| Rover, AxelName: Axel Rover Nickname: Rover Age: 15 Gender: Male Appearance: Axel is a light-skinned human with an athletic build, as he has played a lot of sports and worked out a bunch when he was younger. He has chestnut hair and green eyes, is 5 foot 11 and weighs 180 pounds. His facial features are of average, like his eyebrows, nose and ears. Axel's voice is in the middle of high-pitched and deep, and his skin is rather soft. He may be 26 but still looks like that of a person just starting adulthood. His primary outfit includes a grey polo shirt with a black tie, a white overcoat with green stripes over that, black flat front pants with a black belt and black-and-green shoes. Axel keeps quite a few pears of that in case they get dirty or torn during his fight, and when he is feeling for a change he puts on a black short-sleeved T-shirt that shows his muscles, with blue jeans and black vans. He also keeps a pair of black shades on him in case he needs to look more cool. Forehead Protector: Headband Personality: If one word could describe Axel, it would be jerk. Most of the times he jokes about those he is around and tries to make them feel smaller than him. He only listens to those he deems worthy of his time, and those who don't are constantly challenged by his thoughts of dominance. Axel loves fighting, but he isn't stupid, so if there are enemies far stronger than hinself he will retreat for another day, unless he gets angry beyond controlled, which can occur from constant name calling, or when a person badly injures one of Axel's friends. He is a very hardworking person as well, and never likes to sit around and do nothing, so he can almost always be seen doing missions or training in his village's training field. He cannot stand those that sit around and do nothing, and wouldn't mind to teach them a lesson or two. regardless of his aggressive nature, at times Axel just likes to find a non-populated room and think about things that have happened in his life recently, and then afterwards would read a book or two. When it comes down to romance, he has no idea how to woo a girl, so it would usually lead to him beating up a passerby to attempt to impress. During battle, Axel can be both intelligent and gruesome, sometimes planning out his assaults before he goes through with them. He does not mind killing his enmies at all, and actually enjoys it. Axel does not like to work as a team with others, but that does not mean he won't. If he does, seldom does he listen to his teammates. He is afraid of death however, so if a fight ever comes to the point where he is about to die, Axel will do whatever he can to live, such as negotiating with the enemy. Likes: - Fighting: Axel loves to fight, as it is like a second language to him. - Power: Most of what Axel thinks about is gaining more and more power so that he can show all the fools who made fun of him his true resolve - Pie: Pie is Axel's favorite dessert, and no matter which flavor, he would instantly dig in. Dislikes: - Cowards: Axel can't stand those that do nothing against threats to the village, or to save someone they care about, and he doesn't mind teaching them a lesson after the situation passes. - easy missions: Axel hates it when he has to go on any mission that doesn't include fighting, and would rather be sitting home. - Broccoli: Axel begins to puke if he eats even a tiny piece of broccoli. THE NINJA.Origin: Kumogakure Affiliation: Kumogakure Rank: Genin Specialities: Ninjutsu and Taijustu Elemental Affinities: Fuuton and Doton Combat Style: Axel is both a close and long ranged fighter. Due to his personality however, he is more close ranged, wanting to give damage to his enemies with his own two hands rather than jutsu. He fights like an acrobat, mixing in his dangerous taijutsu and irregularly fast speeds to hop arund the enemy and find an opening to go for the KO or kill. Now, whenever his life is on the line when fighting multiple enemies or someone who outclasses him in taijutsu, Axel resorts to long range, using his doton and fuuton to reach his opponents. He is not above spamming the same attack if it works either, because in his eyes you have to do whatever you can to win a fight. Special Characteristics: - SCs:

Restrictions: Amongst the Speed, Endurance, Strength, and Acrobatics SCs, members may only possess two of them, unless they possess both Weaponry and Taijutsu as their Primary and Secondary Specialties. If one possess Weaponry or Taijutsu as a Primary specialty, with one other specialty, and acquire Weaponry or Taijutsu as a Sub-Specialty, they may possess up to any three of them. Description: After training relentlessly in cardiovascular and high speed movement, shinobi are able to greatly increase their overall stamina and movement speed. Those talented with this speed are capable of running with speed half a man greater than their peers and even last a bit longer during extraneous activities without becoming exhausted. This boost in speed is usually enough to quickly catch escaping targets or outrun most regular citizens.
