Description: A trait given to ninja who possess an innate talent for the manipulation of clan based techniques and has trained thoroughly to improve their skill. Their power over the the clans abilities has become so considerable that the ninja is now considered a young prodigy by the clan elders. Because of this, the user's clan based attacks cost 20% (rounded up) less chakra to perform, as well as an increased power and size.
Special Effect: Possessors of this Special Characteristic can also grant their own spin to their clan techniques, setting them apart and identifying them as Prodigys. Given the diversity of clans and clan abilities, such distinguishing marks are left to the user's imagination. This effect is purely aesthetic.

Description: The ninja innately possesses a high IQ which gives them a great deal of practical and analytically prowess. Whilst some might confuse a High IQ with a wealth of knowledge, that is not the case. More often than not possessing a High IQ equates more so to your ability to analyze and work your way through or around problems. To some degree many Shinobi who possess this Special Characteristic can be viewed as quick learners or even prodigies in their chosen areas of study. Like the obvious benefits of being very smart, the ninja may be well regarded for their great mathematical and thinking abilities.

Shadow walked to and fro pacing to himself around the park. Undeniably strong he had become.. but it wasn't strong enough.. His speed wasn't to his liking and he could feel his sword arm getting flabby. He hasn't had a good fight in.. well.. ages! He paced to himself back and forth before running at his full speed up a building and to the top. Their he stared out across the city and scanned the area for any possible challengers to appear. The most challenging fight he has had so far was that one girl from SHIELD and than again he mistook that sparring match for a training match with you-know-who. He stared down to the streets below at the small humans that looked like nothing more then ants crawling amongst their mound. Resting in their cradle of power. By god he couldn't wait to set this world ablaze. he would jump at the opportunity of going to war with the humans and he would put his one hundred and ten percent of effort behind it with no jokes or witty one liners being said the entire time.

He walked back and stood atop the thirteen story high building. He just sat there and waited. Waiting for someone to come that is. After a while however it was clear that he would not show up. It wasn’t like him to not show up, but of course he was probably doing much much more important things than to deal with him. Of course though that means he would have to make due. He ran at his full speed and down the building, down the street, and all the way to the edge of the city he walked into a small gas station and started browsing. It was the usual assortment at a gas station, food, water, some supplies but nothing really interesting. The humans were pathetic but they could at least put some interesting things in there stores.. like.. a 12 inch knife with a curved grip! or better, a curved blade!! Oh yeah, that thought pleased Shadow, to be able to sli his enemies throat with a curved blade, or even rip their hearts from their chests.. Ahhh the thought of Chaos ensuing made Shadow smile. He walked into the back alley to find a bunch of cops around some people, and some doctors, Shadow sneaked up behind a cop and choked him out, taking his clothes off and putting the cops on he went over to ask what was going on There were four deaths, both accidental and not. The first one Shadow experienced was pretty horrible, not that any death was pretty. In this one he saw the water girl, who seemed to have some odd body chemistry, was injected with the sedation stuff by the doctor which he told her, so Shadow knew what it was. The man was obviously surprised when she began literally burning up, becoming not only hot to the touch, but her body boiling, fluids running from her skin and her heart pounding, until it burst and then she laid there, her eyes sightless as her skin began to shrivel as it dehydrated despite the Doctor's stunned attempts to do... anything. It was obvious it had been an accident, but that didn't stop Shadow from being revolted when the man moved her to a table and began taking her apart with a knife, trying to find the answers he sought. Watching someone be dissected by a rather impersonal man was quite a new disturbing experience for him. And watch it he had to until the body was wheeled away out of range thank goodness.

