The most prominent feature of Koma is obviously his red eyes. Some regard it as a birth defect, or an omen. As it is one of the only features that set him apart from the regular world, he wears sunglasses to cover them, even at night, even when it's raining he wears them. The second feature that makes him famous is his milky white skin. He isn't very muscular, but he isn't scrawny either. If anything his upper body strength is pretty run of the mill. Topping him is a swirl of premature gray hair. That doesn't seem that out of place on if you compare to the rest of his body.

Koma has a rounded face, with hair that barely touches his ears. Koma is fairly tall for his age, standing at an even 5'8. His height is probably the only thing that makes him look threatening, if you ignored the height you'd actually laugh at how sickly he looks. Koma, when not wearing his sunglasses, which is an extremely rare event, has a very distant look in his eyes, like he just rolled out of the bed. The same with his hair that is always tussled and matted. Despite his pale complexion, his skin seems to not have a single callous or mark on it, as if he never ever got hurt.

Koma dresses appropriately for a ninja, not wearing any bright colors that would give away his position if he was trying to hide. He wears skin tight, black jacket with nothing underneath. His pants are loose fitting, but still pretty thin and rise just above his ankles. He wears black sandals that seem to be stereotypical ninja wear. Barely attached to his waist, and slightly slanted he wears a belt with a skull buckle, attached to the right side of his hip are a set of two gloves.

Personality:

Koma is incredibly laidback, to the point that he has his hands in his pockets in the most dangerous of times. His laziness is almost overwhelming, he finds fighting others a bother and usually take a diplomatic approach to dealing with his opponents, though he isn't the best politician. His stature is enough to show that he doesn't care much about what happens around him. Hunched back, pocketed hands, and narrowed eyes. To any bystander he looks sleep deprived. To most people, Koma is either their best friend, or their worst enemy.

He doesn't actually try to make friends it just comes natural, but his goofy ways sometimes rub people the wrong way. Looking at his face, you could say that he was just another face in the crowd, his smiles are very rare. Koma never takes himself too seriously, but he finds that it takes more muscles to smile than to frown... Or was it the other way around? Another feature of Koma is his clumsiness. Even in the heat of battle he'll accidentally miss a very crucial strike. Usually from tripping over his own feet, though he'd most likely blame his opponent for using 'some kind of ultimate tripping technique'.

This wackiness, is one of the things that makes Koma unapproachable to some people. One instant he'll be talking about you, then he'll remark on the fact that the moon should be made of cheese. Koma is an open book, nothing is too personal for him. If you ask why he's so weird, he'll go on a monologue of epic proportions telling you of his horrible past. Or what he thinks is a horrible past. To most people he seems rather sheltered, he's always asking questions, even when he's supposed to be the intelligent one, the reason behind this is that he doesn't want to waste his own brain power to think up ideas.

Koma in addition to his skills in Genjutsu, wields a pair of black and white gloves. The gloves has a spiral pattern that seems to be continually swirling. Even looking at the glove can cause confusion in the opponent and the opponents eyes seemed to be locked onto it. Because of how easy it is to hook an opponent with this glove, many genjutsu can be used in conjunction with it.

Background Information

History:

Birth Arc:

Koma was born on a moonlit night, surrounded by his loving family. His father looked at him, and pledged to protect him with his life. His mother loved him on sight, you could say that his birth would have been filled with love and happiness. Except, he never opened his eyes. His parents were struck with awe and sadness, not believing that their son was dead. It was hours before he took his first breath, and despite the heart attack he had just put his parents through, it had only made them love him more. If not just a little too much.

His parents rarely let him out of the house, and when he was out of the house, he could only stay with in a certain boundary. That boundary was around his families estate, which was fenced in and guarded. His parents were rich, having close relations with the Daimyo of the Lightning Country. Those few times that he actually did manage to get out of his families yard, were excellent occasions. He took in everything around him with wide eyes and an open mouth. Even if he only saw it through the tinted windows of his father's rickshaw.

Then came the one thing that made Koma doubt that all he need to aspire to was to become an entrepeuner like his father. When his father's estate was placed on lock down and a team of ninjas guarded them. That's when Koma realized what he really wanted to be a ninja. He constantly bothered them with questions about how they became ninjas, what gave them their skill, all about them. And usually, he didn't get answers. But the times he did, he was hooked on the life style of a ninja. It seemed to amazing, that he just had to find out what it was like.

Koma begged his parents day in and day out so that he could become a ninja. But his family thought it was just too dangerous. Though Koma would not be denied, his made his dream to be a ninja clear. His parents thought he was just insane, afraid that he might hurt himself with all the crazy things that he was doing. But he still didn't give up, he knew what his dream was, and he he was going to make it come true, no matter what happened.

Academy Arc

His plan was to sneak away, he had spent enough time inside of his house to have the full diagram of it inside of his mind, and a way to sneak out without his parents knowing. At the dead of night he left a note telling his parents his plan, and how he would leave. He had no doubt that he could make it there, and if his parents followed, he would show them how harmless being a ninja was. It took him a few days to reach Kumogakure or else it would have taken him months. When he did arrive, he instantly set off to become a ninja.

The academy was actually easy for him. Even though he had a very cushy upbringing. His excitement and dedication made it easy for him to never stop trying to be perfect. Though, his two week career soon ended when his parents arrived to take him away. But he wouldn't give up, he begged them to allow him to be a ninja, pleaded with them constantly. When they finally gave in, they weren't happy about it, they still made sure that he was as a safe as ever, but they knew it was out of their hands. Try as they might, they knew that Koma would be a ninja no matter what.

