| Basic Information: Name: Takoru Himasaku Secondary Title: Not necessarily a title, but given his repeated use of drugs, many people refer to persons of his kind as "Druggies" He is often refered to as "Tak" (Ta-k) Age: 15 Gender: Male Physical Appearance:
Tak is a double-take at first sight. He has a sickly appearance with palely white skin. Eyes usually blood-shot and red around the eyes. Like someone who hasn't blinked enough or gotten enough sleep. His hair is black and short, just long enough to cover his ears. His body is not that physically fit. He has a lanky body yet is surprisingly strong, he does not work-out or have very much "tone" to his muscled areas, but he is fit enough to make a stealthy escape. He is quite flexible and agile while not as physically strong.
His dress follows in close suit of his appearance. He wears an odd assortment of rag-tag gear that he has picked up here and there. Normally he wears a long sleeved hooded jacket without a zipper. it has a white front and black sleeves and back, the hood is also black. He wears general gym-shorts for trousers, which fall to just below his knee, they are a bit loose which makes them even longer. He wears simple sneakers for kicks. He also has a large assortment of black straps around his body which he uses to hold various objects for his own personal use. (generally drugs).
Personality: A typical Punk. The Kid likes things his way and doesn't like being told otherwise. He is authoritative and aggressive, he tells people how it is. He likes to think of himself as a bad-ass and usually gets into more trouble then its worth. Most times he is calm and chilled but his temper is short and likely to spark out if someone insults him or any of his friends. At times, he can be a little flaky and irresponsible. But for the important things, he pulls it together. He believes he has the whole world under his spell, and he can influence almost everyone he knows. He is manipulative in a manner but not extremely mean, he might say something to make a person trust him because he wants to be their friend, not to kill them later. Hes likely to get into a lot of trouble, but his kind of trouble is fun. He is somewhat comical in a sarcastic way.
He is lively and unpredictable most of the time. He is swift in thought and quick on his feet. He doesn't usually think things through and that usually ends up biting him in the butt later on. He can rarely resist his urges to do something that will draw attention to him, most times it is for his own self-accomplishment, he likes to get into trouble then blame it on others, adding to the own personal comedy. He is usually kind and supportive of people unless they are total jerks to him, in which he usually holds grudges. People who are jerks to him, he returns the favor.
Despite all this effort to make himself look better, he is really a destroyed soul on the inside as many ambiguous teens are. He doesn't sleep well at night which makes him crabby at times and is usually depressed but can put on a mask to avoid people questioning his motives. He feels alone in the world, even when with true friends, not the one's he bribed with comedy.

Addiction: You are plagued with addictions. In a vain attempt to escape misery, you discovered dependence. Addiction itself is particularly abhorrent to Ninja, who view all loss of self-control as a dire weakness. Despite this cultural bias, some addictions are more socially acceptable than others. -Current Situation: You partake in your would-be addiction regularly, but not overly frequently. Name: Freerunning Rank: D Type: Basic Skill Element: N/A Description:Utilizing a characters superior acrobatic and balance, he is able to do some pretty neat stuff. Some basics of this once this jutsu is activated is extreme percision, able to jump from something to another something without falling, another is his ability to balance on the thinnist of objects, more would be balance on his hands instead of his feet, basic acrobatics as well like back flips, front flips, hand springs and jumps, all combined is what gives this jutsu its valued ability.
Name: Fast Aim Rank: D Type: Weaponry Element: N/A Description:The user is well attuned to using his weapon and can draw and aim his weapon in one smooth motion, instead of drawing an arrow and then taking aim. The aim is just as percise as it would be if he was to take careful aim.