Name: Animal Speaking. Rank: C. Type: Social Based Prerequisites: - Training: A 600 word training is required to gain this special characteristic. Restrictions: - Description: A rare characteristic that one develops which allows them to understand and communicate with animals. Verbal exchange is common amongst those with this ability as the user will literally alter their voice to mimic the animal their speaking to as a way of communicating. More advanced people are even capable of feeling the emotions and pain of animals as well, although that requires physical contact. Animal Speaking is a very useful skill because they can manipulate animals to accomplish tasks, such as acting as scouts or gathering information they have already witnessed. Animals that serve as familiars to specific clans or people such as Kakichu Bugs, Inuzuaka dogs or summons, cannot be controlled due to their loyalty to their owners. THE BACKGROUND.History: Axel was born in Kumogakure. His immediate family consists of his mom, Naomi Rover, his father, John Rover, and his brother, Alex Rover, who is 2 years older than him. They all live in an average sized home near the entrance of Kumogakure. Growing up, Axel and Alex were very curious children, exploring all over Kumo and playing with the other children. They were very troublesome as well, stealing food when a shop owner wasn't looking, getting in fights with kids, and even disrespecting their elders. Their parents always had to discipline them, but that did not help much. Once they became of age, Axel and Alex joined the academy, and even that did not stop the behavior they usually displayed. They ended up having to stay after hours in the academy to pay for their disruptions. Aside from behavior, the two boys were not doing so great in academics either, having to spend more years there then anticipated. Soon, they grew out of their wild child behavior though, and finally began actually learning. Alex graduated from the academy at the age of 13, then 3 years later, Axel graduated at the age of 14, taking a little more time then his brother did. For 1 year, Axel decided not to join a squad, and instead ended up training by himself for that year, wanting to show everyone that he could achieve greatness. His brother even helped him at times, showing him what he learned, and practicing with him whenever he had time away from his squad. During this time of history however, it was not all happiness, as Axel's mother grew sick, and after months of her family hoping for her to get better, she died. Axel, Alex and their father mourned for her, and this pushed Axel's resolve to get stronger, so that his mother's spirit could look at him with pride from up above. Continuously thinking about how his life wasn't particularly a happy one made him a little dark however, bringing back that wild behavior he once had. During his training he would get a lot of passerby's who made fun of him for having to spend extra time in the academy, so he would proceed to beat them down, for vengeance as well as training, since it also helped him that he had 'sparring partners.' After the year passed, Axel was 15, and finally ready to join a genin squad that he deems worthy. Roleplay Sample: 'A cemetery? Are you guys freaking serious!' The genin thought to himself, as he walked slowly to his destination. The early morning air touched Axel gently enough for him to shudder, as if someone had just touched him on his neck, which was rather uncomfortable, or maybe it was just uncomfortable at the moment because of the mood he was in. Apparently a Jounin called for Axel and other genin to meet with him, and the chestnut-haired boy assumed that it meant he would be getting a teacher. That was good and all, but Axel was angry because this jounin was forcing him to go to the same place that his mother's dead body was placed just a few years ago. He was not good at confrontations, even with dead people, so Axel walked as slowly as he could, holding back this fated meeting. This morning, Axel had wore his usual attire, which was a white and green school-like overcoat, a gray collared shirt beneath it, and even a white T-Shirt underneath that, as Axel liked to keep himself nice and warm. He also wore black pants with a black belt, and black sneakers. As he neared the cemetary, he began to sprint, passing his mother's grave. He believed that it was not time to face her yet, but maybe in the future. “You’re late. Lesson one. A late ninja is a lazy ninja. A lazy ninja is a dead ninja. It’s not good to be dead before you’ve even begun to sprout and grow,” Said a man that Axel now was waking towards, who was the very jounin that requested here. He had long white hair and had on black attire, and there was a man in robes with long purple hair. "Sorry sir. I wasn't feeling that good, so I began walking slowly. I will take any form of punishment," Axel responded, smiling. He was now 5 meters away from the two, standing and facing them. THE ARSENAL.- Academy Jutsu:
Name: Bunshin no Jutsu • Clone Technique Rank: E Type: Genjutsu Range: N/A Medium: Optical Element: N/A Description: This technique creates identical clones of the user. However, they hold no actual substance and will disperse upon impact of an attack or contact with an opponent. They cannot disrupt the area around themselves with their movements; won’t kick up dust, crush grass, etc. They are simply optical illusions used to momentarily fool others. Name: Henge no Jutsu • Transformation Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique transforms the user’s appearance to that of another object or person. However, it is not a permanent transformation and a mental image of what they are transformed into. Certain aspects of a ninja will not change merely by transformation, these things may include injuries, tool pocket placements etc. The jutsu will dispel should the user be injured. The user does not gain the properties of their transformation (ie. horse like strength), and may only transform into something ranging between 1/2 of their regular size, to 2x their regular size. Thus one cannot transform into large creatures. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu • Body Replacement Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: 10 meters Element: N/A Description: After performing a tiger seal, this technique allows the user to alter places in a speedy manner with another nearby object. This is done mere seconds before an attack lands, thus making the attacker believe his or her attack was a success. Whatever object was used to alter places will receive the brunt of the enemy’s attack instead. The object that the user switches with must be preset somewhere else in the thread, meaning that the object must have received specific mention previously in the thread. Chakra Cost: 2
