Hara Okashi is the average of a male teen at his age, with an appearance slimmer than most. He has dark caramel brown skin, with a black bold head, which is covered by his Kumogakure headband, along with a mass of coiled white wraps. His face could be described as medium in overall intensity, but it can change into hard and soft depending on his mood, and or situation he is currently presented with. Though slim, his body provides him with a massive bunch of slim muscle to work with, much like a boxer; it makes him both physically strong and agile in the same right. His body is covered firstly by a dark navy bluish tight shirt, and then another layer is provided by the sturdy flak of the Kumogakure village, that coats his chest warmly.
The tight shirt is sleeveless, which reveals his arm length on both sides. The forearm however is covered in metallic plates, coated in some kind of fabric or another, all sturdy and resistant to blades. He has a tattoo at the ball of his shoulder, more towards the arm part of a lightning tiger, its sick. Okashi’s pants are the same color as the shirt almost, kind of contrasting in a sense, although it all matches and fits together perfectly enough. These pants are somewhat looser fitting than one might expect, with various pockets to contain ninja tools within them. Above the pants there is a pouch strapped to his right leg, a relatively small one as to not impede upon his movement, and on the other leg there is again a continuous coil of wraps around one end of the leg only, and briefly. Both of his ankles are wrapped in the same fashion described above, however most of these wraps are covered by the strapped sandals which complement the entire look.
Personality:
When Hara Okashi was much younger, he was known for being a little energetic kid. At every moment of the day he was doing something active, unless he was sleeping. Okashi didn't grow up around as many kids as he wanted to so he was most of the time stuck running around by himself, but it didn't matter to him as long as he was having fun at the time. But when his family was killed it seemed that the once energetic kid that was in him had disappeared, he had now been more depressed, didn't talk much, or didn't try being social. It was as if he was in his own little world and didn't care for no one else but he began to change once he started hanging around people his age. Although he didn't change much..he was improving. Okashi had been getting involved with stuff at the academy, and also began to talk with other people. It was just a stage that he was going threw at the time because of his family's death, because of that he excluded himself out of everything but was starting to come back to normal. After the academy when he was placed in a Genin group was the same time he began to fully step out of his stage.
Okashi was more social, and more energetic than ever since he had been holding everything in for that long while. This also helped him when he began using his brain more that he wanted to. Meaning that when ever he was being taught something he would break it down into little steps, then preform what ever he was being taught. And at the age he was at it wasn't normal because no one would even think of a kid that young thinking like that, he also had great strategy when it comes to making up plans. This great mental power was going to carry threw out him for the rest of his life, and it did. Since when he was little he didn't like to see his mom get hurt, he grew up with being protective over the woman he cared for. Okashi also isn't the person to be disrespectful for no reason, unless its a missing-ninja. Okashi has it out for all missing-ninja doesn't matter what village they are from he dislikes them all because he is a loyal person and he gives all his loyalty to his village which makes his dislike missing-ninja. If he happens to cross paths with a missing-ninja, he will do the best he can to prevent a fight but if they say something disrespectful to him he will show no mercy.

Hair Care; Due to the excess use of their hair, members of the Hara make quite the effort to keep their hair in good health. From special soaps and creams, to expensive brushes and combs, the Hara do whatever is necessary to maintain good hair care. Men of the clan are usually reluctant into buying such things and often borrow from the women of the clan or talk them into getting the cosmetics for them.
Head Aches; Due to the excess use of directing so much concentration and chakra to their scalps, the Hara have been known to suffer from head aches or even migraines after battles and training. This can occasionally lead to irritable moods and/or strained activity.
Hair Manipulation; By directing their chakra to their scalp, the Hara have found the unique ability of controlling their own hair, along with creating various secret clan techniques centered around their luscious locks. Whether their hair is to suddenly become longer or shorter, thick or thin, or anything else, the Hara may do so. The ability can even go so far as to animate every strand of hair hanging from their head to preform a secret clan jutsu. While the secret clan jutsus aren't necessarily bloodline restricted, nor is the ability to manipulate hair, no member of the Hara would dare tell others the steps to manipulating one's hair or any of the jutsu that come along with it. The process of directing chakra and concentrating to the scalp can be long and complex. If trained incorrectly, members have been known to have such intense migraines that they have thrown up and even passed out for a few days. Some have been known to stop advancing in the manipulation all together in fear of the status of their health, especially with the younger members. However, with careful training and cautious chakra directing, members of the clan have been able to come out with only a few dull head aches.

