KURO, HANAK.THE INFO. Name: Kuro, Hanak Nickname: Anikuapo - An ancient nickname given to him after killing a number of thugs outside of Kumogakure. His family gave him the nickname 'he has death in his pocket' after he returned from a suicide mission. The mission details were clear, to take on a hundred members of a notorious and bloodthirsty gangs of maraduers. Hailing from all across the world, he was assigned to end their killing spree in the Water Country. Hanak spent a week gathering information on them and on the seventh day of that week he slaughtered them all in combat. Exactly what happened is known only to Hanak. He left just as he came.

Restrictions: - Description: This skill is trained by those who have more extensive knowledge of toxicology such as medical ninja or those who specialize in puppets. Being trained in the art of utilizing poison in either medication of assassination, a ninja uses that knowledge to heighten their own immune system if ever faced with a poison or pathogen. Those with this characteristic are now immune to B-Ranked poisons.

Name: Experienced Medic Nin Rank: B Type: Skill Based Prerequisites: Must Specialize in Eijutsu Training: A 1200 word training is required to gain this special characteristic. Restrictions: - Description: A trait possessed by medical ninja whose wishes to improve their healing ability with further Training and acquiring more knowledge in the medical field. After much Training the medical ninja becomes more experienced and gains greater knowledge in the art of eijutsu. The potency of their eijutsu control means that the cost of each Eijutsu technique is reduced by 20% (rounded up), as well as allowing them to heal at a quicker rate and more efficiently. They gain a skill which allows them to identify a persons illness from a general observation which makes them good in determining what parts of the body must be healed to ensure patient survivability. From continuous knowledge in poisons and pathogens the medic also can instantly identify and create medicine for B-Rank Poisons with proper supplies.

Name: Bunshin no Jutsu • Clone Technique Rank: E Type: Genjutsu Range: N/A Medium: Optical Element: N/A Description: This technique creates identical clones of the user. However, they hold no actual substance and will disperse upon impact of an attack or contact with an opponent. They cannot disrupt the area around themselves with their movements; won’t kick up dust, crush grass, etc. They are simply optical illusions used to momentarily fool others. Name: Henge no Jutsu • Transformation Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique transforms the user’s appearance to that of another object or person. However, it is not a permanent transformation and a mental image of what they are transformed into. Certain aspects of a ninja will not change merely by transformation, these things may include injuries, tool pocket placements etc. The jutsu will dispel should the user be injured. The user does not gain the properties of their transformation (ie. horse like strength), and may only transform into something ranging between 1/2 of their regular size, to 2x their regular size. Thus one cannot transform into large creatures. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu • Body Replacement Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: 10 meters Element: N/A Description: After performing a tiger seal, this technique allows the user to alter places in a speedy manner with another nearby object. This is done mere seconds before an attack lands, thus making the attacker believe his or her attack was a success. Whatever object was used to alter places will receive the brunt of the enemy’s attack instead. The object that the user switches with must be preset somewhere else in the thread, meaning that the object must have received specific mention previously in the thread. Chakra Cost: 2
Name: Explosive Tag: Activate Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to activate an explosive tag they have planted somewhere. Preferably they should be within close to mid range and visible to the user. You cannot activate another persons explosive tags unless your chakra has been channeled into them beforehand. Chakra Cost: 1 (per 3 explosive notes)
Name: Kai • Release Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: By stopping the flow of chakra in their body, and then applying an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra; the user may dispel the effects of a genjutsu. This can also be used on another individual that is stuck in a genjutsu by preforming the necessary hand seal and then touching them, although it consumes half the chakra cost of the Genjutsu. Chakra Cost: Cost of Genjutsu + 2CP
Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu • Escaping Skill Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to free themselves should they be tied up. It is extremely basic. Using their physical training, the user will twist and contort their body to loosen their bindings, effectively relieving themselves of the tightness of their bindings and slipping through the restraints. This technique can only be used if the user is of equal or higher rank than their captor. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Chozou no Jutsu • Storage Technique Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu, Supplementary Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A simple jutsu that allows a ninja to seal or unseal any item, mostly weapons, from scrolls or from their body. After forming the necessary handsigns, the ninja will seal the item into a scroll etc. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. The items themselves are unaffected by time. Ninjutsu can also be stored in scrolls, to be released when the scroll is opened, but require another person to cast said Ninjutsu; else it cannot be sealed. Chakra Cost: 1 to seal; 1 to unseal.
Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza • Act of Water Surface Walking Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: NA Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on water by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet or hands. Because of water’s nature, this requires the user to be quick to adjust the amount of chakra they must emit to their feet in order to maintain a constant balance. Users may also walk, run and “skate” across the water when using this technique. Chakra Cost: 1 (1 per post)
Name: Kinobori no Waza • Act of Tree Climbing Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on trees and vertical walls by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet. Gravity can easy be defined if this technique is mastered, allowing people to even stand upside down. If too much chakra is exerted the user will be pushed away; bark breaking and causing the user to then fall. If not enough chakra is exerted the user will lose their footing and fall. Chakra Cost: 1 (1 per post)