His parents moved into Kumogakure so that they could remain close to their son no matter what, but he just thought they were smothering him. At the academy he met his first friends, Monki, Bui [Kaneo], and Aizen. The life as an Academy Student was filled with thousands of new experiences. Despite making friends, he learned how to use Ninjutsu, though he was more accustomed to using Genjutsu, and he actually had his first test in his whole life. The Genin Test. If he failed it he would be held back in the Academy and lose the only friends he had.

Genin Arc

He was lucky to have passed, though his parents weren't happy at all, they thought that he was purposely ruining their lives. As a Genin, they knew that he would get into a lot of dangerous situations and that if he didn't make it out alive, he would be sorely missed. Though Koma didn't even care about the downsides of this, he was just happy to be a proud Genin. He had finally achieved one of his biggest dreams, even though he hadn't even begun to hit the first layer of being a ninja.

Role-Play Sample:

Quote :: Koma hung upside down from a tree branch, looking at the world as a bat would. His wide red eyes, covered by his sunglasses that surprisingly enough hadn't fallen off. He let his hands fall towards the ground, his hair doing the exact same. Koma raised, or was it lowered his hand down to scratch his head. How did bats do it, he felt like his brain was about to explode. He relinquished control of the chakra in his feet, falling face first towards the ground, but shifting his weight so that he landed on his feet. He readjusted his sunglasses and felt the grass beneath his feet.

It was supposed to be a relaxing day for him, and he had accomplished that, being able to do basically whatever he wanted. From taking a quick swim, to gorging himself on sugary sweets. But whether it was his now more matured brain or something else, he still felt bored. Maybe he should go see if his friends were bored like he was... Nah, too long of a walk. He didn't even feel like living this spot. Koma fell back against the tree, slumping to the ground and sitting on the aged roots of the tree. His parents were probably expecting him back any moment... Nah, he'd rather let them wait.

He looked around. The one tree was on the top of a cliff, which overlooked the rest of Kumogakure. He often came to this spot, for whatever reason he found the whipping winds calming. It seemed that high alitudes helped him think, even though he didn't have much to think about. He was only a Genin, there wasn't much to do, besides missions, train, experiment with new jutsu. But he had done that weeks ago. He was just too tired to do anything right now. It wasn't his fault it was... He yawned, feeling tired from this much use of his brain. Maybe he had found something to do today, sleep.

And even helps Koma control the Genjutsu behind a normal ninja's skills, because he can use it as a medium for his chakra.

I only have an issue with your glove. Chakra conductive weapons/items are B-Ranked, so remove the bold part and please fix that typo.

One question though. As a Genin you can start with Jutsus up to C-Rank of your elements and specialty and you can start with two elements.

You did not select any element nor have you added any Genjutsus. Are you sure about that?

The reason there isn't any jutsu there is because, I don't know the set limit of jutsu that a Genin can start with.

Ah, well I could answer that question.

There is no actual limit as far as I know. As a Genin you can start with Jutsus up to C-Rank of your elements and specialty and you can start with two elements.

The only things that limit you are your specialty and elements.

If you wish to start with other Jutsus except Basic E-Ranks, just add them and a Staff member will go trough them and inform you of any flaws, if they find any.

Utilizing Koma's Mesmerizing Fist, Koma can hypnotize an opponent. This is different from Genjutsu, as Kai cannot break it, and effects the opponents mind. The easiest way to avoid this genjutsu is for the opponent to snap their attention away from the gloves. A sudden sensation of pain can break the effects of the hypnosis. A third way is to use their own chakra to break free. Though attempting this wastes a lot of chakra, equivalent to the hypnotic jutsu. This is the precursor to other hypnotic jutsu, and thus takes no chakra.

Description:
After making handsigns that the victim sees while Koma is wearing his Mesmerizing Fists, this jutsu will begin. The hypnotic appearance of the gloves will cause the opponent to lose focus, which allows Koma to make them believe what he wants them too. In this jutsu, they will begin feeling as if they're drowning, unable to breath or fight the pull of the ocean. In reality, the opponent will actually begin to choke, gasping for breath, resulting in their immobility. The downside to this jutsu is that Koma is unable to move while the jutsu is being made, and if his hands are separated the jutsu is broken. If uninterrupted the jutsu lasts two posts, and once it's finish the opponent will feel as if they've just been wrenched from the ocean, fighting to get air into their lungs. At B-Rank, the jutsu lasts three posts, and the effects of drowning after the jutsu is finished last two posts.

Description:
After making direct contact with the opponent while wearing the Mesmerizing Fists, Koma needs only to power his chakra into his opponent. Then, after that touch, he causes the opponent to see his Mesmerizing Fists causing the jutsu to begin. Instantly, the opponent will feel as if they have aged fifty years. Every movement causes excruciating pain in the opponent, and a single hit from Koma is almost like ten. Though, outside of the hypnosis, the opponent will be perfectly normal. The pain does not limit the opponents Taijutsu skills though, but serves as an excellent way to distract an opponent.

I know these use those gloves, but I still believe these are all Genjutsu.

Description:
A binding Genjutsu that after making eye contact with the opponent begins. The user appears in a blank world, immersed in darkness. If they could see, they would see that their hands are nailed to a cross, and they are completely immobile. The pain of nails through their hands is felt as well as being paralyzed. In reality they will stand in the same position as they were in the Genjutsu leaving them open for attack. This can be used on multiple opponents but requires intense concentration and chakra.

Majority of genjutsu that restrains the target tend to be B-ranked, so please remove this.

And are you positive you wouldn't like at least one element to start with? Just making sure.

Okay, changed the jutsu to Genjutsu and removed the Binding Genjutsu.

And yes, I am absolutely sure that I don't want one element to start with.