The target will collapse after 2-3 posts if the hair is still tightening around the user's throat or chest area. If the user's hair is too short, the usually use Hair Lengthening Technique before they use this jutsu. It can be used in hand with another clan technique.
History:
The story behind the Hara clan is a peculiar one and unlike many other clans. It started with only a duo of geisha. Being what they called, "Walking Art", appearance meant everything. One of the geisha, Naoko, was previously a kunoichi and some how got the idea to attempt to manipulate her hair. The first attempts were unsuccessful, but Naoko continued to pursue her goal. After two weeks she was able to lengthen her hair. It surprised her and her peers, for no one actually thought it would have worked. She continued to practice and found all sorts of interesting things she could do with her hair. Eventually, she taught her young sister, Emiru, who was also a geisha, the techniques.
After a few more years of serving as a geisha, Naoko retired and married a young man. When Naoko had children of her own, she taught them the techniques of the hair manipulation. When Emiru married and had children, she did the same as her sister and taught them of the hair manipulation. The cycle continued through out the generations, and while the Hara clan is not of the strongest, it is one of the clans that continue to move forward.

Background Information
History:
Childhood:
Long, Long ago a young boy was born just a little bit outside of Kumogakure. The child wasn't born outside, but instead he was born in a small village that was located a half a mile away from of Kumogakure, with the population of about 10. Kaito the father, and Aoi the mother decided to name there child Okashi. They planned on raising him tell he was old enough to become a ninja, and at that time they were going to move into Kumogakure under the Raikage's consent, then live on from there. But until then all they could do was raise there child under the small village with 10 people. Although it was a small village Everyone that lived in the village was related to Okashi in some kind of way. It was like a village full of family, but the reason this happened was because Kaito and Aoi thought that he would learn more if he grew up with only his family. And she was right. When Okashi was at least at the age of 5, he had been working and trying to master his Taijutsu. Just because of his age, he had no chance in mastering his Taijutsu, instead all he could do was improve because within the world there are many Techniques that require skill which Okashi didn't have at the time. But for now he was just fine with learning Taijutsu, and with the help of his family it was going to improve big time before he moved into Kumogakure to attend the academy. Mostly the only reason that he was going to improve was because just about everyone in the village was a Shinobi from the Hidden Cloud. Unlike most people they didn't like to fight, but when it came down to it they were amazing fighters. They didn't rely on Jutsu's for them it was pure skill and strength most of the time but when it was needed Jutsu's came in handy.
The only thing that they all had in common was that they all obtained the element of Water at a time during their life. But little did they know something bad was about to happen. One night when everyone was asleep about 20 men rushed into the small village and began to burn it down. Everyone that lived in the village wasn't going to go down with out a fight. The only one that didn't fight was young Okashi but he knew that if someone attacked him then he would have to protect himself. Out of the 20 Shinobi that invaded the village only about 9 of them made it out alive, the rest where dead. Although they did put up a good fight they still had their life's taken the only one that made it out was Okashi. And the reason for that was because out of the 9 Shinobi that lived one of them was their leader and he allowed Okashi to live, he had told him that he wanted Okashi to carry on the story and tell it another day. He was trying to make him and his followers noticeable to the world. After his words where spoken, he disappeared into the night and was never seen again.
The next day Okashi had really realized what had happened and was devastated. Okashi didn't know what to do his whole family had been killed, there was blood every where, and dead bodies. The sight of his mother and father dead on the ground flashed threw his head for over an hour which caused him to droop to the ground because he was in shock. Slowly his legs became numb, then rushed up his whole body tell it reached the point where he couldn't move, he was just staring at all the dead bodies on the ground. He was hopeless, he couldn't do anything but close his eyes yet, when he did that all he seen was the faces of his mother and father which made his mad yet, sad. Slowly as tears dropped from his face his eyes began to close as he feel into a deep sleep. After a while of just laying there he began to hear voices but didn't really have to will power to open his eyes, but he pushed himself to open his eyes. Once he did he noticed that people where surrounding the bodies, then noticed that a med-ninja running towards him screaming.Although Okashi could make out what he was saying, he knew that he was calling for help. They where here to save the living and take the dead back to the village. With a slight caught Okashi was lifted into the air and taken back to the village where he explained everything that happened even though it took him a while to get it all out, he was still in a bit of a shock. The Raikage was a big help to Okashi though, he helped him get threw it and gave Okashi a Place to stay. The kind Raikage also enrolled Okashi into the academy so that he would be able to learn what he needed to know, the only thing that was wrong with it was that Okashi was a year younger than everyone else.
