Appearance:
Chi has midnight black hair, with medium strands in wavy, uncombed fashion, his eyes are light grey and there is sadness in them from missing his kinsmen. He also has pinky, pale skin which is accustomed to the land of irons snow and cloudiness so he will burn easily as his skin is not used to the sun. He has a blood red scar running down the left side of his back after a training “accident”. He appears older than 14 being 5ft 10¨. He has a muscular and what looks like a much older boys body after hours of training with his father before he got to Konoha. He is 11 stone, from his large amount of muscle and thick bones. His diet consists of numerous healthy fruits and a balanced diet as upkeep for his powerful physique, and his stature is similar to that of a samurai, which isn’t surprising, considering his origin and upbringing. But unlike a samurai he was unusually tall. In the land of iron, he disliked wearing the samurai armor because it was unfitting to his stature, and they couldn’t find anything light enough in his size, and so he wore the civilian clothing.
Chi wears fully black clothing; a dark black jacket with a hood he often puts up, a plain black shirt, and black trousers, tailored to fit him exactly, although he still wears black bandages tied around them to prevent any speed loss. The brightest thing about his clothing is the pendant around his neck, a leaving present from his mother, which is bright silver with his families emblem, she said that it would bring him good luck in his new life.

Personality:
Chiba smiles often but does not laugh. People find this strange because he comes across as a happy person. Chi will often talk to him self for comfort. He has a relatively high IQ of 140 this is good because he finds that he can get good marks in tests and he is tactually aware. He is kind heart and will help out anyone in need. He did not like being a samurai because he was picked on for being taller unusually tall for a samurai. He also hated the amour because they were not built to fit him. He is the first samurai in his family to go to Konoha to be a ninja. He used to be told in the land of Iron that the was to merciful and he could easily do damage but never finish his opponents off. He was also the first samurai ever in his family to incorporate ninja techniques in his fighting style.
He has a brilliant stamina and is able to run or fight for hours on end. Because of his stamina he will often train in his free time and if not that he will be messing about with his friends or reading. He hates genjutsu and thinks it is pointless. He stops concentrating the moment the lesson on it starts. He can quite often be mischievous and will play pranks and muck about only when no one else is around. He never wants to hurt anyone but will if he has to or his friends are hurt. He can also be very quick to anger and when he gets really furious he is not afraid to hurt anyone that has given him a reason to. He has an annoying habit to be prone to gaining weight and will become unfit if he does not train and exercise often. This is the main reason he will train for hours everyday.

He is a close quarters type fighter but will use shuriken to attack from a distance if the enemy is to powerful or as a sneak attack. He will only use kunai for close quarters. And use shuriken and jutsus only for long ranged. He prefers bladed weaponry and will almost always use it. The only time he will not is if he is not allowed to or they are broken and if they are that is his main weakness. He will use jutsus alot though.

THE BACKGROUND.

History:
Chiba was born and raised in the land of Iron. where his father was a high ranking official of the samurai. He was born on the tenth of October. As a baby he was sick as he was born prematurely. This meant that he had a bad start and as most samurai boys start training at 4 he started at 6. He got off to an amazing start when he did he was good for his age at brawling as his father had taught him the ropes and he was able to learn chakra techniques at an age of 9 which is great for a samurai. He left the village at the age of 11 because the village elders recommended that it would be good for him to be a ninja rather that a samurai. At first he did not want to go because he had heard stories about the ninja, but after a few weeks he soon realized he should go. He had a loving mother and father which made up for the fact he would be picked on by the older kids in his school. He was not liked by many of the people in the land of iron from the pranks he played and he did not really fit in but he never really understood why.

When he left the village as if to prove him self of his bravery he requested to go to Konoha by him self. This took him 3 weeks as he was not able to run as fast as the ninja. In the woods he learnt to track animals and find food but he enjoyed it because with out anyone there watching him he could do what ever he wanted. He made numerous hideouts from trees and bushes and after that he felt like he had learned to survive better in the woods which he thought might aid him on missions. In his time in the woods he got to work on the power of his jutsus and with out any other training before by the end of the time he could almost uproot a tree with his gale wind palm and heavily damage wood with his electromagnetic murder.

When he got to Konoha the village had already been told about his arrival so they sent a genin to show him to his apartment. He went to the academy 1 week after he arrived which meant he got lost often because he had not taken time to learn about his new surroundings. At first the people were mot used to land of iron kids and he was sometimes mistreated or excluded but after a while he started making lots of friends and got into the main gang. This was when he started to concentrate more and he started doing better in class. He was also doing well in blades and ninjutsu and pretty good at ninjutsu. The one thing he could not grasp was genjutsu to him that was pointless. He got to be friends with a Nara and was liked by his father and the father had told him that if he ever wanted a new place live he could come and be with them for a short while. At first the teachers doubted him and thought he did not have any potential but he proved them wrong and he shortly got stuck in and after a year had past he looked like he had a good future as a ninja.

