Clan Name: The Ichushiro Clan
Clan Location: Currently Suna though the kkg itself predates the shinobi villages and is not Suna specific
Clan Traits: The Ichushiro Clan or rather its only known member are noted as keen sealer/s. Due to the nature of their kkg they are innately linked to the speciality and must incorporate it as one of their specs. As result of hours spent in study of the preferred art they tend to be less physically robust then others and shy away from the more physical specs. It is very unlikely any would take taijutsu, kenjutsu or weaponry as a speciality.
Kekkei Genkai: The Inner Seal – With the aid of his former master Howl like the great sage’s other disciples was able to unravel the secrets of his affinity to Fuuinjutsu and awaken something sealed dormant within him. With his instruction and guidance Howl unlocked the secrets locked inside his genetic structure and became aware of the unique nature of his chakra network that was his kkg. Though he was not aware of it for a great while when he finally learnt of it and more importantly how to use he realised this bloodline trait has evolved a naturally attuned seal overlaying his entire chakra network which he dubbed the inner seal. Not only does it allow the user to recall any seal he has ever seen or used but grants him an innate understanding of seals and their application. Howl knows how to draw and create seals as naturally as others breathe. In time he learned to harness them with unmatched ease as well as use them in ways not conceived possible and even to sense seals about them. Finally it allows the owner to have direct control over their network in a way not normally possible. Ichushiro clan members have the following traits as a result:
Chakra Efficient Sealers – The Takashi clan has a deep understanding of seals and unparalleled incite into their construction allows its members to use them with the minimum of wasted chakra. They understand the chakra flowing within seals innately and instinctively know just how much is needed to create a seal. The chakra cost of all Fuuinjutsu techniques used by them is counted as one rank lower then the stated rank
Sealed Chakra System – While it doesn’t manifest itself physically the inner seal has a profound affect on the user‘s chakra system allowing the user to control it as though it were one highly complicated seal. Not only does this give them highly advanced chakra control but allows Ichushiro clan members to close or open tenketsu points at will or seal off individuals parts of their network from the whole. This makes it very hard for others to damage, poison, corrode or cut off their chakra supply or else directly affect their chakra coils. As such they are highly resistant to any attack on their chakra system.
A Rank or higher users have such control over their chakra network and its flow that they can reduce the amount of manipulation needed to perform jutsu. As such they can reduce the necessary handseals in half, this makes them appear twice as fast with their handseals but the truth is the simply need to expend less effort and time to achieve the same result. It is said that S Rank users can perform the needed handsigns so fast that many lower rank Nin cant even see them
Seal Sense – Ichushiro Clan members can detect any active seals within 25m of themselves. In addition they can in most cases recognise and unravel the seals purpose by concentrating on it though they can not do so for seals above their own rank.
Secret Clan Jutsu:
Please note the following Fuuinjutsu have no genetic requirement to use, unlike the Nara or Yamanaka, and technically could be used by non clan members however the very high level of innate understanding needed to use them effectively makes it close to impossible for non clan members to utilise them in a controlled setting let alone in battle.

Description: After forming a seal requiring physical contact it is possible to project that seal by means of this technique. The user need only form the technique, focus chakra in to any hand and manipulate it accordingly. A blue ghost like hand will form over their own bearing the seals mark on its palm. With a surge of charka this can be sent shooting off at high speeds towards a target. A certain amount of control over the flying hand can be exerted making it harder to dodge then one might imagine. Should contact be made the seal will activate as if user has touched the target himself. This cost a C Ranks worth of chakra in addition to the seals base cost

Description: Seal clones are material clones that operate much like water clones in that do not have a separate chakra supply or retain memory and must operate close to the user. There is one key difference in that such clones have a seal in their centre and when disrupted this seal is activated as if the user themselves applied to the target. Seal clones costs a c rank of chakra in addition to the cost of the seal itself. Should the clones be dispersed at range the seals are potentially recoverable to be reused at not additional cost by their creator
Name: Sanbou Kyuukai - Three Buddhist Treasures Vacuum Destruction

Description: Requiring 3 hand seals to perform and ending with the horse seal this technique creates 3 small seals in triangular formation set 3 foot apart from each other 1 m in front of the user. A foot behind a 2m wide swirling vortex will form between the seals and the user. The effect of this seal is to suck up with great force all the surrounding objects, items and materials like a vacuum through the triangular space and into the vortex where upon they are broken down into nothingness. This technique can suck up anything within 30m of the target that is not firmly rooted to the ground, such as trees etc
Name: Charka Immolation Seal