Name: Fokkusu No Hansha (Fox Reflexes) Rank: C-S Use With: Dagger Type Weaponry. Element: N/A Description: Fokkusu no Hansha (FH) is known widely for its purely flexiblity in combat. It is used mainly as a reflective style, meaning it is used for counter-attacks and defensive techniques.It is well known that most street thieves use it for a quick get-away. It uses concentrated bursts of speeds at vital points in time working best with Wind and Lightning style Ninja and worst with Earth and Water style ninja. Its stance is one foot placed in front of the other, main arm or most profound hand placed in front of the face, with weapon flipped so the blade is coming out from beneath the pinky, held a good distance from their body. The other hand is placed low near their hip, weapon held in the same fashion. Right foot if your right handed or left foot if your left handed is pointed forward and placed forward in the stance, while the opposite foot is placed with inner foot bent inward. The back foot is used as a spring to fly counter-attacks at the opponent, while the front foot is used as a trick style, normally keeps position unless preforming a faint.
Name: Mouse Flees Snake Rank: C Type: Weapon Element: N/A Description: The user waits for the opponent to attack, then using his front hand parrys the attack away in his profound direction, (right if righthanded) as they do this they push their back foot off to be in front of the other foot, then bring the same hand around behind them to stab the opponent in the back or thigh.
Name: Snake Strikes Stone Rank: C Type: Weapon Element: N/A Description: This technique begins when the opponent makes a horizontal slash at the user. The user ducks and stabs the opponent in the foot, then in one quick motion brings the blade up their leg and across their chest, to do large amounts of damage.
Name: Cub defeats the Pride Rank: C Type: Weapon Element: N/A Description: The user waits for the opponent to attack, then using his front hand parrys the opponents attack away in his unprofound direction, (Left if righthanded.) as they do this they bring their elbow up and strike the opponent in the solar-plex, then push them away.
Name: Fox Catches the Rabbit Rank: C Type: Weapon Element: N/A Description: The user flips their weapon to a normal holding method. When the opponent attacks them in a vertical slash, they block it and push it in their profound direction and kick them in the crotch. Then in one agile movement pull their weapon away in the opposite direction right into the opponents neck.
Name: Frog Ripples the Pond Rank: C Type: Weapon Element: N/A Description: The user blocks a vertical slash using their forward hand and parrys it in their profound direction and towards them, so that the opponent goes forward. Meanwhile he brings his back foot in front of his front foot and catches the opponent in his profound arm by the neck in a headlock.
Name: Jackrabbit Catches the Fox Rank: C Type: Weapon Element: N/A Description: This can be used with or without a weapon. The user waits for an attack and when an attack occurs, jumps backwards only just enough to dodge it. Keeping their back foot as a spring they reflect the attack normally going for the head or tackling them.
Name: Fox Climbs the Mountain Rank: C Type: Weapon Element: N/A Description: This can be used with or without a weapon. The user waits for an attack, when it occurs they duck and sidestep in their profound direction, spinning as they do so. As their spin finishes they slash in a diagonal path from their left to right if Right handed. To slash the opponents chest.
Name: Kingfisher flashes over the Pond Rank: C Type: Weapon Element: N/A Description: The user parry's a weapon using their right hand towards their left going upwards with it. The using their other arm they grab the opponents arm that was parried and bend them forward into a submission grip, allowing for a multitude of things to occur.
Name: Ferret Rides the Ox Rank: C Type: Weapon Element: N/A Description: The user sidesteps an opponents downward slash. Then using their back foot spring forward grabbing the opponents non-weapon arm and pull it backwards then stabs the opponent in the back of the neck.

Name: Sucsamad(s) Quantity: 20 Rank: C Appearance: A small blade with a slanted tip. The blades length reaches to about 3 inches, while the handle is 1 and a half inch. It is a silvery color, and each handle has a different color, this gives them a sort of double-take effect while flying in the air together. The illusion depending on the person can make them throw up or become dizzy, though for some persons it does nothing. There is a small gem on the end of each handle each color is different for each gem. Can be used as throwing or regular melee combat. Special Abilities/Characteristics: These are throwing knives, specially designed to have better aerodynamicy in the air then regular kunai. They spin end over end while in flight, which increases their damage and speed. (10% faster then normal Kunai). These can also be embued with the wind property allowing them to curve at a 45 degree angle while in flight. It takes a minimum of 5 meters to turn 45 degrees, they cannot alter their path however just turn 45 degrees left or right a single time. They also have a unique ability which if the knife misses its target they return to the user, however he can only catch 2 so if more then 2 miss, they land at his feet. Origin: Stole from previous owner, then killed the owner after the owner attempted to kill him for stealing them.

Addictive Drugs: Rules: If a character uses Addictive drugs more then 2 times (in RP) in 1 Week (real time). They will become addicted to it. They must consume the drug once a week and it can only be gotten from players who have the drug. (Who are me right now.) You may not recieve the drug from an NPC. If you fail to get your intake in, you will suffer from withdrawl. Rules on Withdrawl; A character going through withdrawl cannot sleep for long periods of time. They are nauseous constantly, they get cold sweats, chills, shiver and faint. They may fall asleep randomly then wake right back up. They usually become irritable and extremely angry.

People who use Morphine repeatedly or too much will suffer hallucinations, nightmares if asleep and generally become insomniacs. When used people complain about dizziness, itching, chills, shallow breathing, fainting, and swelling of the extremities.

Laudaneum Rank: C Quantity: 1 Tube Formulation: Ingested Substance Type: Drug Appearance: A pale brownish liquid with a bitter taste and an acrid odor. Production: 8 hours Reaction Time: 2 Posts Duration: 25 Posts Effect: Used to relieve pain and surpress coughs, it is widely known as a "Cure all." It can cure from colds to fevers. However is powerfully addictive. Once a character consumes it. There is a 75% chance that he will become addicted on the first try. The second try they are always addicted.

