At 5'9", 150 pounds, Reizo is a skinny kid with olive complexion. He has light brown eyes that somewhat larger than the average set. On top of his head is long black hair that extends halfway down his back in a long braid. For his uniform, he wears a skin tight, black body suit that covers his arms and legs (made of breathable material, of course), which he'll strip down to for the sake of stealth. This suit is underneath underneath a white T-Shirt which is, in turn, underneath an olive green, sleeveless hoody (with a zipper) and a pair of olive green pants. On his feet his black ninja sandals. On his forehead are a pair of amber shaded goggles. Strapped around the middle of his upper legs are two black holsters to mainly carry his kunai and shuriken. Around his waist is a black belt that holds four pouches (two on each side of his waist).

Clothing::{::Casual::}

With casual clothing, Reizo usually walks around the house with a dark gray shirt on, long sleeved, with nothing special about it save for the Nara Clan Symbol on it. His hair always remains the same, except for right after he wakes up, then he always has to take a shower to make it right again. Casually, he doesn't wear his headband, since he believes that it only really has to be worn when on Shinobi business, but he always keeps it on him just in case. His lower wear is usually a set of tan pants with pockets everywhere, and the ends of the leggings are bunched to his ankles for security.

When he has to go to important meetings and such, he always has a get-up ready for it. For his head, he usually wears earrings that look like chakrams, only dulled to the points so not to hurt anyone while walking. His hair is fashioned in the same way, since he likes it so much. His headband is worn on his forehead from then on because he shows his pride for Kirigakure, and as a member of the Nara Clan. His upper body is covered, first, by a white undershirt, a long-sleeved dark green shirt, with a black robe, and a white over-coat, for decoration purposes, since he was brought up to look nice during important meetings and such. His lower wear contains of his delicate black pants, threaded just above his ankles, while his footwear are loosely tied sandals.

Personality:Reizo shares a few traits with the stereotypical Nara. He is very smart and knowlegdeable, being an able strategist, especially when he is around people that has abilities that are useful for the situation. Also, like a stereotypical Nara, he doesn't really show it often. However, he doesn't show it out of laziness, but because he doesn't like exposing his cards unless he needs to. He usually stays calm and, when in a tense situation, will often act as if he was discussing the weather with a friend to throw off his adversaries.

While he is not opposed to watching the clouds while lying on his back or taking a nap, he also not opposed to exercise either, and can be found playing ninja games with some of the neighborhood kids or just racing across the rooftops. He also loves hanging out with friends and is even game for an occassional prank if in the right mood.

~Honor~
Cut has always had his own sense of honor. While it's not something he can openly explain to someone, he can say it simply as. "If I see something that I know is wrong. I will not hesiatate to put it to a stop." In general life he won't try and hold himself up above others like he is superior. Although he will when it comes to those who try and suppress others. He treats everyone he isn't familiar with, with curtisy and respect. He doesn't faulter in his descicions and stands by his word. Of course people tend to think less of him because of his leacherous ways. but despite that he still adholds to his ideals, even if it will make other believe less in him.

~Females~
He has his own thoughts about how to deal with girls. While he was raised to treat them with respect an honor. His mind cold be said to have been corrupted when he was younger. Like another well known shinobi hhe can be described as a "pervert". He can even be found at times just stalking in some strange positions peeping in on women in the hotspring. he has even described himself a master of peeping, to a level beyond that of the late great Jiraiya. But despite having this disgusting way about him, Cut will never have a women hurt or put into danger around him. He will protect them even at the cost of hsi own body He has even been described as saying that he shall never let another woman cry because of him.

~Combat~
Everyone tends to have another mind they go into when facing battle. Cut doesn't. It's not that he is expecting battle at any moment, but rather because his mind has been warped into always creating a combat situation in his mind. So he neer has to think as to what he should do, as he has probably already seen the scenario run through his mind. Cut has a tendency to be calm in a fight, though there is one man to whom he tends to lose his cool against. He never underestimates his opponent, nor does he overestimate himself. He isn't afraid to turn tail and run when the situation calls for it. He also never over uses his abilities. He'll even use some of the most basic nija techniques and equipment, instead of opting for a more flashier big technique. This is a by product of his Doujutsu, being that it is always expecting the unexpected in a battle. As such Cut never wants to waste chakra to do something that has absolutly no purpose. For example, If he is facing down a large group of ninja, he will opt for the most simpliest of things. He will cover himself and blind thier view with a plain smokebomb, then toss a series of Explosive tagged Kunai to the ground by them. Yes while there is a chance that not all of them will be effected by the blasts, it is less chakra consuming, then say launching a gigantic fireball at them. Cut even tends to laugh at those that do waste thier chakra to try and overpower others with massive jutsus.

