Appearance:
Hayato towers at 182.88cm (6.0ft) and weighs in at 100kg (220.462lbs). His body is extremely toned, lean, tight, and muscular. Hayato is a tan-skinned ninja who has onyx eyes and short charcoal colored hair. Multiple tattoos cover his upper body. Mainly his upper back, which holds a tattoo of a dragon that covers up to his shoulder. He also has Konohagakure's symbol tattooed to the back of his neck as a symbol for his loyalty. Hayato has visible definition in muscles as a direct result of having low body fat and reasonably well formed and built muscles. Preferring to keep his body 'toned' rather than getting 'bulk' with his muscles. He works out and trains whenever he is not on a mission, this keeps his body extremely toned and fit to a point greater than his peers. His hair is almost always setup to a point with the sides of his head with shorter hair than the top of this head.
Hayato is almost always wearing a modified version of Konoha's Seiki Butai. Sporting the standard blue suit underneath the standard flak jacket. However, his blue suit is of a blue camouflage texture. The flak jacket he wears is not green, like most Konoha ninja, it is a slightly dark flat blue color. He wears stylized pants with a belt and multiple pockets with the same color and texture scheme as his upper body. While not on a mission and not training (sparing), he is almost always found with no shirt on and with his same pants. Instead of having a forehead protector, Hayato etched the Konohagakure symbol into his belt buckle to match his stylized and modified ninja outfit.
Personality:
Hayato is larger than life. He is very self-assured and overconfident, but this only happens because the people around him keep bragging about his exceptional qualities. Hayato knows what he wants in his life, and once he has a goal, becomes unstoppable to do whatever it takes to achieve it. On the other hand, there is nothing in this world that can make him do something that he doesn't want to do. Although Hayato can be quite selfish, he is not greedy. He would share everything he has, but in return, he would not be shy about taking away whatever he needs. Being born in the year of the Dragon, he is gifted with innate courage, tenacity and intelligence.
He is impulsive and enjoys combat even when facing particularly strong opponents. And, despite his rather gruff attitude, he is extremely loyal to his village and comrades and has great pride in it. Hayato is a very tough and strict person. While he is at most times serious, it is not uncommon for him to engage in sarcasm or a joke every now and then. Hayato understand that being a ninja, he is a tool for the village to use. He will do whatever it takes to ensure his mission gets completed, even if it means sacrifice or the loss of teammates. In battle, Hayato appears merciless. He has no qualms about killing an enemy, even if one of them is cowering. Hayato's resolve is strong, as even during the most depressing or dangerous of situations, he has been shown to maintain great determination, understanding and self discipline.
Hayato has both a superiority and an inferiority complex, as he is unwilling to acknowledge when someone is stronger than him, but obsesses when he believes that they are. Hayato displays an overbearing sense of pride in his village. Going as far as throwing away his own inhibitions and beliefs if the village contracts them. He is cocky and quite stubborn. He will more often than not brag and gloat about his combat abilities and raw power, taunting his peers and opponents. Combat Style:
Hayato fights very directly. He gets close and doesn't let up until he is completely unable to fight anymore (either by physical restrictions, chakra exhaustion, or the target is finished). He gives 100% of his energy 100% of the time. He does not hold back and is often the first to make a move in many fights. Not giving the opponent an opportunity to take a breath is his goal. This does not mean that he goes in without a plan. Before any fight, Hayato does size up his opponent first to 'test the waters' and will do his best to figure out his opponents weaknesses in this brief moment before charging (and exploit them). Close quarters combat is Hayato's specialty and is extremely proficient in executing fast, precise, and hard attacks and counters. Hayato has trained in multiple fighting styles. His most used fighting style is a modified form of Boxing which contains constant moving and 'bouncing' on the toes of the feet with quick and strong punches. Although unlike typical Boxing, Hayato incorporates the use of his legs as well as aerobatics. Aerobatics (while still being perfected by Hayato) contains flips, jumps and maneuvers while airborne. However he is also familiar with Judo for grapples and 'take-downs', and Karate for for a more reactive fighting approach instead of a pro active fighting approach. Hayato will commonly mix his ninjutsu and chakra natures to enhance his strength, speed, or even add additional impacts to his attacks. While mostly choosing offensive positions, he will, rarely, take a defensive position in his fighting.

