Appearance: Shai seems to be an ordinary snowy pigeon of little size and chakra at her current rank, Shai is around 13-14 inches in length and 10-11 inches in height. Her feather's are pure white while her feet and beak are a raw yellow colour
Personality
probably one of the nicest summonings other than the legendary slug katsuya, She seem's to appear timid and shy never really speaking much tho she is capable of doing so, Kind to her contractor speaking to him or her with respect. If disrespected Shai can become angered and lash out verbally or physically (WILL BE ADAPTED THROUGH RP)

To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

Sorry but for now keep your Pigeon at C rank. It can not grow into a higher level, at least for now. If you want the increase then you will have to ask an Admin if its legal to do. For now keep it at C rank.

Take out all jutsu that is higher then C rank

She needs a set measurement of how tall she is, as well as more detail in appearance and personality.

Basicly Everything needs to be worked on.

I REALLY do not like that this pidgeon has a fire affinity, especially since a pidgeon wouldn't have such an affinity and considering its not the same as your element.
