Strala is normally described as a pink cat-like creature, though its morphology is actually more like a jerboa. Strala's hair is so fine and thin, it can only be seen under a microscope. It has a long, skinny tail. Strala has big hind legs, like a rabbit, and short arms with three-fingered paws. Strala has triangle-shaped ears and baby-blue eyes. The tail is 6 feet long, while the rest of its body is quite small in comparison. With its head being around 1 foot and most of its body being 2 feet long.

Special Abilities/Characteristics: Strala's main abilities include turning invisible at will, creating force-fields of Fuuton element. Apart from this Strala knows alot about the countryside of Kiri and Suna
Background: Azien was walking around the outskirts of Kumo when he heard a high piched giggles from nearby.
Running towards the noises Azien found a small pink creatre flying on a pink bubble.
The small animal noticed him and called to him.
A few seconds later a row of pink bubbles of air appeared. starting from near Azien's foot then streaching to the small animal. Azien gently stepped on the first one. It bended but held. Walking carefully to the small animal.
It put its paw into his hand once he reached it.
A small stain of it's blood was left there when it withdrew it's paw.
He then spent time growing his relationship with the small creature. After he had gain enough of Strala's trust he requested the contract for summoning her.

The bubble is strong against Raiton and other Fuuton jutsu. The bubble follows the traditional power over Raiton the spining Fuuton jutsu usually twists the other Fuuton attacks into itself. However it is weak against Doton and Katon. Katon causes the air too rise, ruining the bubble shape. The bubble isn't very good with hard physical attacks such as the Doton element. Strala will throw the bubble at the enemy when it is being used as an offensive jutsu. The high rotation speed will drill in the opponent.

Appearance also has to be a lot longer. How large is your summon? Tail measurements, eyes color, fur color. Basically, you need to add a lot more details to the desription of the appearance.

First of all, please fix the spelling mistakes which you made. I underlined them for you.

When you mention that the bubble can protect you from some attack, you need to add which attack and of which rank. You only added that it is good against Fuuton and Raiton, not explaining it.

Please add the levels of Jutsus from which it can protect you and what happens when a Jutsu of a higher rank makes contact with the bubble.

Actually, you need to add how exactly can it be used as an offensive Jutsu.

Doton and Katon, those are the elements against which this jutsu is weak. Agin, you never added of which rank, nor did you added what happens when it makes contact with an jutsu of this element.

Also, what will happen if it gets hit by a Suiton technique?

Basically, you need to add a LOT more to the description of this jutsu.

This has nothing to do with my contract. My contract only covers Deinonychus type dinosaurs, not all of them. Dinosaur is a generalization, like claiming ownership of all amphibians when you summon frogs.

Other dinosaur contracts seem as viable to me as other amphibian contracts, so, you don't need my permission. Though, as a side note, I don't give permission to anyone to use Raptors but me. =P I don't share! Which is good, since you don't need my permission. ^-^

Well, as was stated, you can't use a pokemon as your summon. Think up a real animal that matches the picture if you want, but it has to be a real animal. Name an actual species of dinosaur. If you need help, just use google and look dinosaurs. My dinosaur is a velociraptor. I can think of no dinosaurs that would match that picture, or I'd help you out.