THE BACKGROUND.
Childhood
Hayato was born within a small village on the border of the Land of Tea. Born into poverty and a resentful family, he was tossed to the streets once he was able to walk. Malnourished and abandoned, Hayato learned from a very-very young age how to fend for himself. He took up thievery and often ended up being up smaller kids or unsuspecting victims for spare change or food. Before he knew it, he was apart of a very-small group of other outcasts, savaging from the village and doing anything it took to survive. Containing 4 people, including Hayato, this group began to stealing from the rich of the village and keeping the good for themselves. This went on for a few years until the group was caught. Fearing for their lives, they fled the small village.
Now on their own, they became vagrants and eventually made their way to Crater City within the Land of Fire. Here they begged and stole to survive. Not unlike their home village. However something caught Hayato's eye. Now 6 years old, Hayato met his first ninja. Found bullying a shop keeper, possibly extorting the shop keeper, he hadn't known. Awe stricken, Hayato left the group he was with and confronted the ninja, revealing himself to be named Yori. Asking Yori questions regarding the power he possessed, being a ninja. A few months went by and Hayato practically stalked Yori, being at his side as much as he could. He was infatuated. Eventually, he convinced Yori to allow Hayato to follow him as he left Crater City. A few weeks passed with Hayato traveling with Yori. Every time they stopped, Yori would train Hayato in the basics of being a ninja. This made Hayato form an idealistic heroic and father figure presence in Yori. The two had made it to Otafuku Gai, little did Hayato know that this destination was more than likely his last.
While at Otafuku Gai, Yori used Hayato in a multitude of schemes regarding extortion, blackmailing and fully blown mugging. Until one fateful day when, doing a job, Hayato and Yori were caught extorting one of the wealthiest people in Otafuku Gai and threatening their life. Yori betrayed Hayato that resulted in him being apprehended and Yori escaping. Disillusioned, Hayato was in custody of the local authority. The authorities hardly fed him and took care of him, practically leaving him to rot. Months went by, living on the brink of death. Until one day when a guard fell asleep outside of Hayato's cell. Hayato used this opportunity to steal the keys and unlock his cell. It was extremely difficult for Hayato to walk, his body and muscles were weak. He was determined to escape, and escape he did. As if demanded by fate, the building he was in, was empty because, lucky for Hayato, today was a festival for Otafuku Gai. Using most of the energy he had left, he made his way out of Otafuku Gai and continued down the path, heading anywhere fate would bring him.
Hayato was able to survive on berries. Eventually, he was able to kill a few animals and fend for himself. Now 13 years old, he claimed his dominate residence to be the bank of a river until one fateful morning.
Academy
Hayato was sleeping peacefully on his river bank when an unwelcome guest intruded, waking him. The guest was yet another ninja. A female, revealing herself to be named Aokigahara Sayuri. After an aggressive confrontational introduction, Sayuri convinced Hayato to come with her. She didn't say where, but Hayato followed. He knew she was not like Yori. He could sense it, she was...nice, gentle and caring. He didn't follow her for this, he followed her because she was giving him food. That of which we has in great need at the time.
Eventually, they made their way to two massive doors, later known as the doors of Konohagakure no Sato. Sayuri and Hayato made their way in and Kayato was astonished by the size and massive scale of this village. He had never been in a dominate ninja village before and was awe-stricken. They made their way to a building, looking like a house. Later, Sayuri explained this was her residence and she wanted to introduce him to her family. She had three children and a husband. Upon entering her house, Sayuri was greeted by love and caring people. Hayato was still skeptical and hard to trust. However he was grateful.
A few months went by and he was now accepted into the home of the Aokigahara family, or clan, rather. Full of accomplished ninja. Eventually, Sayuri and the others convinced Hayato to enter the academy. This was not easy for Hayato, his social skills were next to none and didn't get along with the kids in his class. This brought him to ditch class. When he did ditch class, he would not go back home in fear of letting his new family down. So instead, Hayato would make his way to the training grounds and train relentlessly with Genin (and might I add, getting his ass kicked) and work out with weights. Months went by and his family finally found out. They were supportive and were not upset with him. They helped him develop more social skills and helped with anything he needed help with.
