Clan Name:Iqiniso
Location:Scatted, main hunting grounds is hidden amongst the land of Iron.
Signature Traits:
Albanism / Melanism
Members of this clan fall under tow extremes in terms of skin pigmentation, First is Albanism. The men of the clan are fair skinned and often considered the "weaker" side of the tribe. Men of the clan harbor the normal traits of an albino, red eyes pale skin and white hair. They suffer from the same issues that an albino does, and that includes vision difficulty, lack of pigment protecting from UV's, and a weaker immune system.

The woman of the tribe however are each healthy and dark skinned, nearly black as the night along with their hair. Unlike Albanism, Melanistic people do not suffer from the UV radiations nor the shot immune system that the Albinos do. The women of the tribe are generally very healthy, and are also more healthy than an average person.

Masks
Members of the clan each wear a mask to cover their face, the Albinos black masks and the Melanic white masks, as their way of saying they are one and the same. These masks range from anything the owner wishes, however the masks of the Melanistic women are often far more ornate, while many men retain plan black masks, however many argue this is due to the fact that very few men can see in the clan, and the ones that can, do not wish to stick out.

Clothing
As a whole the members of the clan wear whatever is available to them, being a hunters party or a scavenging group, their clothing will often be mismatched or in general, very very wild looking. Apart from their masks, there is no set pattern.

Hair styles
Men of the tribe often wear their hair very long and well kept in order to maintain the grace like look that they hold, while a woman of the tribe often cut their hair short in order to maintain a certain fierceness, the woman of the tribe being the main fighting groups, however, in both women, and the men who can see, are the "hunters" who wear their hair long, and tie bits of bone and bottles in their hair in order to hold poisons or small talismans(their versions of scrolls), for while they are out hunting.

Tribal Run
The tribe is run by the one felt to be the most worthy, as decided by the whole of the tribe, to date there have only been two male leaders, both of which led the tribe in peaceful times. Fourteen where female leaders, six of which held the peace, while seven sought to take more land for the tribe.

Kekkei Genkai:
The members of this clan carry the ability that they call "Focused Truth". This ""ability" they have allows them to maintain a perfect relation with each of their clan members, as well as forces them to stay in line. Their chakra, not shadowed by deciet, carries a purity within it. Because of this, members of the clan have enhanced abilities in the ways of the specializations that many claim as Ninja Art. However, as the members of this clan "remain true" they will only focus on their two specializations through their whole lives.

Enhancements

Ninjutsu
Ninjutsu users of this clan, while rare(Limit 1 slot), have what the members of the clan call "Breath of life" This allows the members of the clan who use ninjutsu to take a jutsu they have cast, and at the base cost of it's ranks per post cost(meaning for say a cheap jutsu that costs 4 chakra to cost you'd pay 2 chakra per post you did this) The clan member can continue making hand signs and the jutsu will move at it's normal speed and keep going and moving as though it had a will of it's own.

Taijutsu
Common to the clan(Limit 3 slots), members of this tribe that profess to taijutsu, gain the ability to move at excessive speeds faster than a person of their normal ranking(Treated as though they have a base Speed SC , stacks with other speed SC) But a member of the clan with this specialty cannot take a third of [Evasion, Endurance, Speed, or Strength] and is limited to two.

Weaponry
The moderate numbered members of this tribe(Limit 2 slots), typically specialize in slings, Bow and Arrow, one handed swords, or chains. When a member of this clan uses one of the listed weapons, they feel revitalized when fighting, and do not feel pain while using a one handed sword weapon, do not suffer from dizziness while using a Chain weapon, and are treated as though they have a bonus level in Accuracy while using a Bow/Arrow and sling.

Eijutsu
Doctors among the clan are extremely rare(Limit One Slot, cannot take Ninjutsu as well), often being treated with extremely high regard. The reason for this is members of the tribe who specialize in Eijutsu, have acquired "True Healing". Making members of this clan heal with 50% increased speed and with a rank higher in efficiency, however, while they are capable of such feats, they can only use three healing based jutsu a topic without the endurance perk, as they chakra exerted from their body seems to drain their physical energy heavily as well.

Genjutsu
The members of the clan whom cast genjutsu, are often considered pariah of sorts, but are not treated too much differently, apart from not being allowed to leave the tribe.(Closed)

Fuuinjutsu
Talisman makers of the tribe are highly values, but not uncommon(2 Slots). The members of the clan who have fuuinjutsu, are capable of casting a single drop of blood if they have the intended fuuinjutsu in their mind, and instead of drawing out the jutsu on a scroll, they can inscribe the seal on any surface. These seals however can be activated by anyone that knows the seal type.

Kugutsu
Puppet masters of the tribe, are often seen more of as odd balls than anything else(Limit 4). Members of this tribe who specialize in Kugutsu, are renowned for their skills in tracking, and are able to pick up on the slightest off detail, as they train their eyes to see the slightest imperfections in both their puppets, and their surroundings.(A special Tracking SC for their puppeteers will be listed below)

History:The only history recorded of this tribe, is from their mystics, their genjutsu users, and is kept with them, outsiders know very little of this tribe like clan, and the clansmen are not allowed to speak of the clan itself.(Thought if asked, they will state it would be no harm, it is simply customary)

Description: Similar to poison resistance, this is a special ability that a member of the women of the tribe my take. After training their bodies to be immune to the poisons they use, they can become completely immune to the poions of their type, as well as being immune to poisons of A rank, and the effects of S rank poisons take double the time to finalize their effects on a tribe member with this SC

Restrictions:Kugutsu profession, Iqinso Tribe
Description: This SC describes the ability and care that the members of the Iqinso tribe take when out in the field with their puppets. Their eyes are sharp as a hawks and their hearing picks up the slightest amount of movement. Iqinso Puppeteers move slowly and cannot run if they have this perk while using their puppets, unless they have the Speed [teir 1] or are Taijutsu users.

Description: Across the women of the tribe, is a sense of bloodlust for battle when they begin to fight, causing friendly spars to often to to near death matches. This is because women of the Iqinso tribe fight with such ferocity, they often lose themselves. A Tribe member with this SC CANNOT take Medical, Kugutsu, or Fuuinjutsu.
Members with this SC can NEVER run from a fight.

Description: A member of the Iqinso tribe when born male is for some reason always born albine, because of this many of the members of the men of the tribe are both blind, and rather sickly. This causes them to benefit 50% less from medical jutsu, but their hearing, taste, touch, and smell are each drastically jumped to that of animals senses. In addition, a member of the men of the Iqinso tribe will lose 5cp per turn in daylight with this SC.

Checking to see if you are still on the site before I do any checking. Also, I would like to point out that the clan is very hard to properly oversee as it is. I would very much appreciate it if you would put all of these things into the proper templates while adding the proper coding to things as well. It will make things a lot easier to find and check from a moderator point of view while also making it easier for new people to figure out if this is a clan they would want to use.

Now, since the clan has been sitting around for a while, I would like to ask that you respond to this thread within the next seven days to state that you are still here and will work on the required updates. If these requirements are not met within the timeframe, I will put this into the Archives.