Description: Requiring 5 hand signs to perform the chakra immolation is another touch based seal with horrifying effects. Should a person be struck by this seal it will have the unfortunate effect of causing the stricken individuals localised chakra network to spontaneously combust causing immense internal damage and destroying the chakra coils within. Should it be allowed to spread through the system the resulting chain reaction will invariably kill the victim. Fortunately every chakra network has an internal defence system which will automatically react to the use of this seal by closing the nearest primary tenketsu point isolating attack and limiting the damage caused. Any limb struck so will effectively seize to be usable and will be unable to mould chakra and a direct hit to the chest or head is almost certainly fatal. This technique is incredibly effective when used on an individual who is gating should it manage to hit as the immense amount of chakra released in gating makes it impossible to seal ones tenketsu points effectively allowing its effects to spread throughout the victims chakra network

Description: This technique was created by Howl Ichushiro to test the limits and his mastery of the art form. The Divine Judgement: 8 Gate Deconstruction Seal is among the most complicated and powerful seals ever devised. It was inspired after observing another Nin of gret power centuries ago who used gating in battle to great affect. He observed first hand the vast amount of chakra it unleashed and the damaging effects it had even on the elite Nin's well trained and experienced body. He devised a sealing technique that exploited it but it was far too complicated and time consuming too be combat effective. To correct the issue he designed an ever more complicated seal that replicated the convoluted and lengthy sealing process needed allowing the techniques to be performed in a fraction of the time. The sealing technique takes the form of a large complex seal arrangement tattooed over the user’s arm. It takes over 24 hours to apply to a person and requires an unparalleled understanding of seals and chakra manipulation. Failed or disrupted attempts to apply it can cause immense pain, personal injury or even permanently burn out the user’s chakra coils. Due to the high strains placed on it every time the following technique is used this seal will fade until it finally disappears the 10th time at which point it will need to be reapplied to use the following technique again. The seal in itself does nothing but can be used to perform the following sealing technique in a fraction of the time they would usually require:
Name: Divine Judgement: 8 Gate Release Immolation Sealing Technique (aka the living bomb technique)

Description: This seal requires a Divine Judgement: 8 Gate Deconstruction Seal to user effectively. It incorporates no less then 28 lesser seals within it, each with a defined role, whose combined result is far more then a sum of its individual parts. Its is heinously complicated in theory but is in practise simple to use thanks to the Divine Judgement: 8 Gate Deconstruction Seal effectively doing all the mind boggling manipulation needed for this technique. All the user needs to do is simply focus an immense amount of charka (equivalent to S ranks worth) into the seal at a steady rate over the course of one post to activate it. To an outside observer the individuals arm starts to glow in a bright golden hue as chakra appears to dance across his skin, for those who can see the flow of chakra the sight is truly astonishing with each individual strand being a tiny seal flowing in a breathtaking and unreal fashion. However their amazement soon fade as after activated the seal will form and the shining aura will turn blood red and radiate raw power. The user has 5 turns after activation to strike his opponent within the sealed arm before the chakra recedes. Holding it any longer will risk damaging the user’s own chakra network, potentially permanently. This technique combines a chakra immolation seal with a far more intricate series of seals with truly explosive effects that have one unfortunate purpose, to forcibly open all 8 of a persons internal chakra gates instantly. Gating even at lower levels takes extensive specialist training to endure and should be opened in stages to allow ones body to cope with the forces and pressure unleashed. In forcibly opening all 8 gates the toll on the body of the seal’s victim is unprecedented. The resultant chakra surge will instantly warp the victim’s chakra coils making further chakra manipulation impossible as well as causing unbelievable physical and mental pain as their chakra network is forcibly expanded beyond their natural limits, causing extensive internal injury. Unfortunately the worse is yet to come for the immolation seal has yet to activate. The user will do so remotely when at a safe distance and with horrific results. Under normal circumstances an immolation seal is stopped in its path with the victims chakra network sealing the nearest main tenketsu point to mitigate damage and stop its spread. However thanks to opening all the internal gats the chakra unleashed is so great that every tenketsu point is at bursting point, unable to seal itself, allowing for the immolation seals affects to spread throughout the victims chakra network. If the Nin in question is not on their knees before they will be now as their chakra system goes into critical mass and attacks the body directly melting their flesh from their bones. Superheated chakra will melt their eyes in seconds and pour out of the mouth and through there now empty eye sockets like beams of light. There skin will crack revealing a whirling vortex of chakra beneath. The screams of the victim and the eyrie light coming from them are all the warning those nearby will receive as a moment later then chakra within hits critical mass and explodes. The resulting explosion is unleashed as a sphere like wave of raw concentrate chakra reducing everything in the nearby vicinity to ash. The radius of the blast is dependant on the victim’s chakra reserves and is as follows:
Civilians: No blast
D Rank or Lower: 1m blast radius
C Rank: 3 m blast radius
B Rank: 10m blast radius
A Rank: 20m blast radius
S Rank: 30m blast radius
History: Very little is known about the Ichushiro Clan. The present is Kazekage is its only living member of the clan and which itself is a relatively recent arrival to Suna. According to what little is known it originates from the western part of the wind country where the Ichushiro clan has it holdings. It is hard to say with any certainty since the official clan history is not open for public viewing and ownership in that area has always been murky. The official line on it is that they are an honourable clan of sealing specialists who till recently have largely kept to the west of suna focusing on developing their arts and helping locally. Mention of them also appears in the official histories and cencus occassioanlly though as with every clan with far flung territory there wholes in it where they aren’t mentioned.
Should someone ever gain access to the history they will learn many things about the Ichushiro and their past, unfortunately none of it truthful. The truth is the Ichushiro Clan has only existed in name this last dozen years and is a creation to cover up its only members true past. Everything dating from before this time from fabricated history to Suna’s own records are fakes and alterations cunningly transcribed to hint at something that has never existed and give the Kage a false identity. Even the name is a fraud, its not even the tyrants original name but was actually taken from the name of a nearby ramen shop by him when under questioning and which for sake of convenience he has used ever since. Doubtless there is a very real Ichushiro clan somewhere but not in Suna.
Far more interesting then the non existent clan and its fraudulent past is the man behind the deception. Over 250 years old and counting he his was born in very different time and sustained by means of an archaic seal. His history is mentioned in the specific section and won’t be repeated here but we shall speak on his kkg. He was its first and still only user. While he has had children any of his descendants have long since died, most killed when his rule over the Archeon empire (kingdom that occupied the wind country before Suna’s formation) ended. He was born with it inside like other bloodline traits but without a clan to help and bloodlines still being very rare in this period he didn’t realise it was even there. It was only when he become one of the great sage’s six disciples did he learn of its existence and learn to fully harness it. The great sage, Redukko Sennin, the creator of ninjutsu and the first real Nin saw the potential within him when he came across him at just 10 years of age and helped bring it so the he and others like him could bring the gift of chakra manipulation to the world. It was he who gifted him the knowledge of sealing and genjutsu and bade him use it to make a better world. He has tried once and failed and was buried alive for over 100 years for his sins, now he seeks to try again and bring about the vision his former master intended.

