DBZ power ups and more dull combat, hopefully its gets back to telling a story and actual plot relevant stuff rather than seeing whose Biiju dick is bigger soon...

Now, I don't have anything against Gai or Kakashi, but I really can't see how they're going to be much help here. Maybe they'll be able to take advantage of some openings from Naruto and Bee to seal some of the Jinchuuriki? Or maybe they'll actually hold their own in a fight between Jinchuuriki, which is about as overwhelming and on the same level as a fight between Kages. I'm sure Gai and Kakashi totally aren't out of their leagues right now. Whatever, I was expecting someone else to interrupt the fight (*Cough*Sasuke*Cough*), but I guess it's better than having Sakura or Hinata show up.

And weren't Kakashi and Gai taking part in those "Squad Battles" Shikaku and Co. were talking about? How they did they manage to get to Naruto and Bee so fast?

according to what Ulkira said I agree with completely..I can see Guy and kakashi taking out the a bijuu on their own...honestly if member of the Akatsuki can do it on their own then why can't two guys from the leaf who are stronger than them can't..I say stronger because these fights in Naruto are all about match ups...Kakashi I believe could have taken out Kakuzu was he not protecting two weaklings..Still highly doubt he would have defeated Pein...Guy on the other had defeated of the the most ridiculous akatsuki of them all (Kisame)..I also see them two defeating other member of the group had they been given the chance..

How'd they get to Naruto and bee so quickly eh...Guy has 6 gates open and he carried Kakashi for extra training idk lol.. Good Question though

If K&G do start defeating these Jinchuuriki, it's just another ZOMGLOOKHOWMUCHWEIMPROVEDINASHORTSPACEOFTIME moment. Under normal circumstances, sure, they might seal one maybe two at a push. But let's look at the facts:

1. They're both fresh from an intense fight (one I would much rather have been reading about, personally).
2. They can't possibly have had any rest to get to N&B on time.
3. These Jinchuuriki are far more powerful than they were alive. Rinnegan, Sharingan, Bijuu and numbers on their side.
4. Masked-guy-who-we-thought-was-Madara-and-maybe-still-is-but-we-don't-know is also around. He seems problematic.

I hope someone dies soon.

I was actually being sarcastic. I'd be willing to accept Kakashi and Gai sealing/defeating one Jinchuuriki (with Killer Bee and Naruto's help), but no way can they handle more than that. Bear in mind that these Jinchuuriki, as Fox has already stated, are far more powerful than they were when the Akatsuki went after them; not to mention the fact that the Akatsuki weren't exactly using garden-variety techniques to capture them. I mean, yes, Kakashi and Gai have got some great aces up their sleeves, but the Akatsuki weren't the biggest badasses of their time for no reason.

But we're not hear to discuss whether Kakashi and Gai could handle an Akatsuki Gauntlet. The issue here is that you have two strong, yet admittedly outclassed, characters in a battle with some of the strongest characters in the series. Personally, I'm rather interested to see how this will play out.

Have to agree that now N&B seem outclassed, it's more interesting. It's good to see them take a few hits.

Heheh. Well, while Naruto and Killer Bee are certainly in thick water at the moment, the "outclassed" characters I was referring to were Kakashi and Gai.

I don't know. Considering we're seeing a more expanded view of the Jinchuriki forms and the abilities that follow, it might turn out to be quite interesting. But if Kakashi and Guy have arrived, that means that anyone from their squad will be there soon enough. Seeing as Gaara's squad would be the only one still technically engaged in combat with Madara and Mu.

I still don't think that even Naruto right now has an advantage. I have only one suggestion. Kishimoto has finally found his way to have the Kyuubi be put on a leash by Naruto. After all, what does the fox do when Naruto gets put into danger? It helps him.

In my opinion, the only ways I see these guys getting out of this situation are:

a) Either Bee and/or Naruto get captured and Tobi retreats to get his Moon's Eye Plan started.

b) Sasuke shows up and starts rambling on about how he's been fooling everyone this entire time and then illogically beats the living daylights out of all the Jinchuuriki.

c) Itachi confronts Kabuto and somehow gets him to cancel the summoning on the Jinchuuriki, thereby reducing Tobi's fighting capabilities significantly.

I'll be honest, though, I don't see Option C happening at all; though Option B has a good chance. Time will tell.

well i bet it will be like this:

1) they will hold theier grounds like bosses

2) then they get beat up and masked-dude holds a boring speech to naruto like: blabla you cannot beat me and now you and your friends all gonna die

3) now is narutos time for a boring speech about: BLABLA IM GONNA PROTECT MY FRIENDS AND BEAT YOU (even if i till now am totally fked and can't possibly fight on)

4) naruto suddenly has fking much chakra again and learns how to use this chakra beam he couldn't do before (by fusing nine tails chakra with rasengan) and beat up everyone....

5) well here im not sure anymore but somethiing stuid is going to happen.....

well thats what i think and i am certain 1-4 is gonna be like that......

Let me revise this slightly.

1. They will attempt to hold their ground against the empowered versions of the Edo Tensei Jinchuriki. Even though they possess the Bijuu, a Sharingan and the Rinnegan. Even the current level of the squads going to reinforce Naruto and Bee are tired from their individual fights.

2. Yes. I do not think Tobi will give a grand speech. Remember, Kabuto is only where he is because he blackmailed Tobi into an Alliance. If Tobi's hold on the Jinchuriki is broken, then Kabuto can proceed to control them and potentially use them against Tobi. If no one noticed this major plothole thenI am disappointed.

3. Naruto will have a speech. In any situation where he would die, he usually gives a speech. As long as they do not remove any chakra receivers. Remember, these are alive due to the Edo Tensei. Not because of Tobi.

4. I do agree with this. The fox would do ANYTHING to ensure it's survival. I stated before this is merely a way to force the fox and Naruto into an alliance from which they both benefit from. But I doubt he will immediently master the Tailed Beast Bomb. Naruto has only ever showen us something like that when he reaches at least his 4-Tailed State.

5. There are the unknown factors. Madara himself. The 5 Kage. Kabuto. Sasuke. Itachi. The Fox. Characters that played relative importance that were suddenly dropped, such as Suigetsu, Juugo, and Karin. Certainly we know where Karin stands, but what about Suigetsu and Juugo? There's always the unknown factors that will show us something stupid. At this point I'll be honest, I expect Tobi to rip a hole in the universe and start using all these characters from other manga. I have that much faith in Kishimoto, the man who made Sasuke simply for the Yaoi Industry. And you can't deny my last statement either.

well this is just what i believe what will happen...
and i'm just a normal naruto fan, i don't give to much tought to what happens but this is usually what happens......

and really.... madara WILL at some point spout some bullshit about how no one can stop him and so on blabla... he has to...... he is expected to do so ^^

I still believe Madara = Tobi. I don't know if this counts as supporting information, but.

Chapter 599, Page 3.

Madara states "It would appear that little brat Nagato managed to grow..."

Interesting he would state such a thing. Didn't Tobi state that he gave the Rinnegan to Nagato?

Chapter 560, Page 3.

Madara states "...This is his doing..."

Obviously when followed, it's easily that the guess would be Orochimaru.

Frankly, these two lines seriously support something. That the dead in Naruto can actually view the world, or that Madara seriously put some plans ahead. How would Madara have references to both Orochimaru and Nagato when they are both after his time. He didn't exactly die old either. I need these explained to me. Because it raises too many questions for me.
