The sealed jutsu must be attached to something else in the seal, this means that the sealed jutsu must be weaponry jutsu or some jutsu that can be used on a weapon. The chakra cost of the sealed jutsu is used during the sealing and is not taken from Zilva’s chakra pool during the unsealing. When the weapon is unsealed, the jutsu automatically activates along with it being unsealed.

The activated seal immediately gains a considerable amount of weight that changes depending on the rank the seal is used. This wrecks the targets balance and speed depending on where it is placed.

This wall causes electrical burns and pain if it is passed through and completely stops projectiles. The wall is not invisible, but it is somewhat difficult to see without giving it a few looks. The wall is characterized by the static that pulsates from the seal. The wall can be destroyed by something that would attract the lightning away or if the seal is destroyed. At  C-rank, the wall is 5x5 feet and it increases by 5x5 every rank it goes up with the exception of S-rank which is 50x50.

[b]Description:[/b] The seal of binding is a difficult seal to pull off but a very effective one non the less. The seal has two ways of being used. The first way is to actually make contact with an opponent and place the seal on them manually. The second way is to place the seal and get the target to make contact with it. If the target does, the seal is transfered onto them. The seal stays on the target until it is activated. When it is activated, the target is binded in place and is unable to move for a post.

[b]Description:[/b] Using this justsu Zilva is able to unseal multiple weapons all consecutively in order to attack with them without letting up. When the jutsu is used, Zilva whirls her scarf around her and then unseals one weapon. While she attacks with the first weapon she can unseal a second and then another without going back and releasing another seal. This is done by setting a ‘timer’ on the seal and then it releasing when the time is up. Using foresight, this jutsu can give the appearance of spontaneous unsealing without the users interference. The amount of weapons that can be unsealed increases with rank, starting at 3 for C-rank and then increasing by 1 every letter rank. If a weapon is in a set, the weapon counts as 1 unseal.