However, Hayato was bored in the Academy. He missed training and he was still not accustom to this new life. Years went on and Hayato was never able to graduate due to his attendance in the academy. Almost every day, he would ditch class and go to the training grounds. He was 1 now and was not showing any sings of changing. Until Sayuri hadn't returned from a mission. Hayato later found out she had died to ensure the mission she was on succeeded. As if a light switch was flipped. Hayato began going to class and, while it was awkward, being the oldest person in history within the academy, he was determined to be a member oft he ninja forces of Konoha.
Genin
Even though Hayato was the eldest academy student, he finished and graduated in record time (record time being consecutive time at the Academy), graduating in only a few months. However this accomplishment was overlooked by his faults his past. Regardless, Hayato was now a Genin. Older than most, but a Genin non the less. His outlook on life was changed. Thanks to Sayuri's actions. Hayato was excited to be one of the best tools Konoha had to utilize.
- Roleplay Sample:
'Is that all you got?!' Hayato joked as he wiped the blood from his lip. He was doing good in this fight until now. His opponent was smaller than him, but he was a Genin, if that meant anything at this point. While Hayato was still considered an Academy Student, he was still on the same strength level, if not more, than Genin. However he has yet to win against one. 'Not this time' He thought to himself. He had refined his fighting style now and was making this Genin look like a chump. 'I'm just getting started dumb-ass! You can't beat me, you know that right?' Hayato's opponent scoffed. All of the Genin looked down on Hayato he hated it. This time would change it.
With a small smirk, Hayato shot a quick glance to and scanned the other Genin standing around them in a circle. Within the blink of an eye, he charged his opponent. His right arm coked back for a punch, held high at shoulder level. When he reached the Genin, he thrusted his right fist downward towards the square in his face. The Genin obviously saw this coming and ducked, sliding backwards and slightly to his left. As Hayato's glazed past his opponent, he continued with his downward punch into a front flip. Hayato spun counter-clockwise while in the air and extended his left foot, successfully connecting with his opponents face with the sole of his foot.
As Hayato landed to the ground, he could hear a deafening silence hit the onlookers around them as his opponent slammed into the ground. With a small laugh hidden under an exhale, Hayato rolled to his feet and rushed to his opponent, slamming his fists down into his opponents face repeatedly until he could see blood. The other Genin watched, frozen in their current postures. With his fists splotched with blood, Hayato stood up and pointed to the boy on the ground. His head slowly turned to everybody around them, to ensure each of them made eye contact. 'Somebody should probably taken him to a medic.' He smiled. He was not proud of what he had did, this boy was most likely going to be on best rest for a few weeks. But he had made his point clear. He was 15 and, even though he was an Academy Student, he was not to be taken lightly or underestimated.

Description: Raiton Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes electricity to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Raiton Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target, but none utilizing chakra. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel further than 10 meters from the original body. If the Raiton Bunshin is injured, the clone will disperse in a discharge of electricity with no offensive capabilities.

| Hey there! Nice and neat application, without any problems at all. I just want to see some changes made on your customs.
Chimei-teki Fera - Fatal Blow: As I feel it is too much for a C Rank but not enough for a B rank technique, I would like you to maximize the chakra cost to 9 points. Also be careful using it, because it seems to be a fight changing move that can immobilize the opponent. So please don't overdo it and make others have their characters on the ground without any further damage other than this Taijutsu.
Blazing Kick & Electrifying Kick: Please add one more chakra point and make the chakra cost 4cp. That's because the feet are the body part where the shinobi find it most difficult to concentrate their chakra in decent amounts. That means it would take more chakra when using this kind of technique on feet than on one's fists. And also, wouldn't your shoes burn if you were to use these on them? |

| | I understand, but for example, when A used his lightning armor, his clothes were still there afterwards. Or like when Roushi coats his body in lava. I'd think this would be the same precedent, just not the entire body. |
