Ito is an ever-smiling boy with a sunny disposition on his face, which is able to make even the moodiest gloomy people brighten up every once in a while. His very appearance could have told you that he is a kind person, who would never hurt a fly, and for the most part - it is so. He stands five feet three inches tall with brown eyes and hair, although one of his eyes tend to be darker than the other. This doesn't mean anything, but it makes people stare at his face a bit longer. When his hair is clean, it still looks rather messy, as if he never used a comb. The smile on his face is ever-present, but, while a bit static, looks sincere enough for most people. When it does disappear though - you can guess that something bad has happened.

He usually wears a purplish kimono over a yellowish shirt, both made of silk, which makes him look a bit like some sort of a noble, since most ninjas wear other outfits. He wears comfortable shoes, made of light cloth, which make his steps light and soundless. There is no jewelry, or other expensive things on him, except for a pocket watch he carries with him at all times. Though he does switch to standard Konoha flak jacket attire when on missions. His protector can be found on his waist, acting as a belt of sorts. He'd get rid of it, since it really doesn't suit the visage, but until then, he wears it. Oh, and he is never seen outside the company of his two puppets: Oni and Ino. They will be described later on.

Ito's personality much revolves around the fact that he is, well ... a mute. Yes, you have heard correctly, the boy can't speak, reasons unknown. Some even speculated that he does know to speak, but doesn't want to, though such ideas are laughable at best, and plain ridiculous at worst. He does communicate with people through his puppets, who, unlike he, are able to talk, thanks to the genius voice-box engineering provided by Konoha's puppet teacher.

Ito shares a very ... strange relationship with his puppets. He is really, really attached to both, and makes them act as though they have personalities of their own, as if he was the puppeteer for a theater. In fact, it is the puppets who do much interaction for him as well, while he simply stands behind them, smiles as usual, and twitches fingers. It makes people wonder who among the three really is the puppet. It is also possible that Ito suffers from a split personality due to the nature of such a relationship.

He interacts with people via his two puppets: Oni, who looks like a lean-built shepherd in a conic asian hat with a weird symbol on it, and a smiling hunter-nin-like mask for a face, and Ino, a lady-like figure with a face resembling a sad mask in a theater, and is dressed in a hooded cloak, and has two blades for arms. These two supposedly represent Ito's emotional states.

Oni acts very kindly and wise towards others, especially younger children, is always happy to offer advise or play, and never ever gets angry. He acts like a good adult would, and people tend to like him more than the other puppet, Ino.

Ino acts just like her appearance suggests - she is often depressed and such, mostly from the fact people like Oni better than her, and is the first to do rash things should someone mock them or the master. Oni and Ino often interact with each other other, him usually being the voice of reason, and trying to either calm down or cheer Ino up. Upon witnessing their acting, most people tend to forget that the two in front of them are really puppets. Those, who don't however, find all of this exceptionally creepy.

Ito, or, at least, his puppets, seem to be friendly and open-minded, kind also. Those people who are not scared off by weird talking puppets are very easy to get along with him, because he never complaints, offends, makes wrong things, or ... speaks. They however, tend to interact with puppets as well, since the guy behind them just stands there and smiles, smiles, smiles...

Description: A trait given to ninja who posses a natural talent for earth manipulation and has trained thoroughly to improve their skill. Their power over the earth element becomes so talented that the ninja is now considered a young prodigy in the earth element. Because of this, the user's earth techniques are 20% stronger with an increase in strength, durability and power.

Ito was born to a simple family that happened to live in Konoha. His father was a blacksmith - a fairly popular job these days, and his mother was a medical nin. They were good parents, and the boy would have had a fairly decent childhood, if it wasn't for one unfortunate circumstance - he could not speak. At first the parents simply thought he will start speaking late, and not early like most kids, but as the child grew older, it did become an issue. Not being able to speak did distance him from children, although he still played with them in games that did not require words, like hide and seek for instance. Still, this was quite a hindrance at his age.

At age of 7 his parents discovered that their child had some affinity to what people call chakra and whatnot. They were reluctant about sending Ito there though, fearing that among violent and competitive students he will suffer neglect and whatnot, but in the end decided that they should not allow his ift be wasted, and allow him to excel in fields he would be talented in. They also hoped it would allow him to overcome his handicap or something like that. Anyhow, they send him in...

In the academy Ito proved to be a fairly decent and talented student, having somewhat of an affinity to Doton, the Earth element. However, problems with communication still posed significant discomfort, and talking via writing on paper was not exactly the best way, hand-sign language either, since nobody knew it. It was then when the boy was noticed by the puppetry teacher of the academy, a kind and doting person. She offered to help him out, if he agrees to take on her class. Ito, obviously, agreed, since she promised to teach him how to "talk without using his mouth".

Ito proved to be talented in this area just as much as in element manipulation, mostly because of his desperate wish to be able to talk somehow. He learned very much, but in order to do so, he had to spend more time in the academy, hence why graduated only when he was 15, and not earlier, despite having the ability to pass the genin exam.

Upon completing training with the puppet mistress, she helped him construct his very first two puppets - Oni and Ino. Ito came up with blueprints, and generally build it by himself, but the teacher outfitted them with voice-boxes - things very hard to make for inexperienced student. With these puppets, a year after, Ito aced the genin exams, and became a full-fledged genin... And puppets became much more in his life than just ... tools. Much, much more...

