Description: This technique is simple but requires precision seal activation and between multiple activations requires immense hand to eye coordination not for the faint hearted or blind. What happens is that placing a formula seal on two different items and by calling upon the formula seals placed on them at the same time the items simply switch places continuing the action either weapons was doing before being switched. This gets tricky as this can be done rapidly between multiple different weapon types and items and can cause havoc to anyone not accustom to randomly switching and flying objects. Because of the simplicity of this jutsu it requires very little chakra to use making it all the more dangerous

Even with the simplicity of the jutsu, if it's going by the standards of chakra cost for B rank and A-rank, it'll still have to follow the chakra cost for said jutsu.

Could I reduce this to C rank? Or is it firmly B rank

You can reduce it C rank yes. I would say that if you're switching a few more weapons at once, B-rank should suffice. It would get into A rank territory if you're doing several (like 35 or more) weapons.

Could I say that the amount of chakra used is directly proportional to the amont of weapons intended to switch as it should not be strictly A rank every time you want to switch a weapon or two so

C rank Chakra cost Less than 5

B rank More than 5 less than 15

A rank More than 15 less than 50

How does that sound?

You could make it a multi-rank jutsu that ranges from D-A. This way, you won't be using A-rank amount of chakra.
