Ginnai is a very healthy boy for his age. He has an impressive little build with a six-pack though it isn't that well defined. His legs and arms are slightly bigger in terms of thickness for someone his age showing the signs of his work ethic to get stronger. His hands are a little big for someone his age though it is only slightly and the palms are rough and firm from working so much. His feet however, a size 9 which is just under average, are very hard and a little rough from moving around and being on them so much. His calf muscle is very hard and solid, all in all giving this young boy a better than some men twice his age. He has several small cuts and scraps on his body, remnants of his childhood days and his hard training. He has a birthmark of the clan symbol on his arm which astounded many of his clan as he was the first and only to be born with such a distinct mark. His hair is neck length though Ginnai keeps it in a single ponytail to keep it managed so that it doesn't get in his face when he is working, training, or fighting. His hair color is a dark grey that looks almost black, though upon closer inspection one can see the gray color. He stands about 5'9 and weighs close to 155lbs, which includes his clothing, and his skin tone is slightly tanned , not so much that he is a light bronze but enough for some to see he spends some of his time outside. He has very relaxed grey eyes, and very few smile or frown marks as he doesn't do much of either very often. His eyes are usually half closed giving people the impression he is tired, though this just how is eyes are naturally shaped.

Ginnai feels that appearance speaks volumes, thus he will always strive to maintain a good appearance if he can help it. Regardless of what he is wearing he will always wear his ninja chain vest that is the usual attire for a ninja in battle. Over the vest he wears a all black shirt that is rather long stopping well below the waist, he will always tuck this in so that it doesn't hinder his movements. The black shirt is long sleeve, the sleeves themselves fitting tightly on the arms, and stop just at the wrist. The gloves he wears are red and are opened fingered, there is a guard on the knuckle are of the gloves that provide padding on the inside but solid on the out. The gloves are very long going up the arm and stopping just below the elbow region, the gloves are the same on both arms. Over the black shirt he will wear a red vest that is slightly baggy so that he can easily reach in his inside pockets for items he has put there. The inside pockets are very durable and large able to hold numerous items without risk of tearing and don't bulge so that none can tell that there are items inside, on both sides of the vest can these pockets be located. The vest itself isn't long but stops at the waist so it to is tucked into the pants. The pants are held up with a black cloth belt that is wrapped tightly around waist keeping the shirt and vest from getting untucked when Ginai is doing alot of movement. Occasionally he may wear a long red scarf, though he will rarely wear it outside the village.

Ginnai wears two sets of shorts with this outfit, both made of a durable cotton material just like the shirts. The first pair is the more durable of the two as it has a chained lining like the chained vest, as a means to provide a better defense against attacks. The chains on the shorts are less thick than the ones on the shirt, so that mobility isn't an issue. The shorts stop just below the knee and fit very tight on the legs, this comes into when the second pair is put on. The second pair has a slit on the sides of the second pair that exposes the lower part of the waist to the upper part of the thigh. This allows the first pair to be seen and also serves shows where the ninja tools bag would be located on either side. The lower part of the second pair of shorts is very wide and bulky thus the lower part will always be tucked into the bottom of the first pair of shorts. Due first pair fitting so tightly to the body, once the second pair is tucked it stays tucked regardless of the amount of movement taking place. Everything else below the knee area is wrapped in a black cloth that wraps around the remainder of the exposed leg all the way until it is tied under the heel. Then black socks are worn over the rest of the exposed foot, followed by red ninja shoes that leave the toe and heel exposed.
Personality:
Calm and calculating is the best thing that describes Ginnai. He rarely loses his cool at all as he feels panicking only leads to more mistakes and problems. He lives by the philosophy that one should let his actions speak for him so he never speaks just to hear himself talk. He says what he feels on a particular subject only if the person he is speaking to is showing interest. Often times he may just keep his thoughts to himself unless it is asked for. He is very comfortable in his own mind so being alone doesn't affect him in the least and sometimes he may even seek solitude away from people. He will never get into a fight if he can avoid it as he finds such things tiring and a waste of energy and time. He is a deep thinker and very articulate, though he hates talking for no reason he does enjoy actually having a sensible conversation especially if he is trying to learn more about a particular subject. In fact he enjoys learning new things as a whole and has a excellent memory for these things as he rarely writes down what he learns. He is always intrigued about ancient civilizations or old figure heads that had once plague the seas. He is most at home surrounded by books and people with the thirst for knowledge that matches his own.