Name: Explosive Tag: Activate Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to activate an explosive tag they have planted somewhere. Preferably they should be within close to mid range and visible to the user. You cannot activate another persons explosive tags unless your chakra has been channeled into them beforehand. Chakra Cost: 1 (per 3 explosive notes)
Name: Kai • Release Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: By stopping the flow of chakra in their body, and then applying an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra; the user may dispel the effects of a genjutsu. This can also be used on another individual that is stuck in a genjutsu by preforming the necessary hand seal and then touching them, although it consumes half the chakra cost of the Genjutsu. Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu • Escaping Skill Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to free themselves should they be tied up. It is extremely basic. Using their physical training, the user will twist and contort their body to loosen their bindings, effectively relieving themselves of the tightness of their bindings and slipping through the restraints. This technique can only be used if the user is of equal or higher rank than their captor. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Chozou no Jutsu • Storage Technique Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu, Supplementary Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A simple jutsu that allows a ninja to seal or unseal any item, mostly weapons, from scrolls or from their body. After forming the necessary handsigns, the ninja will seal the item into a scroll etc. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. The items themselves are unaffected by time. Ninjutsu can also be stored in scrolls, to be released when the scroll is opened, but require another person to cast said Ninjutsu; else it cannot be sealed. Chakra Cost: 1 to seal; 1 to unseal.
Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza • Act of Water Surface Walking Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: NA Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on water by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet or hands. Because of water’s nature, this requires the user to be quick to adjust the amount of chakra they must emit to their feet in order to maintain a constant balance. Users may also walk, run and “skate” across the water when using this technique. Chakra Cost: 1 (1 per post)
Name: Kinobori no Waza • Act of Tree Climbing Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on trees and vertical walls by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet. Gravity can easy be defined if this technique is mastered, allowing people to even stand upside down. If too much chakra is exerted the user will be pushed away; bark breaking and causing the user to then fall. If not enough chakra is exerted the user will lose their footing and fall. - Universal Ninjutsu:
Name: Kuchiyose no Jutsu - Summoning Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: A powerful jutsu, Ninpo Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon animals and objects to fight on their behalf. The ninja normally signs a blood contract with the animal species, which allows them to summon different size and skill levels of creature. Signing this contract also allows the animal to reverse summon the human ninja to their location. Chakra Cost: 5 (C Rank Summon), 10 (B), 15 (A), 20 (S)

Name: Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu - Double Suicide Decapitation Technique Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Doton (Earth) Description: Doton • Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. The ninja will travel through the ground to appear below their target. They will then surprise their target by then pulling them into the ground. Once in the ground their target is thus immobilized. Chakra Cost: 4 Name: Dochuu Senkou - Underground Submarine Voyage Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Doton (Earth) Description: Doton • Dochuu Senkou is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. After forming the needed hand seals, the user can sink below ground and quickly travel through the earth. Chakra Cost: 6 (2 per post) Name: Doryuusou - Earthen Rising Spears Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Doton (Earth) Description: This technique lets the user condense mud or stone, from the ground, and shape them into spikes that will protrude from the ground in order to skewer the target. The spikes are brittle, and can be broken with a strong blow or tough defense. Chakra Cost: 7 Name: Doton Bunshin no Jutsu - Earth Clone Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Doton Description: Doton Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes the earth to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Doton Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target, but none utilizing chakra. The range of the clone is limited however, it can travel no further than 10 meters from the original body. If the Doton Bunshin is injured, the clone will revert into rock that crumbles to the ground. Chakra Cost: 7 (Per clone) Restrictions:
- No weapons, armor, or equipment can be replicated to have above C-rank quality.