Roleplay Sample:
Chi awoke early tired and ravenous to the sound of birds chirping, he had only had four hours of sleep but he was used to that. As he lay there staring into space he could feel the ice cold metal of his necklace pressing deep into his skin. The smell of freshly baked bread wafted through his open window on the breeze. He stood up and looked around him. He through on the usual a panther black jacket with his families crest on over his plain black shirt. He sprinted out of his room and attacked the first thing he saw. Toast. Chomping it down like a wild beast. “Should I go on a run before academy?” He asked himself. He decided to as he slipped on his trainers and got going. He decided on running to the training field and doing something there. He headed in that direction. IOn his way he passed Ichiraku and waved to the owners preparing a steaming bowl of ramen for their first customer. “Hello!” He called to the builders working on an extension for BBQ. He reached his destination. Chi decided to start of practicing kicks and punches. So he went up to a tree and went mad. “1,2,3...97,98,99,100” The same again. “1,2,3...97,98,99,100” Next he decided to do sit ups and press ups. He left the training field sweaty and breathless. And not a moment to soon the class was about to start, he sprinted in the direction of the academy. He arrived 3 minuets late.

“Sorry sir.” Chi said, as he found his seat. “ Now since you are all here we will have a test. One written, one practical.” The teacher barked. Most of the class moaned in frustration as the teacher handed out the sheets. The sheet was simple 20 questions of simple questions. Chi flew through it but only question 17 was hard and it took him a few minuets to figure it out. “Hey Chi,” his best friend whispered. “Yeah.” He answered. “Do you want to come into town with us later?`’ His friend asked. "Sure after this.” For Chi the test seemed to go on for ever, the seconds dragged by and he started wishing he did not know it all already. To make up for time he decided to see of he could work on his cloning. "Sir can I go to the toilet?" He asked. The teacher nodded chi silently went out. He tiptoed along the hall way and whispered. "Bunshin no Jutsu." There was aloud and angry cough. "What do you think you are doing mister Kuroda." The teacher asked. " Just going back to class." Chi replied. As he was marched back to class.
“Next!” the teacher bellowed. “You shall be fighting a clone of me, it will only be a fraction of my power but it will still be hard to beat. Some of the class looked ahead in horror. Chi was to be the seventh fighter and his fight soon came. The clone sent to fast punches and he evaded three of them but the fourth caught him off guard, he went sprawling back. He got up quickly and retorted with a series of kicks and punches to the stomach and head as the clone went flying from his hardest punch Chi had ever done. Chi thought of something. He did a gale palm which added extreme velocity to the clone and it hit the wall with a sickening crack. As the clone lay there in a daze chi uppercutted him to the jaw, which at first seemed like a good idea but then everything went horribly wrong. The pain from the punch re-awoken the clone and it sent a fury fueled punch Chi’s way. Chi tried to evade but could not, it caught him right in the stomach which made Chi double over in pain. The clone came with a smashing axe kick down on his back but Chi rolled away in the nick of time. He spun around on the floor tripping him up which sent the clone spinning along the ground. He quickly sent an axe kick down on the clones solar plexus. The clone stopped. He tried to get up but Chi was on him spearing him and making sure he could not get up. He jumped back landed lightly an the balls of his feet. Chi decided to quickly finish it, he sent an electromagnetic murder towards the clone hoping to stun the clone but it hit his temple, It may have only been a c-rank jutsu but anything is fatal to the temple. The clone’s body went into spasms and Chi released his Kakkou and drove it deep into the clones windpipe. The clone exploded into dust. “Well done mister Kuroda.” The teacher shouted. Chi smiled at him and then the earth seemed to rush up towards him and he blacked out.

Beep, beep, beep was all Chi could hear. He looked around him and recognized Konoha hospital’s children’s ward. “Rise and shine.” A young nurse said. “Excuse me but why am I here?” Chi asked. “Well after the fight you blacked out, this is because you were running low on blood you see when...” The nurse said. “ Ok spare me the lecture just tell me what is wrong.” He interrupted. The nurse looking a little surprised at the way she was being treated finally said. “ You are bleeding internally after the punches to your gut and your collar bone is fractured, is there anything I can get you by the way?”
“Actually yes one pork and chicken ramen please.” Chi told her. “ Ok it will be five minuets.” The nurse told him. She hurried off to put in his request. Slumping back Chi smiled to him self. He left three days later. “Don’t do anything to strenuous,” the doctor had told him. He laughed remembering that as he sprinted off towards the training field.

You don't have taijutsu as specialty so remove them all and replace them with weaponry since you did put weaponry as specialty. Other than that it's good.