Alright... This was yet another sunny day in Sunagakure. As if other days weren't sunny already. Considering that this was the village of hidden sand, this was nothing special really. Dry air, the sun burning the head, all the tradeoffs of living in such a climate. Considering this, the opened training grounds were like frying pans at this part of the day. But it was supposed to be this way, yes? Suna ninjas must exercise being tough.

Ito was waiting here for about half an hour though. Under the burning sun. He was waiting for his sensei, which finally decided to do something and train them ... or something. Chuunin exams were closing in, and everyone was busy helping their guys prepare to the max. It was supposed to be this way here too...

However sensei was late. Way late. Ito was wandering if he was going to show up, but wouldn't leave anyway. He was patient ... and not patient at the same time. If a person said he'd arrive, he would, right? Maybe something urgent happened? Or maybe he was messing around? Nobody knew ... said for the squad leader. Special jounin, he'd know stuff.

- Ugh... WHERE IS HE? - the swordswoman puppet irked impatiently, while making the 36th lap around the master and the other puppet that was standing besides. She was saying this for 5th time already, and sounded considerably pissed off.

- Patience, Ino. He will come. - the other puppet, Oni, answered stoically. This was the funny thing. One was impatient, other was calmed and urged patience. And BOTH were controlled by the same guy. Don't even try figuring out what was going on inside the boy's head right now, it would drive a mind-reader nuts.

- But ... he named time! Responsible people should arrive on time! - the female puppet huffed childishly and crossed the sword-arms on her chest. The shepherd puppet laughed a bit.

- Just ... take it easy. Hey, I can play a game with you if you're bored...

Ito just sat on the bench and glared, with the ever - present smile, as two puppets tried stepping on each other's toes in a game he used to play long ago. He just watched, and waited, and waited... and waited. The teacher and the others should arrive soon. Where were they he wondered...

Oni is a lean, tall puppet that resembles a humble shepherd. It is clad in common clothes, and wears a conic asian hat. Is never seen without his shepherd crook, which is mostly for show, but can be used as a weapon. Looks very harmless, but that is a deceit - all of his deadly instruments are hidden underneath the clothes.

He could be described with such words: Walking pile of weapons. Oni is a ranged fighter, he has many weapons stored in his numerous compartments, ranging from shuriken to senbon to kunai to whatever. These can be shot from his chest, as well as from hands. Despite the puppet being rather frail, it still has weapons to defend itself in close quarters - its staff is made of steel, and its hook is detachable on a chain, making it a flail, of sorts. It can surprise the foes who are lucky enough to get close to attack him. The puppet is very, very agile, and the unpredictability of his melee weapon allows for sudden attacks from unexpected angle.

Using a soundbox implanted in it the puppet can communicate. The soundbox, if extracted, basically looks like an imitation of a human mouth and throat, including the voice chords, which are made out of the same material as strings on a musical instrument. It took Ito a while to practice manipulating and using it with his chakra strings, but in the end, he managed to make them talk without horrendous pauses between words... Although the voice still sounds somewhat ... metallic, outworld-ish, that, unfortunately, will not be going anywhere...

Ino, unlike Oni, is a more war-like puppet, mostly because of the blades she has for hands. She is rarely seen outside combat without her cloak with a hoodie, which allow her to blend in with people better. Her face resembles a sad theater mask, and underneath the cloak her metal body looks rather ... lean and attractive, feminine. But the blades on her hands don't allow you to gawk at her for too long. She is here to kill. Made to work in pair with Oni, Ino is supposed to compensate for his weakness in close quarters, being made especially to counter such foes. She is much more sturdy than her partner, and has a fair chance of deflecting hits with her body without blocking. She is also very apt in dual sword - fighting, which makes her very difficult to defeat in close-quarters.

Can talk too, but its voice, but sounding "feminine".

Poison effects:

The corrosive properties of sulfuric acid are accentuated by its highly exothermic reaction with water. Burns from sulfuric acid are potentially more serious than those of comparable strong acids (e.g. hydrochloric acid), as there is additional tissue damage due to dehydration and particularly secondary thermal damage due to the heat liberated by the reaction with water.

1st post: Burning sensation on skin it got in contact with, as if you accidentally put your hand in hot water. At this point, no skin deformation or anything can be seen. Horrible pain if got into eyes or inhaled/ingested, can basically lead to blindness and chemical burns of the insides instantly.

2nd post: Strong pain on the skin areas it came in contact with, as the acid gets in reaction with liquid after burnt through skin, leaving ugly burns. At this point, serious treatment of the area is required to prevent further damage. Absolutely under no condition use water! Horrible pain if got into eyes or inhaled/ingested gets even worse as the insides usually have a lot of liquid to react with H2SO4.

3rd post: Very strong pain on the skin areas it came in contact with, as if your hand is caught on fire, with damage being quite similar. At this point, irrevocable damage is dealt to the area it got on, and ugly scars will remain. Damage to muscles varies. If enough acid was swallowed and been in there for so much - you're probably lying on the floor writhing in pain right now. Situation with eyes doesn't change - you're blind.
