THE INFO.

Name: Keisuke Mikazuki Noroi
Nickname: Getsumen Akumu (Lunar Nightmare)

Appearance: Starting at the top, Keisuke can always be found wearing a face mask made of black bandages, covering everything from his nose down. They do not stop at his neckline, but rather continue onward down to his abdominal area, where they stop abruptly. Farther north, his piercing gold eyes leer out from beneath dark black hair, deep indigo highlights visable only at eye level. Over his left eye, a four inch scar runs vertically over his eyelid, showing the remnants of a battle for his life long ago. From his shoulders hangs a black leather trenchcoat, its backside cut up the middle to about hip level, allowing the two 'tails' to sway in the seemingly ever present breeze. Black pants, two shuriken pouches strapped tightly to the left leg, fill in the rest of his upper attire. Farther south, starting at his ankles, Anbu edition sandals finish off his clothing.

From his back hangs his blade, Suigetsu, held in place by a red sash. This red cloth loops around and also acts as a muffler for the Lunar Nightmare. On his right side rests his trusty blade Masamune, his second and more favored blade.

Personality:Cold: Due to the many betrayals he has experienced, Keisuke keeps people at arms reach. This is acheived through the complete and utter hatred he throws at people, even going as far as to threaten other peoples life for simply attempting communication. If one were lucky enough to actually strike up a conversation with him, they would receive an icy glare, a monotonous voice, and a general uncaring attitude. When spoken to by him, one would experience the extreme lack of caring he has towards others and their feelings, stepping over personal boundaries without concern.

Calm: Ever silent, Keisuke always remains calm, even in the thick of battle. As such trying to play mind games will not work, and trying to do so will simply anger him and cause physical retaliation. With this calm comes the ability to calculate in a devious manor, almost always playing with his "prey" if they are considerably weaker then him. Do not mistake, he takes no chances by doing so. Keisuke simply cuts down his opponents slower then he would with others on his level, going for areas that will make movement difficult or even impossible instead of outright kill shots.

Anger: When angered, Keisuke has been known to actually desecrate his enemies bodies as a message to their comrades; The message being not to cross him. If one were stupid enough to inspire his wrath they could expect nothing less then a tortuously painful, but quick death. The only way to be spared from such a fate is to either avoid him altogether, or pray and beg for his forgiveness, but even then it is unlikely.

Combat Style: CQC/Swordsplay. Keisuke prefers to be up close and personal with an opponent. This stems from his love of swordplay and his wish to live up to his fathers legend. When not fighting with a weapon he uses his superior speed and strength to decimate all who oppose him. At medium range he uses some ninjutsu, usually using the chain attached to Masamune to extend his range. Under normal circumstances a short range specialist would be at a disadvantage at long range. This, however, does not apply to Keisuke as he uses his superior speed to close the gap while launching volleys of shuriken as a distraction. That being said he is highly adaptable to most situations.

Unfortunately for him he lacks the knowledge on how to be subtle while in combat, ignoring stealth and most other trademark styles used by other ninja's. This stems from one of his few opinions; that stealth is used by the weak, and as such he refuses to use it.

THE BACKGROUND.

History: Born into a small family, Keisuke grew up in a sombre and rather uptight atmosphere. His father, Kenshin, was an Anbu member and a kenjutsu master, constantly on missions where his return was extremely uncertain. When he was around Kenshin was silent as the grave, only speaking when spoken to and always in short monotonous utterances. If Keisuke were to ask him about his life as a shinobi, he would receive a death filled gaze and a cold voice filled with malice, almost as if he was the cause for the horrors his father had seen and experienced. Akane, Keisuke's mother, was a very neutral women and a stay at home mom, neither happy nor depressed over her husbands attitude towards their only son. When approached with a question or comment by her son, Akane would simply answer with very little emotion, speaking what she thought seemingly without care for the harm her words might cause. this caused Keisuke to grow up rather quickly, his maturity evening out into that of an adult by the time he nine. Because of this he had no friends, his attention turned to the books his father gave him in case he decided to become a ninja.

Once old enough, Keisuke enrolled in the academy, his parents seemingly uncaring an overall unsupportive. At first Keisuke found it thrilling to be in the ninja school, surrounded by other children, learning how to become a ninja. But that soon wore off, his interest dulled as he realized they were teaching him the same thing he had read years before, only teaching him basic chakra control once a week. If nothing else he excelled at sparring, something that had kicked off in his second year. He was the top of his class in no time, absorbing any and all taijutsu techniques thrown his way. Before long he found himself unbeatable in close quarters, only being able to spar with his teachers due to his brutal combat style that caused the hospitalization of other children. One after returning home he found his father waiting. He was thrown a kendo stick and told to defend himself seconds before Kenshin launched at him. After a humiliating and painful defeat he was told that he would be mentored until he could land at least twenty hits. Excited yet dreading the new revelation, Keisuke spent the next two years studying, learning standard academy jutsu, and attempting to defeat his father.

Once he graduated from the Academy he was put on a three man team with two other shinobi, both of which were well under the average scores upon graduating. Months passed, Keisuke gaining skill enough that he actually managed to impress his father, at which time he was given a standard ninjato, something Keisuke appreciated but also thought was too small. Another couple months passed, in which something that caused his hatred towards his village happened. His teem and their sensei were told to go on a scouting mission for bandits at the edge of their territory, something very unusual for a Genin team. Once they arrived at the border they were attacked, ambushed a band of rogue shinobi. These ninja were B-rank, much to powerful for the genin and too large in number for the Jounin to handle. They fought valiantly, killing a couple with teamwork before they heard a cry. it was their Jounin sensei, he had been killed by the leader of the Nuku-nins group. Then the truth was spilled as the leader, self confident in utter victory, started rambling on about how the village had done it to prevent the killing of innocent villagers by his band. This shocked them all to their core, the village had sent them on a suicide mission? It sent Keisuke reeling, literally. He turned tail and ran, ran as fast as he could while trying to drown out the sounds of his comrades dying behind him.

