Shinobi Requirement: One (Exp. Jounin: Kakougan)

Mission Objective: This is both a recon and an action mission. The objective of the missions is to find any rouge ninja that may be around Iwa and either recruit them or stop them from causing any trouble for any ninja nation. The recipient for the mission is advised to avoid any kind of violence or aggression but may use them if necessary.
Mission Time Limit: 2 Weeks