Academy Arc:
The Raikage put him in there a year early. But The raikage knew what he was doing, he was a smart man. Little did Okashi know The Raikage had anbu members watching him train for the past years. So he knew that Okashi had talent and would be able to handle being a Shinobi a year early. For what was the first day for Okashi was the 5th day for the rest of the class, so Okashi didn't have much to catch up on. Even though he needed to catch up the Chuunin sensei allowed him to be in the first part of class which was explaining what they where doing today. After he made it clear to the students they would all go outside and practice what they had just been taught weather its Taijutsu, Genjutsu, Or Ninjutsu. But for Okashi it was different. The Chuunin Sensei watched everyone for a while then began teaching Okashi what they had learned within the 5 days that they had been there beginning with Clone jutsu, Replacement, body flick, and so on. Seeing that Okashi is a fast learner he had everything down in about two long days of none stop training. And on top of it he also had Okashi take 30 mins each day and work on what they where doing that do just so that he didn't get further behind while working on the other stuff. When Okashi was all caught up he began doing everything that everyone else did. They all when threw an intense learning for about a month, then where officially named Genin of the Hidden cloud. And since they where Genin meant that they weren't going to be in the academy anyone, instead they where going to be pared into three along with a Jounin or higher Sensei.
Genin Arc:
Now that Okashi was a Genin meant that he was going to have to step up with his skills not because he wanted to look cool, but because he thought that he needed to be at his fullest extent because he was younger and he wanted to show the others that he could be just as strong as them. But Okashi had an advantage, he was what some called a genius when it really put some effort into something. Just like the rest of his family, he was a fast learning and understood things better because unlike most people he broke down things himself as they taught it to him. It was one of his many ways of learning faster because he was able to break down things into little steps then preform it starting with step one. The members that Okashi was pared up with where both guys and had good skills they named where Yuuta, and Kiyoshi. And there Sensei was a powerful Jounin from the hidden cloud village and his name was Sensei Isamu, he was one of the many Shinobi that survived a war that broke out long ago so he was experienced and was going to teach them everything that they needed to know. But before they even got a chance to tell Sensei Isamu about themselves, he told them to attack full force.
This was just a simple test to see how good there ability was and also to see what they need to learn, and what they need to work one. So they did with no problem at all. First Yuuta rushed him and threw a couple punches, but where dodged, then Kiyosh attacked from the back and landed one hit on his shoulder before he was thrown over his back. And lastly Okashi attacked from above, he wasn't able to land a hit, instead he was kicked in the stomach and sent flying back, and that was it the fight was all over. Sensei Isamu had seen all that he needed to see and was ready to hear what they all had to say about themselves. Within the couple seconds that they attacked he had been observing from the seconds they approached him, he had all that he needed and was going to work with each one of them within the time that they had. They where all confused on what had just happened, but just continued on as each one spoke for a brief second. This also gave Sensei Isamu some info about how they grew up and just important stuff about them. After they finished he said something about himself, then dismissed them for the day. Tomorrow they where going on the first mission and many more.
Role-Play Sample:
Okashi was walking threw the park in the barren city. It was pitch dark but he didn't care he just kept walking around the park thinking about his past, "Why- Why couldn't I be strong enough to protect my mother!" He sat down on the nearest bench. He looked at his cat tail and smiled. He enjoyed playing with his own tail. He started trying to catch while he was moving it. He caught it and laughed to himself. He layed back on the bench and took out his lighter and a cigar. He lit it up and started smoking, The ember of the cigar lit up the area around the bench. He took the cigar out of his mouth and exhaled the smoke. He did this for a few minutes and then he dropped the cigarettes on the ground. He was getting sleepy so he slept in the alley across the street. Cats started going towards him for warmth. It was morning and people where going in and out of the alley each for their own reasons. He started walking towards the market. It was swarmed like a bee colony. He walked towards 'Ichiraku Ramen Bar'. He lit up another cigar and smoked on the way. He made it to the small shop and ordered a 'super pork ramen.' He ate it slowly and paid the man. "Thank you," he said. He then walked around the village, sight seeing. He sighed and said, "I better get home." He walked home and slept for the rest of the day.