Name: Bakuhatsu-teki Fūin - Explosive Seal Rank: D Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: Close (0M) Description: A simple seal, the kind that is used for making explosive tags. This allows the user to create their own, or otherwise inscribe different objects with the seals, provided they have the means to place the seals, either with ink or Finger Engraving. Each use provides enough chakra to create 3 effective seals, each with a single tag's worth of power. Chakra Cost: 4 CP (3 to create seals, 1 to set seals off) Name: Shikoku Fuuin - Finger Engraving Seal Rank: C Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: The user concentrates chakra into their finger and using the heat from that can apply writing on whatever they want. This allows them to write on the skin of animals, iron plates, or a wide range of things. Must be delicate with chakra control when using this technique. If used on flesh; will scar Chakra Cost: 6 (2 per post) Name: Gofuu Kekkai - Five Seal Barrier Rank: C Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: N/A Description: The five "kin" (prohibition) seals act together to form a barrier. To remove the barrier, all five tags must be removed at the same moment. They don't all have to be lumped together; being able to be at least a good hundred meters apart Chakra Cost: 8 Name: Oki Bakuhatsu-teki Fūin - Greater Explosive Seal Rank: C Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: Close (0-2M) Description: Similar in concept to the Explosive seal, only instead of being activated by the user, these seals act on a proximity alert, going off explosively when a foreign chakra signature (ie, someone other than the user) enters the range of the seal. These seals can be placed on the terrain, though a bright yellow glow will give away their location. These seals have the power and according range of 5 explosive tags. Chakra Cost: 6 CP Name: Tenjiru Fuin - Alter Seal Rank: E-S Type: Fuinjutsu Range: Close (0-5M) Description: This fuin actually consists of two separate seals. The first seal, once inscribed, can be activated by the user to siphon in and seal an incoming ninjutsu. Once sealed, the secondary sister seal activates, firing the jutsu back out through it. The seals require a constant upkeep of 5 chakra per post, and must be within five meters of each other for the redirecting effect to remain possible. The jutsu can also be used to redirect projectile weapons, with cost varying depending on the rank of the weapon. Limitations:
- This seal can only be performed on scrolls, not just written onto any old surface.
- The scroll in question must have enough slots available for the jutsu or weapon being directed.
- The seals can be written on the same scroll, provided it is an A-rank scroll or higher.
- The seals require a half-post each to draw. Each seal can be drawn in a separate post. Alternatively, users with Blurred Hand Movement will be able to draw both seals in half a post.
- This seal has a a limited amount of uses, or "charges," numbering 32. The amount of charges depleted depends on the rank of the weapon/jutsu being directed through it. Once these charges are expended, it must be re-drawn.
Chakra Cost: (Cost of sealed jutsu) + 2, 5CP per post. - Medical Ninjutsu:
Name: Oshi Tezawari - Pressure Touch Rank: D Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: By emitting a pulse of chakra through the finger tips on the patient’s head pressure points, the user is able to relieve the headaches of any person, regardless of cause (stress, migraine, other ailments, alcohol consumption, etc.) The technique can have an offensive use as well, by altering the effects of the pressure exerted. The pressure will cause a severe headache at the target. Chakra Cost: 4
Name: Itai Itai Sujichigai! - Ow Ow Cramp! Rank: C Type: Medical Range: Close (0m) Element: N/A Description: Something of an application of Thermal Wave, this technique allows the user to send a chakra wave into a specific part of the body, overheating the muscles. This causes a the muscles to cramp, inhibiting the target's ability to use the afflicted limb properly for 2 posts. Chakra Cost: 7
Name: Shindan Shuhou - Diagnosis Technique Rank: C Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: After performing the needed handseals, the user releases a pulse of chakra through the patient’s body. The pulse then returns through their chakra network back into the user’s palms, giving them a mental image of where the chakra network seems to be flaring or lowering. This can give the user a better idea of the location and injury type that has been inflicted. For use in offense, this technique is capable to present a map of the opponent’s chakra network on contact which can be used to determine chakra natures and levels. Chakra Cost: 8
Name: Shousen no Jutsu - Mystical Hand Technique Rank: C-A (B) Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: Shousen Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by medical ninja. This technique allows the ninja to heal wounds by focusing their own chakra to their hands. If the higher the medical ninja's rank is the quicker they are able to heal more critical and serious injuries. Injuries of equal rank may be healed in 1 post, and completely restored in 2. If choosing to heal a wound higher than the rank of the Shousen used, it requires 2 extra posts per rank. Thus C-rank Shousen healing an A-rank wound would require 5 posts to fully heal, while a B-rank wound would require 3 posts for instance. If healing a lower-ranked wound with a higher-ranked Shousen, the wound is fully healed in one post as opposed to two. Chakra Cost: C: 8CP (2 per post), B: 12CP (4 per post), A: 20CP (6 per post)
Name: Karada Kuchidashi - Body Interference Rank: C-B Type: Medical Jutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Raiton Description: After the user charges their hand with Raiton chakra they strike the body part of the desired target. At B-rank once struck it causes a muscle spasm to where the target can't control that body part for one post and can't effectively use it for one more. At C-rank it causes the afflicted body part to be less responsive to the commands from the brain for one post. For the second post, the body part is number before turning back to normal. Chakra Cost: C: 8, B: 13.
Name: Chakra no Mesu - Chakra Scalpel Rank: B Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: After forming the needed handseals, the ninja will focus chakra to their hands. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle. Chakra Cost: 10 (Additional 3CP Per Post)
Name: Saikan Chuushutsu no Jutsu - Fine Affliction Extraction Rank: B Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: Saikan Chuushutsu no Jutsu is a skill used by medical ninja to remove harmful poisons from a patient's body. The ninja will infuse their chakra into liquid, which they will insert into the patient. They will then use the liquid as a medium to draw out the poison from the cells. This mix can then be removed from the body. Depending on the deadliness of the poison, further treatment with an antidote or medicine may be required. C and B rank poisons may be removed via this technique. A-rank and S-rank poisons will be negated for 3 posts via this technique, but on the fourth will become active again. Chakra Cost: 13

| Since this has been a WIP for a long time, I have to ask. Is there still work being done on this application or has it been forgotten? If work is still being done, let me know and this post will be removed. If no reply has been made within the next seven days, I will move it into the archives. |