- Replicated explosive notes, explosive kunai, explosive senbon, and exploding pouches are inert and cannot be set off.

Name: Daitoppa - Great Breakthrough Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Fuuton (Wind) Description: This is a relatively simple technique that creates a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame. Chakra Cost: 9
Name: Kami Oroshi - Godly Wind from the Mountains Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Fuuton (Wind) Description: The user will generate a whirling vortex of wind which he or she can send snaking towards his or her target. This wind can be used to help cause an explosive blaze when used with certain fire and earth techniques. Chakra Cost: 7 (2 per post)
Name: Reppushou - Gale Wind Palm Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: Fuuton (Wind) Description: Fuuton • Reppushou is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. After forming the needed hand seals, the user will send a strong gust of wind towards his/her target. When acting in conjunction with another thrown weapon, the wind can increase its power and deadliness. Chakra Cost: 5
- Kumogakure Specific Jutsu:
Name: Kumogakure no Jutsu - Hidden Cloud Technique Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0 - 5m), Med (5 - 10m) Element: - Description: Kumogakure no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique utilizing no element. A technique that imitates that of the Kirigakure no Jutsu, once the user has performed the required handseals they will be able to call upon a thick and heavy cloud that will appear almost out of nowhere. The cloud will be able to cover a ten metre radius around the user and only the user is able to sense where others lurk within the cloud. Those with doujutsu or chakra sensing techniques are also able to see through this thick cloud but without any aid, then you'll be blind within the cloud. If a C - Rank or above fuuton technique is activated, then the cloud will be blown away. Chakra Cost: 4

Name: Dynamic • Entry - Dainamikku • Entorii Rank: D Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: This jutsu simply appears to be a flying jump kick, often performed on the face of an enemy, while dramatically screaming the words "Dynamic Entry". Chakra Cost: 3
Name: Konoha Reppuu - Leaf Violent Wind Rank: D Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: The move here is a simple rear spinning low kick, but a strong enough user can send a large adult flying as if they weighed nothing. The goal is to throw the enemy off balance, and deal damage to the lower half of their body. Chakra Cost: 3
Name: Konoha Senpuu - Leaf Whirlwind Rank: D Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A taijutsu where one launches a succession of high kicks and low kicks. Firstly, the opponent's evasion margin is restrained upon seeing the high kick, thus augmenting the chances for the low kick to hit the mark. Chakra Cost: 4
Name: Konoha Kage Buyou - Leaf Shadow Dance Rank: D Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: Konoha Kage Buyou is a Taijutsu technique that is used to position a ninja's opponent into a vulnerable aerial position. The ninja will first quickly appear below their opponent, then with a switch upper kick they will launch their target into the air. The ninja will then jump into the air to "shadow" the target with the target's back to their chest. This move is used before preforming "Omote Renge - Front Lotus" or "Shishi Rendan - Lion Combo". Name: Shishi Rendan - Lion Combo Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: The user first uses the "Konoha Kage Buyou - Leaf Shadow Dance" to manuever his/her opponent in a vulnerable aerial position. While shadowing his/her opponent, the user will attempt to strike them from a vulnerable angle. If he/she is unable to make a clean strike, he/she will strike anyway as a feint, to draw his/her target's attention and defense to one area. The user can then strike the undefended area and begin knocking them downwards towards the ground. As the enemy falls back to the earth, the user will deftly rotate his/her body around to deliver a full force kick to their chest. Chakra Cost: 7
