Kabocha, Kaiser

THE INFO.

Name: Kaiser Kabocha
Nickname: Snakeboy
Age: 13
Gender: Male
Appearance: Kaiser has blond short hair with blue, with slanted eyes caused by his snake heritage. He wears a beige shirt with small little tears and a small symbol of Kumogakure located on his right breast. The tears are part of the style, along with a silver earring located on his right ear. His headband is located on his forehead like it usually is for most people. Kaiser wears tight, beige pants along with a pair of brown, leather shoes. On his neck is a golden necklace and he has a tattoo of a snake on his shoulder. Also located on his neck is a simple red scarf that goes down to his waist, although he usually takes this off during missions. He has slight acne from the effects of puberty, and has dimples. His belt is black leather, and hanging off it is a pair of sunglasses. Kaiser's skin is a rather pale, sickly looking color. The Genin's teeth are free from any yellow. Finally, around his nose is a nose ring and his nails have been filed to the point where they function similar to claws. He also wears purple lipstick.

Alternatively, when Kaiser feels like dressing up differently and when trying to impress people, he can be seen wearing a simple blue trenchcoat. Usually, he wears a black undershirt and still carries his standard gold chain. For his pants, he wears a matching pair of blue and beige sandals. Along with this outfit, he wears a blue hat with a symbol of Kumogakure in the middle.

Personality: Kaiser is the type of person who most would call weird..and slightly insane. He is a very random person that is usually seen with a smile or smirk on his face, no matter what his current emotion is. Despite the polite nature and kindness he feigns, most people get a feeling something is off about the boy, having a slight twitching habit. Although he likes being blunt, he likes toying with people's emotions as well, enjoying the feeling he gets when he enrages someone or crushes there dreams. It would seem he would get off from it, as disgusting as that may sound.

Despite not being the friendliest of people, he wants to know why people desire friends so much. He views the idea of friendship as a hindrance, and as someone who wants to figure out the secrets and mysteries of everything, it would only make sense for him to want to know why such a foreign concept to him was so popular

The Genin is slightly arrogant of his abilities and his intelligence, and takes great joy in solving mysteries. He finds himself going to great lengths to try and find out about whatever he wants to, and is very curious. Although usually he's the type of person that doesn't get angry and prefers to keep his happy and creepy nature, he does have a few switches that can set him off. For instance, commenting about his below average stature is something that is sure to set him off. Kaiser also has a habit of being a thief and is an extremely greedy person.

Finally, Kaiser has a lust of battle and training. He feels with every match, he improves his body and someway, and he feels that with the knowledge of how everything works, including his own limits, he'll be able to perfect himself and become unstoppable. Besides self improvement reasons, he also loves a good battle just for the fun of it, and takes great pleasure in torture and winning. He can be a very random person with his cheerful and cold nature, switching between them whenever he feels like it. One day, he may be saving a cat from a tree and building a home for it, and the next he'll kill that same cat's babies and torture them right in front of the mother.

THE NINJA.

Combat Style: When given the opportunity, like a true ninja, Kaiser will always try to stay in the shadows and strike, killing his opponent without ever letting him know he was here. While this is his preferred method of fighting, he realizes that sometimes it doesn't always go your way. So, when in direct confrontation, he will try and keep his enemy at bay with his wind and suiton attacks, preferring a mid range distance. However, since he is skilled with a variety of weapons, he isn't totally defenseless if his opponent wants to go up close. He even plans to taunt his opponent to get him to mess up.

However, he feels like he'd be susceptible to taunting as well. But, with no real battle experience it is unknown. He doesn't have anything he calls a trump card or signature move, but he uses the Gale Wind Palm a lot.
Special Characteristics: Enhanced Speed, High IQ

THE BACKGROUND.

History: Born to two high ranking ninja, Kaiser was apart of a clan of snakes...literally. Although the clan of snakes originated in the grass country, somehow his family managed to come to Kumogakure, although he never asked, nor did he care. Even at a young age, he began to express many of the characteristics his clan had. The cold, blunt nature along with the intelligence and power...his parents were obviously proud, and knew that he would become a powerful shinobi in time. They would soon enroll him in the academy, preparing his body for the road ahead.

But before that, he made sure to study before he entered the academy. During that entire year, he studied about the ninja arts and even attempted to do some basic jutsu, with little success. His obsession with being a Shinobi made him..different, even for someone that was apart of the Hebi clan. The boy even promised himself he wouldn't hesitate to kill. Once he entered in the academy, he found himself coming at the top of his class, developing his rather arrogant nature. However, no one wanted to be around him. His appearance startled many people from even talking to him, and it didn't help that they constantly felt in danger from being around him. In the academy, the boy was noted to have extremely good chakra control.

As the years passed on, Kaiser began to believe that all his classmates were useless and that he was destined for much greater things then they were. Even with the short spars they were given in the academy, Kaiser had developed an instinct for fighting. It invigorated him, but it also gave him knowledge about every little flaw with his stance, and his opponent's stance. The need for knowledge grew inside of him, and he found himself at home less and at the library more, intent at bettering himself. At the age of twelve, he graduated the academy, passing with ease.
Roleplay Sample: Kaiser sat on a rather sturdy tree branch in the training fields, looking over the various Genin who were training. He only wanted to seek out one thing...the power of friendship that so many people were after. Why did so many people want it? He had heard of the rather nasty arguments friends got into. So, what was the point? After scratching his chin, he brought out an apple and took a big chunk out of it with his teeth.

He watched a nearby spar between two "friends". It killed him to see how sloppy they were. They probably wouldn't tell the other how bad they were doing because of "friendship."

"Such a disgusting thing...but then, why do I bother researching it? Maybe I am a bit curious."

He frowned, which was a rare occurrence, but this friendship thing..it was such a mystery for him. Perhaps that was why he was so obsessed with it. Kaiser enjoyed a good mystery. But, for now, he needed to get this friendship thing out of his head and begin training. The genin leaped off of the tree, landing safely onto the ground. He figured that practice with his weaponry skills would be due.

Walking over to one of the targets, about five meters away from him, he took out a kunai and began spinning it, throwing it at the wooden dummy.

THUNK!

He was impressed with his work, knowing that he would become one of the strongest shinobi in the village. His good mood was ruined, when out of the corner of his eyes, he caught a group of Genin pointing and laughing at him. Kaiser was a bit of a nerd, but it was far more likely that they were laughing at him because of his snake appearance. He turned towards the group's direction and shot them a smile, one filled with killing intent. Perhaps he could make it look like they died during an accident...

The Genin, scared, ran off, leaving Kaiser back to his training.

Another thing that has been bothering me....how will I find out all the secrets of life if I don't become immortal?

He had heard of a secret, powerful move that his clan used...like a snake, they would shed the damage that occurred on the body. But could it also be used to wipe away any aging effects? Thinking of any way to live forever, he continued to train with the wooden dummies..

3. Also, You could add the Academy Jutsu. they do not count towards your 15 jutsu limit. You don't have to add these but it highly recommended.