Special Abilities/Characteristics: The Cerberus is a new form of senbon launcher. It has three barrels to store 5 senbon each before they are shot. It has a wooden handle with a metal trigger used to control when the senbon are launched. Each barrel has a latch on the back to open the back of the barrels to reload the weapon. This weapon allows a ninja to attack from a distance up to 20 meters away. The senbon launch, in groups of 5, straight for up to 18 meters, and will fall for another 2-4 meters depending on the angle of the shot. The senbon are shot with more force than a person could throw them. The weapon also has a burst mode that will fire all three barrels at once, causing the senbon to fire out in a scatter shot pattern.
Origin:A weapon of Cut Father's creation. He made this weapon well into his studies of weaponry. It was crafted from the finest materials Cut's father could swindle from a small town of blacksmiths. Cut's father had realized that he was had nothing to protect himself from ranged ninjutsu users, so he had to come up with something. He studied up on Senbon launchers from a few sources, from arm mounted launchers (like Shizune's) to puppet launchers (such as Kankuro's Crow), and found them all useless. He needed something that he did not need to learn a new jutsu, or could use much more easily. He took the compact principle from the arm mounted launchers and the launching principle from the puppets to forge his Cerberus. Composed of 3 barrels, each barrel holds 5 senbon that are fired at once. When the trigger is pulled, senbon are launched from the barrel at high speeds. After three shots are fired, the senbon and launching components must be replaced in the barrels. After this weapon was forged, Cut's father fled the village due to the investigations of ninja leave the cerbus with his Son

The ninja can attach the note to another object such as a kunai or log. When the note is set it begins to release a toxin powder.This odorless powder is dispersed by an explosive note. Once in the air the toxin will be inhaled by their targets. The gas will confuse their opponent's senses and slow down their reaction time.

Kunai x20 - This throwing knife is one of the common weapons of a ninja. It is often kept in a holster on the leg in a pouch attached to the belt. The Kunai can be used in conjunction with explosive tags and other weapons to form deadly combos.

Shurikens x60 - Another common weapon, the shuriken is often kept in a holster on the leg or in a pouch attached to the belt.

Exploding Tags x20 - The exploding note is a piece of parchment paper which has script on it that serves to faciltate its explosive properties. The ninja can attach the note to another object such as a kunai or log. When the note is set it begins a slow burn which results in a large explosion.

Exploding Pouches x15 - A variation on the exploding note, these small pouches can be attached to a target and then explode a few seconds later into an even larger explosion.

Exploding Smoke Grenade x10 - When the pin is pulled on this grenade, the result is a large explosion and the release of smoke. This allows the ninja to carry out their manuevers in secret.

Makibishi x 15-This weapon is primarily used during escape, numerous makibishi are thrown on the ground and enemy soldiers will have a difficult time pursuing because the spiked metal can penetrate the sole of the shoe wear.

Senbon (Needle) x 60-The senbon was first used by doctors in acupuncture, it was then adopted by ninja and Hunter-nins to hit points on the body to cause death, deaden limbs or cause their target to fall unconscious.

Umbrella-This weapon is used by Rain ninja. Worn on the back, the ninja can quickly open the umbrella and hurl it into the air. While spinning in the air, the umbrella can unleash a rain of needles upon the target.

Background Information

History: Prior to his birth, his two parents were part of the same graduation class coming out of the Ninja Academy. They grew closer over the years, often hanging out with each other during their downtime from their teams. Their friendship eventually grew into a romantic relationship which lasted for years, eventually marrying each other. A few years later, they bore their first child, a baby boy.