Ginnai isn't exactly the definition of loyalty as he has his own wants that he plans to see come into fruition. He isn't so cold blooded to turn a blind eye to someone mugging a lady or some other heinous crime. But for the most part is apathetic about others personal problems unless solving said issue will benefit Ginnai in some way. He does have one annoying tenancy of playing mind games with people, for example he may tell you the truth about something but will be incredibly vague about the answer just to piss you off. However times when he does is so far and in between each other it isn't that noticeable when he does do this. Ginnai is a tad bit a neat freak as he hates alot of disorder and chaos thus making him instantly dislike anyone who starts to much ruckus, especially when he is working. This being another thing that may get a rise out of him as he will not hesitate to snap at someone who is being to loud and/or disturbing him from what he is doing.

Ginnai is very charismatic when it comes to dealing with people if he needs to. Even though he prefers solitude over a large crowd he knows how to put on a good front to make himself appear more friendly if it means getting what he needs. When in a good mood he can be good friend in terms of conversation and those who get close enough to him can find that he isn't as cold as he lets on, though few ever try. Though he is more loyal to himself than anything else, he will show some compassion for the few he does actually like.

The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. Meaning if he is using a kunai to do this jutsu it would take a C-rank amount of chakra to perform this, however, if he is using a katana or larger it would take a d-rank amount of chakra to use this. He is able to his 3 before another chakra rank is required, meaning if 4 are thrown Tatsu can deflect all four only after putting enough chakra forth to perform this twice in a simultaneously. No hand sign required just focus.

Hrunting is a long katana measuring up to 3ft long, it is shaped like a typical katana. The blade is a shining silver and made of Tungsten, one of the hardest medals known to man. The hilt is a beige color with a gold colored trimming, the sheathe matching as well. The very end of the sheathe holds a secret dagger, that can easily be taken out and used to defend himself. The dagger however is just a average weapon with no special abilities.
Special Abilities/Characteristics: Hrunting has the ability to increase its durability and length at the will of the user. This depends on the user how long the sword may get as well as the durability.

Origin: This sword once belong to a old samurai who left it to his only son on his deathbed. After the son had fallen on hard times he sold the sword for money. From then on the sword saw the hands of all sorts of people from collectors to bandits to famous samurai and infamous shinobi. Finally one day it found its way into the hands of Tatsu, who wan it in a gambling house as a prize. He didn't know what he had until he tested it and found he liked it. He didn't know the past of the weapon, but he would forge a new history for it along with his own name. It was Tatsu who gave the sword its name Hrunting.

Background Information

History:
The story of Ginnai Shibata begins with his birth, while most babies are born in a hospital or even their home, Ginnai was born in a Brothel. His mother was the most renown worker in the Happy Endings brothel house, this would lead to the birth of Ginnai though he would never know who his father was. Ginnai spent only a small part of his life at the brothel, shortly after his birth his mother left the brothel with the money she earned and moved to Kirigakure , where she could raise he son away from such a place.

His life in Kiri was quite a eventful one, at young age he began to work so he could assist his mother with financial matters. However, watching his mom work so hard to take care of them both gave Ginnai incentive to want more for himself with his life. After his 10th birthday, people suggested he enroll in the Ninja academy. They talked about how fast he was with deliveries and how strong he was with manual labor. Ginnai had heard about the academy, but with everything that was going on in hi slife he couldnt just abandon his mom. However, it would be her own words that swayed his mind to join the academy. She assured him how she would be fine and that he should go with what he wanted with his life, "Live the way you want to live son" were her exact words. And with that he enrolled in the Ninja Academy. He managed to Graduate from the academy at the age of 13, he was able to move on to the next step in his life.

The years to follow after Ginnai graduation would prove to be exciting for him. Doing mission he was able to make money for his family and at the same time do what he loved doing the most, kicking ass. He leapt at any chance to do a mission, he wanted to fight strong enemies so that he could test his skills on those that will make him push the envelop. He had a firm belief that the strong help the strong become stronger, so he held no concern of those he knew were weaker than him. Thus his circle of friends were small and held similar ideals like him.

One day he was off due to no mission being available and he chanced upon a old vacant building. He could hear talking from the from the inside though low it sounded like multiple people. His curiosity peaked, he entered the building and followed a set of stairs leading down. He found himself in what appeared to be a secret gathering, he smiled once he realized what this was. He made his way through the crowd of guys that circle two guys in a sort ring like fashion. Two bodies in the middle fought each other with such tenacity, Ginnai couldn't help but be caught in the moment. After the fight ended he leaped into the center with a huge grin on his face. The people all laughed at the young 17 year old boy who thought he could fight amongst men. None would step forward claiming that they wouldn't pound some little runt, Ginnai smiled and retorted taking out his money. "Who ever can beat me gets the it all, but if i win I take all you guys got. Numbers wont matter, all of you can charge me if you like." He gave a twisted grin that gave him the look of a villain, but the men didn't care about this. The smell of money on the table clouded their common sense, and 4 men charged at Ginnai. To show the men a taste of what was in store for them, Ginnai dodged the first attack by doing a back bend then landing on his back. Then he shifted his weight to his upper body and flipped unto his hands, opening his legs he spun on them so that his feet would strike 3 of the men that charged him in the lower jaw region. Then with a swift motion he pushed off his hands came at the first attack like a arrow kicking the man in the face. The four men lay on their backs trying to gain their bearings while Ginnai laughed at their misfortune. It had appeared he earned some respect as now all of the men stopped laughing and started taking the man more seriously. Ginnai looked at the group and motioned a for them to bring it on, with that they all charged at him.