After what seemed like hours he noticed he was in familiar territory, he was less then fifteen minutes from his village. Slowing considerably he noticed his breath, or lack there of, and stopped a moment. This was a bad move, as almost instantaneously he was sent skidding across the ground. One of the rogues had followed him, hoping he would stop just as he did, and sent him reeling. Now sprawled on his back, Keisuke looked up as his attacker approached, fingering the hilt of his ninjato hidden beneath his jacket. Just as the other nin leaped he made his move, slamming his sword upward whilst his eyes closed in blind hope. A splash of liquid across his face later, the ninja was dead, the blade having pierced his heart. Kicking the now dead nin off he ran off towards the village, his bloodstained face contorted in fear and confusion. Once back in the confines of the village he was brought to interrogation, purposely hiding the fact that he knew it was a setup and acting like the victim he halfway was. He lied, making up a huge story where he killed many enemies while protecting his allies to the end, his sensei leading his charge. Based on this he was allowed back into active service, where he continued to grow strong while creating plans plans for his future outside of the village. During this time he was granted limited freedom to hunt low level defectors and Nuke-Nin.

One day, just after returning from cashing in on a particularly deadly shinobi, he returned to his home to find his father lying on his floor and bleeding to death, a stab wound visible on his upper chest. Dropping everything flew over to his fathers side, trying to figure out a way to help him. Upon mentioning the hospital his near dead father grasped his shirt tightly, persistently insisting that it would do no good. Just before his death Kenshin told Keisuke two things. He bequeathed his own blade, Suigetsu to him, and told him something that shook him to his very core. His father had been assassinated by own anbu after he learned of and questioned the Raikage about his sons planned, and failed, political killing. It was at that point that Keisuke changed. He had always been quiet and rather unfriendly, but it was then that he developed his unmerciful and world hating attitude. After reporting the murder and once again feigning innocence he spent almost a month trying comfort his mother Akane. Sadly, the pain was too much and she died in her sleep less then a year later. This was when the first stage of his plan activated.

Once he learned a couple powerful jutsu he asked to take on a bounty hunt, which was approved. It was then that he defected, making sure the village knew it by killing any ninja sent after him. Due to his low rank and the knowledge he may possess that would hurt Kumo he was branded a lowly C-Rank Nuke-Nin, something that didn't bother Keisuke in the slightest. Now he travels, searching for new techniques. His current destination; The land of water.

Nickname: Hei

Species: Arctic Wolf (Rare/Endangered)
Appearance: Silver, a common color among wolves, is the main color of Heisoku's coat, white as pure as snow covering the expense of her undercarriage. Curiously, Heisoku's fur is also marred by numerous, tail-to-snout markings almost identical in style to that of Suigetsu. The main difference being that of color, said "tattoos" range from a flat sterling silver to a midnight black, the latter of the two appearing only at the base of her multi-shade ears. Two tails protrude from her rear, the genetic mutation being of no hindrance and amplifying her fierce visage. Golden eyes, a rarity for any species, gaze out from under arched brows, completing her ensemble.

Personality: Heisoku is much like her master in many ways.

Serious: Like most wolves, Heisoku holds a certain air about her that suggests a serious and non-playful attitude. This can be easily seen in her body language and her surprisingly expressive facial features. It is likely that this nature stems from being a loner. While with Keisuke she adopts a rather docile and dormant disposition unless otherwise aggravated or provoked.

Aggressive: When thinking of a wolf, most people immediately think of two things; Unrelenting ferocity and untamed beauty. Heisoku is no exception, her untamed spirit and wild disposition surpassing the stereotypical boundaries people place on most animals while retaining her unearthly grace. In battle her fury knows no bounds, driving fear into her enemies hearts moments before her fangs and claws do the same.

Loyal: Like most species belonging to the Canidae family, Heisoku is loyal to a fault. Immensely intelligent and hard to fool, earning her trust is difficult at easiest and nigh impossible at the worst. Once earned, however, she will follow her trustee to the ends of the earth. Putting her life on the line for said person is instinctive, almost as if they themselves were within her "pack".

Smart: Despite being a wolf, Heisoku is incredibly intelligent. Not only does she understand human speech but can also follow orders given to her to a T, regardless of how complicated. Able to respond via various humanoid responses (Nodding, head shake, cocked head), communication is no problem for her superior mind.

Due to your ranking, this B-rank jutsu will have to be edited. Because your speciality is just taijutsu and kenjutsu, there cannot be a mixture of ninjutsu within it. So either edit it so you have the ninjutsu removed or remove the jutsu completely.

This is, again, another issue dealing with specialities and ranking. Due to your character not having ninjutsu and being at this rank, he cannot wield these ninjutsu tech so either edit your specialities or remove the following jutsu.

-There is that ninjutsu that you still possess. Your speciality is still Taijutsu and Kenjutsu and because of that restriction of C-rank shinobi, you have to have just kenjutsu and taijutsu.

-One thing I saw was the second blade you have, Masamune. In terms of special abilities, chakra absorption is closer to B-rank and up. The additional things that you added to your appearance with the blade is fine just that chakra absorption is unavailable at the moment so please edit that.