| History:
Childhood: Tobuken and Hirizu, were of an odd couple, Hirizu's parents did not approve of Tobuken as a husband, but Hirizu happened to like Tobuken, so they left Konoha, where their parents lived and fled to the Town under the Sun, a small outlying village near the border of Suna's territory. They were married there, in a sort of Romeo and Juliet manner. They lived there and stayed in hiding changing their last name to Manin to avoid being caught by their parents. They had a son, Takoru they named it. He grew up in the Village of the Sun, and when it was time for him to head to the Academy, he left. Though his father and mother recognized the way he walked, talked and looked like them, they dyed his hair a starch violet white color. They changed the way he dressed to a more formal way, and made him talk to everyone like they were a superior. After that, he was off to the academy.
He had to travel by horse drawn carriage on a supply wagon, it was the only way out of the village under the Sun, and the only way in, since nothing of value was found in the village under the sun. And so he had to travel on the back of a wagon, feet dangling below him with a bit of money and food on his back to pay for an apartment while he was residing in Konoha.
Academy: His Academy days were normal, he started his days in Konoha by laying out the city, exploring everywhere so he knew where to go if he needed food, missions, etc. And exploring was something he enjoyed. After he was situated which took maybe a week or so, he joined the Academy, and was instructed that classes would begin a month and so from the day he visited. In the meantime, he spent what time he could watching ninja, reading books, or doing any other kind of thing that would teach him about being a ninja before actually becoming one.
Soon enough, the Academy started, he dearly missed his parents and his fellow villagers but he decided it was best he just stay in Konoha, doing what he could. He would have no knowledge if his parents were alive, dead or gone. It ate him up inside, but he lived with it. He trained hard, it was one of the few things he could keep himself occupied with, he was not one to stick to one thing, he liked doing many other things, and in the new environment of Konoha he had so many things to do. But that was slowly changing, he was becoming more secluded and more isolated, preferring to be with himself then with others, by the time the Academy was over, he was on the verge of becoming a mute.
Genin: Takoru has only recently gained the rank of Genin but already has developed many skills and feats that could prove him as a potential adversary. His shy and quiet nature makes him hard to get to know, but Takoru knows he cannot succeed in this world alone and intends to make many friends.
Role-Play Sample:

Face to face, eye to eye, starin at the last star. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - "You must hear this sir. Its madness!" The advisor standing before Crim said. He shook his head in disbelief. "She's speaking of you! of you Good sir, of the future, the past? I don't know. But its involving you." The advisor continued, his words hasty and relentless. "If i go, will you leave me alone?" Crim responded. "Yes, Yes, I promise." He said nodding repeatedly. Crim stood up, not changing clothing at all and began walking, "Lets go then." He said reluctantly. The advisor lit up like a light-bulb, "Oh thank the gods, It will be worth it, I promise!" Crim shook his head and stepped out into the street. He was dressed plainly, he always did. And never traveled with a guard, as a way of telling the people how safe his village was. Guards were around but they never surrounded him or such, so that people could approach him. There were downsides of course, several folks would approach and ask for his blessings or for help. He had to disregard them though, if he gave one a blessing, he must give all. So he continued on his way.
When they finally arrived at the hospital, people appeared to have been waiting for him to come. They quickly ushered him away from most of the standard rooms for patients. They entered a small room with a single woman and a nurse. The woman was hooked up to many tubes, feeding IV's and various medicines into her body, her hair was virtually gone. She obviously was quite sick. Her eyes were open but her entire body motionless. "Shes been like this for a couple days, we have to give her eye-drops or she'll start screaming" The doctor said, he was old and frail, his hair grey and lips sucking on the smoke of a cigarette. "i don't know what to do with her, apparently she talks about you." he said blowing some more smoke. The nurse gave him a glance but he did nothing.
"Ask her something" The advisor urged Crim. He sighed and made his way over to the woman, intrigued and confused at the same time. "Can't pull her out of the comatose like state either. She seems to be recovering though. So we're letting her be." Crim nodded as he finally made it to the woman, stood beside her. "Then shall the maidens rejoice of the dance... Structural integrity of bone 7 restored... Functional..." At this point her finger moved. "It was broken." The doctor said with a stunned look on his face."The children of the one reborn shall find their own country... End of line... Increase the output to 50 percent... is inevitable, leading to information bleed... Bone sync fault stands uncorrected... No ceremonies are necessary." The woman continued. "All she is speaking is gibberish. I'm leaving." Crim said but before he could leave it spoke again. "But you are the spark of God's Fire." She said, Crim looked over his shoulder. "You will know enmity, bitterness, the wrenching agony of the one splintering into the many. And then you will join the promised land, gathered on the wings of the angel - - not an end, but a beginning." Crim stopped, "What!?" He said, completely confused. "You are the harbinger of death, Koyumo, Crim. You will lead them all to their end. End of Line." Crim stood shocked as the woman suddenly froze and her eyes sputtered and her body relaxed itself.
"I told you it would be worth it.." the advisor said sorrowfully. Crim glared at him. He paced for a moment, "But what does that mean..." he thought aloud. The woman spoke no more. "Looks like she's done for the day, you can leave now" The doctor said as he injected her again. Crim stood in the door outside the hospital.

| Each Arc needs to have 2 paragraphs.
Except for that, from my point of view, everything seems fine, except for all of those drugs.
Since I am not a expert of that area, I will ask somebody else to check that for me.