Divine Judgement: Divine Judgement seals.. both of them. The first one requires 24 hours of concentrated attention to appply the seal to a person, only to cause them to basically die by the second seal due to a forced release of all eight gates? Im not quite understanding this technique.
Sanbou Kyuukai: Based on the nature and power of this technique, it should be atleast A-Rank, especially since its a 30 meter distance that sucks up pretty much anything thats not rooted into the ground. Since most fights take place in less distance, any opponent would be sucked in and pretty much killed.
Seal Sense: Any seal within 50 meters is a a bit much, considering you could sense even the exploding tags a Ninja carries, and with the unfriendly activation seal, activate one or all of them before you can even see them. |

They are chakra based constructs akin to material clones, e.g. water clones, that can fight and manipulate the small amounts of chakra they posses but they are by no means are they shadow clones. Where they differ is that the user, in this case Howl, can put seals within them that will activate when the clone is disrupted. The seal placed inside cost additional chakra so all seal clones cost a b rank + whatever seal howl shoves inside them. The are effectively a seal based variation of regular exploding material clones that allow for greater variation at increased expense.

Yes. I would need to touch them or hit them with a tech that replicated touching them for it to work making it not exactly easy to use. As for recovery it is possible but highly unlikely, the damage isnt physical but to the chakra system itself akin to when oro losts his hands in the death reaper tech. You could repair the internal damage it causes but the user will still not be able to manipulate chakra in that part of the body till more permantly fixed. As a result regular healing wont do it. That said given Oro beleived Tsunade could fix his in cannon it is likely that a high rank medic (probably S, maybe A) could fix this sort of damage though it would probably take many hours of surgery.

The first isnt actually a combat technique. It simply creates a intricate seal network in the form of a tattoo which when you flow chakra through it activates the seals allowing the second to be used. Without this tattoo it is not possible to do the latter. As for the eight gate part that is what happens to the victim, not the user, the latter technique works on the principal of forcibly opening a victims internal gates and turning them into a human bomb. This technique is invariably fatal if struck by it but is countered by the need to touch people with it to work and the fact that it gives off highly menacing chakra that leaves its intended target in no doubt getting hit by it will ruin their day. In this manner I suppose its not disimilar to rasengan shuriken though even comparing that fan boy technique to this one makes me sad

| Alright, so the first Divine allows you to forcibly open the opponents gates, not your own. Got it. Make it so the first Divine has X amount of times it can be used before it needs to be reapplied. Thatll make it so that you cant use it every fighting topic your in, plus it makes sense witht he amount of power you are generating.
As for the clones, any seal can be put inside. Got it. |