You mentioned that it is good at defending against fire jutsus, but you never stated of which level. I do not think that a C-Ranked Water Jutsu could block and A or S Ranked Jutsus.

How long is the sword? How long is the blade of the sword? How long is the hilt of the sword? How sharp is it?
Please describe your sword a little bit more.

Add that, while in this form, the user can not attack in any way. Otherwise, it is way too OP. Also, Adam has a Bloodline which allows him to transform into water, so this might be under his property. I will ask him to take a look.

Origin:
Hanging on his back, with the handle baring over his left shoulder, he carries his sword. This sword was entirely customized by Okashi's Grandfather when he created it at a younger age.It is now passed down from generation to generation. Using certain minerals, he made this weapon to where it is now practically indestructible, thus making it an ideal weapon for a Swordsmen. This is the only thing that Okashi has as a reminder of his Grandfather.Okashi takes it on each mission he goes on as a reminder of that tragic day.The Blade was built in a unique way. By moving a secret switch Okashi is able to adjust the length of the sword at any point in battle. Which will leave the opponent misjudge how far they need to move to avoid an incoming strike. The metal of the sword is strong enough to strike through solid rock or cut through iron.
Bold part, elaborate it please. How can it attach to all kinds of weapons?

- Hara Okashi is the average of a male teen at his age, with an appearance slimmer than most. He has dark caramel brown skin, with a black bold head, which is covered by his Kumogakure headband, along with a mass of coiled white wraps. These pants are somewhat looser fitting than one might expect, with various pockets to contain ninja tools within them. Above the pants there is a pouch strapped to his right leg, a relatively small one as to not impede upon his movement, and on the other leg there is again a continuous coil of wraps around one end of the leg only, and briefly. Both of his ankles are wrapped in the same fashion described above, however most of these wraps are covered by the strapped sandals which complement the entire look.
Bold part, mentioning muscles. If you plan for your character to have a better agility and strength then other Genin, you need to make it as a special characteristic.
Other bold part, metallic plates, that needs to be placed into the item template and approved as well.

- When Hara Okashi was much younger, he was known for being a little energetic kid. At every moment of the day he was doing something active, unless he was sleeping. Meaning that when ever he was being taught something he would break it down into little steps, then preform what ever he was being taught. And at the age he was at it wasn't normal because no one would even think of a kid that young thinking like that, he also had great strategy when it comes to making up plans. This great mental power was going to carry threw out him for the rest of his life, and it did. Since when he was little he didn't like to see his mom get hurt, he grew up with being protective over the woman he cared for. Okashi also isn't the person to be disrespectful for no reason, unless its a missing-ninja. Okashi has it out for all missing-ninja doesn't matter what village they are from he dislikes them all because he is a loyal person and he gives all his loyalty to his village which makes his dislike missing-ninja. If he happens to cross paths with a missing-ninja, he will do the best he can to prevent a fight but if they say something disrespectful to him he will show no mercy.
Higher intellect than others, strategist....that also goes under special characteristics.
A Background of an Genin is supposed to be separated into 3 Arcs. But, your Academy Arc is long as 2 Arcs, so please divide it into 2 Arcs.

| Has your clan been approved in Clan Creation yet? If not, it needs to be posted & approved there and then the link posted in the clan area of your application.
As for your RP sample, I don't think its up to par for a genin. Could you try to make it a bit larger/ put more effort? |