After a few hours of fighting, Ginnai emerged from the building. His eye was swollen and his lip was bleeding, he felt in his mouth and pulled free a loose tooth. Though he had entered empty handed he now left with honor scars and a cool new weapon. He held the sword in his hand, he liked the way it looked the color of beige and gold. He made his way home, he would have to get some ice on his eyes and lip before it got to swollen. He walked to his home ignoring the disgusted faces and concerned statements from the villagers, these scars were like medals of honor and medals should always be shown for the public to see.

Role-Play Sample:
Ginnai remained silent after having his few questions answered, he was ready to get on with the mission so he could attend to other things he felt would better occupy his time. He would glance out the corner of his eye when the next member of the squad approached, which happed to be a young girl. He watched the way she approached which was in a very seductive manner. She would wink and talk alot, and he would watch the so called leader of the squad practically drool over the girl. He was a fool as far as Ginnai was concerned, if she wanted to find a world of idiots who fawned over the beauty of woman she have chose to be a prostitute. Ginnai immediately found himself not liking this girl and thus dismissed her presence period.

The last to arrive for the team was someone who appeared rather timid in Ginnai's eyes. He was a young boy who barely older than nine, though Ginnai immediately saw past the age. If the boy was so young yet he passed the academy, that showed he was one with remarkable talent. He would be worth watching out for, Ginnai himself graduating at 13. He regarded the young boy with a nod, a respect he purposely did not show to the young girl who was still making idiotic statements. The leader of the group, Lex as he said his name was, began to inform the squad of their mission. The job was simple enough, they were to deliver a message to two separate countries. This was something that Ginnai would enjoy, it was a chance to see other places first hand and possible take notes on what he says. Such knowledge may come in handy in the future. Ginnai would look Lex in the eyes and nod to show he understood the objective. After the briefing the woman would say yet another statement that showed that her IQ matched her shoe size when she spoke on sticky substances around her mouth. Was she really even a kunoichi, he began to doubt her abilities the more she spoke.

"I am concerned miss," Ginnai would finally say as he stood from the wall,"What is the world like when you walk around in a constant haze of stupidity. It seems that the more you talk the more you show you lack the possible brain capacity to see how important this mission is." Ginnai would begin to walk slowly out the gate as he continued,"Instead of swaying your hips, licking your lips, and making lewd comments, perhaps you should be more concerned with how you can best apply your skills to the mission. If you cannot decide on such a thing, then my advice would be to shut your mouth before you make a even greater fool of yourself." He would glance over his shoulder at the girl as he walked, his dull grey eyes now seeming like a savage beast. He stopped just outside the gate and turned completely to Lex, ignoring any looks or words from the girl,"Your orders."

2. It is only a damage reduction if he has felt that kinda pain before. Its basically adapting to pain itself, the human body naturally does this i just stated that his is a bit more advance than normal. So so if he is stabbed in the hand, at first it would hurt like shit, but he would gradually be able to dull out the pain. I guess a fancy way to say strong willed.

3. My bad left out the words speed increase for that short burst. The percentages just mean for that split second of the jutsu and attack he accelerates that much faster than a normal.

Raiton is pumped into the weapon used along with chakra, though on the outside there will be no physical changes that makes the jutsu noticeable. Once struck the target will feel a shocking sensation that will paralyze any part of the body it touches for a total of one posts. If struck in the head the entire body will be rendered paralyzed for one post. Contact with the weapon once the chakra is put into the weapon is not needed, even if the weapon leaves the users hands the jutsu will still be active. NO hand-signs required just any weapon that is the size of a kunai or larger.

Lol ah yes I remember why I quit the site now, you guys are critical here. And so the great debate begins...

Based on my knowledge I dont think a weapon has to be chakra conductive for chakra to be put into it. Though the chakra conductive weapons/items make focusing chakra easier it wouldn't be mandatory to do this.

You mean the fact that we moderate application adequately? You were actually approved when you just ran out on the site, do not try to justify your actions please, just conform with what the staff asks, it isn't really a debatable thing if more than one of the staff agrees. This is boarding on an ability. Explain the types of pain that this could be useful for with an example. (This shouldn't be too highly skilled as a basic effect)
