A White light shone into the tiny eyes of a baby. He was at the hospital and just came out of his mother. The lights were bright, and noises were faint and blotchy. The newborn baby was crying its head off as he rested in his mother’s arms. Both the parents smiled to him and discussed a name. His young baby and toddler years went by fast. Bye age one, he was walking and near the age 2 mark, he was talking, not like an adult, but he could get words out and signify what he wanted. Age 3 was full of excitement for him though. He went to explore the village more during this one year of birth than we would do for a long time to come. Kazuuhiko would constantly leave his home and wonder round, usually heading In the direction of the academy. He would also wonder into an 'Adult only' building and watch until the bouncer or one of the other employees found him.

Age 4 took a turn in his life. After months of packing, which he had no idea what was going on. During those months, he would get into boxes to play around and hide. His parents would find and take him out and explain why he can't be getting into them. Anyways, during this year of life, the little toddler and his family moved to the south to the great nation of Konohagakure no Sato. The reason was never really made known to the boy about why they moved to the other side of the world, but it didn’t matter much. The rest of this year was spent getting use to the new village and his parents getting used to their new jobs. At age five he showed signs of wanting a pet, something for him to spend time with. Kazuu wasn’t too friendly with the other children around him. The parents always thought he was lying when he said the kids were making fun of him, he wasn’t. They were cruel, especially for little kids. Older kids did around the same, but he never told on them.

For his 6th birthday, his family got him a pet turtle; from there on he called it Kame. The boy had a lot of great times with Kame, they hung out in the yard, played games that usually two little kids would play, and many more, he loved that turtle. Eventually, it got big enough for him to ride around, and he did, mostly around the village. By this point in time, Kazuu was 8 and ready to join the ninja academy at konohagakure. His parents took him down to the academy and registered the boy for the upcoming semester.

The first day of the rest of his life was a difficult one. Kazuu brought in his turtle or rather rode in on it. The boy didn’t want to separate from his turtle at all; he was being rather clingy to the animal. The teacher pleaded and argued with him for a good part of the morning until he gave, the turtle could stay. After that, the rest of the school year was relatively quiet between the teacher and himself. However, there were moments where the other kids would pick on him and his turtle, for no real reason other than he didn’t like to be away from it. The other kids called him “Baby” and “Turtle Lover” the last one was true, he liked turtles and other animals. It was here when the genin really started to stay away from people and stay with animals.

The second year was about the same, he argued with the teacher to keep kame in class, he gets made fun while he learns. During this year, he found that learning about ninjutsu was intriguing and fun. The boy enjoyed the many possibilities that could come from the ninja arts. He also took a liking to the element Lightning. It was fast, looks cool, and could strike fear into the hearts of people. Though he can't just learn the lightning just because one would want to, due to it being explained in the text and other stuff.

The third year was a little more calm, but the hatred was already seeded in his heart. The people around him treated him like nothing, as if he wasn't worth while. The boy kept to himself, and studied more and more about ninjutsu, the elements and other subjects relating to the ninja arts. Other than that the year was finally over, and he went on his way to spend the summer around animals and such.

The rest of his academy life was around the same as the first few years. The insults he got varied from day to day, his attention pertaining to taijutsu and genjutsu dwindled, his turtle grew bigger and bigger, making the boy liking his turtle more and more, so as he grew, he could still ride his pet around. Eventually he graduated, passing his ninjutsu portion his test with flying colors, the other two subjects were around average.
