Special Abilities: Short and straight, this blade takes a similar form of a katana, but without the curvature in the blade. However even with it's same looking features of an ordinary Ninjato Hanzo's swords has the special ability of chakra conducting. When wielded by Hanzo a light current of his chakra is absorbed to his blade thus giving it the ability to take form of his Raiton chakra. When comes into contact with anything physically it reacts the absorbed chakra instantly granting it's piercing and sharp edge to slash and puncture armor and weapons C-Rank and below like butter.

This would have to be denied because on your application your Kunai Spear is classified as A-rank, and being a Jonin you are only able to wield one A-rank weapon. I suggest downgrading it to B-rank in terms of rank and special abilities.

Because it's B-rank I would request that it only conducts one chakra nature.

Another Option:

I can remove Kunai Spear from your app and replace it with this weapon (A-rank) if you wish.
