PERSONALITY:
Collected: If there is something about Ikira that sets him apart from the rest would be his collective nature. This is not because Ikira is a calmed person but because he is always under the effects of pills which keep his anger locked inside. His eyes always remain low, as if he was practically almost about to fall asleep. His tone of voice is soft, sometimes getting loud if his mood changes in an instant. When under the effects of the placebos that he takes every day he tends to be mostly quiet. He barely moves, unless he needs to as he always tries to keep his movements limited, even though when pumped with the adrenaline of a fight his senses are always on point.

Humor: As far as Ikira knows he is very well liked, quite possibly because of his quiet nature and lack of will to ask questions that he knows the answer to. Even though he is always walking around like a zombie the young man likes to spice the occasion up with a joke or two. There is always a smile on his face, even when facing a situation he cannot get out of. He is just the person that everyone tends to like, but when fully meeting would just prefer to stay away from. His calmed state allow people to approach him, but this can only be maintained if he takes his pills.

Tamed Beast: One word that could describe the young man would be "psychopathic". Maybe a side that anyone is yet to see from the young Nukenin. A personality that is hidden and kept from reaching daylight via the dose of two single pills every morning. The young man tends to go on a state of anger, in which anything sets him off going into a rampage. This was mainly the reason the young man actually left his home village as he felt he was at least some kind of threat towards the people he loved which was his clan. This outburst of anger often forced him to beat kids around in the academy, and always felt the exquisite desire of spilling the blood of others.

Talented: Ikira is well known for his evil combat tactics and his way of going about things. And though not really a well trusted young man he is known for his superior abilities in the field thus a good person to have within any team as a Kousen clan member.

COMBAT STYLE:
Ikira is the type of person that toys with his opponents first and then gets serious to complete the job. As a Kousen clan member and able to use Ranton to his own benefits he likes to use his storm release to hide his movements. The young man uses his Ninjutsu to lure in his opponents in which he could then pick off using his ability to maneuver weapons in the close-mid ranges. Because the young man rarely speaks, unless he has some kind of plan in the field of combat he is often underestimated. He is definitely the person that keeps his distance until he is sure he could get close. He is ever the one to jump into action without first knowing his opponent first. He likes to study the situations, environment and even the mood of the opponent to use as an advantage.

THE BACKGROUND.

[History:

• Ikira was born just outside the village hidden in the clouds. A good small family that as art of the Kousen clan. His mother was named Aurora. while his father was named Taneda. The two were very hard working persons. So much that they got to the point that the family became one of the wealthiest, at least among the Kousen clan. Through hard work and dedication the two took care of Ikira as best as they could. The family as happy, and though the family and part of the Kousen always kept themselves away from their main branch they always had very good ties and were very respected by the other clansmen in the village.
  
• Years passed and the young Ikira still remained within the family as he turned 6. His father, and mother was already speaking to the young man about the shinobi life. All in which Ikira was really excited about and couldn't wait till he entered the academy and got himself a place in the village. At an early age the young man barely even had a childhood as his time was spent solely into training like a monster. His work ethic and dedication was the best thing about him. Never giving up, but there was one thing that made him stand out even from his parents. As a young man the young man had the intent to kill. He became ill but with anger on his body. He was usually tied down because he would suddenly and unexpectedly burst with anger and attempt to hurt others.
  
• The young man anger and so did his anger. There was almost no way of stopping it. The day came hen the young Ikira and Kousen clan member wanted to join the academy at the age of 9. His anger problems was surely a problem so the young man was tested. He was put to fight against another academy students as a test. He surely could not hold back his anger as he almost beat the kid to death even though the proctor did not allowed critical hits or even harm the other.
  
• Angry with himself the Kousen clanmen took off to their usual house, and trained on his own. His parents always supporting him on everything they did and as great shinobi themselves their skills served Ikira more than great.
  
• Ikira promised himself to get stronger and never be part of the Cloud shinobi army. And with the medications that his mother as a medical ninja had prepared he was able to control himself to an extent. Though his personality had changed because of the pills effect the young man was still well able to maintain himself even on the field of combat.
  As soon as he reached the age of 14 the young man escaped and left his parents behind hoping to create a new life for himself, though still on medication to keep himself controlled. He began on a journey, hoping to get stronger and take the dreams of others and destroy them for his own joy just like Kumo had done to him when he was young.
  

[Roleplay Sample:
Tatsu simply ignored the rest of Seika's comments to him slightly parting himself from the group. He really did not want to feel welcomed in this group though he would carry on along the plan just as he and Shinjin spoke. He just couldn't see himself working with the other two, not now, not ever. Perhaps there were things that needed to be straightened before each and one of them actually trusted each other.

The young man simply pushed himself a little more against the wall straightening his whole body as he sat uncomfortably in the floor. He noticed Shinjin was serious, seeing that he did not want to start anything against his supposed friend, almost brother he managed to control himself and keep quiet. He was right, there was much more to this partnership than fight. Their trust would have to be stronger, while their moves and synchronization had to be impeccable; especially if the time came when they had to confront authorities of Kiri or even another village.

'Fine..' he snickered to himself while looking away to the entrance but still keeping his ears towards the conversation.

The boy kept on listening to Shinjin, all his believes and assumptions on how the old Mizukage had been rid of by Hiroshi. Now that this had been revealed, it made everything a little more clearly. Tatsu did not trust Hiroshi, but because to Shinjin's eyes he did things in an improper way. His words snaked in through his mind, poisoning his every thought and only wanting Hiroshi be put to rest. He acted thought different now since learning so much about the secrets of the village and its people.

There was only one thing that he wished to have, and it was the power to get rid of these people. He was still a genin, but soon to be a chuunin. The road was long, but not unreachable for anyone who worked hard. There were lots of people; this group had to get rid of, starting from the heart of the village. 'Would we even come close to scratching Hiroshi on his worst day?' Tatsuo thought to himself. Knowing full well that he could possibly start a fight without getting killed in his first movements. If he was able to rid of Inoshi, then it would be a walk in the park to get rid of him or anyone in this group.

"The Nukenin is right....we don't know what we are getting ourselves into." Tatsuo said with shrug and awkward look to his face.

"What makes you think we would even be able to defend ourselves against someone who possibly killed the previous Kage?" He paused for a second and then looked at the three.

"We need to be in our toes...if not....then let's just say that we may as well be dead now." Tatsuo said before standing up looking towards the two that gathered closed to Shinjin.

"I am willing to work with both of you guys. Simply because we need to be a team to do all of this successfully" Tatsuo said with a slight smile on his face. He didn't want to be the one dead because his group would not help him when he needed the help. He wanted to establish connections, not only for the group but for his own benefit of not having any enemy within his supposed 'trust circle.

"With that said...I think we have been here for quite a bit. Going back to the village would be the right choice for us Mist shinobi. We wouldn't want to be questioned for our tardiness." Tatsuo said as he remained still. If the others left, then he would leave right with them. He had nothing else to say, so he kept an ear up for whatever words or opinions his 'team' might have. If not then he would step out first. Entering the village all at the same time wouldn't be the right choice if they wanted to hide their partnership. The young man would soon step out of the meeting and continue outside. He would be the first to leave after everyone had spoken their mind.