The second death was much more on purpose. It was a young boy, maybe ten years old and he was angry and scared and frightened. He had also been sedated and was managing somehow to burn it off, getting more active in trying to get free. This time the Doctor was wearing some heavy suit and a hood and someone else was there as well. While the Doctor took samples (and Dy winced big time at the pain he could understand) while whoever the other person was stood over the boy and watched him carefully, a large syringe in his hands. He also had some odd device which kept making clicking sounds as he kept the end pointed at the boy. As he got more frightened, or maybe the pain got to him more, the clicking increased dramatically and a glow came from the boy's eyes. Quickly the Doctor jumped back as the other man (he assumed) jammed the needle into the boy's neck and pressed the plunger all the way down fast. The boy's chest heaved against his restraints as his eyes went back up into his head and the glow cut off as his heart burst in his chest as well, falling back onto the couch quite lifeless. Neither man would approach him until the clicking died down some and then Dy watched another dissection, more horrible in a way because the boy appeared like any other person. And scarier since he was close to Dy's age and they seemed to not care one more then any other victim. The third death was probably counted as a suicide, but it would be hard to say. It was a large man, extra straps from the back of the couch holding him firmly down. The Doctor was being extra careful which told Shadow he was particularly dangerous. The man tried to get the Doctor to respond to his threats his accusations, but he was being cagey and not speaking back to the man's words, only telling him to show his powers. He walked silently away thinking to himself “Pathetic Humans...” Shadow despised the humans above all else.. worthless, spineless cowards who couldn’t do anything by themselves.. Useless! all of them!! He brandished his sword and cut down the docters, before the cops could realise what was happening he used his super speed to run up and kill them all. And after a mere few seconds they were all dead. In his anger he felt something, a painful spring from his back, he felt his hand on his back to feel something.. something made of skin.. or leather?.. or fur? he couldn’t tell. he spun around but didn’t see it, until finally he looked over to see a black wing.. a wing.. on him... he jumped for a second because it spooked him and he fell down, put he jumped right back up to see him floating, he spun around for a bit before blasting off and flying away “This is awesome!!” he said to himself as he flew to the top of the empire state building. From there he stood out to the pathetic human city. he would burn this world down one way or another. Only his master would rule supreme.. that of course had to wait until he could get strong enough to please his master.. but thats another story for another time.

He lifted hie hand to the sun to see claws retract from his hands. He smiled and slashed right through the stone behind him, making very large gashes in it. Oh yeah.. This. Was. AWESOME. He wasn’t sure where his newfound powers were coming from but it was starting to make him happier than a school girls first boyfriend and trust me thats saying ALOT. He flew down and away from the building and around corners until he landed on top of a gas station, he looked down to the people and decided to mess with one specific fat woman. He spoke to her telepathically an ability he had been learning as of late. “I am your brain, you want to kill yourself now!!” the woman jumped up obviously scared, Shadow laughed and laughed and laughed and he flew away Today was a good day. But where was his master? He would continue to fly out of the city and beyond, he needed answers as to what happened, why wasn’t he here today? maybe something bad happened or making something important happened either way he would find out soon enough when he reached his destination. He continued to fly lost in his thoughts, “you know what? maybe i should start writing a journal.” he said to himself, a log of all of his adventures, missions, assassinations, kills, defeats, etc. Just something to kill the time. and with that he was off.

Name: Sharingan Activated: One Tomoe

Description: The One-Tomoe version of the Sharigan is accessible to young Uchiha who skills have deemed them C-Ranked in power and skill. Like all versions of the Sharingan, the user is able to see the flow of chakra whether it be internal or external. Such skills derived from his ability include being able to identify illusionary and C-Rank elemental clones, detecting chakra barriers and genjutsu, and even telling if someone is placed under a genjutsu by detecting chakra irregularities. Being the beginner form of the Sharingan, the One-Tomoe form grants the user the basic skill of the Sharingan which is being able to grant its wielders incredible levels of perception and clarity. In a more simplistic explanation, the user's vision is now able to see perceive things in slow motion. From flying weapons, to enemy movements, everything is slowed to a speed readable of that of the user. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not have time to react.

To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

Description: After throwing a special umbrella that has been equipped with springs into the air, it will release a hailing "shower" of senbon. It cannot be dodged by moving away since the needles cover a wide area in all directions, controlled by chakra. While numerous, the senbon can be easily deflected or blocked and are only capable of inflicting minor cuts and puncture wounds.

Description: This technique transforms the user’s appearance to that of another object or person. However, it is not a permanent transformation and a mental image of what they are transformed into. Certain aspects of a ninja will not change merely by transformation, these things may include injuries, tool pocket placements etc. The jutsu will dispel should the user be injured. The user does not gain the properties of their transformation (ie. horse like strength), and may only transform into something ranging between 1/2 of their regular size, to 2x their regular size. Thus one cannot transform into large creatures.

Description: After performing a tiger seal, this technique allows the user to alter places in a speedy manner with another nearby object. This is done mere seconds before an attack lands, thus making the attacker believe his or her attack was a success. Whatever object was used to alter places will receive the brunt of the enemy’s attack instead.  The object that the user switches with must be preset somewhere else in the thread, meaning that the object must have received specific mention previously in the thread.

Description: A simple jutsu that allows a ninja to seal or unseal any item, mostly weapons, from scrolls or from their body. After forming the necessary handsigns, the ninja will seal the item into a scroll etc. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. The items themselves are unaffected by time. Ninjutsu can also be stored in scrolls, to be released when the scroll is opened, but require another person to cast said Ninjutsu; else it cannot be sealed.