During his first year in the world, he went nameless, with his parents being unable to find a name they can agree on. After that year, they finally settled on Reizo, unwittingly giving him a name that would later on fit him. While growing up, Reizo would often spend time in the town, hanging out with his friends (especially those within the Akimichi and Yamanaka clan). When he was inside, he would often play chess with his father, which lead to him gaining an understanding of strategies. Also, like every other Nara, he was trained in his clan's shadow techniques.

When he reached the age to enter the academy, Reizo refused at first, not really sure that he wanted to become a shinobi. During that year, while thinking it over, he spent time with his dad, helping him with deer herding, and his uncle whenever he needed help at the Konoha Hospital. He would often be approached by members of his own clan, as well as members of the Yamanakas and Akimichis, who would often try and convince him to become a ninja, but he still held off on his decision and threatening to decide not become one whenever he was badgered, resulting him getting his space on the issue.

However, he was swayed by a simple dinner, involving members of the Naras, Akimichis, and Yamanakas. Just like any a typical family gathering, stories were shared amongst the people who attended. Reizo, who was in attendance, heard many of them. One particular story, however, was Team 10's famous stand against two Akatsuki members, especially Shikamaru's part in the event. Inspired by this story, Reizo entered the academy the following enrollment period, hoping to be able to tell his own great story at such gatherings.

The first half of his first year went by rather smoothly, with Reizo merely surprising his teachers with his good grades on test and quizzes. However, during the second half of the year, he suffered a freak accident during a spar that took place on the Academy's grounds. During the spar, he tried to attack his opponent, only to attack a log. This left him open to be tackled as his knee, resulting in torn ligament in his knee. After taken to the hospital, he had it repaired, but was forced to withdraw from the academy to rehab the surgically repaired joint.

After a year of rehab, he re-enrolled into the Ninja Academy. He was very nervous about his knee, not quite trusting it. This left him extremely limited in hand-to-hand combat. However, as weeks passed, he was eventually able to bring himself up to speed and regain the form he was in prior to the freak accident. He improved steadily during his time at the academy, leading him to eventually graduate near the top of his class. However, due to the odd number of students in his graduating class (e.g., amount not divisible by three), he asked the instructors to hold off on assigning him to a team. When asked why, he stated that he wanted to be on a team with members of the clans that his own clan held close their hearts. He now spends his time doing missions while awaiting for the oppurtunity to be a part of another version of Team 10.

RP Sample: Foot steps of saddles bounce off the ground sounding like claps hitting angst the rocky ground. His stride was long. His steps were slow and graceful. His shadow drugged be hide him as it stalked him. The Poison Gas Crevice was covered in a large mist. The Star village climate was nice and cool . The time was very early leaving Cut the only one out there. An old wise man once told Cut the early bird gets the worm. Cut being only 18 and still young to the world thought the old man was just reciting old sayings that they never grew tired of. Genrei on the other had advised Cut to think other wise; there was a reason why the old man told him that. Cut took it as he didn’t have to wait or be cowered by large amounts of people if he came early.

Cut hazel skin’s was protected by the sleeves of a long black shirt from the cold climate in the Star. Black hair that falls to his shoulders in dreads hung loose on his shoulders and back. His uniform consists of a long black shirt; he wasn’t wearing his sleeveless white jacket but he did have black plants tucked into dark brown boots. On his hip was one of the finest swords made. On his waist set two revolvers with long barrels. On the opposite side was a smaller revolter. Over Cut's face was a gas mask shielding him from the toxins.The gas mask covered Cut's face and had a range finder in his right eye.

Cut noticed strings that Star ninja used to enter and exited the village. The strings was thin metal zip lines. Cut eye balled the zip line. This was his way of entering the village.

Cut looked around to see if he seen any other shinobi. He assumed that the star ninja had someone scouting the villlage due to their Meteor. But Cut wasn't here for their
Meteor he had something els planned for the star village.

Cut used his range finder to look around. He was looking to see if he was being watched be for he lauched him self on one of those zip lines.

Waaay reduce the amount of kunai, shuriken etc. that you have. Unless you had some sort of storage method, just sixty shuriken alone would be much to cumbersome to carry. I'd also like the description on the toxin notes expanded, specifically the details regarding how it confuses the victim's senses and reflexes.
