Profession Reporting Thread

In order to keep things clean, we're now going to list every ninja with their profession in the guide. This means that the Kage of a village is no longer required to do this, as the staff will update this every time somebody is granted a profession.

However, as searching through every account for profession evaluations is very impractical, so we're asking for you all to help out. If you currently have a profession, then reply to this thread with the following:
