A skinny child that weighs about ninety-nine pounds. He stands at, five foot two. Has blue eyes that stick out among his other features. Atop his head he has mid-length medium brown hair. Being built like a runner he looks fast and is.
He wears a black silky shirt most of the time for a top. On his lower half he wears black silky pants that have so many mends it's hard to enjoy them. In the way of foot coverings he normally wears nothing or leather scraps tied to his feet. During the winter he throws on a shirt made of heavier material, like sackcloth, his pants are the same a rougher material, like sackcloth.
Personality:
Being a smaller child he is very innocent and free willed. He likes nice people that aren't afraid to play with him during the day, and let him have piggyback rides. He dislikes dishonest people and busy-body, snooty, condescending adults. During times when everyones tension builds up making the rooms atmosphere thick and heavy he always has to joke and play to try and get it to lighten up. Dislikes people that are always serious and judgmental.
He doesn't mind other children but prefers the company of adults as the conversation is more stimulating than "look a bug!" Given the choice he would spend his time outside of the squad practicing with his nii-san Kaguya, Matsu practicing on his own, not weighted down by the other students. When he finds himself left alone for to long he will be quiet and most likely talk to himself.

Kekkei Genkai: The Bloodline limit of the Koori clan is purely elemental. This meaning that they are one of the few ninja in the world that on top of the regular elements that all ninja have an opportunity of access to, they can also access a singular advanced element. All members of this clan have the basic elements of wind and water. They can combine the properties and fundamentals of both to create the ice element. This is done by the wind chakras adding a chilled factor to the water chakras, causing it become an over all colder chakra. When exuded from the body, its heat level is to low to be liquefied water, and instead takes the form of solid ice.
All of their clan jutsu focus around this singular concept of creating and manipulating ice. A user is capable of taking pre-existing bodies of water, large or small, and manipulating them into ice, as well as pre-existing ice formations and using them for their techniques. This ice is generally very durable and difficult to break, taking an excessive amount of physical damage for most techniques, and is also, in contradiction to naturally occurring ice, displays a resistance to fire, though is not purely immune to it its melting effects.

Name: Demonic Ice Crystal Mirrors

Description: Using their kekkei genkai, Koori members can create a dome of twenty-one mirrors made out of ice to trap an opponent. Twelve remain at ground level, eight are placed above the first twelve and angled toward the ground, and the final mirror is above the rest and facing the ground. They can then enter one of the mirrors and instantly transport to another mirror. While moving about he bombards the opponent with attacks at very high speeds, such that the rest of the world appear to be moving in slow motion compared to him. If the mirror the user is in is broken, they can leap out of one of the fragments and continue their attack or move to another mirror. The technique requires a large amount of chakra to maintain, so Their movement becomes progressively slower the longer they maintains the mirrors. Roughly a B ranked amount every two posts. Though they are made from ice, the mirrors are imbued with enough chakra to resist fire almost completely

Description: This technique requires the user to use either water from underground which they can bring up, ice underground which they can bring up, or water in the air in a highly saturated environment. If using water as a source it will cost an extra D rank amount of chakra due to having to freeze it first. The user can then trap their opponent within the ice by controlling its movements and completely surrounding them in the ice. This jutsu is strong enough to withstand basic fire jutsu, because the ice has already been infused with the user's chakra. This allows this jutsu to double as a defensive technique, by the user encasing themselves in the ice.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to create a humongous whale, the size of a small island, out of ice to attack their opponent. The user needs a source of ice or water in order to use this technique. This jutsu is used more as a distraction technique, or to block an opponents movements, because of its size. If using water will take an extra C rank amount to freeze the vast supply into ice.

Description: This justu unleashes great spikes of ice that come out from the users body. This defense is fairly weak and can be shattered with the simplest of techniques of almost any kind only being able to turn aside the most basic taijutsu (simple punches and kicks with no chakra added), and basic weaponary (simple nonenhanced metal or wooden weapons with no added chakra capabilities.)

History:
The Koori clan are The Mist Villages second most well known clan as its co-founder and unique ability to manipulate and create the ice element. In the time before the great villages were constructed they were one of the lesser clans for hire but they were still well known all the same and held a certain level of respect and honor. Unlike the accursed Kaguya clan they are actually quite peaceful by nature though quite deadly in battle. Despite there grand foothold in the society of Kiri, they at one point, just like the Kaguya were persecuted by the normal villagers for there arcane abilities which were beyond what normal shinobi could do. There faith in the village never wavered though, and unlike the Kaguya, they never struck back against there critics.
When the Kaguya rebellion came to pass, they led the resistance to the struggle and were the main cause for the ending of the feud. As a result of this they single handedly brought their village closer together and ended the persecution, the two clans gaining more respect and stature then ever before amongst their home. For many years they have served as the primary protectors of the village and its most well known family name.

Background Information
History:
Origin Arc After he was born the young child was sent away as he displeased his father. Taken away to the land of Kumogakure, he would begin to walk and talk by the age of one and a half, he would wander about town alone as his old nurse had died upon getting him there (old age). One day he was adopted into Kaguya, Matsu's home were he learned many things and began to know the older man as his nii-san or older brother. Growing up was hard but he loved to spend time with his nii-san so he worked to be less of a burden on him as he aged. At the tender age of six the young boy would be starting the academy soon...
Academy Arc The young boy began his studies early at the academy as he had already had a little bit of instruction from his nii-san and had shown much promise. On his first day he excelled and grew bored turning into a trouble maker and occasional truant. Fleeing from the older ninja the days seemed to roll by in a daze. After a couple years of formal training and ditching lessons he was finally ready to take the exams. Passing them all easily except one portion he became a genin at the age of thirteen he would soon begin to learn from a more experienced ninja and be on a squad.
Role-Play Sample:
The boy stood alone in the street and listened to the random conversations of others. Growing bored the boy began off at a jog headed towards the closest ramen shop. Entering slowly he would look around making sure no one would recognize him, due to the fact his squad was supposed to be working today. Finding no one there a tale-tell grin would cover his face Seiga had found a meal, digging around and pulling up a beef bowl the boy would exit merrily back into the street listening once again as he slowly ate the ramen. After walking for another thirty minutes the boy would grow bored and tired turning his feet towards home. Laughing uproarisly the boy would toss the empty container into a nearby trash receptacle, before heading towards home traveling the scenic route. Passing by a few gardens he would just stop every once and awhile to just sit and take in all the different and pungent smells, although his favorite flower had not been planted he would still sit for at least twenty minutes just watching the gentle breeze sway the stalks and heads of the flowers in a confusing pattern.
Taking a few unsteady steps his head would begin to bob to an unheard rhythm, yawning he would stop and look about he had never taken this way home so he began to scale a wall next to him trying to get up high enough to spot his home. Standing above the city Seiga would take a deep breath and smile, the air up here always tasted clean. Looking around he would begin to get his bearings and once again set off towards home this time aiming his gaze at the sky instead of straight ahead. Stumbling once he leaped up and landed lightly on the stairs headed still towards home. It was growing dark and he knew that he would get in trouble so he began to run towards the slowly growing destination before slowing in an attempt to hide his frantic jog to the house. Finally after traveling for an hour he had made it, the first thing he wanted to do was find his nii-san and ask for more training outside the city walls.

Also, if you want to be a Genin and have Jutsu, you need to make him older. You can't have your cake and eat it to, so to speak.  |

| Your clan needs to be posted in the Clan Applications area. Given that you don't actually own it, I'm unsure how this would work. I suppose you could have Hashi post it, or if he gives you permission to, that's fine as well.

~ This will only work in places which hold a large amount of moisture in the air, such as Kirigakure or the Snow Village. |

| I agree I can not do that technique outside of areas that dont have much water like Sunagakure it would be useless...
